the hell? Just because the one kid was an honors student turned druggie (probably due to depression, hell, self-medication) doesn't mean his death doesn't matter like a baseball player's. I don't see why a couple years makes such a difference.

Both are sad, both were equally preventable. So why should the situation be so different?

one of my friends was the previous editor-in-chief last year and she wrote a letter to send out everywhere and present at the school board meeting. Since they'd like to raise awareness... not that it matters, maybe, for people on here to see this. I feel it's the only way I can, though.

Honestly I don't even care this gives away one of two cities where I could live. I'm so pissed off right now.

but the ACLU is probably going to sue my school.

At the beginning of the school year, the all-student staff of the Stohion decided to print a picture of a fellow student who committed suicide alongside a letter from his parents. Principal Sue Schur told the advisor and the class that the photo was not permitted in the memorial, which changed the paperÂs policy on how it handles deaths that occur at the high school. This directive violated the studentÂs first amendment rights and thus the students tried to fight this order.

During discussions that Schur and Superintendent Dr. Jones had with the students, both administrators admitted that what they were doing was censorship and illegal. Despite the fact that the students agreed to omit the picture, Schur demanded prior review, which is another form of censorship that is illegal. During the prior review, Schur crossed out the Editorial Policy beginning at the line that stated, ÂThis publication and its staff are protected by and bound to the principles of the first amendment as well as other statutes described by the constitution.Â By decimating the StohionÂs Editorial Policy, Schur has escalated the issue from prior review of the paper to prior restraint, which is an action is taken to prevent the publication of information.

The laws of censorship with student-run high school newspapers are recognized in the cases Tinker v. Des Moines, Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier and Kincaid v. Gibson. According to information from the ACLU of Ohio and the Student Press Law Center, Schur indeed committed a crime three times throughout this debacle, making the situation about constitutional rights and not about a simple picture meant to memorialize a fellow student.

Jones and Schur both took a delicate situation too far. The students have been threatened and oppressed by these administrators. Jones told the students that if they did not like what he was doing they could take him to courtÂa tactic he used to scare the students into not taking action. Two years ago, when I was editor-in-chief, Jones first threatened to prior review our paper. Back then, he was ignorant of the illegality of his threats; today, I assure you, he is not.

The community and Board of Education of Stow-Munroe Falls need to take a stand against this crime and support our students who are trying to do the right thing and maintain their integrity, although it seems the administration has lost theirs. The studentsÂ efforts to follow the law while still following school rules should be lauded.

For further reading I suggest the ACLU of OhioÂs letter to Jones and Schur as well as the SPLCÂs resource guide, both of which can be found online.

I scheduled my driver's test today. I WAS SO READY. I drove the course yesterday and practiced maneuverability like crazy. I leave school during my last period class, study hall, so it wasn't a big deal but I was kind of stoked to get out early... and to get my license to boot. Gonna drive myself to homecoming! Anyway...

...I go and find out I have been driving my car illegally for a month now. My dad didn't renew the plates. I couldn't take my test.

fuckfuckfuck.

Luckily I was able to reschedule it for Tuesday. Actually no my DAD did. My mom and I made him. god I was so embarrassed and he was just okay about it. I was glad they didn't arrest me or something.

Also on Sunday... I don't feel like typing it out, it just bothers me that much, but my mom made me quit show choir and I don't want to. D: Choreographer's a bitch, but I. Don't. Care.

Luci and Nudge shove Jasoir into a Santa costume while Rami tries to understand what the hell Christmas is. Luci and Nudge, both being rich (because Luci's an Empress and Nudge is from a rich family AND she's an opera singer/Broadway actress) get them all expensive presents. And then they let the kids fly around on Rami's back. Rami is peeved about this but of course she doesn't complain because it was Luci's idea. XD

2. 3 (Aerith) and 8 (Jesayl) are challenged to circumnavigate the Earth in eighty days or less, using only forms of transportation invented before 1900. Can they do it, or will they be fatally distracted by sidequests or their own personality conflicts?

They both think they're the shit, except Jes isn't a narcissist or a sociopath... she just has an ego because she's a Princess. Jes has a ship though so if Aerith wants to go anywhere, she better shut up. They will probably end up having some sort of dumb argument, like who's hair is more blonde... and Jesayl will throw Aerith off the ship.

STORYTIEMZ

1 is a SUPARHERO -insert epic music here- working with 2 and 3 to stop the evil 12. 11 is 12's lackey and has never met 1 or 2, but knows 3. One day 2 and 11 bump into each other and fall in love at first sight. 3 sees this, and decides they want more power. When 2 and 11 part, 3 decides to be a traitor and tell 12 that 11 has fallen in love with 2. 12 uses this to their advantage. They kidnap 1 and tell 2 that if they come to save 1 they will kill 11.

2 seeks 5 and 7's help, but they refuse to go, and tell 2 instead to go seek 8's advice. 8 tells 2 that 9 has what 2 needs to save 1 and 11. 2 goes to see 9 and 9 tells them 10 stole what 2 needs. 4 joins 2 as 11 is his/her BFF. 4 is plotting to kill 2 though because they love 11 as well. 2 and 4 fight 10 and kill them to obtain what 2 needs to defeat 12 and rescue 1 and 11.

Meanwhile, 1 and 11 are in a dungeon, but because 1 is just so cool, he/she breaks them out of jail. On the way out, they run into 3, and 1 and 11 start fighting them. 12 hears the commotion and comes as well, and joins in. 3 keeps getting in the way of 12, and so 12 kills them. 1 is upset at the loss of his/her friend, despite them being a traitor, and mourns over their body and 11 is left to fight 12. Just when 11 is about to lose, 2 and 4 burst in on the scene! With the help of 1 who decides it's time to stop crying, they ban together and kill 12! 2 and 4 then confront 11, and tell him/her that they have to pick one of them. 11 picks 2, and 4 wanders off to go have a pity party. 1 thinks 4 is hot stuff so he/she runs off to comfort him/her. 2 and 11 then get married and have two kids.

2:30pm-11:00pm is a little ridiculous. Sure, we need practice, but not that extensively... everyone in the cast's immune systems are worn down, we're all sick, and cranky, and most of us dancers are injured. My toes already had a couple ingrown toenails that needed to get operated on before the musical and now I have more... At least 4 dancers have gone to the hospital for x-rays or pulled muscles and whatnot. The director doesn't understand that tap dancing HURTS X_X not as much as pointe but eugh. At least our choreographer sides with us...

lmao and then wtf our director is like YEY GRADES WENT BACK UP uhm NO THEY DIDN'T I just got my worst grade on an algebra test ever. I don't get Cs on algebra tests. I'm good at math. I like math. I know what I'm doing too! It's logarithms and continuous compounding interest and euuuuuuugh I made dumb mistakes like forgetting a negative or using parenthesis on my calculator. It's cause I'm tired.

and then there's a freshman in the cast who's 1.) a bitch and 2.) a thief. She's stolen, collectively, from the beginning of the rehearsals, $400 in cash and over $500 in items. The school code of conduct states that the code of conduct must apply at all school related functions even if it's not during school or not on school property. Theft is immediate suspension and she would be removed from the cast but her mom came in and flipped out at the cast for accusing her "poor innocent daughter" WE SAW HER PULL CASH OUT OF SOMEONE'S PANTS POCKET THEN STUFF IT IN HER PURSE. Now she's not suspended, or removed from the cast, and the director told us all "to forget about it" and mysteriously, some of the stolen items were "found in the dressing room." Bullshit. She returned them. They weren't "found". And I can't believe they expect us to forget about it. I had $6 stolen, but if I want to press charges for this bitch stealing $6 then why can't I fucking say something? One girl has had over $100 stolen from her, not all at one time but again and again, and another girl had to get her license renewed after her wallet was stolen.

I FUCKING HATE THIS MUSICAL but I have to be in it next year or... I won't get a good part as a senior. :C

English - 3.5 - Eh, it's really boooooooring so far. He's teaching us how to CAPITALIZE. HELLO, WE LEARNED THAT IN FIRST GRADE. Yeah, but other than that we're gonna read some cool books this year AND read A Midsummer's Night's Dream or whatever it's called by Shakespear, and my grandma says Shakespear is the most god awful thing but my mom loves his stuff. So... yeah.

Study Hall - 1 - MY STUDY HALL MONITOR IS THE DEVIL'S SPAWN, I SWEAR TO GOD. WHAT A BIIIITCH! She's all "I have to be mean to every kid so they all have the same treatment. (:" She hasn't yelled at me yet, but she's yelled at the people beside me enough that by the time it's over I have a migrane. Even the other teachers hate her. xD One of the 7th grade English teachers comes down and is like "Can I have a cookie? " and she's like "NO GO BACK TO YOUR ROOM. >O" and he's like "D: Meanie."

Science - 7 - I love science, I love my science teacher. x3 But we're learning foreces and motion this year and I hate that so that's why I'm giving it a 7. XD

Math - 10 - I never thought I'd say this but... I LOVE MATH! There's only 20 of us as I'm in Honors Algebra 1, and my teacher- she's so cool. :3 She's like "Now, why are you all here?" and we're like "'Cause we're the Honors that aren't in the Gifted Program?" and then my friend Matt goes "'CAUSE WE'RE THE STUPID SMART PEOPLE! 8DDDDDDDDD" and my math teacher's like "No, you're smart." However, I have been drawing more. :3 I have my own comic series on drunkduck.com, and I have had a sudden spasm of making Kingdom Hearts Wallpapers, (and occasional avatars... I was also making a KH Musical with Animation shop but it froze after I created so many panels so I stopped using it.)

I don't have Art Class this year (but that also means I don't have P.E. so that's a plus), so I'm gonna be taking Art outside of school to hopefully learn something. Omg, I went to this Reading and Writing Festival thinger omg it was so sweet. (I know, I sound like the gayest n00b.) I got to meet the author, David Lubar, and I took this one session where he read a short story, or a chapter of your novel you're writing or something and he gave contructive crits on it, ;.; omg he said my voicing of the characters was perfect. But I need to work on not repeating words. XD; And so... yeah.

She's a downright insane, lovable BIATCH! 8D Sarah-Bob is a pyromaniac, and gets mad easily. When she gets mad, she burns things, which harms a lot of people/things/napkins. She is nice though to her kids Bob, Rahari (Sarah-Harry... long story) and Remius (who was recently the son of two llamas up until now due to a mix up at the hospital. o___o)

2)Does your character ever get depressed?
Only if she doesn't have any matches or gasoline on hand.

3)Leader or Follower?
Leader. Sarah-Bob is the Mistress of the ABSC, the Albino Black Squirrel Conspiracy, and she is a spy for the ABM, the Albino Black Mafia. lD

4)What is the main aspect of his/her personality?
His openness and niceness. He's rediculously kind to people, but he's also really open and easy to mess around with.

History

1)Did your OC have a family of any sort? If so, are they still alive?
No. She... er... Burned them all. (By total accident of course.) However, she did have a husband named Jenny-George (who is indeed male .-.), but then one day he brought her Coke instead of Pepsi so she burned him. Before that though, they had a son named Bob-George (aka "Bob") who was an albino black squirrel, but due to a mix-up at the hospital they brought home an albino black llama. Later on, Sarah-Bob had an encounter with some random fanfiction and e-mail, and ended up married to Harry Potter. o_o they then had Sarah-Harry, an albino-black squirrel daughter, aka Rahari. Rahari became a popular biatch. She dated a handsome albino black squirrel named Remius, who actually turned out to be her half-brother, as he was the squirrel who was swapped with Bob at the hospital. Sarah-Bob and Harry got divorced because Harry ran off to save the world and, I quote Sarah-Bob, "marry that red-headed bitch who was always jealous of me." (aka Ginny. XD)

Uh. Well, she is a single mom with three kids in middle school, if that's what you mean...

Uhhhhh... She did have a paper-clip flicked at her... Now that you mention it... OH, and her arch-enemy, The Writer's Block Guy of Doom, asked her out. She about died.

Sadly, I've been drifing farther and farther away from Neopets. Sorry to all my friends on there, but it has been getting just... tedious.

School started for me, it sucks. Well, sort of. My algebra teacher calls my class her 'Math Munchi-chis' because we're the only pre-algebra class in 7th grade. x.x My Language Arts teacher is always using my writing as an example and I'm like 'omfg plz stop k thx' my History teacher just keeps going on and on and on about totally random things, he's so funny! xDDD Yesterday he gave us a lecture on why smart people are named Jason, and that his name happened to be Jason. o_o My science teacher is awesome, she has a chinchilla (named Peter) a guinea pig (named Mystery), a snake (It doesn't have a name yet. I want to name it Fred.), and a tank of fish in the class. (woah its lyk kewl) And my Home Ec teacher isn't bad, she's funny too. She says we have to eat what we cook, she's seen things that literally crawl off the plates that people have cooked, and things that are supposed to be green, orange. She says no one's died yet, but some have had to leave the school for a week or two. xDDDD

Anyway... Yeah...

Once I get my mouse that is good for drawing back, along with my computer, I will be drawing again along with making up my own Harry Potter comic. .0. The best things were...

1) TEH SEAFOOD. =9999999

2) This thing called MagiQuest. Ok, you get a wand (it's infrared, so you can actually point it at things and it does stuff. MagiQuest is kind of a virtual realm thing...), and you get to pick a clan (Woodsy, Trixster, Majestic, Warriors, or Shadow), and a Magi name. (I'm Sapphirra of Shadow Clan. Go bad guys! >D) You then go into this huge room and go on quests to get all the eleven Runes. Once you have all the runes, you can go on an adventure. x3 I have all the runs and have completed three adventures (Save the Pixies, Duel Master's Challenge, and Defeat the Gobling King... I didn't finish the Dragon Slayer's or Cure the Unicorn. D: Pity.) It's awesome... Too bad the only one is in Myrtle Beach. x.x

Character? L.S. (The idiot dragon phoenix hybrid. 8D)

What type e.g cartoon/anime? She's... A Dragon-Phoenix hybrid... A Shoy on Neo...

How old (age of character)? Uhm. I think she's 18... But she's immortal hence the Phoenix. But she acts like she's 2. xD In internet years she's... I dunno... Almost three-four years...

How does the name originate? Back when I was a n00b I made a shoyru named Little_Spyro79. o_o Later when I wasn't a n00b and learned to RP I intialed her as L.S.

What does the character look like? She's gold with scarlet red stripes and a tassled tail. Her wings are scarlet and are attached to her arms. There's a really really old pic on her somewhere in my gallery...

How does the design originate? A looooooong time ago She was purple wing orange innner wings and carried a staff, but then when Neo added the orange freckled her design kept getting stolen from me, so then I painted her striped and she was a lavender with light turquoise stripes and angel wings. Soon after re-reading Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets for the 8471324739847129347328914723987490237498 23759823759127th time, she became a dragon-phoenix. xD;;

Personality/Quirks/Other things? She's... Stoopid. :B She is beyond idiot and says oxymoronic things thatmake no sense. She's never ever mad.

How well known? Pretty well known. Was very well known at Shoyru Squadron and everyone at RPU already knew her. xD
