so i'm like GONE for a week starting about tomarrow. not that it really matters. hopefully i get out of my grandpa's house without being covered in dog/cat/hishair. yaaaay for sleeping bags!

getting registered for courses in University is a very easy/stressful/confusing process. you don't actually have to do much, but the information you have to pour over is overwhelming unless you have some acuity and a good night's sleep beforehand. luckily i'm very very very smart and there isn't too much problematic crap to deal with.

i'm participating in 's revenge journal thing and it's coming in the mail, expected in a day or two. right after i leave for her house. so, sorry for the delays on that project...?

i got another job at Burwick (on the Park) as a dishwasher, because i'm awesome and the pay's better than at the Superstore. it's nice. scalding, but nice. C:

so, to burn off some steam and release some of that pent-up rage from my childhood, i went paintballing today with a bunch of other people for someone's birthday. it was fun. apparently i'm good at advancing and diversion. strange. i've always felt like more of a defensive kind of person. i won the first round of capture the flag for my team, then worked up a little more for the second round. until i got hit in the back from someone that i swear will get payback at a later date. one shot's enough! jeeze.

after that i was stuck defending, sucked at it, then went on the offensive and did quite well. i wasted two grenades with pisspoor aim, but got two people out with a third one. by the way, the grenade's just a tube of paint under pressure. it isn't actually explosive.

school and work have been and will be eating up my time. art? none for you. :C

1: i have three rings; i wear one at a time on my right hand, and all three for good luck whenever i may need it and i remember (provincial exams, ftl).
2: i also have a quartz crystal under my pillow to help me dream more (although it looks a lot like an amethyst so i'm wondering)
3: rt i've amassed (not really) over the years i have posted up on my bedroom walls. the sad thing is more of it is drawn by other people than is by me. sad, but not surprising.
4: i always seem to go all fanboyish over one female character per roleplay game i've played (Lulu, Aeris, Quistis, Garnet, Fran, Raine, Ja-uh, i mean Tear, with Grune being the latest) and it's not because i find the WHOAMG HAWT or anything. :]
5: i work at a superstore as a fish person. this job is really not suited to me on so many levels, it's sad. :C

Christmas was tiringly nice. i got some clothing and tarot cards, along with the usual chocolate and socks. and a week off work. i'd like to say that did more damage than help.

Tales of Legendia is awesome in its own special ways, thusly and appropriately named Grune and voiced skits. the voiced skits are shockingly only in Legendia, to my knowledge. and so is Grune. but i understand that one.

Grune is love and anyone sailing over these rambling notions is thoroughly nudged towards drawing her fanart. c'mon, there's hardly any. and she weilds an urn! like, 'take this', and 'take that'! if that's not enough incentive she wears a shockingly skimpy cocktail dress with holes practically everywhere on it. i'm sure i just motivated half my readers to go and DO IT with that one sentence right then.

lately i've just been beside myself trying to DO SOMETHING because for the last few weeks i've just... not... wanted to really do. anything. at all. so i'm still working on that. oh, i have drawn, too, but really only a picture or two. because of the listed reason and also because school's doing much of the shooping of the whooping AT MY FACE so i'm kinda tied after that. Math sucks.

ART:
also, it seems like i've had a random jump in skill level when it comes to male anatomy so i'm wondering if i'm being drugged in my sleep or something. they usually have more... lumps... but i only messed up horribly once with a picture you might see sometime and dislocated a guy's leg so hard your mother's face exploded. so i guess i'm talented that way.

GAMES:
Tales of the Abyss is totally awesome and you should buy it. seriously. a shame they made Luke the way they did; you either hate him entirely, hate his beginning outlook, or hate his second outlook. or, by chance, you like him throughout the game, which is unlikely like me commenting on your picture is unlikely. oh, sorry about that, by the way. i just don't really look through my messages much anymore. NOTE ME IF YOU WANT ME TO SEE IT, LOLKAY. i have to say that or else i might get impaled by some people.

ANYWAY. Abyss has, like, an awesome amount of costumes you can find. i think Luke has about 9. so if you get bored of his usual garb (i did) you can just change his gear, after a certain point in the game. same with everyone else, too. anyway, it's awesome like that and you'll love it for it.

i just went from point A to point B so i really don't remember the storyline that well, but it has plottwists that you actually wouldn't expect, like how Luke SPOILER, Guy wanted to SPOILER, Anise really just wanted to SPOILER, Natalia's really SPOILER, and Ion SPOILER. the only character without and spoilers is... Tear. uh. 'hi i need to kill my brother kthnxbi' is about the gist of her personal storyline. other than her hometown and place of residence, but neither is really active information in the story.

i basically missed everything in the game BUT the swimwear, and only then because i looked it up beforehand, so don't ask me how to find all of the catalysts, i only found one, and you HAD to get it. i wouldn't be able to beat SPOILER anyway.

but what really sold me was Dist, Ion, and Jade. Dist was... speshul. in hilarious ways. Ion, being the most feminine man to ever wear a tiara, was oddly intelligent and useful in the game. i seriously think they were planning to have him as a playable exept that he SPOILER, so i guess they avoided it for that reason. Jade was awesome. enough said.

plus Guy's attractiveness, and my requiring a good roll in the hay, well, kinda forced me to like this game. why does he have to have practically the perfect personality? lol, alliteration.

Super Ghouls 'n' Ghosts.

ironically, i found it through seeing screenshots of an earlier game in that series, on a site you'd never expect (and i took my sweet time getting to checking out): Engrish.com. the 2 screenshots they had on there just jogged my memory and let me know the name of that awesome game, with a little help of Wikipedia and google.

i remember getting a few levels in, maybe even to the final boss, but never actually beating it. this was when i was, oh, 5. it's probably a cakewalk now, but I WANT IT FOR PERSONAL REASONS. SHUT UP.

anyway, i'm happy and i know about this, so i'm going to ask my brother about it (it was his, after all) and see if he remembers too. he'd probably laugh. 'oh, that old thing' he'd say. 'i never beat it, either.'

in other news: i'm going to try doing that little Fanart 100 thing that i've seen around here for the last 2 years or so. yeah, took me awhile to get off my butt. i plan on forcing myself to draw instead of COMPUTE, so that my eye stops twitching. and also so that i, like, improve. lol. i also have an idea for a card set. that idea may come to fruition shortly, or i may just go with the FA100 thing.

this is only a plan, though. and it depends on if i have homework that needs doing. actually, i have a poster i might just work on right now, if i feel like it. plan on seeing more of me in the following months, maybe.

basically i'm wasting the last days of my summer. oh well. not like i want to melt outside, kthnx. i'm going to get on the whole backlog of messages once i finish this journal, and then i might take a nap. or go on arampage. it all Depends(C) on what you've been submitting the last 2 weeks.

i didn't really draw anything amazingly enough. there were people there though, so yeah. drew some while she was out there though. she doodles Lust of FMA fame (gahaha), my cousin's friend Lindsey, my mom (it looked like a female Roy. ), and we both did two relay comics. with permission i might post them because i need to post something and yeah.

we played risk and monopoly and everytime we did, we didn't finish. then again both games take days to complete so yeah.

1] when i was little i drew a LOT of the same thing all the time- a house, a tree, a cloud, and a sun. once i noticed this artistic travesty i stopped drawing until about grade 7 when the fuzzball forced me to draw again. i jumped in skill level from stick figures to rudimentary sonic characters.

2] i love felt pens and wish that they wouldn't run out so fast because if i had them i'd try to draw with them. the colours are so saturated!

3] i actually have a bit of a backlog of unfinished drawing that i plan on finishing but probably never will. the same goes for projects.

4] despite primarily being a sonic fanartist i really want to be able to draw people because sonic is only one corner of the artistic world and i know a lot more human characters than sonic ones.

i've been busy lounging around, Shodowing, and doing homework for the past, oh, 2 months, has it been? i really need to draw more. maybe i should draw something about a quirk of Shadow, like one of the unlockable weapons. (hehe, omochao gun. )

basically i have a few pictures ready to scan and post, but they aren't the best, and really, i'd rather be watching the Two Towers (which i'll be doing in a few hours on TBS [very funny(TM)].)

oh and my hair is starting to get a little wavy in the back, just so the fuzzball knows. i'm growing it out, you see. right now, though, it looks like i'm trying to grow out a mullet or something. *shiver* ugh, no.

my god i just updated a LOT in relation to what is normal for me. then again, lately i've been in a drawing mood, and that's always good. homework is looming over me though, but i'll forget about that for now.

cat news:
Smudge is comfy now, and we're slowly getting him outside. danger, however, seens to be getting down with something and is sleeping more than usual. but then again he's a cat and yeah. in a bit he'll get his fun bits chopped off, so maybe he's just reminicing about when he had them or something. i dunno. in any case, he's been inside more lately. oh well.

general plan:
i need to get my drivers liscence. but i have no motivation to do so. eeehhh, i'll ride the bus if i have to. eventually i'll get it and yeah, but now isn't the time. too lazy. bah.

and i now know what i generally am thinking of doing as a career. i'll probably go into the Liberal Arts part of things and become a teacher, or therepist, or something. i dunno. in that range though. better than questioning if i'll do anything or not.

well.

it's spring-ish now, and we went to the SPCA to look for my very own Smudge yesterday. we found him, and things were good.

well.

today we went back to actually get the cat and stuff, and there was a problem. the other cat we have, Dander (see scraps) hadn't had his shots yet because my brother is being all 'nyah'-ful and lazy. and Smudge ('Joe' to the SPCA people) was, well, in the SPCA. not really the BEST living conditions, so he had to get shots, too. and he also has to get his fun bits chopped off.

well.

really, the problem now is that i wanted to take the little kitten home, and i can't because Danger could get sick, and now the little kitten is sitting there all cute-like and NYAH i want it. and the fun thing is he'll be coming home emotionally distraught because he will be missing two parts of his body. oh, delightful scarring.

plus the vet's only open weekdays, so my mom is going to have to leave work early to bring Danger in. oh well. the thing's too cute to get mad at, anyway.

all this trouble over a kitten...

in other news i've been inhaling green, seedless grapes and therefore had been awake far too long yesterday. 3:00AM isn't exactly the nicest waking hour.

they deleted the two sprite pictures i submitted here, wich is fine and all, because i DID use the sonic sprite base. so yeah.

but what i wanna know is how if i said 'this is (c) this' and 'that is (c) that', and changed ALL the sprites in the pictures, how is it different than fanart that i drew? they are still both edited ideas/bases that are used by me and MANY other people, but the only difference i see is that only a minority of people use sprites ever, whereas a nice chunk of people have Sonic fancharacters.

oh well.

i have a few other pictures ACTUALLY ON MY COMPUTER, so yay. but i'm going to spread them out over time because i'm not really drawing too much. school and all, so yeah.

1- i don't like ketchup, or really any kind of sauce that has tomatoes in it. eh, personal preferance.

2- i wipe my nose on my right sleeve when i have a cold, and on my left when the other's too soaked!

3- i do believe i was first introduced to technology when i was 7. remember Windows '95? it's sitting in a box a few feet away from me- it has 500 MBs memory total and was considered 'top notch' at it's time. !

4- along with that, the first gaming console i ever played was the Sega Genisis (Sonic 2). niether i nor my brother or cousin could get past Chemical Plant- Act 2.

5- since then i've played on a Super Nintendo (Mario 3, mainly), a Playstation (first one on there was FF7, and i own the same one now- bought it off my brother for $20 ), PS2, Gamecube, and a few handhelds. i'm a general FF and Sonic fan.

6- =MilesTailsPrower-007 was in my grade 1-8 classes, and for a bit she was a friend of mine- then we got mad at eachother and parted ways. in grade 7 she asked me a question and we were friends again.

7- =MilesTailsPrower-007 was also the one who got me onto here- thank her for my gerneral annoyance.

8- i just had chocolate pudding! it was yummy.

9- i've never gone on a date or to a school dance- i consider myself unable to dance and more of a wallflower that isn't attractive phisically or characteristically, so i've never acked anyone. like they'd say yes, anyway.

10- i'm a very awquard hugger, so don't feel bad if i don't want a hug from you.

11- i can be tired as hell one hour, giddy as hell the next. i was giddy for 3 HOURS today- i couldn't stop laughing at randon things!

12- grilled cheese sammiches are one of my favorite foods. mmm-mmm-cheese.

13- hehe, i just got a full version disk of a game i wanted IN A CEREAL BOX. i literally payed NOTHING for it! well, my dad payed nothing, but still.

14- i'm red haired, but you can hardly tell- my hair is like a dark BROWN with orange sparkles here and there. depends on the light.

apparently he didn't like that. i think he snapped because he got my brother to run me over with his car. well, here's the kinda funny part, apparently i obtained super powers overnight because he got me stuck on the front of his car, getting dragged through pretty much anything he could drive over, for 'bout a minute. there were actual people running around trying to evade us, and, again, here comes the funny, they did NOTHING for me. they just DISAPPEARED.

...plothole alert, i don't remember how i got out from between the car and a wall (without a scratch on me, none-the-less) but Ted then appeared and went for my throat. well, here's superpower #2. i am pretty much a twig (fuzz can back me up here ) and i got a somewhat muscley guy (kinda attractive, too...) off of me with only a little struggle.

plothole alert #2, i don't know how, but he was weakened to the state of me having to carry him to help. well, the general setting was downtown, and there was traffic. heh, i RAN carrying him, almost getting run over multiple times (yeah, that'll do a lot ) to my dad... i think. some random guy.

odd occurance, i had a dream that involved the chips in BINGO highway. it occured on a slightly tilted casino park pinball table, and people were after me. O.O me and a few others, probably old classmates (elementary bunch), and the people after me were led by Mrs. Mac, my old grade 6 teacher, one of my favorite too. the table connected to the playground of my old elementary school, and people were chasing me there as well. o.o relentless chasers, too. =/

...but before i tell you about that ill tell you about a few things that happened before that.
*day of the unpackingness*
we get to the house and meet the moving people, one of wich was related to MTP007. small world. *shrug*
the moving people start unpacking. at that time my mom and dad were telling them where things went and me and my brother looked around the house.
the packers get to the boxes with my brother's stuff in it and my brother unpacks his room for the rest of the day.
at this point i start to help unload 'cause i had nothing better to do.
more unloading happens. no sign of my room's stuff.
more unloading. where is my stuff? O.o?
FINALLY they get to my stuff ...but i still helped unload. dunno why... but oh well.
....eventually we are unloaded and tired. -_o;
when the movers leave, one of them give me $10. YAY ^_______^ (remember i'm pathetic enough to think this is good money )
for the rest of the day i unpacked my room and oddly enough i finished before my brother. HA!
...and for the whole day it was HOT. wonderful weather for moving boxes into a house. -.-;

we got fishies. when we have a cat. WONderful logic, mom. we PAYED for 10 fishies. we got two B-O-N-U-S ones by accident.
we put the fishies into a pond we have in our backyard. the water started to turn green, so we bought two SCUM EATERS. YAY UGLY FISH!
we got six black fan tails and six gold fantails. (12 goldfish) the odd thing was when i looked in the pet store there was nothing simply called a goldfish. just 100 variations of them. O.o?
one of the fish got squished under half an hour after it was put into the pond because my toddler nefew (sp?), Phoenix dropped a reasonably sized rock onto it when we put the fish in the pond. (my half-sister Tiff, her husband and Phoenix were visiting that weekend)

my dad took the carpet out of the diningroom and hall when we picked laminate wood for the flooring. he's working on putting it down now. the kitchen is getting re-floored also because it had CARPET in it. O.o???? ...and under that carpet is linoleum. fun to take out. -.-*
me and my mom, for practically a whole day were sponging on this ivy green onto the biggest wall in the house. with small sponges. @.@*

the aurora borialis is a nice thing to see. too bad it was only in grey... but nice none the less. i didnt even know that it came down this far... it doesnt look much like the stereotypic picture were its just a band of smaller bands of light; that was only one part of it. theres the main part which looks like thin clouds wavering across the sky. it actually looked like a ghost or two dancing up there. hmmmm..............

okay.... when people draw Shadow in human form, they do it well, but the mess up the age...
Shadow looks around 17-19 in those pictures....
Shadow is around 48.
Shadow doesnt age, making him keep a certain look, and he looks like a 25 year old.
thats how people mess up... @.@...

i think i have seen a few shadowxmaria pictures (or something like that)....they wouldnt pair up... its almost as bad as tailsxcream.... it just wouldnt happen.... @.@
