                <description><![CDATA[ I got meself a library card and since I work in this library, got any recommendations for fiction books?  There's just loads and loads that I shelf like every day and I get tempted to just pick one out and read during my hours so yeah.  I've got all the Harry Potter ones of course and hard copies of the Twilight books are a bit too popular right now [though to tell truths I've got them as PDFs] so which ones should I start?  Any particular reading orders or anything, series etc?  We have a few mangas and other graphic novels as well though not too many.  The job there is going really swell BTW, I've even been putting my painting skills to use, mainly for Christmas displays and stuff.  Cheers!<br /><br />I really want to shop though, I'm just itching for a copy of Bowser's Inside Story and Rabbids Go Home.<br /><br /> ]]></description>

                <description><![CDATA[ The joy of lacking polls right now.<br /><br />Everyone seems to be doing Livestreams so I thought I'd have a crack at it too, but what to do while I'm live.  Right now I guess I can do something on my screen, so should I do something with photoshop, illustrator, open canvas?  Not flash though because that runs way too slow on my laptop plus I'm not good at animating anyway.  Whether or not I do one today is a matter of how quiet I should be if I'm using my mic because well, I've got family coming round and stuff.                 <description><![CDATA[ Well after what must have been like, 5 months now I'm finally starting my library job tomorrow and I'm more than ready for it, heehee.  <br /><br />Oh and BTW, I'm starting to try and sell prints, and I need your help choosing what else I should put up there.  I've been aware for ages that you can't put fanart for sale, but I feel there's still quite a selection of originals in my gallery to be made into postcards and such.  I don't think I can put up Fuchsia Air or anything like that because that's modelled after James Pond, but others like Cairnie and my other anthros, yeah.                 <description><![CDATA[ <em>Edited to make it more elaborate about the best day ever and also some of the other deviants I met along the way.  </em><br /><br />For the first time ever I went to the MCM expo in London today with a few friends of mine I knew IRL, *<a class="u" href="http://pandamanda.deviantart.com/">PandaManda</a> being one of them, also being introduced to the bubbly *<a class="u" href="http://zibby-doodles.deviantart.com/">Zibby-Doodles</a> and Manda's sister ~<a class="u" href="http://darkapril.deviantart.com/">darkApril</a>, and OMG it was such a blast!<br /><br />I got up at like, quarter to six in the morning, left at 7am and got there an hour later.  The journey was a lot shorter than I thought it'd be, as soon as we went past the uni I knew where we were.  Before we got in this Japanese couple took a photo of us along with the first of the "free hugs" peeps that were dotted over the place, I must have hugged at least 20 strangers throughout.<br /><br />After less than two hours queueing on my own because my friends pre-booked and I didn't, I must have shat a brick or two when I got in because this was nothing like I've ever seen.  Yeah I pretty much got lost, but everyone wanted to go their own ways and it was better that way for all of us as long as we met up periodically.  Shortly I found Kickass-Peanut's stall where the lovely Raygirl would be but she was still in the queues that time.  Came back a little later and there she was!<br /><br />I brought over the originals of the following of my watercolour paintings - <a href="http://staceyw.deviantart.com/art/Cake-of-the-Damned-113792229">Cake of the Damned</a>, <a href="http://staceyw.deviantart.com/art/Maggot-split-136208505">Maggot Split</a>, <a href="http://staceyw.deviantart.com/art/Fuchsia-Air-93504207">Fuchsia Ai</a>r, <a href="http://staceyw.deviantart.com/art/quot-Please-help-quot-115921968">Please Help</a> [Rayman and Ly in a morbid setting] and <a href="http://staceyw.deviantart.com/art/Hunk-a-Hunk-of-Birdy-Love-95267143">Elvis bird</a>.  If I'd have known you guys liked them so much I woulda brought way more but I only had a small bag to take them in and I didn't want them damaged.  I'm surprised I didn't even leave them here by accident, but as always I left one of my drawing pens there oh well.  <br /><br />Went around to look at everything, take some shots of the more interesting cosplayers that were there [see below], and there were also stations to play some games before they came out.  I tried Scribblenauts for a brief moment but couldn't be arsed; and I played Rabbids Go Home, that was about it. Then you've got the stuff like a moving Dalek that nearly ran me over, and an R2D2 that moved by me as I was sitting down trying to get some fluids down my gullet.  I tried to take pics of Tom Baker and Craig Charles but they came out too blurry, as with the pics of the stormtroopers.   <br /><br />So not only have I hung out with ~<a class="u" href="http://gagaman.deviantart.com/">GagaMan</a> and have been introduced to ~<a class="u" href="http://shinkosai.deviantart.com/">ShinKosai</a>, where we tried Rabbids Go Home and this 2D beat em up neither of us had heard of, I also met my fellow Rayman fan *<a class="u" href="http://raygirl.deviantart.com/">raygirl</a>, along with *<a class="u" href="http://kickass-peanut.deviantart.com/">kickass-peanut</a> and Raye's sister ~<a class="u" href="http://skooterwolf.deviantart.com/">Skooterwolf</a>.  I'm starting to wish I brought more of my originals now to show everyone.  <img src="http://e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/biggrin.gif" width="15" height="15" alt="=D" title="=D (Big Grin)" />  You guys were awesome!<br /><br />And yes the Rayman pic on the over-16s section of the artists' board was made by me, wish I put a bit more effort but oh well.  Maybe next time I'll bring a pad and some watercolours and then a few of you could see me in action! Too many times do I wonder if it's something I'm trying too hard to take seriously, only to find that after all the 8 years I draw I'm just being a hobbyist the whole time?  But here's the trouble, I want to improve.  I want to paint something mind blowing.  Makes me wonder, what would my art look like in 10 years time?    <br /><br />Fuck I dunno.  It's been yet another long, boring summer where none of us have done fuck all, well, apart from my dad making our house look less like a skankhole but that's what we have to spend our money on; I get too jealous of people who go on holidays to really exciting places.                 <description><![CDATA[ I'm still waiting for a starting date at my library job, and the wait is killing me.  Perhaps so much that I've started reading Harry Potter.  Yeah you read right.  Somewhere in the house was a copy of the fifth book and I thought, why not, I know all the spoilers in the last few books anyway.  <img src="http://e.deviantart.net/emoticons/r/razz.gif" width="15" height="15" alt="=P" title="=P (Razz)" />  I bet I'll start the job at the most awkward time of the year, the 6 weeks holidays where the kids will invade our libraries and play Runescape or something on it.  D:  <br /><br />All of today, my sister's boyfriend and I were mucking about with Maya, and we might learn how to actually model stuff properly with it together, come the right times.  Somewhere deep, I've wanted to make 3D models that are just about as good as the ones in Smash Bros.  <br /><br />Oh and BTW, if anyone actually cares, I got me a new Fanfiction.net account and started dumping fanfics on it, namely a Rayman one I wrote a looong time ago but started to rewrite it because the original had an insane amount of grammar fail.  It seems that the old email I used for my old account no longer works so I couldn't get my password, which is a shame because I wanted to wipe the vomit that was all over it. And now, Michael Jackson, for real, this time.  <br /><br />Say, how many people here ever sat and watched Moonwalker, as in the movie?  Plot wise it wasn't exactly top notch, but man the animated parts, like the bit with the rabbit guy, whoa man, now THAT was what associated Michael Jackson with my childhood.                 <description><![CDATA[ About time I cleaned up my gallery I think while I'm here. Meaning that I'm scrapping some pics that I feel doesn't fit with my main gallery anymore, and I've even hidden a few that I particularly don't like anymore, including two that were really popular.  Come on, those two were awful and full of mistakes.  I think it's healthy to have a cleanup once in a while.<br /><br />Anyway my home internets don't seem to be back yet but we got the bill finally paid.  As for my job, I've just got paperwork to send off and hopefully I should be ready to start sometime soon.                 <description><![CDATA[ I missed an awful lot didn't I?  This sort of thing happens a lot when I can't get online for more than a day.  For some reason I couldn't leech anymore, and we still haven't paid the virgin bills yet but then again that's low priority at the moment.  Though my poor mother's missing all her favourite programmes that were on Living2.  D'oh.<br /><br />So I heard good things were shown on E3 - M&L: Bowser's Inside Story for example.  Did they mention WarioWare DIY as well?  I ask because I noticed the sudden name change with that like everywhere, IGN, Kotaku et all.  Judging from what I could actually make out of the Japanese version it looks like it's gonna be a real blast, albeit, full of naughty bits, if you cast your minds back on Spore.  Plus I love Jimmy T and Orbulon's stage in the DS one, and 18-Volt's in the WiiWare one.  Joy.  <br /><br />It's so funny, the things you miss by just two days.<br /><br />Other cool things that happened included a fantast day out on Sunday, and the fact that I got a job in the library!  A short, but paid one, at that.                 <description><![CDATA[ I'm OK now, just got a cough to tackle.<br /><br />Now I've been shopping for art materials today and in Hobbycraft I found stuff that I haven't seen in UK shops before - first are Sakura microns.  Are they any good or should I stick to the ones I already use [Mitsubishi Uni Pin and Faber-Castell PITT]?  Do they smudge when you use markers?  If they're any good I'll see if I can either buy a pack or find them individually.<br /><br />Next, I see that they now sell Sculpy.  I've recently been thinking about making little charms out of clay and out of Fimo and Studio By Sculpy I'm having a hard time choosing which one.  Both kinds need to be baked in the oven; I heard of a Sculpy that you can boil but they don't sell that here.  Just want to know which of these are better, and when they're baked, they can be painted, varnished or whatnot?  I've used Fimo before and unbaked it melted the paint off of my old colouring pencils. o.0  <br /><br />I wonder if there's anywhere in the country you could get Prisma...always wanted to give the colouring pencils a whirl but as for the markers, are they good?  Or should I just stick to my copics and buy a refill for them once every three years?<br /><br /> ]]></description>

                <description><![CDATA[ Look who's got a cold again, blargha-ha.<br /><br />So, I quit my job at the charity shop.  The end of last month was pretty much the worst time to do it because I was full of progesterone, but that wasn't the point - I had simply had enough of working there, end of. It's not like I've ever been paid for it, plus the shop *might* shut down in the next few months because the rent is going up, so either way I'd still end up jobless any time sooner.  I've been offered two small jobs though but I've yet to have interviews so I'll give an update on that come the time.<br /><br />Finally went to Thorpe Park the other Sunday and went on nearly everything including SAW OMG!!  That ride was wicked.  We spent half the time queuing right next to some cunts that couldn't curb their nicotine addiction for five minutes, but it was all worth it.      <br /><br />Also I put my AIM and MSN handles back up again, but please please <i>PLEASE</i> don't abuse them.  No "lolz you're all mysterious" or "HAI U DO REQUESTS" shit please.                 <description><![CDATA[ Man do I hate Virgin, but my dad won't change it.  I guess I'm lucky that I'm having to leech from an empty house next door even though I'm not really supposed to but oh well, that's Virgin's loss for being so shit and taking too long to restore our internets even though we paid the bills already.  <br /><br />Anyway, ugh, birthday.  It was OK I guess, I just chilled and watched loads of Britain's got talent, rofled hard at that guy who thinks he's Gene Kelly; and got loads of money rather than open presents and spent some on much needed ink cartridges and such.  Things should really look up when the kids are back in school and we can go and spend the day in Thorpe Park.  That Saw ride looks wicked.  It's a bit awkward when you have a birthday within school holidays actually. <img src="http://e.deviantart.com/emoticons/f/frown.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":(" title=":( (Sad)" /><br /><br />I'm probably just tired, I've been taking a tremendous task of transferring tons of VHS shit I want to keep onto DVDs so I can finally get rid of most of these goddamn tapes.                 <description><![CDATA[ This morning, I got a letter come through the post, telling me that there is a vacancy for a 1 bedroom flat at a place I am planning to move into for a while, and another one due for the end of April.  The problem is, I was expecting this to show up next year, so really it's pretty much too soon.  <img src="http://e.deviantart.com/emoticons/e/eek.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":o" title=":o (Eek)" />  They're quite nice flats, judging by the one I peeked in, and I do want to move, but in another way I don't.  It's going to take an insane amount of thought.  Not only that, but there's a possibility that I could land a small job in a library somewhere in the borough.  Won't be much but I hope it'll beat steaming old clothes for hours on end.   <br /><br />Also the great Youtube ban on premium music videos in the UK sucks, y/y?<br /><br />Update: looks like I don't have to worry about it for now since there's like 10 other people going for it.                 <description><![CDATA[ So much tracing drama between almost everybody here, so little time for me to think about it.  You wanna know what I think?<br /><br />I find the following forms of tracing acceptable - <b>inking</b>, you know like how comic pencilists would allow inkers to make the lineart and stuff, as well as doing it by yourself, digitally or traditionally - <b>transferring your own sketch</b> from one piece of paper to another [I do this when transferring something from my sketchbook to watercolour paper for example, and it's a good way to keep the original without erasing it] while tidying it up.  Also, most animation isn't animation without the ink and trace department - how else could you get a perfect animation that's on model throughout?<br /><br />The form that everyone rags on is obviously going over an anime screenshot or an official artwork.  I'll give three examples, simply named A, B and C.  <br /><br />Deviant A is very infamous by now, has an ED page and everything.  Many of their &#039<img src="http://e.deviantart.com/emoticons/w/winkrazz.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=";p" title="Wink/Razz" />ieces' come from anime, and while they now admit to tracing, they are categorised as "vector", but also lists that it was done in Photoshop.  As far as I know, proper vector is any graphic that can be transformed [scaled, rotated etc] without making it look like shit.  What this person does is raster, and the pieces aren't even that fantastic anyway.  There's no way a good vector could take just 1-3 hours.  It's all done for the purpose of grabbing attention.  <br /><br />Deviant B does the same, but with western cartoons.  Before this, they have some drawings in their own style, which aren't even that bad, so why do this?  Again, for attention, friend mongering, circle jerks etc, but unlike A, they are still in denial about it. They could hide comments all they like, but it's so obvious, and the end results are just as lazy looking.<br /><br />Deviant C used to trace, again with western styles, and sourcing from children's magazines, screenshots and even animator sketches.  Under the pressure of being ragged on by many other deviants, they finally own up and give a hefty journal about why it's not good.  What's become of them and their own drawing skills, who knows?  The only hope is that they're improving their own skills and boosting their good reputation.  <br /><br />----<br /><br />I used to trace as well.  It would start off with that Disney colouring book that I liked too much I would trace it, and almost send it off to Disney and Me magazine.  I was about 10 back then, but I officially stopped a few years ago.  I didn't do much even then, but most prevalently was my first pixel art [the Duckula moodset], which I done as an experiment but got too proud of the results.  I start that sort of thing from scratch now.  As for my general art, the most you would get was a lot of old SpongeBob and Duckula pieces that were eyeballed if anything, though now I try my best to create original pieces.  <br /><br />So, everyone who's rabidly ragging at every tracer out there and wants an ED article about them all, may he without sin cast the first stone.<br /><br />There's no stopping me from looking down on tracers though, especially those that do it solely to impress the public, because I have struggled like fuck to come up with a decent picture, while those no-talent shitheads do their so called "vectoring" and savour the ungodly amount of "OMG SO KEWL" comments they get from their personal army.  God forbid that they'll ever get a job in the graphics industry.  <br /><br />SW out.<br /><br /> ]]></description>

                <description><![CDATA[ Gearing up for the new year soon.  God this is gonna suck what with stores shutting down and shit.<br /><br />Damn I didn't mention my Christmas.  Yeah, it was nice, got some good bits like Wario Land on the Wii, Mario and Luigi figures, socks, pyjamas among other things, as well as money to grab any additional stuff I wanted.  Finally got Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time with that, so I'm cool for now.  :cool:  I hate it when Christmas goes though, I think that's part of what gets me at the time of year.  <br /><br />I dunno, 2008 hasn't been that great.  Certainly full of odd experiences though.                 <description><![CDATA[ OK, this is the worst Rayman sprite ever.  <br /><br /><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v412/seismic-saffya/Fandoms/Rayman/RRRTVPDS_001.png"><br /><br />But it amazes me how some people are still anal over the Rabbids.  I know I used to be but since I actually played the games, they grew on me.                 <description><![CDATA[ OK this is getting ridiculous.  I've hardly been drawing these days and it seems, everything I'm drawing looks like shit.  It's just become uncomfortable to draw what I want to draw.  You see, I try to learn to draw on model first before I develop it into my own "style", but it's not working out right now.  I hate having to waste so much high quality paper on this crap, and it's the same even when I use the tablet.  And you know something?  I've even been tempted to start tracing.  <img src="http://e.deviantart.com/emoticons/b/blankstare.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":|" title=":| (Blank Stare)" /><br /><br />If this is gonna carry on, I dread to think about what happens if I decide to go to Uni.  Yeah, uni, you read right.  I've had several people from different organisations come round my house to talk about my damn future, and in about 2 weeks I'm taking a little trip to visit the Uni of East London, just to see how I cope with taking the train on a regular basis and studying there before.  Oddly enough, I've been told that I actually have the qualifications to start an honours at illustration despite dropping out to college, meaning I may not need to go back to the shitty one I went to.  That's pretty much a relief actually but...if I go, what if I drop out of there too?  It doesn't help that I am <i>really fuckin' shy</i> and that I worry too much about everything and anything.  <br /><br />I have to admit, I was really lazy when I was at college, and wanted to go my own way, but in the end it just spiralled down to nothing and I found the assignments difficult.  My tutor even had the notion that I had issues at home and therefore depressed because I wasn't working fast enough, so she arranged me to see the counsellor.  I've always been slow, especially with writing assignments.  <br /><br />I dunno, perhaps the only way to find out is to take that visit and just see what happens.                 <description><![CDATA[ Things have been a bit shitty for me lately, and really and truly I should be in bed.  Got a cold coming, as always in October and I can feel it building up. But we can't keep her as a permanent pet. For one she's far too young to be one, pretty sure baby pets need to be at least 8 weeks while she is 3/4, second is that we can't really keep any smaller pet with my dog.                 <description><![CDATA[ Hate to keep shitting out negative journals but, someone on eBay stole my old art, made it into bootleg badges and fucking sold it.  <br /><br /><a href="http://tinyurl.com/44e6ub">[link]</a><br /><br />OK to admit, this was some silly little fanart that I copied from a screenshot and used it to introduce my blog when I launched it. Nowadays all of my shit leaked on to google and as a result you get those fuckers who just take any old pic from it and try to sell something made with it.                 <description><![CDATA[ Hope you like journals about ailments, because that's what this is.  <br /><br />For quite a bit of timen I've had the weird clicking in my jaw, mainly everytime I yawn and eat.  Doesn't feel good at all because it often feels like they're jammed, and the noise is annoying to both me and others.  Sometimes it cracks like fuck and often makes me think I've broken it.  <img src="http://e.deviantart.com/emoticons/f/fear.gif" width="18" height="18" alt=":fear:" title="Fear" />  <br /><br />I've already seen the dentist, but she said she couldn't do anything and wrote off to the hospital for an appintment. I installed Painter 9 onto here and ugh the brushes there are just as bad.                 <description><![CDATA[ I got me a new Bamboo One tablet this week, and man this is a good 'un for Â£30.  I've already been doing some silly fan doodles and sketches with it as well as oekakis and tegaki stuff.  Can I just ask though, what's the best setting for pencil like strokes in the Photoshop?  Because I'm trying to recreate a good sketch I done, and well, even the hardest Photoshop brushes seem too soft for me. :/<br /><br />Also I might clean some old junk out of my gallery soon, seeing as we're all in a "clean out old crap" mood in recent days.  I found a shitload of drawings I made back in 2004, as well as school shit I drew when I was 7!                 <description><![CDATA[ I sure am glad that our kitchen's done.  Well, almost.  We've had to shove all of our kitchen stuff into the front room and because of that the week's been complete ass.  It looks nice now so it's worth it.  Now for the hallway, which we need to cover because we had to pull the carpet up after finding that all the times the dog's pissed all over it has made a massive stain underneath.  And fuck yeah scaffolding, we've had it up for weeks now and they still didn't finish what they were supposed to be doing, and because of that the rain that fell down from it fucked up the front door.  Awesome.  <:<br /><br />I hope my dad gets some more shit down from the loft, like this handmade Rayman book that has some of my earliest drawings in it [as well as bloody hell awful fanfiction, no, I'm not publishing it].  So far all he took down this week was a part of this old My Little Pony playset I loved playing with, and one of those velvet line colouring in things of the Lion King we coloured in trippy colours.<br /><br />Fingers crossed the next week will be awesome because my older sister's coming to stay here for a week, and I have a week off work.                 <description><![CDATA[ God I am so pissed off right now. <br /><br />So today I tried to upload a file onto my fansite via FTP, and for some reason I keep getting a 550 permission error.  Google doesn't help, FireFTP's troubleshoot doesn't help, and there's no point contacting Virgin fucking media because 1) their email form is complicated, and 2) they put you on hold for about 10 minutes if you phone them. >8(<br /><br />I really don't know what to do other than moving the site once again to a new host, something I'm eventually doing anyway but still, if I did I can't pull the old lot off or do redirects and shit!   I was gonna do a big update celebrating the 20th anniversary of the 1st broadcast of Count Duckula which is in a few days time but argh, what can I do?<br /><br /> ]]></description>

                <description><![CDATA[ So I've been feeling somewhat blah this week, I decided I'd pull out my old megadrive. On my little telly the picture's fine but aaa the audio is really ass.  On my big telly [not HD], the picture's worse, though I can put up with that, but also the damn audio doesn't work at all.  The fact that I only have a manky old RF line probably doesn't help, but would a scart make it any better I wonder...<br /><br />Or am I better off just emulating or getting certain ones on the VC or whatever?  Save states are cool and all but it doesn't feel the same.                 <description><![CDATA[ I've been thinking about putting my Duckula fansite on a proper webhost lately, but since I still don't have a debit card, I have to ask; anyone know a good cheap webhost that takes Paypal?  I know I'm gonna have to keep up with it financially, so I'm not gonna do it just yet [I've still got a lot of work on the site itself], but I'll be adding quite a bit of stuff that will exceed well over the 55MB space I'm using at the moment.  I'm also at the beginning of developing a new fansite for the Warioware series which won't be up until 2009, as well as my art portfolio, and those might be big too so I'll need the space.<br /><br />Getting that laptop all set up for my everyday use has been quite hectic too, damn. It's all good so far, I can run a lot of apps my old PC couldn't like ePSXe, and it has 150GB which is nice.                 <description><![CDATA[ I'm feeling a bit blah at the moment. Perhaps because it's Sunday and Sundays are always about being blah.  That, and the newspaper articles I keep seeing about knife crime in the UK.                 <description><![CDATA[ I need some suggestions on what kind of stuff I should draw other than fanart crap.  Animals, landscapes, buildings, the possibilities sound endless when you still have an abundance of watercolour paint left.  I don't like the fact that I use Reeves paints you see. Not only do they announce Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party without even mentioning the limbless hero in that title in the Ubidays thing yet still attach his name onto it, they also announce more "games for everyone" shit and FUCK YEAH WAR GAMES!  Seriously, as much of an anti-smoking freak I am, would you honestly buy a DS game that was about stopping smoking?                 <description><![CDATA[ The weather here I... for like the past week or so, it had been nothing but pure SUNSHINE!  Blue skies, lovely breezes, the lot, it felt like a summer.  After the awful summer we had last year this is actually hard to believe that it's been sunny down here for at least 5 consecutive days.                 <description><![CDATA[ For once, I'm glad that I have a spare computer even though it's shit slow.  Apparently the monitor in my main one is blown, because now it won't turn on at all, no standby mode or anything.  I could use the monitor of this computer, but it's fucking old and horrible, text is too small and blurry and the gamma's too dark.  <br /><br />I'll look into trying to get the main monitor fixed, so bear with me if you don't see me online for at least the rest of today.  <br /><br />EDIT:  OK, fixed now, it was the mains cord that's now useless, had to use the mains cord from the other one.  Reconnecting everything was still a bitch.  Everything seems bigger after using that shitty old one.<br /><br /> ]]></description>

                <description><![CDATA[ <b>Ubisuck</b><br />Oh Ubisoft, you little rascals, you sure love to make people cry, especially Rayman fans, what with this new Raving Rabbids game with the Wiiboard and everything.  I don't like the thought of this either, but I think it's best to accept that Ubisoft totally fucked up, and if anything, I think they started screwing up when Rayman M came out.  Also, both the official Rayman and Rabbids websites seriously need some revision and fixing like, pronto.    <br /><br />The most important thing though, is to keep having hope for the Rayman series.  Even if the series finally discontinues [like a load of other games series I like], keep hoping. <br /><br />But it's things like this, that really, REALLY make me wish I could be a game designer.  Anyone who thinks that a game about <a href="http://www.moboid.com/lapis/">female masturbation</a> is gonna sell on the other hand, should not, neither can whoever came up with these stupid girls' 'games' for the DS like Imagine.<br /><br /><b>Other bull</b><br />If masking fluid is making the painting smell like piss even if you don't use that much, and starts discolouring the paper, is that time to get a new bottle?                 <description><![CDATA[ It hasn't been a great day today.  It has been an awesome WEEK!  It seemed that as it was going through, more awesomeness was piling on.  <br /><br />First off was having the Wii, which I told about in my last journal.  The following day I was given Rayman Raving Rabbids, which I had been meaning to play for a long while now.  It's not so much about Rabbids and the plot, but the controls on some of the minigames are punishing!  D=  Some are fun though, I'm on Day 4 at the mo.  <br /><br />Then, there was the trip to London on Wednesday, which was a really long day.  We went on the London Eye, which wasn't as thrilling as Blackpool Tower but it was still a great view; then we had an awesome meat at a Pizza hut in Covent Garden where we had all you can eat buffet and profiteroles OMNOMNOM! <br /><br />Yesterday I had my Rayman plushie come with the post, yeah I said right, <i>Rayman PLUSH</i>; ask *<a class="u" href="http://raygirl.deviantart.com/">raygirl</a> about it, she'll tell you about it better.  He's lovely, he was shipped fast [I won him on Monday], and I'm glad I won him.  I then went out to Tesco where we picked a cake, and I picked one that was of a Nintendo DS with New Super Mario Bros. on it.    <br /><br />I didn't ask for my family to get me so many presents, and it's a good thing because between them all they gave me over Â£140.  That way, I can spend that on whatever I want.  I did get loads of boxed 21st birthday keys though, about 5 of them, and at work I got a bunch of flowers.  It's really sweet of everyone. ^^<br /><br />And that, was the best week of my life.<br /><br /> ]]></description>

                <description><![CDATA[ I've now got a Wii.  For real this time!  <img src="http://e.deviantart.com/emoticons/d/dance.gif" width="29" height="21" alt=":dance:" title="Dance!" /><br /><br />It's an early birthday present.  What happened was that back in January, my mum tried to order one from some gay catalogue, and we had to wait for like 3 months, and by now it still hasn't come.  She rang them up today and they told her that it'd be in another 6 weeks, so she cancelled it and we got one ourselves from our local Woolworths, along with WarioWare Smooth Moves.                 <description><![CDATA[ * Got me a couple of games for the ol' GBA: the first Warioware and Rayman Raving Rabbids, the latter being piss easy and quite rushed and shit.  Still have a lot of GBA and DS games to try and get.    <br /><br />*  Oh god, that Pikaman, Olimario etc made me belly-laugh the shit out of myself, perhaps as much as that bit in Harry Hill where he took the piss out of Vera Duckworth's [Coronation Street] coffin.  I still haven;t got my Wii yet, and Brawl definitely won't be out by the time I get it.  <br /><br />* Had a cold during Easter, but thankfully it was only a mild one, and it didn't stop me from having a blast with my sisters at the theme park in Southend, where it was snowing!  It's a really odd experience to have snow fall on your face while you're on the Rage ride.  <br /><br />I started using my Last.FM account again for the first time since I joined like, 2 years ago.
