I finally stopped being a bum and cleaned up my computer, made it workable, got rid of viruses, etc.

Hooked up my tablet, fixed a glitch it had, configured it just right,..

I now possess a digital camera, and a scanner, as well!

so here I go!

Then, I've got some requests, 3, I think.

and about 50 digital media ones.
And I'm trying to make at least 3 CD's, and even more mix tapes.

Then I'm going to steal 's list of theme things,
and at the same time try to make a dent in the 100 theme thing that everyone ever pretends they're trying to do.

I feel really good about this.

Oh, I've also got two systems projects due soon, a history project due yesterday, and homework in every class every day EVER FUCKING SHFSDHGLASGFS hateschool.

The history project is about the 60's though, I'm doing art and music, mostly the Beatles, and how they influenced each other, if at all.

I just wanted everyone to know that I had a great day.

School ended, and even though I couldn't go inside the office to talk to the nice lady who fixes problems, I was happy, because bird was being nice to me again.

I got to go to starbucks, but I chose wrong again, (4th time in a row, now,.. ) and I got a very icky sugar-free black-cherry jones soda.

After that, I was going to see dan, to give him his presents, but i saw him in the cemetary, where I'd just got to give the Black's their first kiss back. That made me happy.

I gave dan a fishing lure, a picture I'd taken, a pepsi, a blue and purple stuffed baseball, and most importantly, a magnet with bears on it, because I learned he liked bears, and I had to help him be happy about that.

I live because I make people happy.
You're not supposed to know that, no you're not, nobody is.

But that's why I exist.

Then there was Teh Ku tea, but without bubbles, which sucked. But bird got the wrong kind, and I got to get her a new one, which made up for that. At Teh Ku, I got to taste the color purple! It was good. Like plums, grapes, and happiness.

After Teh Ku, all of my shields came down, and I got to finally watch 'The Science Of Sleep'.

It was hella fun, in my opinion.
The entire day, I was freaking out, and unhappy, and worrying,
but looking back, it was actually one of the top five best days of my life.

I loved it.

I woke up, and got a bag from my family, with a blue "Birthday Boy!" pin on it.
The bag had some pop rocks and skittles in it, and a gumball machine, with refill gumballs.

I hate gumballs.
xD

So I suggested returning it, in favor of a book or something, and the mom suggested a trip to the bookstore.

Bird came over, we went, and I got a sweet journal/sketchbook thing, with handmade paper in it, extremely sweet.
I got the Neverending story for Bird, because I wanted her to read it, and I got the Death Note manga, 1-5, for myself, because the covers looked sweet and everyone's been bugging me to get into it. I also got some weird book about a magician or something, just something to read, y'know?

After that, I remembered I had to be at a party with Jacquar, this sweet kid who shares the same birthday with me, and that I had to bring cake. We showed up an hour late, with a sweet cake, and it was sweet.

Dandy+Mandy+Meep showed up, along with other kids we knew, but I was rly happy about the three of them showing, because I wasn't really expecting it.

The only drawback was that bird got scared of them, and they were scared of my mum.
It doesn't sound that bad to you, maybe, but the whole thing turned out like shit. I wouldn't have had it any other way, though.

I got to invade the women's restroom to rescue bird, towards the end. That was the best part, methinks.

At the party, I got two CD's, one from Dandy, one from Meep, and a sweet card. Oh, speaking of cards, card cash this year = 50$, total. 40$ from mumster, and 10$ from the grandparents.

Hm. Oh yeah, the party was at Dave and Busters, and I've been saving tickets to that place for years. I had 3700ish when I went, because I never ever go there. I used ALL the tickets, and got a few of those giant pixie sticks for myself, but used the rest to get bird a ton of hello kitty stuff + some care bears. It was sweet that I got to do that. I know that's not how it works, but still. Oh, I also got a sweet D&B mug thermos thing.

So yeah, that was my birthday. I'm 17, now! Unreal, it really is.

I just don't have time to be on here, anymore.
I'm going to try to be online more, though.

Tomorrow I have to help teach sunday school, and the day after that, go out with Beth to take pictures of things in Olde Dublin.
It promises to be amazing fun.

Why do I value these things like I do?

It's an amazing thing, being held. Hugged close to someone else, and feeling safe, wanted, understood.

Rain is purifying. Washing away your troubles, your cares, your preconceptions. It beats down, no end in sight, outlining who you really are.
