Oh boy, have this been a hectic week?! I'm so glad it's finally weekend.
I've spent my week at an advertisement bureau, in their design department, it's been scary, exciting, stressing and totally great!
When I came here monday, I never expected to be involved in real assignments - there's usually a lot of money changing hands in the advertising business, and I didn't count on that they'd let a trainee handle the important stuff.
But they did. I was main-designer on a website for one of those we-save-animals (Animals Protection/Dyrenes Beskyttelse) And I was the one responsible for the design of a new campagin of theirs. It will be online in a few weeks.

And now I have this HUUUUUGE urge to draw :D !!!! I'll just take the bus back to my parents, and then it's pencil and paper for me!

I'm working on several recipes and a cookbook.

Pocky-recipe: Currently refining the process and testing... And I've lost my notes :XD: *whoops*
Cupcake-recipe: Researching recipes, and preparing for the first tests.
Cookbook: Collecting recipes, and trying to get off the couch, and making some illustrations.
I am also doing a redesign of my Mochi-recipe (the only popular deviation in my gallery).

It's tough getting anything done when you're stressing about school, and trying to get an internship... (I think it's called) It's tough sending appications, when you have to make every single one different, and personal for the company where you're applying *sigh*

Luckily friday will be the last day before SUMMER :D YAY! Vacation! And I'm doing absolutely NOTHING. Not going anywhere interesting, not doing snything special, just 5 weeks of chilling.

Still high (on music - NOT drugs!) from the Papa Roach concert tuesday. It was the most amazing thing I've experienced since 2005 (last time they visited Denmark) But this time it was even more FANTASTIC!!!
I started to wait in line at 15:00... *sigh!* Only a few people had shown up before me. At 19:00 the doors opened, and people went totally crazy. At 20:00 the first band (I have no idea who they were... Sorry...) went on. About 21:00 Buckcherry (whom I didn't know either... ) went on, and FINALLY at 22:00 after 7 hours of waiting PAPA ROACH got on stage.
If I had thought the crowd went wild when Buckcherry went on, it was nothing compared to this. People started pushing like there was no tomorrow - But I don't blame them - You know what I'm saying?
I must admit I went a little wild too. With only three people in front of me, I was almost at the frontrow.
Later after a lot of pushing, I managed to get in the frontrow! And you know what?

I TOUCHED JACOBY 3 TIMES!!!!

One time on the arm! One time I held his hand! And the last time I grabbed his ass!
I was like TOTALLY in heaven!!!! You know what I'm saying?

As always they putted on a GREAT show. Jacoby was amazing - Did you ever doubt it? Unlike last time, he'd actually chosen a shirt-waistcoat-thingy so you could see his tattoos... *drool* Me like tattoos.
Jerry was amazing. I LOVE the way he moves on stage. I only wish him and Tobin had been more interactive with the crowd. Shure they looked at us from time to time, but they could at least have come down to touch the crown once... Just once...
I was positively suprised with Tony. For the 'new guy' he did very well. I know me have been with them for a long time now, but to me he IS the new guy. All in all I still love my band.

One last thing...
I HATE MOSHPITS!!! And aparently everyone does! Except those who are doing the moshing. Just cut it out! We hate you! You are ruining our concert! I got a giant blue mark on my arm from some idiot who bumped - or rather threw him self! - into me!

This was my best trip EVER!!! I have seen Egypt, Greece, London and many other places, but study-trip 2009 with my class wins it all :D !
We didn't really study that much :XD: It was more party and alcohol. Berlin really is a great city to visit.. except for the fact that almost no one speaks english!! Come on .. You could at least make some of your signs with an english translation. Enough said :3
I love the U-bahn and S-bahn! It's so amazingly easy to get around, and it's almost impossible to get lost, and you can get anywhere in no time.
We saw some amazing architecture. If you ever go to BErlin, make shure to take the train to Friedrichstrasse, and then walk to the street called Unter Den Linden. You'll see the most amazing buildings in your life! Brandenburger Tor, Neue Wache (my favorite!), Berliner Dom and lots lots more!!
So much happend on this trip, I almost don't know what to say.

Yay :D It's april, and I just got a new computer.. Well.. It's my brothers old Mac Mini, but I get a bigger screen with it, so fianlly drawing with my Wacom will be easyer. My screen rigth now is only 12" - it almost can't get any smaller. The computer is also faster so I will FINALLY be able to play Sims 2 !

I'm working on a large piece with a witch/female shaman of some kind, who is evoking animal spirits from the fire, but it's a PAIN when your screen is so small >.< !

I orderd a new battery for my computer last week, and it got here this tuesday, and it's so FUSTRATING to know that is was RIGHT outside my door, but nooooooo, they couldn't just put it in the mailbox, cause that would have been too easy.
They tried to deliver it at 14:40 but no normal people with a job or school is home at that time?! Are they?! I don't get out of school until 15.10 and I'm not home until 16:00 If I'm lucky!Stupid F*ckasses D: They just left me a stupid, fucking cryptic note, where I have to guess when I can call them.
It says to re-book my delivery, But that's not gonna fucking work D: because there is no way to tell them when I'll be home, so they'll just deliver it at the same time! GAAARRRRH!!!!!
Another option is to pick the package up my self, but they DON'T have any offices in this part of the country! The closest is more than 100 km. (67 miles) away and I just own a bike.
Why couldn't they just have dropped it off at the NORMAL posthouse?!

Hello my dear darlings :3
I've been wanting to write something in the last few weeks, but nothing interesting is happening! Even so, I can't stand to see the same journal so many weeks, so I'll just update everyone on my dull, dreadfull life :3

I've started on the media graphics education! We aren't really doing anything important yet, just a lot of teambuilding and coaching.
This monday, we started on basic XHTML... DULL!!! I just came from the webintegration education (an education where you learn to code websites) and I did this stuff 1,5 years ago. Next up, we're making portfolios, and if anyone should be courios, mine is [link] I really like my design XD !

A strange thing is happening... I'm happy! I smile all the time, and people keep asking me who I'm in love with... It's cute, but I'm not in love o.O I feel like someone fed me Prozac, which is VERY strange since it's winter - and I ALWAYS get winterdepressed

something I don't get, is why I've never had a boy-/girlfriend... I have good hygeine, I am able to carry a decent conversation, I can cook, my apartment doesn't look like shit, I don't do drugs... You would probably say "Yeah, but you're fat!" cause I am, but I know girls who NEVER shover, who weigh 100 lbs. more than me, who eats nothing but crap, who do drugs daily, and have shit for brains, and they all have (or have had) several boyfriends, some of them are even engaged!!!
Is it because I dress funny? Or do I have a shitty personality? Am I too manly? Do I have a HUNCHBACK which I've never noticed?
I read my chinese zodiac yesterday (happy newyear btw :3 ), and it said that most female dragons willlive their life without love o.O' We have the ability to succeed in EVERYTHING we do but most of us will never find a soulmate or a spouse. I don't believe in zodiacs that much, but it still made me sad.
In reality I really don't want a boy-/girlfriend, but the thought of being alone forever... Not plesant!

Next friday I REALLY look forward to! Olga is coming to town! And I am so excited! we are going partying in town, which we never did together before! Yay!

I got this crazy idea yesterday: I want to go on Interrail next summer!

This is what happens when I read travelguides. It's not healthy for me XD ! I read this article in the newspaper, about how 3 girls had traveled from denmark to germany through dutchland and finally through france for only 850$ (that's 5000 danish kroner) and now I can't get it out of my head!
I dropped the idea on my friend :iconkethan: and she loved it (though she didn't know what Interrail was. She want to go to Italy, but I have much bigger plans :D !
I want to travel from denmark, to germany (maybe even visit :iconkasumi-san: !!!) then I wan't to go to dutchland (the netherlands) but I REFUSE to go to coffeshop (I have no need to smoke marihuana) But I want to see the van gogh museum! and many other things.
Next I want to go to belgium for a short visit - well why not? - and see Brussel/bruxelles. Maybe drink some beer and eat some chocolate XD
Then I want to travel further to france! Never been to france, don't speak french (I can say about 10 words XD

I heard that france is rather expensive, but I want to see the eiffel tower and the Louvre museum!! :D But definetely NO frogs og snails for me D: ! I have no idea what else to see in france (any ideas?).
After paris I want to travel to southern france and into Italy. I don't speak a single word italian, but it might be fun :D In Rome I would like to see some old churches ans fountains and museums.
When done with Italy, I want to travel north again. The journey will go to southern germany (maybe :iconkasumi-san: in Schwartzwald?) and finally Berlin.

This is quite a trip, and right now I don't have ANY money (I will need at least 1700$ (10.000 danish kroner) and someone to travel with. Furthermore I have NEVER been away without my parents and it make me quite anxious to think about. It probably wouldn't be the same, but my mom did this when she was my age, and she is well traveled and got loads of experience... and... I would feel so much safer with her around x'D (I wan't my mommy!!!!!)

If anyone would like to read it, I will keep my journal updated with my travelling planning and stuff :3

I'm thinking about getting a new web-page. I'm getting really tired of the name on my current one, and it discourages me from bulding on it...
I just have absolutely no idea what the new name should be. I have to buy a new site if I wan't to change the name, so it has to be really good.

I believe it would look good with www.somethingfancyhere-art.dk
My current page is called www.l-chan.dk and I've had it for several years now, but I want to make 'a new start' and make a really great portfolio.

Some people might say that a new name doesn't change anything, like people making new DA-accounts to get a new username. But I want a page I can be proud of, and a catchy name is important too.

Any ideas? : D

I don't know... I REALLY don't know!

Here's my dilemma:

Right now I'm on an education called webintegrator. I will be finished march 2009. But the thing is... I hate it! It's utterly dreadful! I'm boring my ass off! I'm dying of boredom! It just isn't the right education for me.
I wan't to be a media graphic (danish: mediegrafiker) and last chance for applying to that education is november 7th this year! Even if I apply, I'm not certain to get in, but if I get accepted, I would have to quit my present education only months before it's done.
The next uncertain point is that even if I get in, I need to find an apprenticeship (danish: læreplads) within a year or less! And that is NOT as easy as it sounds.

I could also try to get in the class who starts in august, but that would mean that I would have a BIG money-problem in the months between march and august. I'm unemployed, and I have been searching for a job in the last year and a half - unsuccessful...

And now the dilemma comes in, where I want your opinion:

Should I apply now, even though I don't have a apprenticeship and (if I get in) miss the last 3 months of my present education. This would take care of the money-problem (In denmark we get money while under education) but there are a lot of uncertain variables.

(this choice would also awaken the wrath of my parents, for dropping out of my 3rd education)

or

Should I finish this fucking, dreadful, uninteresting education, and then apply for the next class in august, but then have the BIG money-problem, where I might not be able to pay my rent for 4 or 5 months (which would mean I will have to move home to my parents in the other end of the country).

Today can't possibly get ANY BETTER!!!
I got my final English grade, and guess what I got?!?!?!?!!?!?

I GOT AN A : D : D I got the highest grade possible!! (a 12 on danish scale) And this is on a C level! This is possibly my best grade EVER! I almost gave my teacher a hug ( >.> but didn't.. He is very much about rules.. And I bet there's a rule agains students hugging teachers.. )

2nd fantastic thing:
I GOT A CELLO!!!!!! Amazing or what?! I picked it up two days ago (as a rent-to-buy). Then yesterday one of the strings broke >.<' DOH! And I got sodepressed, cause I culdn't afford a new one (a new string is like 80$) But when my parents heard about my A they gave me money for a new string!!! : D
This cello is possibly the most beautiful thing I've ever owned - even though it's a 'discount' cello (650$) But I love it anyways!!! My first guitar was only 50$ and it still plays!

So I'm just happyhappyHAPPY!!!!!!! (even though I've only got 55$ left for the rest of the month >.> )

I'm just no good T.T
Do you ever have the feeling, that you thought that you were good at something, and you feel that you have done a really good job, and then the world just smacks you in the face.
Last week, we did a project (a homepage as we always do, here at my education) and I REALLY felt like I had done a good job. I used database and MySQL, and PHP and all that crap - I even used Javascript, and we haven't even learned that yet!
Then it becomes friday, and our teacher is walking around to all the students, giving them their grades. When he comes over to me, he barely looks at my page and gives me an E.... A FREAKIN' E (that's 02 on the new Danish scale!!! ò.ó
He tells me that my grade is so low, because I have asked too much for help. Asked too much?! He gives us an assignment where we have to use a coding form called 'DIV' (people out there who makes homepages know what I'm talking about) The problem is, I've never used it before! I never learned it! They haven't taught it to us yet! I was furious, and still am.
I want to watch him die, slow and painful D:<

Oh dear God I really hope so o.o !

The thing is: My grandparents feel sorry for me, because I can't afford TV or Internet (right now I'm at school, using school's internet) so they have offered to pay for it! Until I'm able to pay for it myself... It has been more than a month since I last watched TV, and I actually quite like it! TV really DOES slow your brain and makes you a zombie!

I would rather that they pay for some evening classes at a drawing school - which is about the same price...
But can I turn their offer down? It is a REALLY big sacrifice from them...! Wouldn't I be acting like a spoiled child?

I just know I would love drawing classes more than TV >__>' And internet is not a problem. I can use internet every day at school (7.5 hours a day) and that's actually enough for me.

I really need some opinions on this!!!

Something is wrong with my messages.. Sometimes it says fx. '10 messages' when I log in, but when I click to see, it says '9 messages' .. So it's like.. 1 message disappear when I go from my profile to my messages .. ò.ó ANNOYING!!

So far.. I don't think I have been true to a single of my new years resolutions.. That sucks x';) I'm so lazy... And my 100-art challenge is no where NEAR done.. I think I've hade like 3 drawings...

"And the weather" ... GAAAHHH!! I hate sunshine!! it's like 20 degrees in the shadow, and all I do all day long, is sweating..!! Too hot!! Hate it!! everything is soaked i sweat!! EW! ..

But on the bright side.. only 4 weeks to my summer vacation! And I'm going to Germany to a HUGE live roleplay! I'm excited and terrified at the same time.. I've never been to such a massive roleplay.. What if I'm not good enough? What if my costume sucks?

And school sucks... I don't understand ANYTHING of what we're doing.. Most of the time I'm so f*ckin' fustrated i could cry. I read our assingments, and my brain just goes BLANK.. So I spend class, just staring out the window, doing absolutely nothing for 6 hours. Last week I was at home for 4 days, thinking about leaving school. My friends talked to the teacher aout why I wasn't there, and he said that when I came back, he would help me a LOT more with the assignments, and maybe have a little talk, so we could get everything straighten out. But he haven't even been over here?!?!? He sounded like he cared about me dropping out, but I dono't think so...

New Year resolution / Things I wish for in the new year.

1. I will make more time for practicing my drawing
Wish: I would like to become so good at drawing, that I can sell at least one deviation/painting/drawing/creative stuff I made.

2. I will work harder in school
wish: That my grades will stay as good as they have been this year (straight A's)

3. I will not skip school more than two days a month
wish: I wish my depression goes away

4. I will meet more new people, and try to make more firends
wish: That I would stop thinking everybody hates me, just because I'm fat.

I can't hide it any more X'D I LOVE "Street Fighter"!!
I just bought Street Fighter Alpha 3 for PS1 AND a PS1!!! I couldn't find the game anywhere in denmark, so I finally gave up, and bought in on Amazon (it costed me about 28$ with delivery) And the PS1 is gonna cost me 10$ (plus something for getting it delivered).
And while I wait for my goodies *drool* I wach "Street Fighter II: Victory"!! Which is the Street Fighter Anime/cartoon-series, and look for Street Fighter fanart and Cosplay here on DA

When the game comes, I'm gonna beat you all with CAMMY!!!!!! She rules!!!!!

Let's evaluate the month of november :D

This has been a relative productive mont. I've added 8 Deviations, and finished my first submission . A 60*60 cm acryllic painting.
I also made a christmas calendar (in Danish) [link]

Also I've discovered that I am a Pageview whore!! I stare at the counter all day long o.o Someone stop me!!

I finished this semester with my best grades EVER. I've gotten A+ all over the line (except an annoying A).

But everything is not going well.. I can't find a job, and I'm all out of money.. I've got 600$ bills of rent/operation of my cat/electrics/etc. which I cant pay..! And if I don't pay I will loose my apartment.
I don't know what to do.

I'm in a complaining mood, and my complain is about:

C O M P U T E R S !!

I think it's cheating. YES CHEAT! It has become more ande more rare to find real, handmade art here on DA. It's like everybody have forgotten how to make beautyful art WITHOUT computers. And it annoys me! It's wrong! It's like it's more important to make something pretty, than something you've worked hard with. And yes, it's difficult to draw at the computers, but you allways have the 'undo' button..
If I was better at english, I would write more of my angry complain.. Sorry for bad spelling.. =_=

I'm not saying that people should stop making computerart, thats NOT my point. But.. It's like when fashionmagazines are retouching pictures of models, to make them appear even more beautyful...

225 g. butter
5 dl. sugar
2 eggs
6 dl. flour
1 small spoon vanillasugar
1 small spoon bakingpowder
150 g. chopped chocolate
50 g chopped nuts

Mix all the ingredients and bake by 175 degrees in 12 - 15 minutes.

EAT COOKIES!!!!!

I guess it started tuesday night.. I attended a party at my wery good friend Olga (just something we call him). Of course we got really drunk and sang a lot of karaokee!!
When it was time to go to bed, i went to the bathroom and changed to my 'pyjamas' (boxers with Garfield and a t-shirt with boatneck, therefore you were able to see the straps from my BH), well, when i opend the door, Olga was stading the - Of course X) because i got first - He said "nice" And he just hugged me! Not a normal 3 sec. hug, this was looong...
Ok I admit it.. I got a little turned on, but who wouldn't if you were standing so close to a boy, all most kissing him! we didn't kiss... oh bugger X( but we had our foreheads together and our noses. The only thing that kept us from doing naughty things, was that his girlfriend was in the room next to us, so she would have heard us... Even more bugger...
