This month has been pretty odd so I decided to lay low for a while, it seems to have worked because I feel a lot better today.
Tomorrow I am back in London modelling/shooting for New York Couture for Alt fashion week, I'm really excited about meeting Cassie and getting to wear her designs.

I FINALLY managed to get my hair to the perfect shade of silver, it's taken forever to find the perfect dye but I'm so happy with the results:

Last weekend was the Lacing Lilith show at Torture Garden.
It was a lot of fun and I got the opportunity to see so many people again and meet some new faces.



On Sunday =ulorinvex, ~RubyTrue and I had a shoot with ~rootofsilence which, considering most of us had less than 4 hours sleep was great! Lot of beautiful outfits and huge hair by arno [link]

I’ve not done much at all due to being Ill. But this weekend *Distorted-Retina and I travelled down to southend for a day at the seaside after I managed to drag myself out of bed. After spending the day walking along the Pier and doing mindless touristy things (apart from the minigolf which was closed D: noooo) I felt totally refreshed. So now I’m back at home, I’m counting down the days until I’m able to go back!



Last Saturday was great, since I was staying in Rugby, it didn’t take me HALF the time to get into Cheltenham so I was the first and had a really smooth shoot - by the time it got to 7pm my head felt like it was about to explode with pressure from the pins and excess hair considering I‘d had it attached to me since 12pm Hardcore!




And Saturday I will be at Torture Garden doing the Lacing Lilith show and Shoot the next day - I seriously need to get better so most of this week is going to be spent in the “fresh” air, hiding my roots and replaying Silent Hill 2 which apparently now scares me to death.

Sorry guys i randomly abandoned my Da because of how crazy my personal and work shedule has been for the past three weeks!

first things first i have to congratulate *PhilWinterbourne for getting a DD on one of our images we shot together recently! [link]




A couple of weeks back i got the opportunity to shoot with lolitatrash [link] which was amazing as i'd admired her work for years! We shot some latex and military themes in a local studio with a really cool dental chair - i have the pictures back now so expect some shots soon!
I also had my second shoot with the amazing =felicefawn - rolling about in snow drops dressed as a bunny rabbit whilst Felice was doing death defying stunts the whole time to get the perfect shots - I’m not saying what she did ‘cause she will kill me but all I have to say is, she is one dedicated lady ;D.

Thursday I met with Tom Jackson [link] for Tado [link] and kipi ka popo [link] where I got to run around in my underwear with a huge panda head on - quite easily one of the funniest days i've ever had - the pictures are going to be part of an exhibition in Berlin - I so wish I could go - they reserved a seat for the panda head on the plane hahah!



And I had a really awesome job yesterday at Cheltenham spa shooting for Jane Doe Latex [link] collaboration with Amore De Mori [link] and =HMSlatex-Designs. The sets were incredible. For instance in the first shoot i was setting myself on fire with a petrol can (filled with water) and a cigarette..stupidly cool - i just received the proofs and they look amazing! It was so nice to see people again and meet people that I've been talking to online for a hell of a long time!


Now i am at *Distorted-Retina's place happy as punch 'cause he made me the best hot chocolate before he went to work Now I'm sat here on his PC trying to update everything before he comes home. This week is going to be great as i have no shoots so he is taking me to the seaside and Ikea!

I'm in a bit of a panic - i stupidly used a permanent toner and my hairs gone from really light to a strange silvery blue. I was just wondering if there is any hair experts that could give me any advice how to get it lighter again? It's still in really good condition as before but i'm worried that if it dosen't come out with a few washes or at least toned down i'm screwed. Then the only option is going dark (which isn't an issue i just love my hair as it was).

Myself and *Distorted-Retina have been trying lots of ideas regarding the projects we’ve been talking about since the end of last year- it will be an ongoing project untill we are both completely happy with the results. I’m really pleased with the outcome so far.
My shoot with the incredible =felicefawn and her amazing team was a wonderful experience - I really hope we get to work together again soon! We shot so many looks in such a short amount of time and I’m so happy with the results so far, can’t wait to see more.

Yesterday me and *Distorted-Retina took a trip to Colchester to shoot Elyssia [link] but in the end my anemia got the best of me and I spent most of the time curled up next to the fire. I swear to god I NEED a log fire.

With such a busy week I’m totally going to be feeling it this week with nothing planned or booked until Friday!

This weekend was spent shooting some ideas with *Distorted-Retina and him basically kicking my ass constantly on the PS2. Lots of old school fun! Also from what I saw directly from the camera the images looked amazing, I’m so excited to see how they turn out!

I’ve been thinking about New Years resolutions (I know - 11 days late) and what I want to achieve this year. Apart from personal things such as work out more, live a healthy life style - I really would like to bring my work up to the next level.
Over the past year I have stopped wearing Lolita as much. Don’t get me wrong I still love the clothing and Japanese fashion in general, but I feel like I have matured from it and there is only so much I can work with on that one genre. I’ve not given up on it entirely - I will just be using the clothing on more creepy, disturbing themes ala Zhang Peng, Junko Mizuno, Mitsukazu Mihara and the amazingly inspirational ~marmite-sue
In regards to improving my work I want to back away from the “doll” look, even though it does suit and start pushing for the themes and ideas I want to achieve! A lot more dark, edgy and mature. I’m really happy with the way my work has been coming along.
The first shoot of the year with ~WryTerra (assisted by ~CatherineDay ) went really well and I had such a good time laughing, turning into 4 different people and waving a huge strap on around in the urinals. I’m quite a handful

Getting new outfits in the mail courtesy of =HMSlatex-Designs (and waiting for a few more somewhere else..yay!) has really kicked up my ideas for the next few months. I’m going to focus a lot more on fetish/erotica imagery and high fashion.
I’ve been really productive today, rewriting a lot of my profiles on sites, compiling work for a college project, sorted pretty much all of my travel out for this month and tonered my hair!

My first shoots of the year are coming up pretty soon with ~WryTerra and =felicefawn who I also have to congratulate for getting a well deserved DD today:

Hope you guys had a happy Christmas!
This year has been one of the best Christmases I have ever had, going away for the holidays was such fun. I needed some time to completely let myself relax so the past few days has been spent watching bad movies, drinking a pathetic amount of tea, sleeping and drawing.
I got some amazingly thoughtful gifts this year including Trevor Brown’s Miss Sticky Kiss book (which I have been wanting for YEARS), some awesome friendship tea and a signed Vains of Jenna album from ~CatherineDay, A pair of AP stockings and some awesome Melissa x Westwood heels that smell like floral gums (in other words really sweet and plastic )

I’m really getting my ass back in gear for 2009 - I’m determined to make it a productive year and work really hard!

Looking back, this year has been rather strange. A lot of constant up and downs- I will beecstatic when it is over. But saying that I am very lucky to have met and worked with so many wonderful people - some who have become incredibly close friends.

I’d really like to thank everyone who has commented/added me to their favourites/watched me for the past few months! I really enjoy reading everyone’s opinions on my work and it’s nice to know it is appreciated! I’ll be uploading lots more stuff mid January. Particularly crazy excited to shoot one of the ideas I have planned with *Distorted-Retina if it works out the way we both hope it’s going to easily be the best thing I have ever shot.

I’ve been working so hard recently that now it’s winding down to Christmas I’m itching do more and keep myself productive. As a result I’ve started putting together ideas for clothing/sets/general ideas in my sketchbook . I’m really excited about the new year, I have a feeling it’s going to be a very good one.

Boo! Tried working on an image today but it totally didn't come out the way I wanted it to That's what you get for being inspired by strange little girls in paintings I'll try again tomorrow! I have SFX makeup all over my chest. Doesn’t feel too nice ><;


Next year is looking pretty amazing - A few really cool shoots booked at the start of the year (particularly excited about a collaboration in talks with ~RubyTrue, ~CatherineDays personal project and a few shoots with *Distorted-Retina that will remain secret for now!)
Then in in May/June I should be flying out to LA and New York and hopefully working with =vampireleniore


Shooting with *mutantstrain & Hexabelle this Sunday was lots of fun! I can’t wait to see the results!

I’ve had a really bizarre weekend.
I shot some of the best images I’ve ever done on Saturday afternoon with Distorted Retina [link] for Boobie Trap [link] one huge eye, no eyebrows and sexy wallpaper (which in the end started bubbling and fucking up but we owned it ;D) We decided afterwards it would be a good idea to randomly go see Gorgoroth [link] Bad idea. I can honestly say even though I don’t mind some black metal and I‘m incredibly open to music, they were disappointing. But each to their own I suppose . “HAIL SANTA”

Saturday I will be seeing ~CatherineDay again to work through some amazing ideas we’ve had piled up for months. This means a lot of tea is going to be consumed and fun will be had all weekend. I’m excited! We’re going to be working with a MUA who has some crazy skills

I am absolutely exhausted!
The shoot (which turned out to be really short L) with Jay Mawson [link] was lots of fun despite having to chase down my bus to get home haha - I really hope I get the chance to work with him again in the future, the pictures I have seen so far are amazing!
Shot a few pieces for Cat House [link] including this amazing corset I really didn’t want to take off.

Received an incredible under bust and eye patch from Boobie trap corsets [link] last week so I’m shooting that along with another amazingly cool fireworks concept this weekend! Well worth all the wait and planning!

Recently shot a campaign for Illamasqua Cosmetics. [link] I seriously recommend their products to everyone - My loose powder came in the mail today and it's just incredible I’ve never had such a great complexion!

As far as I know the shots are going to be published in Deathrock magazine [link] (god how out of place am I going to look LOL).

Sorry for the lack of an update - I’ve been really busy again.
How was everybody’s Halloween? This year was the first time In forever that I haven’t made a costume or celebrated It’s the best holiday ever. Though I will be making a silent hill nurse costume oh so soon so I can just pretend it hasn’t happened yet
I spent the the night, slightly drunk watching most haunted live - which is quite easily the most hilariously awful show I have ever seen.

For the past two weeks I’ve been off visiting which was an absolute blast! We’ve shot so many cool images. B/w nudes/Latex/lingerie so I’ll probably do a huge update in the next few days. I’m full of ideas at the moment, it’s brilliant - I‘m working on a solo artist tribute project right now - It‘s really exciting!

Last Monday I shot for Victorian Muse and - Who happens to live in the same town as me and I never realized!
I had my hair made into a huge black afro by the magically talented Sean Butt [link] who also worked as my balancing assistant on set<3 I ran around in a bin bags and a paper corset for one of the two sets AWESOME . I really love how I’m doing more high fashion/commercial work these days - the pictures are just what I’m missing in my portfolio at the moment.

I’ve been really busy booking and shooting recently still booking for the whole of December - I have some awesome projects coming up soon I can’t wait!

This week I shot with my friend Alex at Nevid Photography [link] we found a huge abandoned mine shaft - someone had managed to climb inside and leave red paint and hand prints down the sides of the walls - really creepy!

Sunday I met up with Grace Elkin [link] in the Pit and Pendulum and got to run around with Jodie [link] as a blind nurse. We shot some other cool latex stuff later in the day on a abandoned red chair.

Unfortunately the location we had discussed had been knocked down (a really awesome mental asylum too ;__; ) so we shot under the underpass on the dual carriage way. I have to say moving around in ballet boots on concrete murders your feet XD
I cannot praise kitten enough, she is so lovely to work with and creates a really nice friendly atmosphere - even when she isn't behind the camera and her cat is adorable - he wants to be involved in everything.
Hopefully we will work together again!
