Heya all, sorry I haven't been updating. Work, Work and more work kinda stops me from updating, especially when I get back home so late now, I just want to fall asleep instantly I walk through the door. I haven't been doing much, mostly singing (in a gospel choir, go me!) listening to music, drawing, and seeing random programs, blah blah blah you get the drift.

Everything seems to all go into one this week. I come onto msn to help friends with work, I get 2 of them asking me the same question, so I have to copy and paste, and help them, check on it. Gah. Then I have my other friend asking me about relationship problems, and why it happens to him and not to me because the concept is still the same. Gah again. Then I have another friend asking me about something do with an online relationship thingy it's rather confusing.

THEN! I have my poor fiancé (hehe ) having the most shittiest week of his life (a day after we met up again and had the best day of our lives ) eventually quitting his job and getting aggro from everyone else...goddamnit I wish I could be there for him.

IN ADDITION! I have my poor friend who has lost her mum last week to cancer, and now her Dad today from suicide (overdose) - later getting her hair half burned off by some prick sitting behind us on the bus. Jeez, everything is happening so shittily.

*sigh* Oh well, that's life I guess.

I am totally in love with this person's gallery, it's unbelieveable I didn't find out about her sooner! Her photography is out of this world, it's something you don't get to see very often. It has a special quality around it - I can't even begin to describe how much I am amazed at this person's ability to take something simple and just turn it into something so stimulatingly (yes I mean that) beautiful. Her gallery just wants to make your jaw drop and eyes widen in awe of her fantastic photography.
This week I present `zetab who I met in the shoutbox and I stumbled across her photography. It is amazing that there are such talented photographers on DA, and there I thought I was looking in the wrong places. Autumn Reflections - Is magic, I swear she takes the essence of Autumn and like...I dunno! I dunno what I can say! All I can say is that she does that, and makes it 1000000000 times better. Mmm, hello all! Just coming back from holiday. I was in Cornwall for a week, and it was flipping amazing. Went to the Eden Project, went to more or less all beaches in a 50 mile radius of Stithians! Went to Truro, went to Falmouth, went to Pendennis Castle, and I have never felt so amazed by the views as I have before. I just wish I took better pictures instead of the stuff I took with my camera phone!

Oh, and the day after I came back which was the 14th Sunday August, I met up with ~xCHAPx who you all know is my fiancé, and mmmm...my god it was fun. I swear, I have never felt so safe, so comfortable, so relaxed, so happy as I did when I was with him. I love him so much

As I sit here, looking through deviants...scanning the place to see who is in need of some much needed views, I come across a deviant who has put his heart (litterally) and soul into worthy pieces of work; only to find that he has around 1,400 views. I find that disgusting, I don't think you viewers should be ashamed, I think you should be disgusted with yourselves to not find this kind of talent.
This guy, has put emotions into his digital paintings, found where it lies and sticks it to the people. This guy makes others think about themselves, if they are really like those people in the digital paintings, or whether they are something greater...or worse.

This week I present ~dekeart who is my good friend and talented artist. He takes great care in his presentation, and the way he decorates his art with subtle hints of his emotion is almost amazing that we still have people around here like that. What's wrong with me... - is amazing. He shows his emotions, how people feel, and I personally think this is an amazing piece of work, which I have yet to add to my favourites. I shall now, because this brings out so much emotion in the piece. You have to feel sorry for the little guy!

Yes, I do realise it has been exactly a month since I last posted a journal. Way way way too busy, I'm sorry! However, I do have the time now, so say hello to me and welcome me back and whatnot.

Last Monday (Monday 18th July) I went and saw THE most amazing band of all time, my idols...Rammstein (Shut up anyone who things otherwise, because don't spoil the moment here!). These guys were fucking A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! I loved every bit of it, even if I did get decked! They played in a small venue though, the Cardiff International Arena, but I loved every bit of their show. I felt the heat from the fire, I got spat and sweated on by Till, I touched the dinghy, I touched Till's and Christoph's water bottle when they threw it, getting soaked in the mean time. And I still fucking loved it, you know why. It was THE best thing that I have ever seen, and if I had the chance, I will do it again, and again, even if I got decked again and again. I got a funky t-shirt too

Now that I have finished my education for a few months, I shall relax, but still do some work now and again, but I deserve some well needed relaxation with my friends. So if any of you devs that are my friends wants to come to bristol, gimme a msn message or a call or something, it'd be great to see you.

Just came back from a 6 hour badminton tournament. Am I knacked? Of course. Played doubles, went into the quater-finals...won that. Went in the Semi-finals, pwned that. And then in the finales, Lost 9-15 But then I thought my partner and I did much better than we would expect, because the two opponents were like...complete fucking pros. Still I'm happy - and I came out with a trophy. Haha twas boy's doubles I parcitipated in anyway. I was the ONLY girl there. I would have done singles otherwise.

So. Here I sit with a nifty trophy in hand and a certificate. And two new friends, who one of them I shall be going out with tonight to the mall and then for a nice movie.

As I sit here, with a nasty cold and lungs that don't work properly - I realise, looking at my old journals, I have never ever ever promoted my friend Joe - who has great talent. He has had a rocky start, and yet...he has never been truely appreciated. Although his deviations are few, the photos are amazing.

This week I present *MeltedGFX who is my good friend and talented photographer. He takes great care in his presentation, and the way the photos are produced. It's a breathtaking pleasure to see someone different than all the regular photographers out there. Joe takes a step and goes upfront with animals and plants, and even his niece! I find that his newest piece - Tiger Lilly - is amazing. Minimalistic, but it just grabs your attention with the upclose view of this well known beautiful plant. This week, we have a random person! Just a friend of mine, but as looking through his gallery, I thought he should be the deviant of the week. I was browsing through his gallery, and I was astonished at such lovely photographic compositions he has packed in his little place called home. I love his work, and I think I should start favouriting! But I've only known this guy for not very long, so haven't really had the chance!

This week I present =JaquesChavez who produces amazing compositions and photography, it makes you want to sit on awe. The fact that he takes the time, to produce such breathtaking pieces, only says one thing. He must be a dedicated deviant, one of those who want to rise above the rest of the amaturish photographers and wants to make something of himself. One of his new-ish pieces, and something that keeps on catching my eye is Amazing Kitsch - which shows a close up of nature, and takes in the little details that you glance at as you're walking by the grass and plants. This piece is astounding, and I think you should all check out the rest of his gallery, to look at the amazing deviations. G'wan...NOW!

I've been doing a heck of lot of sketching, and seeing as I kinda got myself some decent tools, I might show my sketches on here, but for now I just generally show them to my friends and on another forum, which helps me look at my previous drawing, recieve helpful tips, and then analyse my original drawing, and do better. I know I kind of overdid Bogac's by a day ...but who cares! I was a bit busy. Anyway, there is a someone I want to introduce to you fascinating people, someone who is very dedicated to his work. He isn't exactly new...and I'm sure at least some of you has heard his name - but this guy, is just...wow, I love his work so much, I could probably marry it and have an orgasm...thing. Ehem!

This week I present *kerembeyit who produces such amazing pieces of artwork, with so much detail and dedication put into each piece. It just wants to make you cry. One of his newest pieces, and my one of my favourites (mind you, it's hard to choose because I favour most of his works) is Rocza and Loiosh which shows a sense of realism, how the background fits in with everything else, however the realism is broken by the fantastically drawn dragons Rocza and Loiosh. Three words describe Kerembeyit and his works. Absolutely. Fucking. Amazing.

I bought my mum a mug from here, the one I designed, that I let *chadamus put as mugs. She was very pleased! Apparently water-works went off and all.

Should be doing some more digital paintings. I think I'll give up Greg the Panda, I'm not getting anywhere with the poor dude. Although you may see him around now and again.

End of holidays now! Back to work and toil! Too bad really. Apparently, I have some mock-exams in a few weeks, so that should be rather interesting.

Sunday that just went past - 10th April, I visited London, properly explored it for the first time, went on the tube to meet-up with some friends, a sketching group if you will. That was very fun, got to talk to them, learn some new sketching ideas, I may buy some random pens and pencils, you never know!

Some were inside because it was a) too cold, and b) not enough room.

I certainly had fun.

In addition, I damaged the nerves in my left fingers (third and forth fingers...I did damage first, but not as bad) by trapping it in the door...rather painful. Did a makeshift job of putting plasters on it...ahah...the skills of cutting plasters pays!!!

This week, I am honoured to show you an amazing manipulating artist...his works are just so fantastic, you just gotta drop your jaw and say "bugger me that's good!". This man has worked his butt off to produce amazing deviations, that just want to make you hug him like he was some sort of...god. I'm sad to say that he hasn't gotten a lot of views for his works. I have to introduce you to *bogac's page. The things that he has produced...well, I can certaintly say that it left me in a state that I had to watch him - and my eyes were half way out their sockets. The manipulative manner he uses in his photography and deviations, is just..."wow". IMPOSSIBLE KISS Is one of my personal favourites, because the way that he makes it look so real, and the general composition is amazing. Warning to some males - don't look if you're a homophobe. Hah! Go visit this guy and have a look at his gallery, I assure you, it won't be a forgettable experience.

I got *chadamus to do some coffee cups of my 3 tiled designs, which is cool. I've taken up some lessons on how to draw properly, because I have loads of monster designs stuck in this noggin' of mine, and I don't know what to do with it!

Not a lot has happened in the past...well...week...or two. I've got the easter holidays on, so that is fun. I should be doing coursework next week and...crap.

I've just waited for him to put up more pictures - his photography is gripping and amazing - and I think that you should all check out xCHAPx's page. He's been here for a while, but only because of me And I think the photos he has produced is astounding, not to mention just friggin' beautiful alltogether. I hope you will share the same views. His photography could be inspirational to any newly starting photographers - and I hope you learn from it! My favourite picture from him - Heaven is Opening... - which I think is just jaw dropping from the amount of serenity and tranquility that you can feel from the picture. Exams finished until very late June. So I am extremely happy. Maths retake wsa in Monday, and I completely pwned it. I knew every question!

Science exam was on Wednesday and I think I pwned my biology, and got a B on chemistry! It was a bit hard you see

In addition to school things, in about a fortnights time...I'm going on work experience...so guess what? ONE WEEK OFF FROM SCHOOL! Oh the greatness of it.

Went for a walk today...with two friends...and jesus christ, my legs are bright red. It was extremely windy and cold - damnation to it.

However I assure you I will start mucking around in February (preferably the 11th to 17th because that is half-term) so I will probably do some small sketches here and there. I've been doing some serious badminton playing...but I've had to stop my Wednesday session because my mum didn't like it. So I'm only doing Mondays and Fridays sessions. I'll do Wednesday and try and find a couple of other sessions in the summer holidays

I've just finished my longest piece. Sorry I haven't been updating very much with new pictures and such, I've been very busy with coursework and such. I am going to get back to business soon because I don't have major coursework coming up. Only English, and we all know that's easy peasy lemon squeezy. I've joined myself up for two more badminton sessions. So now, I will have badminton Monday (from 7:30 - 10pm), Wednesday (7-10pm) and Friday (8-11pm) - so that should be extra fun.

I've also been kicked out my band...oh well - it gives me time to make a better band...one that will rock everyone's socks off until the world of socks will no longer exsist!!

My friend Dan North (one in the picture I drew "Back at you"), Pete H., Bevan E., EPEAR!! (Becky P) and some other people will be doing a small band, just doing songs from bands such as Franz Ferdinand, Frank Sinatra, Scissor Sisters - etc.

I am loving my wacom tablet. I'm currently not bothered to do anything at the moment because I am busy with other activities such as my coursework, going out and stuff. I'm doing a current project which is helping me get used to texturing. I'm onling drawing the first bit then I'm going to add texture ontop of it later - Gordon Freeman and I'm actually looking at my HL2 walkthrough game guide and looking at the picture and drawing...it's difficult but then it challenges my drawing skills.

I've been getting along with my Wacom Tablet, and I am getting very VERY happy results...although I'm not getting very recognised. I hope to get a daily deviation one day for the efforts I actually put in....because I actually do this all by eye, and not use grids or photos in the background. It's harder than you think you know! I'd like to see people fav-ing and commenting on my stuff, and not just viewing it. I've started to do "Remixes" of fellow photographer's pictures, like my first colour (and probably the one that took the longest) Suicidal Dreaming : Remixed and so far...well...not so many comments as I hoped for...oh well.

I'm gonna start doing more "Remixed" photos, so if you want your stuff a "bit more known"...and you're a photographer, then drop me a note and I'll choose from your gallery or something.

I finally got my playstation 2 (slimlined) about a week or less ago and I'm enjoying it loads. I also played with my new badminton racket today...WOAH it is light and I can do goddamn nice smashes and drop-shots with that. My feet are aching though...maybe 3 hours of straight badminton is too much? No?

Sunday will be 16 weeks with me and my boyfriend, and I love it...(yes I am babbling).

Erm...my dad is going to Miami for a company trip...and I'm begging him to let me join...It's unlikely, but there is always a chance isn't there? :]

I have modules on the 2nd of March, so that's gonna be a bit of a bummer, and I have a REALLY good idea for a valentines deviation (totally out of context to the exams, but oh well) and I'm sure people are going to love it :]

I've started using my new Wacom pen & Tablet, and here is the outcome of one of my favourite actors Jake Gyllenhaal and, so far, it's looking good...especially fans of Jake Gyllenhaal himself...omg he's such a secksy actor.

Erm, oh yesh. I recieved my Kingdom Hearts game in the post yesterday...but I have no consol to play it on...lol! Stupid shops still don't have a ps2, I might check today, but it's unlikely shops are going to be open on New year's day.

I hope 2005 will be much better than 2004...because...well...2004 sucked ass, and I really mean that...well except for the 14 weeks and 5 days right at the end...that was amazing

I was really happy on New Yera's eve, because I spent it with the guy I love, so... I R VERY happy

I probably need to get some homework done sometime this week, oh well.

Stuff I wanna do this year:

- Improve my drawing, art, photography
- Go to Hawaii
- Lose weight
- Go to the gym, get rid of some excess teh flabness (LOL)
- Pass my exams (preferably, get A's)
- Have a small forum meet-up in the Summer Holidays
- Get out more (probably not going to happen)

Today was supposed to be fucking great right? Wouldn't you think that would be fucking grand?

I'll tell you something. 2004 has been THE worst year I have ever lived - so many bad things have happened this year, it's just too much to describe. But, I thought it'd get better just at the end of the year, fuck no it didn't.

My rabbit Snowdrop died. I my dad found her dead, cold and stiff at the bottom of the hutch, when every other rabbit was at the top. She froze to death. I hate this year, and I hate everything to do with it, and the only FUCKING good thing that has happened to me this year is finding someone who actually cares a lot about me.

I can't believe she's gone - I tried to cuddle her on Saturday but she ran off, so I hugged my other rabbit Flopsy. I'm such an idiot, I could have stopped this, I could have actually got off my fucking fat ass and did something for the rabbits once and a while, but no. For fuck sake, she wasn't that old - maybe a 2 years max - I wanted her to live longer, but I'm such a fucking twat .

I've done my calendar, but I can't print it out through deviantart...because I'm too young to get a print account...oh the subtle irony...(don't ask me why I said that). I've had a splitting headache for the last 7 days...even though I've taken headache pills - although my boyfriend has always been there for me, and I love him (yes I sound like a school girl, but there you go).

My poor sister. It was her 7th birthday on Sunday the 12th of December, none of her "so called" friends came to the party, and she started to cry. Not one person bothered to call her and say "oh, I'm not coming". Fucking assholes all of them. I am really tempted to go around school with a machete and kill the parents and them. Fucking low-class pigs. If you could have seen the look on my sister's face it was horrible, the poor thing.

What you might find wierd, even though you're not a christian, or you might say it is a coinky-dink. But my mum's friend, who has one of my sister's friend's Jenny, was dropping off a friend (mind you Jenny wasn't invited), and saw the balloons outside the house, and my sister had someone to play with, so it wasn't all that bad. I took her to go see Polar Express so her day wasn't that shit.

From my "art of bristol" piece, which was originally my coursework, I got an A for that. One mark off an A*...blah!

I've been doing a lot of space pictures now adays, getting better with my brushing and what not (thanks to Alyn with his firey brushing tutorials - the secksy beast). I am also posting some pictures that I have done for my upcoming 2005 calendar (I know that some people are going to buy it...*coff*mum*coff*) which will have all my best pieces of art.

I haven't taken any photos for a long time because I've been pretty sick for the last couple of days and haven't been bothered to go out and get fresh air - aswell as taking some piccies. I think the next batch will be in mid December...if it snows then you'll be getting a lot of pictures up from me.

Been pretty sick on the account of having my booster MMR and Tetnus last week Wednesday, so I've been having pains in my side, legs, neck, head, stomach...more or less everywhere achey and I feel crappy in general - but my boyfriend has been there to comfort me

I live in Bristol, and I’m sure you’ll find at least 25% of the United Kingdom’s population saying that…or at least it feels like 25% of the United Kingdom’s population live here, especially at 5pm on a weekday. Yes, I’m sure everyone says that about their own place, but their place probably doesn’t have as many teenagers, elderly, toddlers and other people - who slump around the streets gazing at shops, trying to find themselves a new swim suit before the summer hits them with a sun burnt smack in the face. You can call Bristol many names; may it be poetic, disgusting or just down right funny – but many of the residents probably wouldn’t care…but I on the other hand, would.
Bristol has been my home for 6 years now, and however dank and dirty the town center and the back alleys may be, it’s my home. Sure, you’ll find a sign saying “WELCOME TO BRISTOL, UNITED KINGDOM’S PIGSTY” as you drive through the invisible line that connects us with the unknown towns around us, but there are things behind all those coca cola cans, cigarette butts and the horrible stuff you step in on the street which looks like it’s been stuck there since 1782. Don’t worry, I’m only kidding…or am I?

In the end, wherever you go, you’ll always find a group of youths hanging around, usually leaning up against a wall, a post or anything that will keep then upright. Don’t they have backbones? No? I thought as much. Other than that, you’ll find a lot of single men walking around, especially in the part of Bristol I live in - walking around streets with one or two friends, finding the nearest pub or club. They’re usually right behind a party of attractive women staring at them with intent. You think I’m joking? Surely not. Sadly, Bristol is not the only place where these kinds of actions happen. You’ll find it everywhere and anywhere, just as long as you’re the watcher and not the watched, it seems perfectly safe…unless the watched finds out and hits you with a handbag.
Frequently you’ll get drunken friends, singing songs off the Monty Python film they watched the previous night, skipping down the street, under each other’s arms until one falls over. I should know this from experience of having some friends (and I really do have to emphasise on the “some”) who are extremely adventurous and utterly ridiculous.

But sometimes you’ll run into a few elderly people, usually on their yearly shopping trip to buy socks for their grandson for Christmas. But most of the aged people you’d probably meet live in the center of Bristol. You’d be casually walking along the path with a few friends, and you’ll find a grumpy old woman throwing pieces of her dinner at you to tell you to get off her lawn before she calls the police. You’ll look down to see that you’re about 5 m away from her front yard and that she isn’t wearing her glasses so she is throwing cutlery at people like a baby with mushy peas. Fleeing quickly, you’ll find yourself in a horde of old people, walking as slowly as the zombies you’d see in the film “Resident Evil” and just as terrifying looking. Three hours later jumping out of the sea of old people and smelling like 5 year old steak and kidney you’d walk along the street to be mugged by an 8 year old with a sweet addiction. Is this your good day? No…I thought as much.

Although those activities happen on many occasions, there are some things that make Bristol worthwhile to live in. Is it the fact that we have a beautiful theater which shows the best productions? Maybe. Is it because we have one of the best universities in the south of England placed near the center? Most likely. Or is it because of all the havoc, terror and panic that occur around here; so many people keep their spirits up - knowing that Bristol is a good place, and all you need is a broom to wipe away the dirt to see its true glory.

My name is Amy, I'm 19 and I have only recently been graphics designing (May 2004). I also live in Bristol, United Kingdom and my ethnics are half Asian, half English and a bit of russian - but I look more English than Asian, you can only recognise the black hair.

I am a mere 5'5 1/2 and I have black hair and amber eyes, aswell as being slightly tubby and tan in odd places (like arms and face, nowhere else). I like to play on the guitar (self taught since March 2004) and I can play things like Guns N' Roses: Sweet Child O' Mine and other things. Aswell as playing the guitar, I can play the piano aswell (8 years and counting, taught, grade 5 next) - and yes, I know, 8 years and only grade 5?! Well, blame it on my previous teacher who thought I was going nowhere.

Aswell as playing music, I also enjoy listening to it. My favourite bands include: 3 doors down, H.I.M, Rammstein, Guns N' Roses, Velvet Revolver, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Muse ect...

Yes...so, so far I'm sounding like a right Goth ehem. Well, here comes the (what some people might thing) the good side.

I'm a half-pro badminton player, been playing since the age of 6 and 3/4 and I'm now teaching it to youngens...and oldens. I also exceeded in my school and 6th form subjects (except P.E and any physical activities ). Top set for German, Second set for Maths, Top for English, and Upper half for Science - Not sure about the rest O_o. 6th form, I took maths, chemistry, physics and IT...and now I'm in uni taking microbiology!

Most of my friends are either a) on the internet or b) at the social badminton club I go to, where most are in their 20+ bar a few.
I'm not the most sociable person, so don't think that just because I go to social badminton.

I DO have a boyfriend (only since recently) which amazed me, because I am not usually the person that has luck. I've been with him since September 12th 2004, so I'm happy most of the time.

Aswell as that, I also have a website, and I made it in June 2003. So I'm rather happy that I still have it up and running. I've changed it's layout about 5 times in the last 6 months, so don't be too shocked!

I hate exercise...I hate aerobics and I definately hate walking...you have to do so bloody much!

The reason I am saying this is because Wednesday I missed my bus from 6th form (I was there cos meeting up with friends) and I live like too far away from my house, so I had to walk up the stairs to the head's office to call my parents...to eventually find them not picking up. Go all the way down to reception to try again; still not getting an answer, so ringing my friend (who was actually supposed to come to my house, but completely forgot and headed back home) having a short go at him then saying to meet me up at the higher school.

Walking there (taking about 5-8 minutes) I waited for a while, getting talked to by my English teacher. After 7 minutes of waiting, I go into the higher school's reception, explain what has happened; trying to ring my parents again and still getting no answer. Later ringing my friend again saying "where the hell are you?" and finding out that I have to walk EVEN further near his house.

Later finding it, I walk in, called my mum to find that she was actually at home! And that she is totally 'miffed' to find that I was at my friend's house and missed the bus. Surely enough she had to drive all the way here, giving us only 15-20 minutes to do anything...
So we watched Family guy for about 15 minutes. Then later having to walk all the way back to the lower school (which btw took me about a good 10-15 minutes...gheyness) and getting an earful..

Also, today I walked to town with my mate Bass and just coming back on time to be invited by the lovely sound of my mathematic's teacher's voice...w00t (I think not).

Aswell as that!
