Anyway, all I wrote there was a long whiny entry describing intricately the ways in which UPS has broken and made useless my computer box. It's not as bad as it sounds, but it does mean I am reliant upon the school computers for all my interent-related activities until I obtain new parts and a qualified repairperson. Which will probably not be until the beginning of October.

Sooo... me and the internet will not be spending much time together for the next little while. If you were waiting on the edge of your seat for me to finally post something new: sorry hon'.

Okay, I really just want to bump that other journal off. But I have been meaning to write a proper entry! For, um, four months ._.
(it's a long story. involving singing and dancing and high school acredidation. you probably won't want to hear it, as it's very whiny)
Right, I'll get to posting again... one of these days =_=

But there is something I thought I oughta mention already. And that is... I might be running a printing service! ^_^
Okay, explanation: we own a REALLY nice inkjet color printer. And lots of nice heavyweight photopaper. So I figured, hey, Kinko's charges an arm and a leg for this stuff, and that's mean. So I was thinking of offering much-cheaper printing to all the folks I know who wanna do prints for Anime Boston ^_^ I haven't figured out how much to charge yet, but it'll almost certainly be less than a dollar a print (even for the really fancy heavyweight satin finish stuff.)
I was just wondering if you folks'd be interested in something like that. Please reply!

Now, I need to go do some biology and practice for choir. Hopefully I'll remember to journal some more before the end of the month =_= I do actually have lots of stuff to talk about. It's crazy.

(right, i totally needed a new journal entry i'll just ramble along, then)

Hm, I'll talk about all those new anime I'm watching. Or not watching, since there are a ton of them and I haven't had much time to catch up XD I'm keeping up with Bleach and Tactics, since they rock, and would be cought up with School Rumble if dash-fansubs would hurry it up a little. Yeah, I know there are about three other groups doing it, and I know dash is just one guy, but I like his translation notes ^_^ And there's no way I'm watching that insane show raw. Tactics yes, Veiwtiful Joe yes, heck, I've been watching Samurai Seven raw. But School Rumble is just waaayyyy to full of obscure references and bizarre wordplays and just plain craziness. The raw would make my mind explode.
Speaking of Veiwtiful Joe, I have to say that it's entertaining at the least. Incredibly random as well, but I really haven't played all that much of the game, so I'm not fit to comment ^_^; But Seki Tomokazu and Miki Shinichirou are in it, so that's good enough for me.

Speaking of The Miki, guess who else he's playing? URAHARA KISUKE. If that isn't sex on a stick, I don't know what is.

Anyway, I've got to go to Anime Club and try not to infect anyone with horrible diseases, so I'll keep rambling later. Let me know if anyone gets the 2,000~!

So~! Halloween was funky I ended up being Van Hellsing after all ^_^ We didn't Trick or Treat very long so we didn't get to much candy, but there was still good fun had.

Also, it's *lucky444's birthday today!!! You should all go to her page and yell at her for being all old! Naaahhh, don't do that, give her a big hug

Also, the GM of The Digital Heaven [link] has put up the first four Season 4 archives! ^o^ Now you can read all the stuff me and a bunch of other people much cooler than me (including ~ Midori-Ronin and ~crestofinnocence) have been RPing about for the last two months! Ah, they're still kind of rated R, but that's mostly Hanshin and Naoko's fault. But you should still read them, because all the characters are really cool. Good times~!

Okay, I really need to post some deviations @_@ Ones that don't suck, that is. The problem is I haven't have much time to color stuff lately, but I'm getting better at coloring fast, so I should have some stuff finished soon. Also, I haven't really drawn anything that good lately I need to work at that, eh?
On a related note, I will SOMEDAY have a new I.D. @_@ Someday~!
Also, my messages have started pilling up again. There's a very good reason for this too: I don't have web access after 11:00 PM. My dad arraged this so I would actually start getting to sleep at reasonable hours of the night >_> This actually isn't such a bad thing; I can still send and recieve emails and IMs after hours, so my RPing isn't hindered, and this gives me a chance to follow though on other non-net endevours such as CGing and video editting, which I've been slacking on. But it also cuts into my prime posting and message answering time: the wee hours of the morning ^_^; Ahh, I'll manage.

Hm, I was going to say something else, and then I forgot. Hmm...
In the meantime, the ~Zidane-Tribal-club contest is over! You should all vote!
Also, today's Election Day! You should all vote! (unless you're underage like me, then you should bug your elders ^_^)

I celebration, by the time you read this I will have CHANGED MY ICON! It's Kon from Bleach being a dork and jumping around in Ichigo's body, because Kon rocks like that I actually scanned, cleaned, and colored this all by myself. Whee! And thanks again ~ krystalflame for GIFing it for me! ^--^

It seems like every new anime this season is premiering THIS week @_@ Currently I'm dowloading Yugioh GX (which i decided to give the benefit of the doubt), Harukanaru Toki no Nake de (which is a blatent, blatent Fushigi Yuugi rip off but a billion of my favortie VAs are in it), School Rumble (which Dom from Megatokyo likes, so it can't be that bad), Tactics (which has a tengu in it. A TENGU!), Tsunabouzu (which... has a cool name), and Viewtiful Joe (which, well, DUH). Oh, and I'm also getting all of Battle Programmer Shirase for the sole reason that Kazuya Nakai plays the main character, which would make this the second anime I've done exactly that (the first being Samurai Champloo, and that was sure a good investment)

Hopefully, at least a couple of these anime are really bad and I won't want to watch any more, because I'm siriusly running out of space on my hard drive ._.

In other news, I've already started aquiring various ANiBos cosplay accoutrements. I got some shoes I thought I might like for Izumi, but they've got buckles and the straps hurt my feet. I REALLY like the soles though, they're wooden and sexy and make me a full inch and a half taller. And since the leather bits are attacked by these nail things, I'm pretty sure I can take them off and put on a strap of my own, with the big W.C and everything. Which would rock so very hard.

Also, I am SO, SO being Urahara. Maybe on Sunday. Then I wouldn't have to take out the little Izumi braids, I'd just have my wig on. With a white and green striped bucket hat. Urahara is teh sex ^o^

It appears King Richard's Fair is this weekend, and I think I'd like to go ^_^ I've only been to one other Ren fair, and it was kinda tiny. And this time I actually have something cool to wear! (an embroidered leather vest my mom got me for christmas, it's wicked awesome)

It's overrrr! T.T I know, the manga ended months ago, so it's not like I didn't know how it was coming, but now it's really over ;_; *sniff*
It was done nicely, too~ Kazama Shunsuke proves once again that he's a lovely, lovely voice actor, and they lifted a good bit of the ep directly from chapter 343, even Yuugi's little epilogue ^-^ All in all, it was a lovely little ending. I was joyed.

And now, all that's left is the fandom~! Well, as long as you ignore that funky little GenX show that's coming out and the R manga, but since neither of those have anything to do with Takahashi-sensei, I fully intend to
(both of them are on some serious crack anyway~ )

I'm so gonna own this whole series on DVD someday. Yay for FUNi releasing the uncuts soon! ^-^ It'll take ages, but so will me saving up enough money for the boxsets. Maybe someday I'll be able to afford them all @_@
SOMEDAY~!!

And FMA is ending this Saturday, too. Will the torment never end!?

In particular the GM is looking for guy characters, because there are way to many girl ones I'm STILL waiting for a boy Child of Love, because it's going have to happen anyway XD Hehehe, Sora'd work

Righto, so as some of you may know, I just got back from a week and a half in Florida ^-^ It was lovely-wondefrul down there, especially since we were out on the panhandle and both Bonnie and Charley missed us completely. Ha! XD

I think I managed to only get a bit of a tan down on the beach, even though I was out in the sun about the same amount as my older brother and HE got beat-red sunburned XD Double Ha! And I didn't even wear sun tan lotion ^o^

One thing I DID come back with was a whole crapload of seashells @_@ Since I'm not to big on swimming but still rather enjoy the ocean, I spent much of my beach time cahooting around in the waves fishing for shells and sandollars and sea glass and the like. Mostly sandollars, cause they're REALLY hard to find in one piece X-x Only found three of them, then one got broke somehow after we got home and I'd put them on the table. I was very sad T_T

They, uh, seem to have changed things around a bit here while I was gone Great timing, that @_@ I rather like the new look, although for some reason they've cleaned out my backlog of uncommented deviations from before July 10th .__. So now I only have 287 messages instead of, like, 500 >.>; I'm not sure whether this is a good thing or... well, okay, it is a good thing, but I still feel really bad about not having commented on those T.T I might go thru the galleries of the people I watch to check what I missed.

It occurred to me shortly before I left that I'd never ranted about Connecticon ; *lucky444 and ~Mersith have already given most of the commentary to be had (nearly a month ago, i might stress >>;; ) so I'll just say that it rocked mightilly and that Mookie is still the coolest guy in the universe, even though Matt and Ian M. and Ian J. and Brian and Aido and all those crazy webcomic people are ultra-super cool as well. And for the record, him flipping Lucky off was entirely my fault XD

Ah! And I've made a resolution: I want to be up on the Uber Webcomics Panel next year. That is, I want to have a webcomic that has enough piddling readership so as to attest to it's being a true webcomic. I may not be able to pull it off, but dernit, I wanna be on that panel! XD (if only to give Aido and that other girl company. there were way to many Y chromosomes on that stage)

For those confused as to what I'm going on about, I'm refering to The Digital Heaven ([link]), the really awesome Digimon email RPG I applied to about a week and a half ago.
What happened was that the space I applied for, the crest of Harmony, got snatched up pretty early, so I had to choose a different open crest and alter the application. I chose Friendship, and it ended up working out quite well for the character ^_^
So about a week ago I sent in the newly altered application, and just last night found out I was accepted. ROCK! *crazy thanks and props to the awesome GM*
It's kinda odd having the profile I wrote up there online @_@ A little embarasing, almost, seeing as I wrote most of it durring unspeakable hours of the night and some parts are a bit sub-par It turned out pretty nice though, overall ^_^

This means, of course, I'll have to (finally) finish up coloring Kamo's champion and ultimate evolutions @_@ And actually DRAW a proper picture of him and Yuu's spirit forms. That may have to wait a bit though, as it dawned on me a couple days ago that Connecticon is THIS WEEKEND, and I still haven't drawn giftart for Mookie X_x Nyuuuuu, I wanna finish the coloring, but Mookie is the greatest man alive~... I'll wait 'till Saturday night, perhaps.
And I'll have to post those Yuu scraps I drew while writing her profile(s)... I may do that this evening ^_^

By the way, the RPG still has about four open slots (Love, Reliability, Truth, and Pride) if anyone out there is intersted ^_^ Do please make a boy character though-- the GM is up to her neck in girls.

So, a little over a week ago, I found out that The Digital Heaven, the Digimon RPG I almost tried to enter last August without luck (yes, the one all those digimon pictures really early on in the gallery are all about), had opened up again for its 4th season. So for a good chunk of my waking hours since then I have been updating, revising, and basically completely rewriting the old Yuu application and re-designing every stage of her digimon's evolution. And still I missed the application deadline by about 17 hours @_@ So now I'm praying franticly that she even considers my application, and in the meantime I'll be posting some of the pile of pictures I've drawn in the last week of Yuu and the newly-revamped Kamo's evolutions. They turned out pretty nice ^_^

... I really hope she likes my application x_x The RPG sounds sooooo cooooll.

I'll probably be posting the linearts of a couple of them first, and then the colors a little later, because the colors are taking ages @_@ Isoramon's gonna be the death of me.

I think most of the Yuu pictures with have to be put in scraps, too... I really need to draw a good, complete picture of that girl. I love her dearly, but she's hard to put on paper sometimes T-T

I also need to draw a pic of Hanshin... because, well, he's HANSHIN. Hanshin = ROCKIN. I love that boy so much ^-^

Okay, so it's about 45 minutes ago and about 3:10 or so, and i decide i'm rather thirsty and go downstiars to get some water and try and see all these crazy lightling flashes a little better from the back door. So i go down and my older brother's awake too, and i go get my water and look outside and it hasn't rained to much, but the lightning is insane. Then it starts to rain a little and my brother says "Oh, the backhoe isn't covered. This could be bad" and i'm like "Can i help you any?" and he says "Yeah, i'm gonna go get a raincoat, then i might need help"

So I go get my sandals and my own (wimpy) raincoat, and i wait for him out on the deck watching the light show. So he comes out and we go to unhook the tarp from the fence, and it starts REALLY raining. So we get underneath the tarp and keep unhooking.
(Dave later remarkes about a similar scene in Jurassic Park, and wonders at the fact that no raptors came out of the woods. I'll have to watch that movie again now, i don't remember that scene)
So by the time we finish unhooking this thing, it's still raining really hard and we decides to walk the tarp over to the backhoe from under it, and i hop down into the little gully the fence is in front of and find out that THE GULLY BECAME A PUDDLE. In ten minutes. And i'm here in sandals.
So my feet are a bit muddy and my pants are pretty soaked from the knee down, but i'm still okay. So we walk the tarp over and i'm carrying the little bungees as well, and we start trying to drag the thing over the hoe. It must have had a couple of gallons of water swimming in it by then, tho, cuz it was HEAVY. Now sometime between then and later my hood must have flown off, cuz the times i wasn't under the tarp my hair got pretty wet. I didn't really notice, tho, as with the lighting flashing everywhere and the rain getting even harder i wasn't really paying attention. So we haul the thing over and start hooking it, while trying not to let the wind rip it off, and every time i hold it over my head the water from on top runs down my jacket sleeves. Gah. Then's when i started noticing i was REALLY wet. We're in a rush too, obviously, and the backhoe kinda got only half-covered on one side, but it'll survive.
So we get all but one hook on, and i have to get over to the other side to help with the last one, and since i don't really wanna get out from under the tarp, i climb over the pilot seat. So we finish hooking, (i finally realize my hood's off,) we run to the bacement door, and lo and behold, it's locked. So we run up the stairs to the back kitchen door and Mom's there.
Apparently she looked out the window and saw my half-torn-off hanging pocket (the face of my right jacket pocket tore a couple weeks ago and it's still hanging there, a big square of white fabric) and wondered what the heck Dave and me were doing running around outside at 3:30. We tell her, and she tells us that the 'hoe has been weathering the rain all month and that we didn't terribly have to but the tarp up. Double Gah. Especially since it's right about then i notice that i'm both muddy and thouroughly soaked.
So i kick off my shoes and whipe my feet a bit, and go up to take a quick shower (my hair's wet anyway.) So i get out and go to my room, and look at my bedstand... and realize that my window's been open this whole time. C-R-A-P.

There isn't TO much damage, really. The most soaked objects were my copy of The Subtle Knife (most the cover, the rest is still good,) my tiny ringed scetchbook (it had a nice picture of Yuu sitting right on top i wanted to post, too. ah well, it's drying out nicely) the insert from my brother's Switchfoot CD, and one of his Psych books (both still perfectly readable, the insert's currently being consoled by a pile of tissues. not sure what to tell my brother, though. he did already graduate with his Psych major, anyway ^.^; )

Amazingly, the only item that didn't belong to me or a family member, Sami's copy of Eerie Queerie, was right in middle of the destruction, but was covered by a large plasic bag of white corn chips and escaped with only a tiny spot of warping on the back cover and a few bendy page edges. So Sami, your manga owes it's life to Snyder's Of Hanover. Wow.

Aaaaaand now it's 4:30, and i've gotta do a lot of school work before Recca's party tomorrow, and my hair is finally dry, and i've probably spelled half this entry wrong, and i've said 'holy crap' at LEAST four times in the last hour and a half, and Mermaid's Forest is kickass, and i'm sleepy. Night!

Now, I know I ran off and didn't post anything again, but see, I had a good reason this time! The reason being I was at this awesome camp in Vermont all last week and not at my computer ^^ It was so fun tho! And I lost weight! *gets shot by lucky and DS*

I don't feel up to giving a blow-by-blow of my funky camping week, as I'm sure *lucky444 or ~Mersith will anyway, but I did go to see PoA yesterday :woot:

In true fangirl style, I had on my cute wolf shirt from Yellowstone and DS had her Sirius Black prison shirt from Hot Topic, and we brought my big black dog and coyote plushies to glomp on ^^ Seeing as it was the second day as opposed to the first, however, there were no pointy wizard hats in the theater T-T Poo. But we did feel all hardcore.
Anyway, movie. BUCKBEAK!! He was so preeettyy! I wanted to pet him! ^---^ Also, Gary Oldman made a much sexier Sirius than I thought he would And that David whats-his-name dude was really great as Remus, although the moustache was a little weird. Alan Rickman, of course, was as Severusly awesome as usual ^_^ And the new Dumbledore was practically seamless. It was rockin' all around.
I must say, though, things went by FAST ._. There didn't seem to be a pause for breath in the whole movie, which i suppose is appropriate given the third book's atmosphere, but still, it was kinda weird. They also didn't explain anything at the end! I know, one understands from reading the book, but really, they didn't even get into how Sirius broke out or who the Mauraders were! It made me sad.
Also, those poor birds T.T
All that didn't get to much in the way of the movie's cute, though Like Remus's little monologue about Lily, and Sirius and Harry's conversation, and, of course, the "old married couple" bit xDDD I think we can all die happy now.
And on the werewolf: WTF mate? O_o

Moving along, I plan to do my crazy 15-Deviation Splurge today, so if you want my 1,000 you'd better start camping

Oh wow, I totally never got rant about AniBos ._. A little late for that now I suppose. Although I must say, I didn't expect there to be so many other Kaiba's running around In all fairness, though, I'm pretty sure I was the only female one xD Crossplay Pawahhh!!

Oh! Also, on Friday I was Yoh from Shaman King ^__^ Cuz I had the shirt I got for the Kharl costume and some oversized boy's jeans and some cool headphones and Yoh-lenth dark-brown hair, so it's Thursday night and I'm like, "Hey, why not?"
Some other guy was Yoh as well, but he was better because he could actually run around shirtless. I was saddened xD

Right. I'll stop going on about month-old cons now.

Hmm... I WOULD talk about the upcoming PoA, but really, who ISN'T obsessing over that?

Ah! Van Hellsing is a wicked fun movie xDD David Wenham rocks. Hugh Jackman rocks rocks rocks. Dracula looks like Socom from Scrapped Princess. Good times

Also, Troy made me giggle Really Achilles, how many times do you have to get naked before you figure that we KNOW you've sexy? Huh. I've got a crapload of pictures I need to be uploading. Particuarly the ones I sold at animeboston T_T Some of those were downright cute.

Oh oh oh! FMA got licenced! ^_^ Why am I happy? Because Funimation got it and after Fruits Basket, I TRUST Funimation. Also, it'll be on Adult Swim come October ^o^ Wicked cool.
Although, rather than pursue now-rather-illegal fansubs, I've decided to watch the rest of the series raw, much like I've been doing for Yugioh. The difference is, FMA's got an older average viewership and I'm not what you'd call fluent in japanese yet ._. Ah well, I just watched ep 32 and understood it well enough =_= Although I'm not sure what they're going on about Hohehiem this time. Also, Greed was created by WHO now? X_x *dies from lack of happy knowledge*

Speaking of the Yu Gi of Oh, the Memory World arc has been going on! ^_^ Although I must say, the WTF-factor has been through the roof as of late. First Bobasa never showed, and then Bakura gave KAIBA the Eye, and then all the priests have these crazy Egypt-y duel disks, and then Mahaad gets the shaft early, and NOW Bobasa's showing up?! WHAT'S GOING ON???? *dies from lack of sanity*
Ah well, TKBakura and A-kun and PriestSet make up for it by being pretty ^^ Also Mahaad, the poor man T_T Isis was all lovey for him too, it was the cutest thing ever.

Also, Yugioh R. Of which I have nothing to say other than they should all stop watching the dub >_< And Tenma dear, do try to quit the Sailor Moon habit. It's unhealthy for a man your age.

Oh, heh, right, I haven't posted for two weeks again xD;;; Whoops.

So yeah, I, like most everyone else, have been franticly trying to draw fanart to sell at Anime Boston to make some money. Unlike everyone else, I've only draw about five or six sellable things ^.^;;; I am so easily distracted.

Oh my god xD I just got my hands on the mp3s of the Dragon Knights drama image song album. Thatz's is HILARIOUS The whole song is about how much he loves money! And it's sung by Onosaka Masaya, so of COURSE it's filled with some of the funniest voicing in the universe xDDD *bows before the big O*
Also, Rune's song is gorgeous ^-^ But it's by Ogata Megumi, so that's a given *bows before the other big O*
And Rath's is by Seki Tomokazu. 'Nuff said

What else? Ah! I'll be at Conbust at Smith College this weekend ^_^ Lucky and I've got a dealer's table and will probably be drawing I.D.s like nobody's business. At least it's mostly a women's convention, so we don't have to draw as many spiky-haired and/or balding guys ._. It gets hard.
And with any luck, I'll be sporting a +Anima t-shirt to show my support for the Toriyama's World folks who're gonna be there *is shameless*

So, as you can tell, Silicon, Recca, Lucky and me went up to this rockin' little con up in NH known as Kamecon. Although we spent a goodly amount of time sitting at our vendor table, we had a metric tonne of fun at that con. It was especially nice for me as Kamecon 1 was the first anime con I ever attended ^^ Plus I got to play Soul Calibur on an arcade-style setup again, which was really interesting and cool. And I even beat that insane Astaroth guy once! *dances*

Also, as you may have guessed, I went in cosplay. Seeing as my only previous con cosplay was Dark Mousy at AnimeBoston (where NOBODY knew who i was T_T) I got a nice little ego boost when people tapped on my shoulder and said "Hey, you're Kaiba?" ^_^ Most niftyful. Recca and I even participated in the cosplay contest, in which I succeded in making my coat go 'woosh' and pulled a BEWD out of my armguard, and Recca (as chibi-riku) ran onto stage and yelled "w00t!" (a big feat, as she had a bad sore throught.)

Meanwhile, DS got a boatload of commisions @_@ Most of which involved chibi Kingdom Hearts chatacters or shounen-ai. But not both. They were really pretty though ^_^ Especially since she drew and colored them in about 15-30 minutes @_@ Le yikes.
More meanwhile, shile niether Lucky nor I sold many actually pictures, we did a TON of custon IDs .__. I was about to DIE, all the ones we were drawing. But we got good money from it, and I bought four pins! ^---^ Yay!!

I also got some Men's Pocky and a Ramune soda, both of which are good (men's pocky is dark choco, btw.) And some Calpis, which nearly killed me @_@ I'm never touching that stuff again.

Oh! And there was a LOKI COSPLAYERRR! And a Freya to match! ^_^ So awesome!! I got a picture of them ^-^ I didn't get a pic of the Takuto and Meroko couple though T_T Ah well, you can find the whole masquerade lineup on the internet, if you look propery ^^ Recca and I are on it too. A warning, I look absolutely stoned ._. I'm also being glomped by a Serenity cosplayer I met backstage who happened to think ShizukaXSeto was the One True Way. (i disagree, but that's a different story) Let me tell you, it's hard to be Kaiba in character when one is being molested by a random person who speaks in Japanese a lot. She was really cool though ^_^ Big Eric Stuart fan.

Also, the Duo Trio got together and did a spur-of-the-moment skit with a local Trowa ^^ Very cool.

Also Also, that person who was hanging around our booth all day whose name I forgot again was totally cool ^^ I wanna see that almost-wooshy pictuuure! *waves*

Anyway, birthday! ^_^ First of all, we played so much Soul Calibur our arms fell off. Second of all, paper cake plates and sharpie markers are a most brilliant artistic medium. Third of all, all you guys' presents totally rox0red ^--^ I mean, zodiac SOAP! That's just cool.

It occured to me when I was reading my new Hikaru no GO vol 1 tankouban, but I started reading that series nearly two years ago back at Toriyama's World @_@ It's kinda odd the be reading the same thing in Japanese that you were reading last month in Shounen Jump, that you were reading back in 2002 scanlated. Of course, that same could be said for Naruto, but I'd only been reading it for a couple months before it got licenced ; Plus, I'd only gotten to the Chuunin Exams, so it's not like I have all that much mad spoilerage to pull on unsuspecting fangirls. Pooey -_-
Besides, I'm to distracted by my new complete DNAngel tanko set bought off Erin with me birthday money Yeeeeeeessssssss......

...and then, I'll buy all the english ones when they come out with all my Borders giftcard goodness Yeeeeessss.....

Plus a week late Merry Christmas! xD I've been a leeeetle preocupied up until yesterday or so (read: i had to retake about 7 history tests i lost in order to finish my ninth grade transcipt in time for the due date on the 31st. good times) so I've not had much time to draw or post much stuff @_@ I did, however, do my half of me and ~mariessa's art trade! Even though it's pretty bad ._. And DS is gonna kill me >_> It was all mariessa's idea.

Aaaanyway, I've already started on one of my resolutions! I'm actually reading the rest of the archives of The 10K Commotion! ^__^ 10K [link] is, in a word, the Prince of Tennis of DDR. And it's a REALLY nifty webcomic, IMO. And I've never even played DDR ._. But I sure want to now! If only to wear a little winged backpack and run around speaking Japanese whilst grooving to the music xD
Also, it's all in rough and lightly CGed pencil. That's right, PENCIL. I think I've found my idol.

Ah yes.
Somewhere in Japan Kazuki Takahashi is assisting one of the senior TV filler writers in his sudden, dishonorable seppuku. With a nice blunt sword. Not good times.

Yeeks, this arc has been going on like forever @_@ I heard it's now the second longest arc, behind Duelist Kingdom or Battle City or something ._. Oi. I want the memory arc to start! T-T We needs us more Pharoahboi love! And thiefking!Bakura ^^ That's sure to make some people happy.

... So, after a abundance of whining and nearly a month of practically no pictures, I shall start uploading again. There are several pictures I've been wanting to scan for ages, so I might do a bit of an influx. Mind you, the files won't be as nice looking because Paint doesn't resize as nicely as PhotoEditor did, but eh. No one will ever notice >.> *sneaks away like a ninja*

Speaking of ninjas, it's been so disturbingly cold in my room lately that I've started wrapping myself in blue rope light to keep warm. This is probably a very stupid idea, seeing as they came with a little fire warning slip about not leaving them on to long around flammable materials and stuff, but it's better than sitting there freezing my pants off. So if you come on one day and find a my journal simply saying "OMG THE FIRE IT BURNS" you'll know what happened xD Nah, Dad just gave me the space heater until the central heater gets fixed. So now I don't have to wallow in the eternal depths of coldness anymore. Woohoo! *dances*

Oh, and I read some of that huge My Console binder ~darksilicon lent to ~ lucky444. Now I know where those crazy Pterofins came from! @_@ Although many, many things have yet to be explained. Lucky and I made a whole list, it was fun xD
By the way, chapters two and three got left in my sketchbook ^^; I shall return them on Monday. Along with this huge cowtail I bought, it's awesome.

I saw the PoA trailer! ^o^ Ho! New Dumbledore looks really awesome! Although Sirius just looks a bit off-kilter...

I think I'm teetering on the edge of becoming a shameless Edward fangirl, but Alphonce is just too cute ^---^ He's like "*wave*" and the little girl's like "*meep*" and he's like "T-T I'm scary..." and Ed's like "Er..." ^-^

I have a scanner again! Woohoo! My old scanner, (Aibo) which couldn't run under XP, is now being used by my dad on his Win2000 machine, so that I can use his scanner (which I've dubbed Aibo-Ni) which does have XP drivers. It's still a bit finiky though, as PaperPort doesn't seem to think I should be aloud to crop or export anything. Coupled with my lack of an actual photo editor, this makes it nigh imposible to get things properly gallery-ready, so it my be a few days still untill I can upload anything -_- It also tends to scan things a little on the high brightness, low-contrast side, so I'll have to fiddle things a bit to get it back to the way I like. More news as events warrant.

Also, after four months of drooling, whining, and conveniently walking into well-stocked Suncoasts without a cent on me, I've finally purchased the Voices of a Distant Star DVD.
Wow.

Second of all, I just swiched my computer over to Windows XP in a large ordeal involving a fresh install and a hard drive reformat. So lots of things are now not installed, including my scanner, which apparently doesn't work with XP so I'll have to trade scanners with Dad or something. That and I've got to reinstall or reconfigure a plethora of other stuff. Yeah X_X This could get facinating.

Third of all, I've already read all the manga ~lucky444 lent me and now I'm pining T--T I needs to feed my Jump addiction! And Dragon Knights! And Fake was also very entertaining in a really demented sort of way I think I'm afraid to read volume 3 now.
Ah well, I've got the Fullmetal Alchemist anime to tide me over ^o^ The opening and ending songs have sucked out my soul with their awesomeness.

I have some seriously screwed-over dreams O_o

I didn't get to this yesterday due to my riveting review of the DNAngel ending, but to anyone who knows what the heck I'm talking about, the cranes got shipped Tuesday morning ^^ The entire string was 70 feet 4 inches long. It took FOREVER to string the darn thing. Now there's this empty spot on the bedroom floor where all the bags of fifty used to be T-T Nyuuu, I miss my birdy minions ;_; Well at least I'll get a picture of the whole string hanging up in Japan ^-^
By the way lucky, Zidane is on it ^~

In slightly more geeky matters, Yami-kun and Raphael are having a rematch next week! Hell yeah! Payback time! *waves signs*
Bittorrent has made me an incredibly spoiled child, I swear ^-^

I've been looking at a few clubs, and I must say, I am very tempted to join a couple @_@ Namely Otogi's Groupies and the Bakura Lovers Inc, and various general Yugioh groups. But I'm a Mahado whore at heart, and besides I plan to join (or start) a Scrapped Princess club in the near future, if I can find one/find people willing to join one ^^

Well, I do agree with Elora-chan to some extent. It was... oddly rushed. And the ending was indeed a bit sappy.
But, somehow, I am satisfied.
Maybe I'm just easy to please. Maybe I can be so vague in things myself that vagueness in other things just doesn't bother me so much. Or maybe I'm just so dementedly hormonal that watching a buch of sexy guys fly around on pretty wings for an episode and a half is enough to make me happy as a box of pocky. But I'm still satisfied.

Speaking of fansubs, I just finished Kokoro Library taday T-T Episodes 11 and 12 were really really great (Eleven especially appealled to the Band of Brothers fan in me) and made me quite happy as Funny Tortise and Uezawa are two of my favorite characters ^-^ Thirteen, on the other hand, seemed more like a fanboy episode than anything else and simply made me all the more suspitious that Iina is, in fact, a lesbian -__-; Ah well, the previous two made up for it ^--^
Speaking even more of fansubs, I FINALLY got caught up on DNAngel @_@ Freedert and Elliot are so cute! ^---^ Twenty-four was so great, and for a minute I thought it might be the last episode, but then at the very end Sato's little rat-busturd of a father-person walks up >_< I HATE that man. Hate hate hate. Ah well, at least the next ep's about Kokuyoku ^-^ I am mui curious.
Speaking not it fact of fansubs, but of raws, I saw Yugioh 171 yesterday. I have one thing to say: JOUNOUCHI IS SO INCREDIBLY AWESOME! _ I can see why Elora-chan loves him so much ^----^

It seems that owes me a kiriban ^^ I've got a pretty good idea what I'd like, I just need to do some reference pics. I'll get back to you soon on it! *waves*

They ended up picking a player before I even got to send it in, which made me sad for a bit, untill I remembered just HOW MUCH stuff I plan on doing in the next six months (like being in the Art Show, Masquerade AND AMV contest at Anime Boston, and drawing an entry for the next Tokyopop contest. Oh yeah, and schoolwork ;; )
