The other day I went to the cinemas to complain about them not showing the new Coco Chanel movie. But as I started talkng to the man behind the counter, I totally lost myself. I think I've had too little of a love life in a too long peroid of time. I fell for him in like, lets be generous and say ten seconds.

But on the other hand, I've almost recovered from my glandular fever. Which, by getting me to the hospital for a week, also caused me to miss Siesta, a music festival. To make up for this I'm planning to go to Emmaboda later this summer! (Give me a holler if you're heading that way!) Listen to some nice music, like Justice (!), and hanging with friends it's been too long since I saw.

Summer in Sweden is so far quite grey, but I ain't giving up!

And the vernissage from the closed competition, arranged by the architecture society in Växjö, was held.

WICH I WON!

Both first AND second place! A camera, a subscription for a great photo magazine and a gift certificate!
Today must be one of the happiest days for a long time!
My dad even showed up! He surprised me by driving 250 km to be here!



Ah, to mingle with photographers and architects. What a rush!

AND! When I met my friend today she showed me something extraordinary! A twinbanana! It doesn't sound like much, but it was special, two bananas in one! Haha, it made my day (sadly)

Me, my parents and brother went to Edinburgh, Scotland, to see my sister Linda!
She moved there this summer so I hadn't seen her for what felt like an eternity.

We arrived in the middle of the night but yet she came to pick us up! She had walked throgh the rough neigborhoods with only her umbrella as defence, haha.
I stayed with her and mom, dad and Mattias lived in a hotel.
The whole stay was great! I met a lot of fun people, amongst others a scottish man who had lived in Gothenburg, and experienced Scotland at its best!
My mom even got hit on by a man at the busstop


It was really hard leaving her too, seing her walk away from the train...

Wohoo I got a free weeks subscription! I still haven't figured out all the advantages but it's really fun.
It made me write in my journal for the first time though

Anyway, I'm enjoying my free time at the moment, the weather's great and I'll soon be off to Berlin... And after that I'm going to Estonia with my dad (hopefully a fun trip).

Midsummer Eve today, I just came home from Knut and Monica, a really nice couple that live in the neighbourhood. We ate and talked, the usual stuff...My sister got a little tipsy though, so I followed her home...
