I've never been the blogging type, but tumblr looked pretty aight to me, so I got a page going on there. If you're using it, you can follow me by going here -> [link]

Also, I just finally got around to renewing my pro account on flickr, so all of my old sets are now visible again and I can post up all the new pics I've been shootin' both digital with my trusty 350D and analog with my Polaroid 250. My photostream -> [link]

While I'm at it, I might as well put up a link to my last.fm page if you want to see what I've been listening to on my PC. -> [link]

As always, my very rarely updated website is mikescofield.com

I haven't been working on any 3d art over the last several months, but I've still got a bunch of unfinished projects on my c drive begging to be worked on, so one of these days I might surprise y'all by posting something new here... Just don't hold your breath.

I guess this stems from my desire to photograph cool shit, and the amount of cool shit I see in my dreams, but it seems like I'm always trying to take pictures in my dreams and my camera never works. This has been an ongoing thing for me for years, especially since I got my DSLR a few years ago and started getting more serious about photography again. It's super common for me to be having an awesome dream taking place in an amazing location, so I decide to take a picture, and somehow I've always miraculously got my camera with me, but when I try to take the picture my camera doesn't work. Always. Without exception. Sometimes it's like I can't make it focus, but usually I just keep pressing the shutter release and nothing happens... No sweet dream photos for me . More recently though, this has been a useful tool for me to realize that I'm dreaming, which enables me to go into a lucid dream state. I don't have the kind of lucid dreams that enable me to go anywhere and do anything I want like I've read about people doing, but it's still awesome to be able to think & react to the things I'm experiencing while dreaming knowing full well that it's all a dream with no consequences...

I'm super curious to find out if anyone else is having the same kinds of experiences, especially the photographers out there...

Hey everybody...

I just want to say thanks to everyone who's been hooking me up with 's and 's in the last few days. Usually I try to thank people individually, but things have been kinda crazy, and I just can't spend all my time going to people's pages and writing out messages. I do really appreciate all the support I've been getting lately, as it's keeping me fired up to keep toiling away on new art.

I gotta thank ^joannastar for making If I Lose My Mind a Daily Deviation.
