I don't think I've even let everyone in on this little bit of information: I'm in Germany right now, studying abroad for almost a year. The time is all mine to discover my world and myself. I'm not kidding, I don't even know what to do with all the time I have here. I'm going to be throwing on some random sketches and a bunch of older final pieces that I never got around to posting last year over school.

Again, I know every reader (which I'm guessing that I don't have may) has heard this before, but I am back and nothing is slowing me down.

Hope to hear comments from the dA people out there soon.

So I've been cruising around online and then around in my head trying to figure out what I want to do with myself this year. I know I'm a little late to be making New Years resolution but these are more like self improving goals.

Realizing that over the past year I read a total of maybe 3 or 4 books I feel as though I've become dumber from my lack of literary activity... So to start off I'm going to set some time aside to reading books, interesting blogs, even newspapers. Haha! Now, on that note (I know that I've stated this in almost all the journals that I've posted) I'm going to actually start updating my journals and gallery consistently throughout this semester and over the next year.

Please keep checking in on me to see what's happening, and to those of you reading this, get on me if I'm slacking

So far, over these past few weeks I've been getting swamped with homework. Piles upon piles of homework. I'm just starting to learn some digital media in my 2D Digital Imaging class, which is sweet considering I've always been a little scared to try and mess around with Illustrator and such. But now I have some projects started and and that means you'll be seeing a nice change from my usual traditional deviations. Don't worry, I won't be going completely digital from here on out. Ha ha!

But yeah. So overall, the semester is going great. I'm starting to learn how to appreciate my free time a little more, only because it doesn't come around all so often anymore. I keep saying that I'll be posting like crazy every time I hop on here but I always end up getting way to busy or way too lazy...

But I'm making it a goal to be more active, so keep those eyes open and let me know when I'm slacking on my gallery posts

Let me think... Oh yeah! I need to take some pics my projects from school last year and throw those up (finally). I have been such a lazy bum when it comes to keeping in my artistic flow. It kinda sucks, but we all hit that jam some time, right?

Also once I start getting some stuff posted please keep in mind that I'm always avalible to do a commission or two if you like what you see. Please, let me know if you're interested, because it's a good excuse to keep me on track with everything.

I'm just letting everyone know that I have just done a commission through someone on deviantART so I think it's safe to say that I'm comfortable with doing more.

So it seems that I'll be working on the story progression while working on the next chapter. Speaking of which I should be able to get the first chapter out to you all in a few weeks, then I have to go to school and start the next semester so my progress might slow down a bit. I'll try and keep updated though.

So yeah, I'm hoping I can get more in depth with the whole community thing and stuff so I hope that some of you could help with that, please.

On another note, I've started school at the UW Stout and my major as of now is Graphic Design so that's sweet! I'm very excited to actually be getting into the swing of things here in Menomonie, Wisconsin (I'm guessing not too many of you know where that is.

... Oh Crap!!! I have drawing homework to do that's going to take me about 2 hours to do and it's 8!!! I'm out!

It was first time in a mosh pitt... it was so crazy and so stankin, sweatin, crazy... I could hardly stad it. But really I'm telling you the pitt is quite the experiance... I mean your trying to keep yourself alive and at the same time your listening to the greatest music on the face of the planet. Seriously, Flogging Molly has been the only thing I've been listening to since the concert on saterday and it just doesn't get old.

Bands you should check out are Flogging Molly (too cool), the Briggs, and Dead Pets... they are all just too good and they really define the term alternitive, they're good bands to change up a daily rutine.

P.S. Mosh pitts are super extra maniacal fun... just the feel of being able to just smash into someone to the beat of a live song and then getting smashed back.... IT IS CRAZY!!!
