Loving it so far.

I also recently completed Bleach DS 2nd. It took me quite a while, but I've only been playing it in small amounts since I got it a while ago. The unlockable characters are pretty funny X) I don't know who thought it'd be a good idea to add some of them, but I guess that since they already had the sprites in the game and all, it woulda been a waste not to.
I was pretty surprised by the amount of paths available at the end, and that I could only access them all by beating the game multiple times. It's a good thing that the game allows skipping completed missions '___' some of them are kinda tedious.

The boss battles, puzzle/exploration segments and more importantly the ambiance of the game were all waaay wicked.
Next time I'll take on Hypermode! >D
I expect a few battles to become tricky in that.

Also began playing Persona 3~
I suppose that little needs to be said about it, but I'm enjoying it greatly so far.

A few more books arrived yesterday; the Touhou fanbook "Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red" and the Maritan CD-Book "Maritan to hanasou! F*CK". The latter had me laughing last night.

The previous week also saw the arrival of a package sent by Nico (well... two packages actually!). Higurashi figures~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks! ^__________________________^
I need to make space for them in my room and stuff, so they're still in their little boxes for the time being. XD; I'll get to that later this week!

Art stuffs-wise, I began working on a comic book project with a friend. I'll have to somehow increase my time-managing skills to get that done in a timely manner >__>; I spend most of my days waiting for buses to get to and from work/other places, lately.

COMMISSIONS

-Simply note me if you wish to have a commission done, and I'll respond as soon as possible ^^ I practically never post the full-size image of my drawings anywhere, but you would be given a full resolution jpg file.
-The payment is in USD and done via paypal. The commission must be paid in advance.
-If it's a commission for a character I don't know, references are welcome and appreciated ^^ As for character information and descriptions, please keep it reasonably brief.
-I usually work pretty fast once I get going (I am an animator after all...), but reasons outside of my control (life, work) could still cause delays.

Sketch:
-5$ for a single uncoloured character drawing.

CG:
-15$ for a single coloured character.
-More if the picture will contain additional characters or/and an actual background.
-Obviously more for specific requests that would demand a lot of time.

-I don't mind drawing nudes or ecchiness or something that's inoffensively and mildly perverted, however NO pornography nor gore nor anything that might be offensive (I reserve the right to turn down a commission in the case of the latter).

The 2D visuals are so pretty! Urushihara's doing, of course ¦D
The site has sample videos of the cutscenes and a tiiiiny smidge bit of in-game stuff. It's not much, but what's there looks pretty darn cool!

Online import stores already have the game set for preorder ([link]).
Here's hope that my job interview goes well, otherwise it's not like I can even consider it... unless I think of something.

Speaking of preorders, the same goes for ZXA! ([link]). The import version is supposed to come with a preorder goodie '___' I wonder if it's a dvd...

I did not go through the original sound novel version of it, so there were a few surprises here and there as to information that wasn't in the anime (I own the PS2 version which I'm sure contains even more stuff, but I'm waiting for next season of the anime series before continuing my progress through it).

Tsumihoroboshi's pretty interesting and still very sad. There's been far more details concerning Rena's past and what had been going on in her head throughout the whole ordeal.
The conversation with Ritsuko at the end happened a little differently, and the killing scene wasn't quite as brief and instant as in the animated version '___'

It was pretty awesome ^^
The second volume is supposed to come out in June. Can't wait! <3


The english version dvd (When They Cry - Higurashi), is supposed to be released soon! ^^
There's already some sample dub clips from the first two chapters floating around the net.

Game adds options, the bomb system seems a bit more like Ibara in how theyre stocked (though I guess it isn't a bomb anymore!) and I wouldn't mind if the full version forced you to restart a stage after gameovering like now.

I've been so sick lately x_x
My chest is getting very tired and it's aching from all the coughing. It's totally random too, but I wonder if it has something to do with hayfever? *shakes fist at all the possible causes* ... *coughs*

I've met some very interesting people here, lately ^^
it's pretty fun to have revived this page, as it motivates me to draw more stuff for fun.
I also finished FFVA and am working on clearing the bonus dungeon (it's kinda big!).

Concerns:

Hmm, I'm not used to updating journal entries here, since I'm constantly updating my livejournal page, but here I go:

Now that classes are over and that I have free time, I'll try to update this a bit more often. Or catch up on all those games that are just sitting here, begging to be finished... D:

I also need to finish up my animation project. It's finished-ish, but I can put a lot more work into it so that it's worthy of going into festivals (which my friends are already getting into) or into my portfolio. Here's hoping that on future projects, I'll have more people assisting me ~.~; animating/coloring/editing/recording sounds/composing music/etc is too much work for one person... sacrificing sleep for it isn't very healthy either, and when you're under a lot of stress and when your health goes bad... well, creativity tends to suffer as well D:
Well, at least now I don't have to deal with deadlines concerning that project, anymore! I can take my time and make something worthy out of it. Hopefully!

What else... oh yeah, there were contests and stuff going on around here that I'd like to particimipate, for fun. Though I've already forgotten what some of them were. Oh well!
