Man, I kinda suck...
I think I'm coming back to DA... I might even post my art here again.

My reasons? I miss the feedback, and the feeling that people are actually viewing my art.

If you want to see what I've been working on the past year, it's here: [link] (I realize Ive been kinda gone for three, dunno what's happened to the other two. Man, three years huh? In that time I've fallen in love, got out with some of my dignity left, became less furry (anthro), became more furry (body hair), taught my kid brother kindergarten, graduated, became steampunk, built myself a studio, got my driver's license, made two video games, drew a comic book, got really into indie and creative commons music, and I'm just finishing up trade school (feeling cheffy!).

Whew...

I also prolly alienated all my internet friends with my relative absence... Sorry...

So anyhoo, this summer I'm going up to work at a logging camp. (As a cook) I'll be up in the boonies, for two weeks, then I'll be back for one. The deal is that while there's (supposedly) nothing to do there, they do have internet, so I'll try to keep my website and here updated. (School's been kinda in the way of that over the last two weeks)

So, yeah...

I'm out of here. This time for good.

Partly because of DA's continuously strangling Licence Agreement.
Partly because of the whole Spayed vs. Jerk Politics that I want no part in
Partly because I'm tired of being lumped with this huge group of artists, And doing poorly as far as popularity is concerned.
Partly because I want to hear what people not affiliated with DA have to say about my art.
Partly because anyone with a mind to can take my art off this site and I'd like to be able to use my own protection methods.
Partly because I want to offer an alternative to art sites like this, and I want to leave gracefully before I try.
Partly because I hate the name.
But mostly because I'm sick and tired of the grey...

Seriously, I'm not offended by anyone. I just want a change of place.

I'm working on putting together a skinable server-side website, (using existing blog and gallery scripts. It's no huge undertaking) once I've got it seamless and bug-free, I'll be offering it for other artists who are sick and tired of the grey.

I'll be starting that in a couple weeks. In the meantime, I'm going to the capital. Once I get back, I'll be setting up my own website and clearing out my DA account.

For my more popular pieces, I'll leave preview shots with links to the full pictures on my website. But I will no longer be updating on DA.

For those who want to stay in contact, my email address is: starflier@gmail.com You can email me if you want my msn account name. My current, (but ancient) website can be found at starflier.stationx.ca and my new one will be at metalsnail.frih.net Though there's nothing there at the moment.

That's all for now... Farewell everyone!

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, (well, besides Zannah) but there's a lot of new Lawyer-speak involving DA being able to use our artwork to do whatever they want with it. Now, you all know that under normal circumstances that doesn't bug me but they've been taking more and more liberties with our artwork and it's finaly starting to grind on me. At any rate, I've been looking for a reason to leave DA anyhow. Well, not completely. I'd like the free exposure, and part of that agreement alows them to use my name. It's not like I'm giving them universal permission to my characters or something, and if my work is going to be in a compilation, that could mean potential fanbase increase. It's not like I'm here for the money anyway, I'm here to make connections and get critique on my artwork. At any rate, I'm going to be hanging around, but any comics or pictures I plan on selling won't be uploaded to DA. I figure that's what I have a website for.

PS, this might get my account frozen, but if anyone would like to start a less structured artist community involving, say a forum and an email and website directory, I'd be willing to put it together, I'd just want some interest soas it doesn't go unused.

In other news, my old cell-shading tutorial got it's 1000th view the other day. I have 1280-ish page views in total, so I don't know weather to be pleased or depressed. At any rate the only reason it got so many hits was that there's so few GIMP tutorials, I made that over a year ago, and it's still only on the third page of GIMP tutorials. But anyway, 1000 views is a pretty good thing.

Hi, sorry about my unexplained disappearance, due to circumstances beyond my control (don’t say a word Spiffy) I was unable to use the Internet over Christmas. So I was looking forward to reading what y’all had to say (Notice how I went out of my way to appeal to my primarily American-speaking audience?) And you’ve all got these depressed, angst-filled journal entries. (Okay, two of you) Anyway I quite enjoyed my Christmas. I only got annoyed by the music once, and that was by a toy perpetually singing the first line of “Frosty the Snowman” (This was in a sales display. Needless to say, they weren’t going very quickly.) My family got together surprisingly well this year. I got to take part in both the kid and adult gift exchanging, and nobody had anything negative to say about it. I ended up giving everybody original art, (minus my parents, but that’s what Father’s/Mother’s day is for I forgot to sign the lot of it, but they’ll remember. I got to do a bunch of cooking, in the form of pizza, beef dip, chicken souvlaki, and mashed potatoes. (On different nights)

I still didn’t get to watch “A Muppet Christmas Carol” though. Maybe next year.

Ok, considering that I designed Starflier specifically for roleplaying, I'm not having a heckload of luck doing so. I think I need to redesign him around the universes better, Thought I'd done that fairly well, but I got an ix-nay on TFC and I can't find a guild on Furcadia that'll let me in.

I guess the whole time-travel thing might be a bit overdone.

It's going to be hard to drop though.

Maybe I need to find a Dr. Who RP.

But then I'd need to be human.

So I'm going to have to re-design my character. I've already decided on a Midievel Steampunk for Furcadia, most guilds won't except any level of technology, but I might be able to pull it off depending on how open-minded the moderators are. (Hah, open-minded moderators, hah. That's like saying uncynical webmaster of a large website. They just don't exist.) But I don't know what I'm going to do about TFC.

I guess strip a bunch off, get rid of the plane, I've been told definately no time travel, which to me is a crying shame considering how many times it happened in Star Trek, I'm going to leave my complaints at that, cause I need to be careful what I say here, (Hi Zannah!) I figure I'll probably end up a cargo pilot, probably from the Star Wars universe, 'cause the Federation doesn't really need cargo pilots with all thier replicators and transporters and such. That way I could still keep my inherant dislike of Federation protocols, such as the Prime Directive and Technobabble, And I can fly a cool missproportioned, not streamlined ship that could never get off the ground IRL, and say "I've got a bad feeling about this" and all kinds of fun stuff like on Star Wars...

Actually that'll most likely get me kicked off, but I've actually only posted two comments on there, I think I made adversaries of important people both times, I gotta work on that. (But come on, they refered to a phaser as a photon weapon. It's obviously electrical, like a Tesla Coil)

I spent a fair bit of time this afternoon working on Christmas pics, they look good so far, I've got a fair bit more to do, on top of family presents. When you get good, theres nothing to this whole gift-giving process, Everybody can use annother picture on thier wall.
Gotten back into TailSpin again, I saw DVD sets for DuckTales and Rescue Rangers, so I can be hopeful.

Bye you guys, I'm heading back home tomorrow, so I'll be back to internet time once or twice a week, instead of three times a day. I had fun though. I tried Furcadia again, actually had full conversations with people. So I might have to add that to my regular activities once I get internet again. (Though currently I've got three comics I read, I'm on DA, Neopets, and The Furry Conflict. That might be too much.) (There are normally more comics) Anyway, it was nice to talk with you guys every day again.

Yes even you Meg.

I might put up the rough copy of the first page of Big E City tonight, It'll be in my scraps and I don't have any dialogue on the paper, but I have to give you a reason to read the actual comic. I also have some concept sketches to post (again as scraps) one of the RingRider, (Ringtail's car... er go-kart anyway, he doesn't have his learner's yet) A Big E squad car, a car I'm going to use in a kidnapping and Clawstrophobe beating the snot out of a guy. There's also one of a scene I'm going to use in the first story arc, (which'll be about five or six pages) It should be good if I get them up. It's a maybe though

[link] It's called Evil Genius.
It's a pretty cool game, the character style and retro styling would have been really refreshing if it had come out before The Incredibles. It looks cool though, and it kinda compliments the aforementioned movie anyway. As the name suggests, you play an Evil Genius. There are three to choose from, each with a different henchman. Your goal is to take over the world (duh) but in order to do that, you need to build a secret base, recruit workers, interogate hostages, train workers, steal money, perform acts of imfamy, show the other criminal masterminds of the world who's boss, invent evil macines and complete your master plan, all while defending your base from investigators, soldiers, burglers, and the occasional superagent.
umm... sounds cool, don't it?

I've got it down to ONE new message. From One Seventeen.

And my watch is synchronised PERFECTLY With my Computer Clock.

Any-the-heck-way, here's the scoop:

I can't see myself getting internet any time soon. However when I do, I hope to have a weekly webcomic all ready to go with like, a half a year in advance!

The thing is, I'm like ADHD or something 'cause I can't stay focused on one storyline for more than a week (I'm currently writing three novels) So, I'm going to have several different storylines and run a different one each week. Here's the lineup:

In the Shade Of the Baobab Tree (Formerly Livingstone High, about a bunch of teenage african animals)

Big E City (Superhero Comic, with Ringtail, Clawstrophobe, Brainitor ect.)

That Other Earth (A kind of modern fantasy, about a boy sent to an alternate universe)

Sir Ocelot (Sprite Comic about a platformer hero and his Squire)

Captains Incompitant (Takes place in a Redwall-esque world, about a couple of seagoers)

Eve n' Steven (Cat and Mouse Comic)

Big Ideas (School comic about human Kid geniuses)

So yeah, should be fun, I'm re-designing all the art styles, so they don't all look the same.

Then once I'm in that groove I'll start bi-monthly issues of Tales from an Interstellar Truck Stop, which is a picaresque Space Opera.

To top it all off, I've got the first level of CK the game nearly finished, and a new game, a kind of pachinko deal that should be done soon.

And a bunch of new art. I'll tell you more about that next time, but I gotta run now.

Hey, I'm still here! well, as it turns out, Mom's keeping in touch with the realator over the internet, so I will be till we move. Yay!

Annother happy thing. I'm getting back to my roots a bit, found a new TaleSpin website with plenty of screenshots. was seriously thinking of using this as a wallpaper... but no.

I'm going through and redoing quite a few of my characters, some more than others. I've already done good copy referance shots of Skip and Dana, and I have Sketches for Angeline and Will as well. If you don't know who I'm talking about, you will eventually. I think I'll give Starflier a once over too. Origionally he was a Cougar, but when I added my hair, it looked like he had a mane, so I made him into an African lion. I think though that I'll be changing him back, and getting him a flight suit so as to fit his backstory since I decided to give him one. (even if it's crummy)

One last thing and then I'll shut up. I went and got a Neopet's account. Just to see what it was like. I have to say that I'm impressed. It's taget demographic of 8-13 probably learns more useful skills playing on the site than they do at school, (which shouldn't come as any surprise) If you're ever on there, check out my store. (man, I'm good.)

Okay, two more things maybe. NEW COMICS FOUND:
I got one of those "you have beeen selected" screens when I log-ed in thismorning. I get a free one week subscription out of it, in the hopes that I'll get so used to it that I will purchase one at the end of the week. How the ever, I'm a-gonna be packing up my computer probably on Saturday. I think I've said that we're moving up to Powel River on July 23, and Mom's gotten this great idea that we can pack all our stuff beforehand.

So, I was getting done what I had to,
all my avitar comissions are complete
I even sorta finished the Stories of Acadia title graphic for (though he wants a second one with a guy)
So, yeah. No gifts or trades at the moment. I'm gonna try and get a portrait of Angeline and maybe one of Will done, so you know who I'm talking about when I make referance to them.

Get the game: [link]

I like computer games, I don’t like them as much as drawing or reading and so I’ll usually only play them for fifteen minutes at a time. I also don’t like to spend money, so I play mostly freeware games. I figure I’ll post reviews of some of the better ones I find for other cheapskates with stuff to do.

Imagine a science fiction game where you are given a ridiculously fast starship and enough fuel to go significantly far and were told “Explore!” Such is the premise behind Noctis.

The first thing I noticed was that I couldn’t move. A quick look at the manual is probably prudent. You don’t control your “Stardrifter” you control it’s pilot, (technically also called a Stardrifter) and you move around your ship in roughly the same fashion as in a FPS game, pressing buttons on the HUD display to control the ship. When you’re ready to start exploring, you just pick a star, either by finding it out the window, or selecting it from a list, and you’re off.

Landing on planets is the funest part of the game, and exploring them can be very rewarding. While the explorable areas are relatively small, they can be covered with craters, hills, rivers, oceans, trees, and bushes and in some cases, life. You can take pictures with the camera in your helmet, and the manual insists that you can hunt, but I haven’t figured that out yet.

The graphics are old school, and have a hazy dream-like effect. Rather than trying to compensate for it’s graphical weaknesses, Noctis revels in it. It says, “So I’m not Half-Life 2, I have over seventy thousand stars. And you can go to them all without fear of getting graphically disembowelled. And to top it all off I’m under two megabytes. Life’s good.”

There’s no real gameplay to speak of in Noctis. You just kinda drift. The only thing that comes close to being like a game is your limited fuel. But that’s not that big of a deal, you use about one gram of lithium for every five jumps, and all it takes is sitting around a grey star for a minute and you’ve got like fifty. And even if you do manage to run out, you can always call another Stardrifter for help.

So, the controls are clunky, the graphics are low-polygon and pixelized and the gameplay is non-existent, what makes this a great game? The thrill of exploration. Did I mention that you get to name stars? And planets. And then (In the words of Ford Prefect, “This is the clever part”) you get to send these names to the creator, who then puts these names on the official map. For other Stardrifters to find. You can also add data to a sort of “Travellers guide”. So Noctis is multyplayer in it’s own hazy laid-back way.

It really is a great game, undefinable, strange, and you’ll wonder why you keep coming back to play it. And you will; there’s a lot of galaxy to explore.

Here's what's going on in my life:

First of all, We're moving to the Sunshine Coast! Which is great news in some ways and in other ways really sucks, particularly the packing. Should be good though, I'm throwing away a lot of stuff (always a bonus) and it'll be cool starting over in a new place.

Seccond of all, and I've been putting this off for a while so I could gather my thoughts on the subject:

Star Wars, Revenge of the Sith - Starflier's quick blurb: Greivious was one cool villain, The opening scene was amazing, Yoda's always fun to watch Lightsaber dueling, I want one of those lizard things, What was up with that scene where Anakin found oud Padme was dead? I mean, I laughed at that, despite the fact that it was such a solomn scene. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Third of all:

Now I thought I had dealt with this a long time ago, but apearently I didn't. I am feeling some serious Commander Kitty withdrawal. I still check the website every day. (btw there was an update to the effect that Scotty's going to put the archives back up so I can read them for the third time.) I'm going to have to make some fan art or something pretty soon or I'll go nuts.

Written by: Michael Audish
Every era is defined by the civilization that left its mark on the world. It is difficult to learn anything of history without coming across the Egyptians, Romans, or Wal-Mart. Even in modern times, we still hearken back to these founders of antiquity, invoking their presence in art, literature, and low-budget UPN action series. As is true for us, it is true for the world of video games. And perhaps no other civilization has stood so strong or influenced so many as the Mushroom Kingdom.

The modern day Mushroom Kingdom is a powerhouse of both culture and wealth despite their longstanding state of war with the neighboring Koopa Kingdom. Thanks to its remarkable stores of natural resources, unshakable leadership, and steadfast army of two plumbers and a dinosaur, its dominance of the Nintendonic Realms is unrivaled even by Hyrule or Dreamland. But its history is a long tale of invasion and bloodshed. The Mushroom Kingdom did not find itself at the height of power so easily, and only in the last few decades has it been able to truly flourish under the watchful eye of its rotund Italian saviors.

Ancient Mushroom texts have been unable to establish an exact date of the founding of the Mushroom Kingdom due to their fragmentation. Much of the land’s archaic history was inscribed in the subterranean brick passages that were so terribly damaged in the First Koopa War. Supposedly, the ancient Mushroom people consisted of scattered nomadic tribes, making their homes wherever sustenance and coins could be found. Indeed, it is most likely that a number of separate tribes gathered to settle permanently in the seven Worlds of the Mushroom Kingdom because of the overwhelming quantity of naturally occurring gold coins.

It is essential to understanding the Mushroom people and their culture to understand the importance of gold coins. The coins found in the Mushroom Kingdom are more than a mere monetary source; they are a means of survival. Possessing an excess of 100 coins allows a person to cheat death, meaning that if food or shelter could not be found, coins could give the primitive Mushroomian a new lease on life. A rare variety of coin forms in midair and is essentially weightless, and the primitive peoples used these to forge ultra-light weapons, a practice that continues to this very day.

In seeking the life-giving gold coins, the Mushroom tribes came to the seven Worlds of the existing Mushroom Kingdom. Their forming of permanent settlements, such as those found in Worlds 2-1 and 3-7, was most likely influenced by the presence of strange and powerful plant life. Early records show that once discovered, Power Mushrooms and Fire Flowers became extremely important to daily life, and that a primitive religion began in reverence of the “?” boxes from which these plants were harvested.

The early Mushroom people were then, much as they are now, an agreeable, hyperactive and painfully adorable people. They were quick to organize into unified social groups, though development between the seven Worlds was uneven. Harsher areas, such as the icy, inhospitable World 6 and the confusing, pipe-ridden World 7 kept the early peoples from organizing effectively. Truly, any World rife with moving platforms, bottomless pits, and spikes made forming a coherent society extremely difficult. The most successful groups were those in the temperate World 1, who managed to pool their resources and found what we know today as the Mushroom Kingdom. While little is known of the early government and society, we know that the Mushroom people have always had an almost psychotic love of castles. In fact, a recent survey conducted by the Society for the Preservation of Life-Threatening Castles has found that there are, on average, approximately 2.4 times more castles than houses. Clearly, the founders of the Mushroom Kingdom possessed an advanced knowledge of architecture.

This covers the formation and early years of the Mushroom Kingdom. Next time we will go into the history of the Kingdom up to and into the First Koopa War, wherein the flourishing Mushroom settlements are overrun with malevolent turtles and salvation appears from Brooklyn, of all places.

Okay, it's about time I actually gave some explaination to that lion with the glasses and the cargo pants.

A lot of anthro artists have these complicated backstories for thier "fursonnas" I'm kinda making one up as I go along here, but it involves time travel and trancending into alternate universes and maybe even a case of a mind swap, (again, I'm making it up as I go along) so I can change it later to my convienience.

Anyhow, he was born on January 29, 1989 in an alternate universe, on a planet very similar to ours, (excepting the lack of humans) in the southwestern region of a country known as Northland. From the time he was very young he took an accute interest in time travel, cartooning and astronomy. As he grew these interests didn't change much, and so by the time he was twelve he had become fairly skilled at all of them, when he discovered an old abandoned Consolidated PBY Catilina in the hills by his house. The plane was adopted as his new laboratory/studio and whenever he had the materials and time he would work on the neglected aircraft. (which due to a similar lack of crativity in the naming department that I have, he dubbed the "Star Gull")

Then, in 2002 a temporal burst from one of his experiments launched him and the Star Gull 70 years into the past, 20,000 km to the south and 10,000 feet into the air. He managed to land it (rather poorly) into the port city of Cape Suzette. (actually into the city, he overshot the bay and took out most of the Abandoned Warehouse District) After repairing the Star Gull he took on an inconspicuous job as a cargo pilot until he could find a way back to his own time. During his stint as a cargo pilot, Ryan had some dangerous run-ins with a certain air pirate, and made friends with annother lion mechanic and a modestly insane inventor, all who's names have been ommited in order to prevent lawsuits.

It was during this time in his life that he became aware of a connection between himself and annother person, somewhere else. He decided not to persue it much though.

Once Starflier managed to complete his Trans-Dimentional Portal Generator, instead of returning to his own time, he began exploring other universes, each jump taking him further into the unknown...

What I was thinking was, what if every day for the next thirty days I do somethin' totally weird, just for the sake of it? Wouldn't that be cool? I could make up posters that say something like:

TAKE THE PHREAKOUT CHALLENGE

Here’s how it works:
Every Day for the next thirty days you must publicly do something creative, original, or just mind bogglingly bizarre.

What you choose to do is up to you, but it should be noted that I am not encouraging illegal behaviour. Do something like, go to school dressed in a Gumby costume, or get a weird hairstyle.

For best effect what you do shouldn’t be for profit, or have any purpose really, though if your wacky behaviours included cleaning up trash or feeding the hungry, that’s aloud too

The biggest thing is that you have fun. So get out there and be Outrageous!!!

What do you think, any of you guys in? I'll keep you posted, today I'm going to post incomprehencable messages all down our street.

In other news, my website's up [link] go look for bugs and spelling errors! (I'd say go check it out, but when I do that all anyone ever points out is the bugs and spelling errors.) (no I'm not refering to you Spiffy, I asked you to QA it for me.) I just watched Robots, (funny movie) so you can expect some kinda Bill Nye meets Rube Goldburg stuff.

About time I did annother post I figgure.

Friends and/or artists I admire:

I met the doctor on the Commander Kitty forum. He's kinda the reason I wound up on DA. (I had to join in order to comment on his journal) He's a fairly decent guy considering he's pure evil.

One might wonder why I like her art so much considering I'm not really into either Gryphiths (IF that's how it's spelled) or "The Lion King". I just do. I love her characters, esp. Doom-Yote. I'll get used to the Bird-things one of these days.

Another Christian cartoonist, (and a friend of Doc Fennic) Sketch has quite the fan following, and it's fairly easy to see why. Some realy good anthro art done in coloured pencil here.

Approximately Swiss cheese years old, MG is of the termally sociable types who love to draw other's characters. (I look good with shiney hair) Anyhoo, she also is a GIMP user wich earns her points in my book.

Now I've managed to convert Spiffy into a GIMP user. (Score!!!) He's kinda an up-and-comming deviant without a lot of art posted. (6 deviations, but they're cool)

That's enough for now...

Ok, so here it is again, Febuary 14. The Chineese New Year! Gung Hay Fat Chewie-uh-I mean Happy Valentines Day.

Let's just say I feel kinda alienated by this whole subject. Love is not an arena in which I plan to step foot in for a while yet. And quite fankly, even if I wanted to, oppertunities to find a girlfriend for homeschooling-teenagers-who-look-35-and- are-extremely-antisocial-and-really-not- much-to-look-at-anyway are slim to none.

However In my head at least I'm a bit of a hopeless romantic. Most of my storylines involve a love story as a subplot. And the other day, my kid brother, while FLIPPING THROUGH MY SKETCHBOOK UNINVITED, found a very incrimminating (I know that's not how it's spelled, leave me alone) sketch of an anthro couple hugging. (freakin' blackmailer)

But really, I don't really get the whole teen dating thing anyway. It seems (to me anyway) to sop up a lot of time, money and stress that I could be putting towards my art. (On the other hand I think the same thing about, say, my schoolwork)

To all you lovebirds out there though, have a good one. And before you kiss anyone, stop first and think: Are you absolutely sure you're sure there's no such thing as cooties? And if there's any doubt in your mind, are you sure you want to risk it?

So yeah, I had my birthday the other day.
I turned sixteen.
*sigh*

Anyhoo, is was a good enough birthday. My mom had been kinda upset because she didn't plan a huge event, (like her parents did on her sixteenth, they invited over fifty people. Ugh!) but I had just wanted it to be quiet and relaxed, which is how it turned out. I figgered I might as well try and look as close to my actual age as possible, so I shaved my three inch beard down to mutton chops.(so now I look 23 instead of 35)(and I look like an Irish police officer or somth'n) I got to watch "Sky Captain" (sweet movie) and I got to read a fair portion of "around the World in Eighty Days" (sweet book) and play up to the robot village in "The Island of Doctor Brain." (sweet game) Then we had the family over (and my one friend who wouldn't be weirded out) and had spaghetti, lazania, a chocolate fondue and cinnamon rolls. (not all at once) I got a shwackload of gift cards and a wallet. All and all a good birthday.

I guess it's about time I replaced my post-Christmas post with something a bit more recent.

I can't think of anything to say...

Oh I know! I found some other deviant with a lot of the same interests as me and his character looks a heckovalot like mine, it's kinda weird really, though not uncommon. Anyhow I've noticed that a lot of deviants have links to their friends in their journals, I guess I could do that. Welp, here goes:

(Please note: Friend might not be the most appropriate word here, they may or may not even know who I am.)

Also I would really like to get into this whole art community thing, if there’s anyone who’d like to do an art trade with me I’d be willing. I try to keep my art tasteful and non-violent but other than that I just like to draw.

And one more thing, if you’re in my gallery and you want to say something about something that’s a bit old, go ahead, I really want to know what you think.

NOOOOOOO!!! IT CAN'T BE OVER!!! THAT'S NOT EVEN CHRISTIAN!!!

OK, Isa gonna be missing Christmas. It's not the presents or the food that I'll miss, (Though I'm thoroughly thankful for everything and the five turkey dinners in the space of a month) (There was an Avian Flu outbreak over the summer, so we had to catch up on our poultry consumption) (Where was I?) I think what I'll miss the most is the constant party atmosphere. I mean when else can you start humming an annoying song and have everyone else within hearing range join in? Bliss I tell you.
We had a rather laid back Christmas this year. My grandparents (Think Frank and Marie from "Everybody loves Raymond") headed down to New Zealand for three weeks, so we moved the family Christmas party a week back. So on Christmas day we had nothing to do.
So Christmas morning comes, this is the second year in a row that mom hasn't woken us all up at 3:00 in the morning. Anyway, we get up at 7:00 to open our presents. My little sister (she's five) has bought everyone breakfast cereal, Corn Pops for my brother, Honey Bs for my other brother, Reese's Puffs for dad.
I got an Organic Soy/Flax/Blueberry cereal. (Which I actually prefer to sugary junk)

We took dinner over to my Pastor's house. I think they were appreciative of not having to cook.

So yeah, I'm going to upload all my old stuff that is on my website, as well as some new stuff, and the next update on my rather neglected website will be the new 2005 re-design. I'll keep you posted.
