Yeah, it's AMAZING. Easily the best game I've played in an extremely long time (I'd say probably until Kingdom Hearts 2 - that's how in love I am with this). The story is beautiful, the characters are beautiful, the art is beautiful, everything about this game just makes meh happy =3 You can tell the devs actually put a lot of time and hard work into making it. If you have a PS3 I highly suggest you at least DL the demo and try it out. Srsly - as the story plays out you just FEEL for the characters; it's truly a wonderful experience. PLAY IT NAO PLZ KTHX

Gorgeous game displayed in 720p resolution. It's pretty sexy. The fighting is fluid, however, there are some lag times and glitches. It is a fighting game, after all.

gameplay:

Awesome SC game play doesn't really differentiate between it's predecessors. This is a good thing, of course. This was the first 3D weapon based fighting game of it's kind, and it does a great job keeping it's title. However, online is ok (for a fighting game at least). 9/10 players choose either Kilik or Mitsurugi. They'll lag you out with their /fail internet connection, and spam the same moves over. . .and over. . .and over agian.

CaS (create a soul) is AMAZING. You'll spend 99% of your time here.

ToS (tower of souls ie. adventure mode) is frustrating as hell and you'll want to shoot yourself and/or the developers after attempting it.

Story - Story? Huh?

5/10 - 5 for trying.

Sound - For the love of god, put it in Japanese dialog.

1. I'm a picky person. Veggies aren't really my friend. I like the basic veggies like lettuce, sprouts, cooked carrots, and one or two others. I don't like much else >_<

3. I have an internal alarm clock; If I say I'm going to get up at a certain time (ie. my alarm is set for 9am), I usually get up 5-20 minutes earlier.

10.) Monster Hunter (PS2)

If you have a PS2 or a PSP, then I highly suggest that you pick this game up. I've only played the PS2 version but it's definitely worth all 20$. You play as a warrior in a primitive time period full of fantasy-dinosaur like creatures ranging from velocoraptors, stegosaurs, of course, Whyverns. You take on tasks by your village chief. Upon completing these tasks (which are rather boring at first, but later on get extremely exhilarating) you gain money and items. Using both of these resources you can buy/forge new weapons and armor, which all look gorgeous and intimidating. This was one of those games that started up an underground classic series. Hopefully I'll be getting a PSP from a friend within the next month or so so I'll be able to play the newer ones.

9.) Primal Rage (ARCADE)

Released in the arcade and on many consol systems in 1994, this game was a trademark of my childhood. In this classic fighter you play as monstrous beasts in a prehistoric era. You pretty much beat the shit out of eachother until the other dies (the healthbar is a vein that leads to a heart. When you die, the heart explodes. ) The beasts all range from a giant snake (my absolute FAV) to primates and dinosaurs. For it's time it was incredibly gorey and vicious. It was definitely a game for a 6 year old boy such as myself back then. They even released toys of the characters! I wish I still had mine. They were working on a sequel a few years after they released the first one but it got scrapped. Sigh. If they make a next gen Primal Rage. . ., I would buy it AND the system it's on. No joke.

8.) Resident Evil: Rebirth (GC)

This gamecube remake of the very first Resident Evil was stunning. The graphics were probably some of the best ever shown on the Cube. The environments were terrifying, the monsters grousome, and the story ever-so-epic. I just remember one room I was in playing as Chris Redfield. . .I walked down a long, dark hallway into another room with a candle lit in it, nothing else. The light from the candle made my shadow look HUGE on the wall of the hallway. I was holding my breath the whole time. And the Crimson Heads. . .ooh my god the Crimson Heads. . .zombies that a. RUN and b. HAVE SHARP TEETH AND CLAWS and c. TAKE MORE THAN ONE SHOTGUN BLAST TO KILL aren't the most settling in the stomach. . If you manage to find this game, BUY IT.

7.) Tales of Symphonia (GC)

Ah. . .the "Tales of. . ." series. Such a great series that deserves much more attention than it has obtained here in the states. These games are very popular amongst the Japanese gamers, but never made it big here in the US. However, there are a few exceptions. Tales of Symphonia was probably the biggest "Tales of. . ." title that was released overseas. It featured beautiful gamecube cellshaded graphics and fantastic characters that you just fall in love with. The story will also keep you hooked until the end. Speaking of the end (I won't give any spoilers), it's a definite tearjerker. I'll be totally honest; my eyes were tearing up. The way the character developement unfolds in the end is just breathtaking. Another 20$ worth your time and money.

6.) Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne (PS2)

This game is a 3rd person RPG that takes place in an Apocolyptic Tokyo, which your main goal is to do Satan's bidding and create a "new world". Add a little twist of Pokemon and you've got a DAMN good game! Yeah, this game is fantastic. The story is absolutely intriguing and the gameplay mechanics (while difficult) are addictive. You recruit demons by persuading them to join your party. You can obtain creatures such as Shikigami, Kodama, Pixie, and Succubi. You also learn how to "fuse" demons by putting them together to make an even more powerful demon with inherent skills and stats. Doing that makes you all of the archangels (such as Michael and Metatron) and other biblical figures such as Lilith and The Harlot. Yes, THE Harlot was in my party. You know, the "whore of hell" in the Revelations chapter? Yeah. Badass I know. Oh yeah, did I mention that Dante from DMC is in it? ive been enjoying school. its wierd to say, but its been going good. the semester is already about half over and finals will be in just another month and a half. crazy, yo!

works been GREAT actually. i now work at a coffee shop inside a fry's grocery store (i used to work customer service), and i really like it. the only thing that kindof sucks is the pay. . .i really should look at getting another job that pays a bit more, mostly because imma be moving out into a 2 bed apt. in about 3 months or so. but we'll see. if i cant then ill just get some extra hours. i should be getting a raise soon, too.

My parents got three, yes, THREE new puppies on superbowl weekend earlier in the year (we already had TWO full grown dogs). They just randomly brought home three little babies from their trip to NM. I was a little pissed, mostly because, well, three puppies is a lot of work. I wouldn't have minded one dog, but three is just too much. But none-the-less, I loved and cared for them. They're great dogs, cute n sweet n playful.

But of course, they started getting bigger. They started teething; chewing on semi-expensive furniture and whatnot. Yeah, that's what puppies do, and they do it well. I woke up one morning to find one of my dogs gone; they had given her away without even telling me.

Now we have two left, and they started chewing on stuff sommore. My parents, being fed up with it, are now sending them off to their ranch in NM. What . the . FUCK is wrong with that picture? So, you get three dogs, raise them, but get rid of them when they grow up because theyre "too much of a hassle"? Dumbasses. Seriously. They hate those dogs now because they chewed up some stuff in the house. Big deal. We had bigger problems with the grown up dogs, and they're completley fine now.

I hate their so-called logic. I keep telling myself I need to move out, but my job doesn't pay well enough. Jesus they make me so mad.

Deathnote is completley FINISHED. It totally rocks. Haha. . .the ending was pretty fulfilling.

My birthday was on the 26th It was awesome! I had a few people over for swimming and all that. I got some pretty neat gifts, too ^_^ Thx guys for coming! I had a blast! I love my friends soooo much.

The simsons movie was pretty damned funny. Worth seeing at least once. Go spider pig!

And, for the best thing, my friend Cassie had her baby on the 26th as well. Little baby Zoe! I'm so happy for her ^_^ and went to visit the other day. All seems well. I with only for a bright future for her and little Zoe.

recived a godzilla boxset full of the DVDs that range from the early 90's to the newest ones (not final wars, though). I think it came with about 9 movies total. He had two, but the rest he only had in VHS. Go DVD upgrades! wewt! It came in a badass box, too.

So yeah, graduating soon. hooray! no more high school. I graduate on May 24th, and to tell you the truth, I'm actually a little excited. It's no real big deal, but it's still kindof fun sounding. I'm meeting up with a college counselor this week to discuss my major n whatnot, then hopefully I'll schedual stuff by the end of the month. I wanna be a teacher, and that's about all I can come up with now. I hope everyone that I wanted can come to my graduation. I'll have 15 tickets, but I'll probably have to wait in line to get some extra.

That's right, it's AniZona 3 baby! It's coming up this weekend and I can't waaaaiiiittt! Everything's running smoothly so far (knocks on wood) and everyone's getting together to finish up their cosplays. I'm doing my first semi-serious cosplay this year as...

8-bit thief from FF! Wewt! A couple of my friends went as 8 Bit characters for AX last summer. They needed a thief and I volunteered! Thankfully I'm tan enough for the part It's so awesome. I feel bad though because my friend, White Mage, is making my outfit for me (pff, I can't sew!). She offered to make it and provide the fabric as long as I get the wig and weapon. She's so awesome. <3 you!!!

Seriously, though, I can't wait. It's gonna be in a nice convention center down town and we already have our hotel. WEWT! DID I SAY I CAN'T WAIT?!?!

In other news...my new job at Fry's is working out great. It's easy, the people are nice, the bosses respect their employees, and I'm getting paid more ^_^ We'll see how things turn out in the next few weeks!

Yeah..summer is basically here. I can feel it. It's kindof disgusting since it's the middle of March, but whatev. It IS Arizona after all.

Summer always brings back a lot of memories - both good and bad. Everything about this time of year just feels...familiar. It's really made me think a lot about current, recent, and past events; mostly from about 2 years ago. I can really see back then how my ture personality was forming. Before, I was a confused, stubborn, introverted kindof guy. Right now I'm very sure of myself and what I want. I'm still pretty stubborn at times , but I'm definatley a lot more out there with how I go about things. I've changed for the good, and maybe even the bad, but thats life I guess I've definatley got quite a few things accomplished, though! For instance; I met amazing people, confessed someone my love, had my first relationship, got into a car accident, earned money, got 2 new puppies, left my first job, went on an out-of-state vacation, and maybe some other stuff that I can't remember. But yeah, it's nuts!

It's crazy, though, to think about all that's changed. How time just always changes things, weather you like it or not. It's scary, really, because some things you really feel should just stay the same...but I guess it's not worth worrying about things you can't change, I guess.

You know, I got a lot of bottled up love to express. I should figure out ways how to do that. ^_^

Anywho, it got me really hyped for AniZona 3 (third year for this, too! wewt!). It's coming up rather soon (about a month and a half, maybe even less), so today I got my registration cleared up. However, they REALLY fcked up the registration process by making it a billion times more complicated. Last year, all you had to do was fill out your badge name, credit card number, etc. then submit it and BAM you were done. Now you have to fill out, like, 3 seperate forms and send them in in different ways. So dumb. They better get my goddamn registration right or imma be pisssssed.

We got our hotel rooms for it already (wewt once more!) and we're already expanding our plans. We're starting to get really good at planning these big events now. It makes-a me happy!

sigh...it's been a frustrating week though. I didn't get that job at the vets office...they gave it to someone with more experience O.< *twitch* This is really a downer - not being able to find a new job and all. Finding a GOOD job has proven to be pretty damned difficult. It's almost like theres a wall blocking me from certain things. Finding a job is one thing, and school is another thing. I've been looking for a good job for quite some time, and people have barely given me the time of day!

School's been a piss off too...I brushed by math class last semester with a 60%...and I busted my ass to get that D, too. My friend is helping me this year, so hopefully it'll be better...but I've already flunked the tests/quizzes we've taken so far...I do the homework, I'm getting extra help, and I STILL don't get it. I hope I pass the class this semester...

Seriously, though, I'm terrified of graduating. I don't think I can handle college work. I just don't know if theres a point...I don't see a bright future.

Then, back to the Tofu's for the ball drop! After an amazing viewing of Euro Trip, we went back to Alex's Nothing too eventful. It was nice being with everyone again. We haven't seen much of eachother these past few weeks. Everyone's been either sick or with family because of holidays (I'm just now getting over the flu -_-). So, the past 36 hours have been eventful...I ended up sleeping over at 's house the other night. I was totally passed out while him and were wrapping gifts n stuff. That was kindof nice...I woke up at 11 n drove back home to get to work. but hey, your house in COMFY! I slept like a damned baby. Yeah...I worked on xmas eve (fun) but got out early. My mom works in the morning, so tonight was basically our xmas day.

I love my cats, they're hiding in the mound of wrapping paper in the living room XD They're stalking us, I tell you! We are the HUNTED!

We're gonna be decorating it tonight, so that'll be uber happy

I got a new car too! It's a 2000 Malibu, 6 cyl. with only 85,000 miles on it. So sexy. It has a CD player and the trunkspace to hold Ethiopia. All I had to do was get new tires (a xmas gift from mah step dad), and that was it. It just got it's oil changed, new tags, the whole nine yards. And lemme tell ya, that baby runs smoooooth.

and I are proud of and for getting into WoW with us! It's SOOOO much fun playing with you guys ^_^. Last night was amazing, too. Here's the synopsis...

Myself (Mopey the Mage), Axx (Gaghiel the Rogue), and Wasabi (Luminesca the Warlock) all undeads, mind you, tore apart this ghost town full of wherewolves XD It was soooo awesome. We're getting used to our new characters and starting to really play em well! I wanna write a short fanfic about our lil adventure Soooo exciting.

Last night I was talking with a coworker away from the desk for about 15 minutes, ignoring whatever was going on up front. My fault, I got sidetracked, but I pulled away after realising how long I was gone.

A teacher came in that I haven't seen or spoken with in forever, so I spoke with him for a few minutes and ignored a few phone calls.

Last Sunday I had to make rootbeer floats for juvinial diabetes (the irony T_T). I got super bored, so I whooped out my phone and played pac man. Apparently 2 employees and a customer complained.

I really shouldn't be doing this. If I get fired, thats two years down the drain (dunno if I'd put this place as a reference). But, to tell you the truth, I'm completley burnt out. School already takes a big toll on stress. My classes aren't exactly the easiest (college english and bio, then some college math and a bunch of enconomics projects). Then I come to work and deal with the bullshit there, and for an unfair pay (new hires get paid almost 2$ more than I do, and I've been there for 2 years).

Ok, I've got a question for you guys though. Lemme explain my situation...

I've been asking for more hours (just a few). But see, heres what they do: Next week I work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. All 4 hours shifts. So then they ask me to work on Saturday (a 6 hour). Now, with my teenage mentality I said. "No, I'm busy". Which I technically am. I made plans with some friends in school who I haven't really hung out with in a couple of years. Now, in my mind I'm thinking "No, I don't want to work on my day off." But if they wold have schedualed me on Saturday instead I would have worked. Does that make sense? Because it confuses me.

So, what I guess I'm trying to say is that I'm burnt out. I really stopped caring about this job. I gotta find something new and fast, or else I bet that imma get fired. Work is definatley not the first thing that is in my interest. I can't necessarily explain this to my boss...that probably won't get me anywhere. So I guess that I haveta just ride it out for now...

I've played the first one (and it was amazing), so i was definatley looking foward to the sequal for the ps2. I wasn't sure if anyone else would like it, though...but i was very wrong! and i fight together (the battle system can be 2 player! SWEET!) and is really interested in it as well. the story is amazing, the graphics are gorgeous, and the gameplay is fun. its a great game that i highly reccomend checking out.

works been a bitch, but its cool. still lookin for a new job. hopefully one will come to me soon

And why the HELL does everyone get sick at the beginning of the school year? Is it because they don't wanna go to school and will do what they can to stay home? I've been browsing a lot more than I used to on Dev.art. Check out my favorites, there are some really awesome drawings on the second row. Damn this site is addicting...why did they have to add the search bar! *sob*

I start my new job on Sunday! They finally promoted me to a different department at work (now that I'm 18 ). I'll be working in the customer service desk. It's gonna be a real nice change...I'm totally in need of one. Plus the pay isn't half bad either. Hopefully things will work out - I'm optimistic

Far too many amazing games come out within the next few months. There's Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria, Devil Summoner, FFXII, PSU, Godhand, Dirge of Cerberus, and WoW: Burning Crusade. So far I've got 4 pre ordered at 2 different places T_T (complicated). Eventually they'll get payed off...eventually...

So anyway, and I rented "History of the World P.1" and "V for Vendetta"... Both amazing movies. I forgot how hilarious History of the World is. When 's parents go out of town, we'll watch V for Vendetta (it's due on Monday, so we can watch it on Sunday or something).
