What have I been doing lately? I have been rejoicing the moments where my brother goes off to his church camp, and where I AM IN PEACE WITHOUT HIM BOTHERING ME! YAAAAAY!

Also, I have been listening to the radio in my new and awesome phone, because the CD that came with the phone (that is supposed to transfer songs to the phone) is screwed, and now I am listening to Hope 103.2, listening to songs I usually don't listen to.

Also also, I have been hunting Easter eggs with wings on Gaia Online, because I want to get the items that you get when you deliver them to those two pixel creatures with very ugly costumes.

Also also also, my dad decided to format my hard drive, after fixing my internet with no prevail, after many System Restores, after lots of Windows XP Professional installations.

Which has led to my desktop being completely screwed and always showing this message, "NTLDR is missing, Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart."

I haven't been updating as much because I have officially stuffed up my computer's internet browsing skills! Because I decided to uninstall all of Internet Explorer, the other programs on my main computer (which rely on Internet Explorer for them to properly work) have thrown a big tantrum. Because of this, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome decided not to work anymore!

What a kind Christmas gift from my loving computer

Don't worry, I haven't been doing nothing during this time. I have been err... refining my drawing techniques so that they look more realistic, and more in proportion. (I AM SATISFIED! WHOOPEE! THEY DON'T LOOK SO ANIMU-LIKE ANYMOAR! THEY'RE STARTING TO LOOK MORE LIKE HUMANS!) I also have been releasing my inner geek by pouring out most of my holiday time into NDS games such as Final Fantasy III, which is the first FF game that I have played, and also my favourite! One day, I was searching through some deviantations, trying to look for pictures of jobs from FFIII (Because I wanted to draw them).

Then something happened.

INTERNET LAG

That I have been having. It is so annoying, it took me more than 15 minutes (or more because by 15 minutes, I was so frustrated that I closed the window) to load Hirumi-tan's drawing of my OC.

Why is my internet lagging? IT IS BECAUSE OF THE STUPID DOWNLOAD LIMIT THAT AUSTRALIA HAS. I wish I had Korean internet speed, they have like 100MB per second internet speed and NO DOWNLOAD LIMIT! The company also said that I have to wait until September the 11th for my lag to be taken off again. I can't stand the speed that my internet is going, so I'm going to have to stay away from the internet for a while. In the meantime, I shall be making my time useful by completing homework that I should have completed last week, and drawing things that have been overly overdue!

So, see you till then! I will still try to answer some comments that you people have left me, but that's about all.

I am working on Anasatcia's competition, and I have finished the three stages of planning the drawing, drawing, and line-arting! Now all I have to do is to scan it on my Dad's PC, and then I just have to colour it in in the GIMP! I am also drawing ANOTHER meme... Which is taking ages to complete because my hand needs to get used to the tablet again.

Oh, and by the way... I think my drawing style has changed. Ever since I read an article on deviantART that said that studying the human anatomy would greatly help you in drawing manga/cartoons, I have been looking at books that would help me do so! Didn't really attend an art class, but I think that my work looks satisfactory.

Professor Layton and the Curious Village is currently my favourite game, oddly enough. The puzzles are annoying, my brain throbs every time I turn off the DS and most of the time, I hear the sound that they play when you get an answer incorrectly, but I love playing it all the same. Quite a peculiar game it is, making people frustrated and excited at the same time. I've nearly finished the game, only having to complete 9 more puzzles in the actual story. I just wish that they had centimetres instead of inches. That would have made life much more easier.

During these holidays, I have been also playing Warcraft games with my little brother. They are so much fun, especially when you zoom into your units and discover how unpleasant looking they are.

My eyes are going to hurt so much after this is over, but oh well.

I have found this uber awesome cool book in the library that teaches how to use perspective in very easy steps! It's called Perspective for Comic Book Artists (NOT surprisingly it is also for other people who want to learn how to draw correct perspective) by David Chelsea. They've even got it in a comic book format! Although I'll have to say it IS quite confusing sometimes with all the cubes, you still get to know how to actually draw them!

And now, I need to get back to work. And swim. And eat. And sleep. Guuurgh...

I've also been seriously addicted to this song that came out in Naruto Shippuuden! It's called Blue Bird... and the artists are called Ikimono Gakari, although I'm not sure what that means. They put the harmonica into good use, because it sounds really original

Nowadays, everyone's tuning into HD! (Or High Definition for those who like it that way.) Even most of the anime shows that are still running are converting most of their episodes into HD! Luckily GOM Player supports that kind of format, so when I download and watch them, they'll still be viewable, only better quality!

How would you feel if some giant took you from your home and then put you inside this small container, with nothing but rocks to cover the ground, and raw fish as food? That is how my brother's mud crab is feeling right now (I think.)

My brother decided instead of killing it take it home and raise it as a pet (and not bother to search up information about mud crabs like this one... his name is Mudkip.)

But to another subject, I am already over 500 pageviews! No-one has indicated to me about this, so it must have been a random deviant visit then! I must start working on the thing now... Come to think of it, I already have drawn what I could say quite a good sketch (I haven't remembered praising my own work for such a long time. Maybe I am a procrastinator...) and I should post that instead (It is fanart of Naruto and Sasuke... sitting on rocks! How interesting ) Only problem is that my dad has replaced his printer/scanner/fax machine for this other colour printer (which is good, but still sucks in a way. It is not also a scanner and a fax machine.)

Hmm... might have to wait a while then.

EDIT - Oh noes. Now I have to scan in those 3 pictures that I have drawn... (2 separate pictures that are supposed to be connected in some way...

AND THAT FRICKIN' 500 VIEW PICTURE! If there were any SasukexNaruto friendship fans in this world, then they would be screaming out to "HURRY UP AND #*%^@)$ FINISH THIS YOU !)%&$!!!" And some more cursing. (Censoring yourself is very creative... in my opinion )

Now I even have a man-self to draw... because of my interest in this thing that *Anasatcia has done very recently... ~~If I was a man right now, I would look like the lead singer for Asian Kung-Fu Generation when he didn't have that freaky haircut for his music video for After Dark.~~

Ah.. and I even have A MATHS TEST TO STUDY FOR!! Hopefully it is next term, but you never know how slowly I get things into my brain... It is so slow, that it can't even work out a simple multiplication in its head unless it is in the 1-12 times tables...

And now for something completely irrelevant!

I have joined this manga/story/comic thing that *Anasatcia has made up! xOrange Sodax inspired me to join (because she joined this too) ~~so that is why all this nonsense that you completely do not understand is on this journal!~~

I will now attempt to try and explain it...

You can either join a group who is already making a story, or you can start a new story by yourself. (In this case, I have decided to join up with another group who has a story. It is called, "Life's a Taboo".) The limit is five members to a story. ('Life's a Taboo''s space has now filled up, so if you wanted to join in, then you would have to make up a new comic altogether.)

And these are the requirements! (Taken from *Anasatcia's journal entry.)

Each member has to have at least one character; doesn't matter who or what they are. Just do what ever you like.
When it comes your turn to do a page, do it as you please, but it has to be in colour. We had agreed already that is what everyone wants and all. But if you can't do that, just let us know and we'll find someone who can colour it for you, though I would much rather have you do it because it's yours and it should feel as your and not someone else's

However, it stuffed up my computer by not letting me log in. I've tried looking at every single site to find out how to fix my computer, tried to some nerdy stuff you won't really understand, tried to find out a way to reinstall Windows XP without having to pay any money, and failure. This has made me all frustrated (Refer to emoticon at the bottom if you do not understand.)

My mum has widened her eyes, and shrugged her shoulders. I wonder what my dad's response will be after he returns from his business trip? (He may be emotionally distressed and go psycho...)

Oh well, this will not affect posting works into my deviantART. I usually scan my pictures in my dad's computer (because he has a scanner, and I don't) and I can always do the lineart/CG on his non-trial version of Photoshop 7.0. The only thing is that he might delete the work that I may have done.}]

Well, that was old news, now my computer has been fixed! By using the Safe Mode on Windows XP, my dad had managed to use the System Restore and set it to December the 31st. AND IT WORKED!

Also, the holidays are over, so if I have any homework to do in the computer, it will be ready!

But what I'm worried about right now is my fish... it is suffering from a severe case of Dropsy, and according to this web-page, treatment is ineffective. (Read below.)

Addressing the water and feeding issues is the first step that should be made when treating dropsy. Antibiotics and other medications are also sold for this purpose.

Unfortunately treatment is usually ineffective. This is due to internal damage that can occur from the pressure associated with the swelling. Some fish may appear to have made a full recovery but die days or weeks later for no visible reason.

And there isn't a local fish-shop that has antibiotics! How stupid. Hopeless.

Gamers find online games to play, writers/poets conjure up ideas that they have thought about in their dreams, shower time, etc. and us deviants surf around dA and comment on absolutely everything. (Not really anything, just exaggerated.)

I am so bored that I am just about ready to do some work, or do some physical activity (which I have done just a couple of hours ago, having my swimming lessons.) I could be doing something else like thinking up of a deviantation to post, but I have... artist's block right now. (Or artist's constipation.) I could draw some more Naruto fanart if that would please anybody, but then again I have no idea whatsoever to whether put a character to another character, or draw a comic.

I used to like Monopoly, but my brother is always winning. ALWAYS. It makes me so frustrated, that he is actually a big saver than more of a big buyer. (He asks for almost anything that is on the popular list right now.)

I did my fish a favour and actually moved it to its old tank, without its filter. The filter is contaminated with bad bacteria, and my local fish shops don't have the right chemicals to remove it. That means more partial changing time!

28 more days to go until CS3 expires on its trial workout.

I seriously don't know what to say. Nothing is coming into my mind right now, but I COULD say that I should start drawing REAL deviantations. (As in, not in memes, desktop screen shots, etc.)

Wow, that could be a New Years resolution... I think. But then again, there's the other things that you have to consider, such as... working harder in school, not playing the computer that often, not hogging the TV for hours, start exercising... Lazy stuff that you do in your lifetime.

Another year of school in my opinion is going to be... easy... excepting the fact that the maths is going to get harder. Maths isn't a subject that I'm particularly good at. But Chinese lessons are something to look forward to
