We all know that sonic has been slowly running down hill ever since he made that inevitable leep into the third dimension, right? Good, then I don't need to explain that part. While there are some parts I agree with, (Shadow the hedgehog was a bad game, but I've seen worse.) there are some things that I would like to point out that I don't totally agree with.

Complaint #1: Too many characters/hate for those characters

While the sonic series has a large cast of supporting characters, that doesn't make a sonic game any more/less enjoyable. if you took out all the characters, and left Sonic, and Robotnik, Sonic 360 propebly would have gotten the same score it was given by professional game reviewers (which I hate to death non the less). You think Sonic has too many characters? Look at Warner Brothers Cartoons. They've got alot of characters, more than I care to count. It's still loved by people, why is Sonic any different? That part is bearable for me in most cases. What isn't are the number of people out there who actually wish for the death of a character because they hate them that much. Whether it's for shipping reasons, something they did, or just being annoying, these people choose to hate their guts. Three words, "THEY ARN'T REAL!" Amy Rose, and Big the cat, (which are personally my favorite characters and favorite fan fiction couple) are some of the most hated characters of the series. I really see no reason why you should hate them. Sure, sometimes their diolouge combine with voice actors really gets on peoples nerves, and I can compleatly understand not liking a character. What I don't understand is how people can get so worked up over fictional characters and hate them so much. People hate Amy because she's sometimes bossy, annoying, and too obsessive over Sonic. Some people can overlook that, and that's good. People hate Big because of his levels in sonic adventure and the fact that he sounds "slow". The first part is understandable, but the second reason is just plain retarded (no pun intended). You don't hate someone for their "special needs", thats just wrong, and insulting. ):<
Overall, you shouldn't go around bashing people for liking a character you hate. No character is really worth any of it. (sure Chris Thorndyke is a pain to listen too, but what more do you expect, he's a kid. I don't like him, but I don't hate his guts for taking the spots of various characters from the plots of Sonic Adventures 1 and 2.)

Complaint #2: The horrible voice actors and 4kids influence.

I never really liked the fact that 4kids took control of the voice cast just because of the death of Eggman's voice actor. For those who don't know who 4kids are, they are the worse anime dubbing company that has ever existed, and are despised by tons of anime fans for horrible and sometimes unecissary edits, bad voice actors, and the fact they want to westernize anything that even relates to Japan's culture. They don't put any kind of care into their dubbing, they just care about making money. if you really want to see how bad 4kids are, go to youtube, and type in 4kids. look for a piece called One Piece: Worse 4kids Dub moment. there are 10 parts as it is the top ten worse moments, so go watch it if you've never heard of them. Ryan Drummond, who I didn't really care for at the time, was the voice of sonic the hedgehog for video games, and did his voice up untill Sonic Heros. Sometime earlier, 4kids aquired the dubbing rights to an Anime called Sonic X. to make a long story short, Japan version=good, Dubbed version=epic fail. A lot of the voices chosen for the dub, to put blaitently, just plain sucked. Ryan tryed to get a part, but was turned down just because he didn't live in New York, so He's replaced by a guy named Jason Griffith. I was taking a look through all of my old flashes. I finally figured it out. I finally figured out why I feel I've been in a rut latly. It's not because I'm having a serious Artistic Block. It's because I haven't animated anything in a looooooooong time. Part of that problem, is my computer's broke, even though it got wiped. something 'bout the hardrive from what I hear. So now I got to wait even longer. I don't want to wait, I want to animate something, anything. Hopefully, the computer will be fixed soon, and I can get back to making comics, pictures, and most importantly, SuperRex and Friends Episode 1.

Road Trip Comic: Coming along great. the only problem I have with the plot I have for the rest of the story, (yes, I know how the storys going to continue on from this point) is that the plot doesn't stay in one place. first it's this thing, and then its that is basically what It means for any of you who dont get what I ment by that. I got a special treat for you RoadTrip fans. I'll let you in on a little secret. not counting the event going on now in the story, or the intermission sidestory, there are 5 events left before we get to the end of the story.

Flash: I have sad news. I'm putting a close on Zolf episode 1. its just that my flash skill has moved on, and that flash has been collecting dust for some time, and its nowhere close to being finished. instead, I'm going to take the series in another direction. instead of just introducing all the charecters over the series, I'm gonna make SuperRex, Miles, Jacob, and Fred the main character, while including other charecters from members of the guys who joined Zolf (still dont have a name for it) whos members include two of which dont really go here anymore. if anyone has any idea as to what the first episode should be about, feel free to share, because frankly I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing for the first one. and for who sent me those voice clips for Zolf episode one, dont worry. in anyway, shape, or form, I will use those clips in this new episode. now if only I had the song, "all my best friends are metalheads" I would have the perfect introduction.
