Been working crazy hours. Right after I posted that, are new GM of the store I help informed us that we have to prep for our next big inspection and we can't afford to get anything less than 100% because the other store in our district tanked their inspections last quarter killing our average. Last couple of weeks haven't been easy. Last few promising job interviews left me hanging, car got banged up royally in a hail storm and the neighborhood mechanic that my dad hired has skipped town with the money for parts. After almost two weeks straight of work, I finally got a day off. Didn't do much other than vegetate, play some Mechwarrior and Dead Epidemic. Now it's time to get to back to drawing.

One thing I'm looking for advice on is how to improve my skills on drawing women. I've really fallen behind on the Cauldron Born sketches after getting stuck on Billy, my standard formula when it comes to drawing ladies hasn't really work well in my depictions of her.

Well, this past month was a kick teeth as far as my job goes. Been cover allot of hours so our store would be ready for three big inspections, we where ready to go and confident. When the inspections finally came, we missed one or two item on each of the three. This wouldn't be bad in any other company but our higher ups expect perfection every time so getting a A- or B+ still counts as a fail. All the time I've spent at work to fail these inspections also made it harder to make time for my Job hunting, many employers I talk to seem to only offer more of the same anyway.

A bad work schedule a illness have kept me from the drawing board so there is allot for me to do this new years.
