The metal music scene used to mean something. It used to stand for defiance, a life which was thought of as proper by the metalhead and the metalhead alone. It was about sex! It was about drugs! It was about fucking guitars!! Now what is metal all about?

Darkness... fucking darkness. You know what I mean. "Oh, gee... these people are dead. They're in hell now and Satan is laughing and it's raining outside and everything is black..." EVERYTHING IS FUCKING BLACK. Rarely do you see a metal band that, when you put them together for a band shoot, they aren't all wearing black and fucking face paint and fucking sticking their tongues out. Now, I haven't been in a good mood, much to a good point where I'm a little edgier and even starting to act like a great prick. I'm extremely hostile. My mother (bless her heart) has this awesome idea to say "Don't be grumpy.", in order to make me feel better. It doesn't. It kind of does the opposite. Let me explain why.

You see, "grumpy" is started as a kiddy term. A euphemism, if you will. I hate euphemisms. I don't like being equated to a dwarf or a fucking care bear when I'm in a bad mood.
