^{I'm back! (: My dad set up my computer and I now have Internet access again, along with my tablet and Photoshop. =] The only thing that still needs to be set up is my scanner, and I have no idea how long that will take, so for now, I'm just sketching and then taking a pic with my camera and putting it on my computer. xD Hey, it works.

Pennsylvania has been great so far. I completely finished my room, and I love it. <3 It's like twice the size of my room in Colorado which is really nice, haha.
I also got a job (well, sort of, I'm working for tips only) and I've managed to make over $125 in the past 3 days, so I've decided to save up for Photoshop CS4. I really need a new Photoshop, I use Photoshop Elements 3.0 right now and it doesn't even work right on Vista because it's so old...so I always have to go through a hassle when I try to draw on it. :/

I'm now going to work on some art now and hopefully get somethings up in the next few days. Sorry I've been so inactive! Life has been pretty busy for the past few days.

^{Sorry, I kinda just disappeared for a week!
We left Colorado last Friday, and took a road trip allll the way out to Pennsylvania.
First we stopped in Kansas for a few days to visit some friends, and we spent Fourth of July with them. It was tons of fun, my friends and I just lit off a bunch of fireworks. xD
Then we went to St. Louis, Missouri and went to the top of the arch (which was very cool) and stayed at a hotel in the downtown part of the city. I think St. Louis was one of my favorite parts of the trip. =]
And after that, we drove through Kentucky and stopped in West Virginia, and then arrived in Pennsylvania yesterday.

So it was a lot of driving! xD At least I got to drive for a little too.

Tomorrow IÂm going to Maryland to stay with my grandparents for a few days, and then IÂll be going to my best friendÂs house on Sunday to spend a whole week with her! =] IÂm super excited.
Annnnd after I stay at my best friendÂs house, IÂll go back to my grandparentÂs house and then about a week after IÂll head back to PA to finally move into our new house. xD
So IÂm gonna be very busy for the next few weeks. x_x IÂm not sure how often IÂll be able to get on, but hey, when I have access to a computer, IÂll get on and check my messages. (:

(IÂm also using a really shitty hotel internet connection right now.)

^{Movers came today, and right now theyÂre downstairs packing up our stuff.

IÂm going to take my tablet with me, and IÂm installing Photoshop onto my momÂs laptop so that I can work on art when we get to the hotels. =] IÂll finally start sketching the art trades now, and finish up some other things.
IÂll probably have tons of time to sketch as well, since weÂre going to be on the road for 5 days. (Even if drawing in the car kind of makes me carsickÂhaha.)

Oh yeah.
Def Leppard, Poison and Cheap Trick concert with my bff in less than two weeks. (:}

^{First off, I finally got my braces off yesterday! After having them for 2 1/2 years. Now my teeth are all nice and straight and for pretty much the first time ever, I actually like smiling in pictures with my teeth.

Second, the movers are going to be coming in less than two weeks, so I really need to start getting ready for that...which means cleaning out my room and getting rid of all the crap I don't need/want and starting to pack my suitcase and getting ready for our road trip.
Also, that means I probably won't have my computer for very long...so I'm trying to get as much art as I can done. But to people that I owe art to, I'm really sorry if it'll take a little while! I'll probably be getting my computer back sometime at the end of July, and then I'll definitely be able to finish them up. (:

Ahhhh, I'm so ready to move though. Colorado is...nice, but just not for me. My dad's whole side of the family and my best friend all live on the east coast, so it kind of seems like we're isolated out here. Not to mention, I hate the weather here. Winter seems to last forever (I mean, the last snow day my school had was in the middle of April) and I really, really dislike the cold.

So...I'll go back to working on some more art now. Hope everyone is having a nice summer break. <3}

My little sister made an account on there a few days ago and watching her play made me feel a little nostalgic about the days when Neopets was pretty much my life. xD It was one of the reasons why I got into drawing too. x3
Sooo, I started playing again on my old account. (: The site is so different now though, I liked the old Neopets much better.

Finals, oh my.

I'll probably be playing around with my journal CSS for a little till I find something I like.

So today was the first day of finals.
Which means just three more days left of school and then IÂm no longer a sophomore! Haha.
I started out with photography and chemistry finals today.
We didnÂt really have a final in photography, just had to clean up the classroom, clean out our computers and then we watched a National Geographic film on photography (which actually turned out to be quite interesting). And we also got snacks, which made it so much better, haha. =]
Thennn chemistry. This was one of the finals that I was kind of worried about, but my friend Maddie came over yesterday after school and we actually (omgawd O: ) studied and worked on our study packet thing. The test turned out to be pretty easy, which made me very happy. =] I think I at least got a C on it, and for honors chemistry, IÂll be very happy if thatÂs what I got on the final, haha.

I have German and geometry tomorrow, which I think IÂll do fine on both.
So if IÂm a little bit inactive for the next few days, youÂll know why. I really need to do good on all of these finals. |:

But you know what the best thing about these last three days of finals is?
TheyÂre all half days!}

Which really sucks if I am starting to get sick, because I have finals starting next Thursday and I need to go to all my classes.
