I wanted to do something really neat, for my friends, this year..in hindsight, I probably should have thought about this, three months ago. Eh...don't get me wrong. I enjoy making plushies...and this will be something pretty fun, this year.

Mostly just here making a note, that I will not be doing my themed Holiday pictures, this year, due to gift-arts, and plushie-making. Another friend of mine chimed in, and said he wanted one..but it was too late. So if anybody wants a Valentine/birthday plush, speak now. 'Cause I don't wanna wait 'til the last minute, again. >_>

Hm...might as well just go ahead and spill it, eh?

So I've been ranting and griping about back problems, since like forever. Late '07, mostly. No big deal, really. I've gotten rather used to it, by now. However..if anbody recalls an incident, back in August...I've been having problems, I believe relate to that.

Whatever I did, I seiously looked death right in the face. Having an out-of-body experience was even trippier than when I was on the codiene. That's not the point, though. Back's been getting progressively worse, to the point where my family is getting worried, and a chiopracter is indeed in my near future.

Won't rant long. Main thing I'm trying to say is, I may have done some nerve damage..which could explain artblock/acting like I'm an idiot/saying some seriously weird stuff that doesn't make sense. (MXC and Lith..yeah...I'd like to apologize for that. Especially Lith. Kinda went on an emo-fest, with him...which I still feel bad about, by the way.) Also, sorry I missed you birthday, MCX. I'll make it up to you. Somehow. I promise! Really!

Also, it seems as though I might have a sleep disorder, rather than just insomnia. I guess I better get some help, with that..

Holy poo, guys. This weekend was a blast.

Friday was full of staying up all night, webcam'in. I enjoyed getting to talk to Tim, again, for a while. Then we switched over to Amber, for a bit. Then MSN hated us, and kept messing up Call; but damn. It was fun.

I also got Breanna obsessed with Repo! The Genetic Opera. If you're into musical/horror/slasher/sci-fi/disturbing as hell movies..I suggest you try to find this one. 'Cause geeeeez. It was so full of "wat", it was awesome.

Yesterday was also quite fun. It was filled with punkin-carving, stealing kids' candy, scaring people, games, and more movies. Best part: Dwayne had his skull mask on the top of his head, and kinda curled up, on the porch. Group of highschoolers came over, and thought he was scary, as is. They didn't know he was real. Then he moved. They screamed. They ran. cx Also, Amber & I started voice-chatting, while people were still here..so we had some lulz, later in the night.

AND Y'KNOW WHAT? It's not over, yet. No. Today, I'm going to raid the party stores for some discounts. 'Cause..next week...oh, yes. Next week, is Ren-Fest. I'm going to go, as Mary Shaw. C:

Sooo....this week has been kinda...pleh.

Went to the doctor, and it turns out I have a respiratory infection..again..'cept this one is 90% less jaw pain, 100% more "oh god I can't breathe!". Good news, I'm on some better meds, than last time. Should be better, before next week barrels on through.

Got most of my costume done. I need to fix up the feathery bit, and finish the last touches, on the tail. I must admit..I expected it to turn out so badly, that I'd have to scrap it..but it's not too horrific. Not amazing, no..but not a complete disaster.

Jack-o-lanterns have not yet been started..but I'd like to note (mostly to Lith) that Enigma probably won't happen. I just didn't like any of the sketches I did, and the carving would be even worse. One of these days...ONE OF THESE DAYS...I will learn how to properly draw Enigma. On the bright side, I do have some back-up concepts. So far, I'm trying to decide between Hyper X's skullface, or Sheah. I really, really like the drawing of Sheah, itself..so if it doesn't make it, to a pumpkin, I'll definitely be doing some pin-up arts, with it.

Breanna and I have also been planning a Halloween IM party, for weeks. Originally, I just thought about including Amber..but I felt we should include Tim, too. Hell..Lith & MCX are even welcome to join us. There will be webcaming, voicechatting, and horror movies all night! Yessss. I am really, REALLY looking forward, to tomorrow. (though we'll start at 9pm, my time. 'cause...you know..Monk. C: )

HOPEFULLY, I'll get around to making my costume. If I can find a good mask, to alter, anyway. That's the toughest part. Aside from that, all I need to make, is the tail. Maybe gloves. Maybe not. I'll just be lazy, and buy wings. Don't need a full-body suit..so that's good, at least. Hopefully, I'll get around to doing that, real soon. 'Cause I'm runnin' outta time. Anywho. I made some notes, earlier, today..and I've got lots & lots of stuff to do, in the art world! MAKE ME DO IT. Seriously. Don't let me slack. (Yes, Lith & MCX...I'm looking at you ) A lot of it is re-writes & re-designs, for old characters. A lot of art, too..some giftart & requests, from..MONTHS ago..also some comics...re-dos, of old arts...crap like that. That means I can't sit around, eating cheesecake ice cream, and watching Ghost Hunters, tonight. Which I likely will do, anyway....

Anywho. I'll probably make the trek, to Hobby Lobby, next month. Start working on Ren-Fest costume..which, I admit, I'm still a bit stuck on. Bloody dragon mask...NYARGH! Eh..yeah. Next month starts the busy. Hopefully, I can get all the stuff, for my costume, before I have to leave, on vacation. (San Antonio is starting to get really boring...) Back is better. Granted it still hurts, a little..and whatever happened, really messed up my squishy insides..but not nearly as bad as it has been. At least I'm eating, again.

Also had a bit of a scare, Saturday. My diabetic cousin, whom I am very, very close to..had to be taken to the hospital, for a couple days. Seems like everything is okay, now, though..so that's good.

Aside from that...had an awesome day, yesterday. Got some crap, at the mall..saw District 9..then ate cheesecake. I found an Angry Beavers shirt..so that made the whole trip, worth it. :U

Art-wise..the plushie is taking a bit longer, than I hoped. I did a LITTLE BIT, Friday..and that was when I realized that it really kinda hurt, to move..yet alone, sit up; so that's been on hold, for a few days. I'm halfway there..so it should be done, by the end of the week. It's definitely turing out to be the best one, I've made..er...and actually finished, anyway. (Tiny is by far the best..but I never finished 'im)

Also..got PayPal. Still might be a day, or two, before I can use it..but I am officially taking commissions, at this point. $5 for colored picture, plain background..$10 for detailed background. I'd prefer a note, or e-mail, if you're interested, or have any questions.

I also really need to get back into the swing, of comic updates. I've done a couple..but I could've had a lot more, up. Argh..so much going on, right now....

Amazing how a single close call can make one realize that..and yesterday, we had two.

So around noon..I kinda slipped on one of the steps. Okay...it hurt a little..not the first time I've fallen flat on my ass, though. When I took Dakota(dog) out, started feeling kinda dizzy. No big deal. I have brief blackouts, all the time, 'cause of allergies. The longer I stood there, the worse it got. When I took her back in, I totally passed out. Okay..that was a little scary. I managed the rest of the day, without too much trouble..but still a slight dizziness. Apparently, I jarred my spine out of alignment..and it cut off some nerves. That...probably could have done some serious damage..and I'm grateful to even be sitting here, right now. (granted every inch of me is sore..but hey. Better than what it could've been)

I later found out that my stepmom, almost the exact same time, almost got hit by a big truck. Said she had to go nearly in the ditch, to avoid it.

So yeah...needless to say..I don't think I'll be doing much, for a couple days...

I AM HAPPY. Granted Monk didn't have a spectacular premier, like I hoped..it was still great. It was nice, watching it with my Nana..who really doesn't like the show, much...but she seemed to enjoy it. Psych made me fangirl, even more..with Cary Elwes. <3

'nuff 'bout that. With the sinus infection gone, I'm probably gonna be making more sculpts, plushies, and artings...in preperation for commissions. Granted people have asked, based on my older works..I'd like to give them something better..y'know?

Anywho. Gonna make Spider plushie, this week. I'll be more than happy to take commissions for those, too. (granted the prices will be a bit higher, considering the cost, and skill, to make one..) Ripper Roo turned out pretty frickin' sweet..and the Tiny I never finished was cool, too..so I can assure you that plushies will be much more epic, than sculpts and artings. :U

Nothing really exciting, going on. *rocking back & forth, in a corner* Except that maybe I've been updating my journals, more than usual.

I still don't have a PayPal set up..but I hope to get that done, maybe Sunday. I've been trying to work out prices, as well. I'm not gonna be charging $20 per colored picture, or anything. The prices will likely go up, depending on difficultly, though. Still probably won't be any more then $10, for a fully colored picture. 'Cause yeah..I know I wouldn't pay $20-$50 for a file/piece of paper..why should I charge it? (animations, on the other hand....)

~RapidGirFanGirl and I are also gonna start working on tiny OCs, if anybody is interested, in those. Granted if anybody commissions something like that...I will use much better quality paint, and try to have more patience. :U (for the record...Lith is not getting that Enigma. EET'S MIIINE.)

But yes. Everything I do, will be in the $5-$10 range..including tiny-OCs. ($5, for fully colored, plain background. $10 for fully colored, detailed background; also $10 for tiny-OCs) Animations...geez. I dunno if I'm even gonna take animations. Seriously. This summer has not been very enjoyable. NO VACATIONS PLANNED. WTF. D: Oh, well. At least I don't have to worry about school, come fall..in fact, anything FUN we have planned, is all in the fall. I guess that's an upside. Bah. 'Nuff whining. I need some costume tips, if anybody has them. Here's the thing...I'm making a Halloween/Ren-Fest costume..but I can't really figure out how to make the mask. It's going to be a furry dragon, but I can't really think of how to make a mask and muzzle that will cover my whole head...well..and I still be able to breathe, anyway. This is really the first costume I've made..so go easy on me, here. 8U

My cousin suggested I just buy a dog muzzle, or something of the like, from a party store..might still do that. I'm just gonna buy some wings, since those are easy to get. The tail I can easily sew together. It's just the stupid maaaaask. Furry hood + floppy ears + horns + feather-hair. Yeah...

Aaaanywho..my dad is currently setting me up a PayPal account..I think/hope. Hopefully, I'll be on my way to starting commissions, soon. Now whether or not people will actually buy them, is a different story. Hopefully it'll get started, though. *shrug* I guess I'll need to work on prices...

First thing's first, though..I MIGHT be doing some more school, as Penn Foster has some cartooning/comic classes. For now, though, I'm just using some how-to books, and forcing ~Lith-stoneshaper to critique me..which has worked out fairly good, so far. Because yeah..I want my art to be at it's best, if I do commissions. You guys deserve better than what I'm currently putting out.

Settling in, quite well. Quite well, indeed. I'm planning on starting commissions soon..though when, exactly, I'm not sure. I'll probably talk more about that, when or if I actually go through with it.

On a more depressing note...I'm quitting work, on Katarizo. There's not enough interest in it, and I admit, I'm just tired of doing it. It's turning out to be something of duty, not something of love. I want to be doing comics, because people enjoy them. Katarizo just didn't turn out that way.

I'm still probably going to throw a few random updates out there..but there's no longer a set schedule. I'm still going to work on RCA, and AR. People seem to enjoy those comics, more, anyway. It's what I like doing..and it's what other people like.

Not much else going on, other than that. I'll be sure to let you know, if I start commissions. I need to do a lot more practicing, to get my artwork up to par...ALSO! If I get enough money, between my birthday, and graduation..I'm probably going to be putting it toward Poser 7..and I'm hoping I'll get good with that, and make moneys. <3

Ohello. So um..wow. Doesn't seem like it's almost time for school to be out, does it? I mean..geez...2009! Why are you passing by, so fast? D:

Granted, I am getting a bit anxious. We should be able to move in, at the start of June..and if we get everything together and set up in time, I'll have my awesome taco-hot dog 20th birthday party, in our new house. Dang...20. Anywho. Been working on some updates, for RCA..so that's going..uh..well, it's going, at least. I have a crapload of cast pictures, still..but oh wells.

I've finally been able to get some feeback, on Katarizo.(thanks, to you guys, at the Clockwork Mansion forums! ) It's got a lot of work, to improve..but with their suggestions, I'm hoping to gradually start doing so. On the bright side, everybody I've asked, said the storytelling was good..so that's an upside. To be honest, I thought I'd get five pages of "oh, god, this sucks so bad!"..heh.

Aaaanywho. Katarizo is switching to full-page comics..and RCA even got a bit of a revamp! Hope to get another one of those done, this weekend..and start back on AR. Also work on the Crash comic! YARGH. Buuut..priorities.

Speaking of..we're in the process of moving..so I might not be on, so much, for a while. I'm not sure when we'll get internet hooked up..but I imagine it will be one of the last things we do. That will all probably start, the beginning of June, though.

HURF. Been a long week. D: Finally started revising RCA, and oh wow. Two days, just to re-draw the entire cast. Gotta work on Katarizo, today..then I'll likely spend all of next week, inking and coloring the cast pages..then I'll be open for requests, again. =U

I also got a book, on how to draw good, so I might be submitting a lot of sketches, for people to critique on. I mean..that's one of the reasons I joined DA. I NEED CRITIQUE! D: I can't get better, if nobody critiques me! ;_; If I just keep on sucking, I'm blaming yooooou. That's right. YOU. Eh..yeah. Probably gonna put out a few sketches, after Katarizo is done.

Speaking of..does anybody actually read that comic? I know going on hiatus like that wasn't really a good move, for a comic still in it's prologue..but I'd like to know there's more than two people that read it. I'm gonna need some cameos soon, too..and if nobody offers, I'm just gonna go lookin' through my friends' galleries; so yeah..don't be surprised, if you get a PM from me, asking for a cameo. =U

Well..that's it. I'm done. I have nothing left. While it's a huge relief....dang. I thought my days were boring enough, as is. D: With school out of the way..geez. Haha...anyway. I'm glad I'm done.

I'm going to start writing more Katarizo script, and start working on that. It should update, Saturday, as planned. WOO! Finally...I can start getting the prologue over with. Heck, I might even make a few comics, in advance..just in case something else comes up. :3

RCA will start back up, next week. That'll be nice to work on. AR will, as always, be at random. Ricochet Crash should start up, by mid-Summer. (though I have yet to hear from ~midnightclubx on who the cameo will be..)

Anywho. I'm still working on the project for ~HumanxAnthro-Romance...so that should be done, by the end of the week. I won't be putting it on my main gallery, due to cameos..but stop by the club, if you wanna see.

Really. Ugh....I want to live in the freaking desert..

In any case, if you notice any typos/random things that don't make sense, which are likely to be abundant, it's because of a sinus infection..so that's why.

Other than that, it's been a nice week. Went to see Jesse Duplantis, Tuesday, so that was pretty awesome. Also, I only have two more books left, for school, and I'll be freeeee! I'll most likely be open for requests, again, by late April or early May, even! I'll be doing making some serious upgrades to RCA, next month, so most of my time will be devoted to that, and getting Katarizo started back up. I do apologize to the very few people that actually read it..I didn't know I'd be going on hiatus so soon!

Ah, well. Maybe by Summer, I'll actually get my Crash comic started, too. Since I'll be done with school, I'll have plenty of time, finally. I'd like to get a Paypal set up, too..so maybe I can put out a few t-shirts, or something. (I promise they won't be painted on)

Also have a big Spring project for ~HumanxAnthro-Romance. Biiiig freaking huge picture with many characters. Ugh..groupshots are so evil..so I'll probably be off doing that, next week, after I finish those last two books. If I don't come back, at all, that probably means super-huge-groupshot killed me.

So um...after church, I came home to a very deceased Merlin. Don't really want to talk about it...but he was absolutely perfectly fine, the night before.

What happened? Fluker's happened. I had just put in a can of crickets, for him, and he recently had another can, before.

When I picked him up, there were some very foreign-looking centipede-like things crawling out of his mouth. I've noticed odd-looking bugs in the Fluker's cans before, but nothing quite like these. (beetles and other centipede-like bugs)

Just thought I would warn you, who have reptiles. Don't buy from Fluker's. We're going to contact them, about this..but I will certainly never buy from them, again.

So..last night, my computer crashed. For no reason. At all. No big deal. Nothing showed up on the virus scan..what's there to worry about?

Silly me.

Needless to say, I'm going to hold back on artwork until my new, crash-free computer comes in, next week. I guess it's for the better..'cause it's crunch time on school work. (I just found out that it takes three weeks to grade my photos...and I haven't sent in any, yet!) So. For those who read Katarizo/RCA/AR....sorry. I'll be missing another update. Probably the next two. I had a couple of RCA comics I was gonna get up, too. Blargh.

So yeah. I'll just keep my handy sketchpad near by...lest I risk this stupid Gateway crashing RIGHT BEFORE I HIT "SAVE", AGAIN. >.< Ugh. (Thankfully, I did have a back-up picture saved..so I was able to finish it up.) Er....I realize nobody other than Lith, MCX, and Binky will know what I'm talking about...XD But two of 'em went offline, by the time my computer got back up and I got a new one ordered. So that's why I logged off YIM! D:<

*cough* So yeah. No comics. No more digi-art. Also...no V-Day artwork, either. Stressful month.

So stressful, in fact, I'm going to have to hold off on any giftart/requests I owe people. I just....need some time to chill. Maybe the crashes were a sign. (whether it's a sign that I need a break, or that my computer is choking on it's last breath..I'm not sure)

Not liking the new layout. At. All. Knew it was coming....but still. Geez....

Anyway. Couple of things.

For those that don't know, I'm the co-owner of ~HumanxAnthro-Romance, a club for humanxanthros/aliens/robots/whatever. We got a contest going on, there..so if you're interested, let either me, or *midnightclubx know. ;3

Also..finally got some pictures submitted, in ~RapidGirFanGirl's account. Granted they were a few months late...but they're there, now..and hopefully she can start uploading more stuff, when she has the time.

Also...hey! HEY. I'm almost done with school! The literature set came in, and it's not nearly as difficult as I feared. Don't have to write a poem, or read a slew of books..thank God. D: Only have 18 or so more lessons to go, then I'll be done! YAY. Of course, I still have 9 more to go, in photography..but I can do that, no problem.

I have a few giftarts I need to get done...but I have a list of my own I need to knock out, first. With a new year..comes a resolution to stop procrastinating. That includes less important things, like art. <3 So if I say I'm working on a project...by golly...pester me till it's done! Like the Mortal Kombat cosplay! I haven't done anything, beyond inking Raptor. D: Don't let me do thaaaaaat.

After school is finished, though..I have a serious art-goal: Re-draw everything from '05-'06, and some from '07 and '08(if the anatomy is REALLY bad), in my gallery. Yeeg. Seriously, though....that old art burns my eyes..and I just can't bring myself to delete it all. 'Cause I HATE IT when people delete their entire gallery. Don't want to be like that. So I'll just be uploading updated versions of such things. I've already got Phen-Phen's profile, "Sa-luh-man-der", Wedgie, Zim/Aara MSP-ness, Fangirls, Monkish Zim, "The Cowch", Danger Ahead, and Fox's profile(granted that one was more or less an excuse to write random facts about him. <3)

So yes. HUGE TIME CONSUMING PROJECT. Also, sorry, *midnightclubx. That also means a large chunk of Alex pictures are going to be modernized. BUT I DON'T CARE. She's yellow and that's that. D:< Anywho....yeah. Summer, for me, is going to be devoted to that. What have I gotten myself into?

As for now....the stress of BWARGuary is inching closer...and I've got school to worry about. So yeah....don't let me procrastinate. D:<

Well..had fun at the Ren-Fest. Granted, I'm sore from head-to-foot..but it was well worth it.

**Edit** Photoshop won't install on her computer because Vista is the devil; and the pictures won't upload to it, either. So she'll have to use my computer, when it's free. (and it never is..bahaha...)
Also..if anybody is interested in seeing better photos of my swords, head over to ~RapidGirFanGirl's page. Since I only bother posting snapshots, she decided to get some better quality pictures. After Dad installs Photoshop on her laptop, she'll be submitting those pictures. ;3

Other than that...been slowly getting things done, in the ways of comics and school. I'm inching closer to the end of my highschool/college courses, and I'll hopefully be done with one of them, at least, before we move. So woo-hoo for that. Speaking of moving...I guess it's about time I mention it.

Dad's getting married in February, to a long-time friend from work. She was actually the one who inspired me to get into photography. ^3^ We're getting a 2-story house,(maybe)and I called dibs on the upstairs room. xD Best thing is, we'd be just right across the street from my uncle & Breanna. So that's a bonus, right there.

So that's that. Also, Katarizo won't be updating this week. I started doing the comic, and have one panel done, along with the sketch of another..but I just didn't have time to finish it. I won't bother doing an early update, so I'll just post it at it's regular time, next week. RCA also has a definite update time, being on Sundays. (which means I better get crackin'..) A minor note to those who read that one, though; I will not be updating every Sunday. Just thought I'd clear that up, in case you're lookin' there, and there's no update. Alternate Reality wil also likely be on Sunday, but it's more of an "update-at-random" comic, though. I'll also be starting on Ricochet Crash this summer. Since it's a color-comic, I'll need all the free-time I can get..'cause Katarizo is hard enough.

I'll also be getting some more plushie material, so I can get back on doing those come Summer. So expect lots of rants from me, after May!

Well, I thought I should give you all an early heads up. We're going to the Ren-Fest in a couple of weeks...so expect lots of shiny pictures. :3

Not much to report, really. Fox & Toby are over at Nana's, and out of our hair. Plus I get to see 'em every weekend..so that's kinda groovy.

Other than that..in case you haven't been keeping up, I am slowly getting both b&w comics started. So that's a plus. I feel kinda bwarg about skipping Katarizo this weekend, though..I've been doing so good with updates, then I just blow it off so I can have a weekend to myself. D: Hey..at least I got caught up on some other stuff, though. Ah well. Maybe after May's over with, I'll spit out artworks left & right. So I think I'll extend the "no requests" bit until Summer.

I need to post an RCA update here. Sorry about this.

Chances for Katarizo updating Saturday are very slim. I somehow managed to pick up a really nasty virus, and my dad had to do some nerdy tech stuff yadda yadda...point is, I have to re-install everything. I had planned on getting the comic done yesterday, but Mr. Virus has other plans. Since my mom is coming for the weekend..I won't be able to do it Friday, like I normally do; and my week is filled with schoolwork.

Blargh. I was also planning on getting some other site stuff done..but that was a bust, too. Ah well. I might have the comic up next Monday..but for now, I just need to get all my files back so I can.

I'm still here! o= Geez....I've neglected DA. Honestly, though..I don't have much to upload, anyway. Soo...yeah.

Update on life!
School is getting more tense. Apparently, there is a deadline to get it done, and because I missed so much last year, I have to really crunch. I have two more lessons before I go into the electives, and I'm sure those will be easy. (there's only 3-5 lessons a piece, anyway) The last two are a bugger, though..especially Literature. GRAWG!! I hate literature!!
Photography is also on a deadline. That's what's bothering me more than high school. I missed so much last year, I decided to stop working on it and get more high school work done. Buuuuut....the deadline is the end of the month. And I have a butt-load more to send in. We bought more time..but I'm going to be uber busy trying to get BOTH high school and college done.

So..MCX...this means I might not get your birthday picture done. :C My first thought of making a classic-Alex figure went OAIHFIT!! because Baybrook mall was trashed...now I may not get around to making a simple picture, due to school. I'm really, really sorry about that, dude. Priorities, though. I'm really very nervous about this..so I hope you understand.

On a happier note...Fox & Toby are going to Nana's! She finally got Pop to let her have a cat, so she's taking these two little buggers. Better yet, I'll still get to see them every week! Yay!

Well..not much to else to say. Hm..we are trying to battle a virus, so prayers are appreciated. :3 ('cause this is around the same time I got sick last year..and the whole thought of another stomach virus, alone, is making me feel wonky) Seriously. After all that crap last year..none of us need it, again. :C

Seriously. It's annoying.

Anywho. I suppose I owe a proper journal entry. There's a few things I figure I should say..one of which being, I'm not entirely sure I'll be doing requests for a long time. Be it a really good friend or a commission, I just most likely won't be able to do it.

Another thing is..I wish I had gone to Baybrook mall sooner. I won't be able to get any sculpture-making material, because that area is trashed. Feh. Wouldn't have time to do them, anyway.

Reasons for my lack of activity on DeviantArt is mostly schoolwork & website. I only have two more lessons before I finish, and in between lessons I'm trying to get as much stuff done with my site as possible. School is also the reason I've halted the Crash comic for a little while, and delayed RCA further. Sorry about that.

I do have a little extra something, though. The RCA wallpaper had the majority vote, so far, in my poll..so to make up for lack of Katarizo last week, and no RCA at all, Obsessive/Compulsive is up. :3 I do hope it's okay. After I get done with Katarizo, I'd like to make up some cast pages for it & RCA, as well as re-do the AR cast pages. 'Cause they're just bad.

I'm still alive and well. I just haven't had time to draw anything lately, with the comics and all. I tell you, I hold a deep respect toward webcomic artists. Especially those that update multiple times a week. I knew it took a lot of work, but I had no idea it would be anything like this. There again, I've never really attempted something as detailed as Katarizo and the Crash comic. Hopefully I'll get used to it. Which reminds me..we haven't picked a name for the latter, yet. I'm really leaning on extending it..'cause I just can't choose between two people. >.o Either that or start a poll.

Anywho. I still have bundles of pictures to upload..I just haven't got around to sifting through them all, just yet. Bah. Oh..and sorry to anybody who's been expecting me on YIM. Breanna's distracting enough when I try to get stuff done..I just keep thinking that if I get caught up in a billion IMs, I'll never get anything done. x_x I just need to stop looking for ways to procrastinate.

Speaking of....I really need to go by the art store and get some sculpting stuff. I've been wanting to make a few sculpts of my OCs(Alex, Fox, Zokar and Argon) for a while..I just haven't been able to go. Blarg. I was planning on making a classic-Alex sculpt, along with the revamp-Alex. 'Cause I might suck at drawing, but even with my low-self-esteem-ness, I will admit that I'm awesome with clay. :3 Really, though. I swear..if I don't get a chance to go soon, I'm just gonna pick up some Play-Doh. T_T

See..I have this fear of leaving my animals with other people..even if they are family. For..this exact reason. It's just not the same without her scaley "grin" greeting me when I walk in. ;_; At least I still have Merlin. Just.....it's probably best not to say anything about leos around me. For a while, anyway. :<

Universal was fun. Tiring, but fun. It was nice to finally go somewhere with my dad, instead of being dragged off by Nana. :/

I'll most likely post the pictures in the car tomorrow. It'll give me something to do..and an excuse to ignore the kiddies. Blergh. Oh. By the way. The people that built the Simpson's ride at Universal are on my "Top 20 People I Want to Punch in the Face" list. T_T I FREAKING LOVED BACK TO THE FUTURE. D: *sadness* Ah well. We had a good time.

I'm heading on off to Sedona tomorrow evening. Oh..MCX. Remember when I said I had a feeling something bad was gonna happen..and that I was right a large percentage of the time? Well....admittedly, I wasn't expecting that something to happen to my camera......:/

Ugh. So nervous. We're heading off tomorrow to spend a few days in Orlando! Talked to my mom & brother one last time before they left today. Kinda sad to see 'em go..but at least they got to visit for a little bit. (and for the first time in 56,000 years she got to be here for mine & her birthday. O= ) Anywho. I have a couple of pictures I might submit for those who didn't believe how tall Ian is. >_>

This is really the first time I've ever flown without Nana....and it's Breanna's first flight..so I hope we can get through it okay. Jennifer's flown more often than us, anyway..so if there's any snags, I'm sure she can handle it. GYAH it so does not seem like it's this time, already. :< *sigh* Time goes by, so fast. Alas, at least we're finally gettign to go. :3

Hm....minor note before I head out(because my laptop's packed, already. Gnyrr...stupid desktop):The Crash Comic Contest is still going, but I've decided on an official deadline. I'll be ending it July 25th. So you still have time, if you want to enter! Remember, the prize is a cameo of your character, of your choosing. So I'm starting to finally except the fact that, other than the Universal trip, my summer's gonna be kinda blargh. Geez..seems like every time you start to come to terms, life throws you the evil Roach of Reality. That lands right in your palm at 8:00 in the morning. :< So that means I haven't been sleeping much. Other than that, though, I'm doing okay. Sorry to anybody if I've been sharp, ignored you, or just flat-out went BLARGLESNORCHY on you. It's stress...really.

On a side note....had to take Sam to the vet the other day. We knew she had ear mites, but we didn't know how bad. So sometime around Friday, I noticed her ear was the size of bloated armidillo. Waited to see if it got any better, aaand it didn't. Vet said it was caused by excessive scratching and she busted a blood vessel. He took care of the mites with some medicine, & she's still got a little mohawk because of it. XD Said the swelling will go down in a few weeks.

Also......I'm really concerned about Merlin. I noticed he wasn't using his left arm any..so I took him out & it's all floppy. There's nothing in there that could have hurt him, but it appears as though the forearm is fractured. It doesn't seem to hurt him any, though. What really bugs me about it is there's nothing I can do. The only exotic reptile vet I know of is a good 3-4 hours away. :/ So really the only thing I can do for him is WORRY MY FREAKIIN HEART OUT.....and...pray. >.> He's gotta get better 'afore my mom comes..'cause he's gonna spend the night over at Nana's. D:

As for art!
I just thought that I'd remind you all once again that I am not taking requests. The only time I'll likely do art trades is if I make the suggestion. >.> The main reason right now is because I have so many other things to do. Because I'd hate to have somebody else bring it up first, and I not ever have my piece done due to other priorities.

I still need to get the archives pages set up on my website, and as soon as that's done I'll be starting on Katarizo. Just a note..I'll be starting from scratch; making a mini-prologue, and re-drawing the first two pages. This is also a comic that'll be teeming with cameos..so if I'm watching you/you're watching me/you have your own webcomic, be sure to keep an eye out. You never know who's gonna be in the background. :3

I also need to get the cast pages up for the other comics. That's not terribly important right now..but..er..if I forget after I have everything else done, feel free to jab me with the Reminder Spork a time or two. ^_^

So I guess that's all, for now. My or may not hear from me again 'til the end of June.

So..I'm actually starting to get excited about Universal. We got some shiny BLUE luggage. We're gonna be on an evening flight, so I might be able to get some REALLY awesome sunset pictures. w00t for that.

As for my birthday...meh. I still don't know how we're gonna work it out. I've teased that, for my mom's birthday, I'm going to make lasagna. XD (because that's all she's ever cooked in her life) Har. Aah...yeah. It'll be nice to see her and Ian..I guess.

Not much else going on in life right now. Breanna's out of school..which is making it really difficult to get any more lessons in. I bathed the kittens....and found out how big a wuss Toby is. Eehh....OO! I found a Darkwing Duck shirt at Hot Topic! GLEE. It made me so happy!! .... So yeah.

Not much more done with my site, either. Comics should resume in July, but if they don't..pleeeeaaaase don't harp on me about it. I'm focussed more on Katarizo at the moment more than anything else. Need to work more on the Crash comic..and I've been thinking about doing a mini Spyro series in the same fashion..but I may not; or maybe I'll just do it to amuse me. Either way..it's of no importance and my main priorities still consist of the original three.

On one final note......~Dogsndragons made me jealous when she said she got a Marvel shirt so I had to go out to Khol's and get me one, too.

Blarg. So my gram-gram told me, at the last minute, that I have a dentist appointment in the morning at 8-ish. Which really sucks. 'Cause I have a...thing...about dentists. (doesn't everybody?) The first visit, though, left a mental scar because he wasn't exactly gentle, nor did he believe in novacaine. So....yeah. Perhaps "thing" is too light a word for it.

And I have no clue who's gonna celebrate my birthday when. Nana called during the X-Files and I was kinda sorta ignoring her. >.> So I didn't catch anything. All I heard was blahblahblahLyn & your brotherblahblahblahPlaystationblahblahblahblahcakeblahblahblahI'll see you Thursday. So yeah. At least I'll have fun with Ian. (might have to get me another controller, though, for 3-player Crash Bash fun!) Still kind of aggrivated at her timing, though.

Because we are going to Universal, definately. I think we can do it in three days, yes? I mean....we did everything but MIB in ONE day..my gosh. XD (of course, I got overheated that day & all the rushing made me sick & contributed to the "Plague of '07". x_x Ah well. I'm mostly looking forward to just being there with my dad & Breanna. Jennifer will be there, too..but meh. As long as we're finally going. (she's cool....I was just hoping it'd be family-only, if we ever went..but that's okay)

I'm not even going to start on Arizona. Blarg. I'll be online during the entire drive, most likely. Because those bratty, whiney kids.....DO NOT WANT. Pleeeeeaaaase distract meeeeee. D:

On a more happy note.....Fox is gud foot warmer. 8D Toby won't stay still long enough, though. 8<

Aaaaand comics should return soon. The cast pages don't take much out of me, and I have the forum set up..and most of the web pages. Plus a nifty navigation bar! As stated on the Katarizo page, those comics should resume in July. Preferably early in July. I might work on some while in Orlando..and maybe some in Sedona. RCA comics will be at random..so I can't say when those will start back up. Might be really soon....might be another month or so. *shrug* Alternate Reality comics don't have a schedule..so those will be completely random. No deadline for that one. The Crash comic will not be on the actual website, but I'll put it up on the forum. Breanna & I will pick out a name by the end of July..and if we can't agree, we decided we will, yet again, ask the people. (via poll, this time. We'll select the ones we can't agree on, and have ya' vote. Whichever one wins will be the official name) We'll also be working on the cat comic, as soon as school lets out and we have time. We still need an official name for it, as well as character rendering. For now, it's unofficially dubbed "Feline Nation", though it's uncertain if that will be the actual name or not.

Also, now that I have a website..I'd like to start making t-shirts & more plushies. My dad said he'd have to work with copyrighting things first, but he also said he'd pay for my site. So I doubt that'll ever happen. So I suppose I'll just make & sell 'em at random. *shrug*

Well....seems plans changed. Despite the fact Dad & I had plans in June/July..my mother is coming down after all. Yerg. Ah well. We haven't celebrated our birthdays with each other in YEARS..so I guess that's okay. Mine's gonna be better, though. Lobster & Portal cake, ftw! 8D The only downside is that I'll have to celebrate at home a little earlier. I'd like to have one big party..buuuuut I don't think my dad would like that. Heh...ah well.

Anywho. Sucks for her that she's coming at the time I might be leaving. >3

Life is still going good, though. Kittens are staying inside for a while. They're okay..but Yin is irritating and doesn't like the inside cats. Don't mess with a mama cat....unless you're Orion. D: I'm always concerned Yin might try to attack her, only to have Orion not back down like the others....again. >.<

Aaaaaaand I officially have website. =3 RCA Comics is a go. I still need to make a nifty looking navigation bar..and figure out how to align all the pages to where they are even. I'll have plenty of time in Arizona to figure things out. XD Comics will continue just as soon as I get all the pages set up. Speaking of....I realized that I didn't add a deadline to the Crash Comic Contest. Well....I'm still deciding. I'm thinking maybe the end of July. I'm still doing script-writing for the prologue(what will be, anyway, if it's successful) & some sketches..but my first priority is the site. So if you wanna join in, you've got plenty of time.

Despite some.....rather unfortunate events....life is, indeed, very good.

My dad's planning on going to Universal for my birthday....but seeing as every trip he's ever planned kind of fizzled into nothing, I have my doubts. Even so, we'll definately be going somewhere. Not sure where, but still.

My dad also bought a website for family get-togethers, obviously completely forgettting about my own website he's been promising for years, so after that I think he felt he owed me. So there....maybe that means he'll finally get me started on it.

Getting closer to summer. That means I'm one day closer to turning 19. ._. Wow, the years fly by fast. It aslo means it's one day closer our Arizona trip in July. Gnyeh.....I am SO NOT LOOKING FOWARD TO THAT. >.< My little step-cousins are going, and LAWDY are they hyper! I'm going soley for the photo-ops..nothing else. Even my grandparents 40th wedding anniversery. So yeah....busy, busy summer. My mother is talking about coming down, too..but I just laugh at that. HAHA. That was a laugh. ('cause she never does....plus we'd be leaving, anyway, at the time she's planning on coming) It'd be neat if she could come with us to Sedona, though. (maybe the aliens will take her back....hehe)

Hm..oh. Dizzy got her a new terrarium. She had been too big for that 10-gal for..way too long. So she's got her a nice 20-gallon and a little toy, now. I'm sure she happy....she hasn't left the hot rock other than to turn around, but I'm sure she's very sitisfied. >_>

One last thing. I keep forgetting to mention it, but back in April, when I had my last doctor's visit..I was officially released. ^_^ He said what I had was most likely a mutated virus that mingled with the sinus infection. Blerg. It's all good now, though.

OMG! What the frig? I'm holding a contest! WOWZERS!

First off, though.....a bit o' reality. Starting with the ducky. It didn't make it. We found the nest, and the only way we figure it could've gotten from 60 ft in a tree to a cat's mouth is it fell, and I doubt it could've fallen without injury. So bugger. At least I know I'm not allergic to biiiirrrrdssss......*hint*

Kittens! Apparently, we're keeping them. Or at least two. My uncle's pretty much claimed the one he calls "Toby". Heh. *shrug* Oh, well. I guess that means we'll have to get rid of the tomcats. (and I have no problem with that.....there's a 22 sittin' right next to the door)

Comics! I will not be making any further RCA or Katarizo comics until I get my website up. (plus I still need to do some script writing..heh..) Alternate Reality and the unnamed cat comic (unofficially dubbed "Feline Nation") will start then as well.

HOWEVER! I will be doing a short, side project until then. I wanted to start it when Crash of the Titans came out, and I saw how badly they effed the characters up. (and Brio is supposed to be Cortex's enemy...so why's he helping him in the new one?) So I thought about starting my own little Crash comic. It'll be a bit.......different....but, heck, I've seen a lot stranger ideas. (personally, I think the stranger the better, as far as Crash is concerened) It'll take place in the future, when Nina's grown and replaced Cortex as the evil bad person. I've got a pretty good idea about the story down, though I haven't put it all together just yet. It'll still star Crash, but have a few other characters on the side. Old enemies now alliances, new evil arises..some left unchanged. It'll move along via old-school Crash; y'know..move along a certain path and avoiding/destroying obstacles. I'm......also a bit stuck on a name. That's where you guys come in.

Contest:
I need you guys to pick out a name for my Crash comic! You will, of course, be fully credited.

Rules:
No swearing, and whatnot..yada, yada, yada. You know the drill.
It doesn't have to be Crash-related, just something to do with the story. (which is basically old-school Crash, "rAwR Imma take over the world" gig, but with Nina instead of Cortex)
You can submit at least three entries, but dun have to.

Prize:
Character of your choice will make a cameo appearence.

So let's see if this thing takes off! =3

Okay. If that title doesn't attract some attention, I dunno what will. Before you run off and think it's just a title to get people over here....it's not. I'm serious. I know I'm not the most popular person around here, and that doesn't bother me any, but if you know any answers...or know somebody that may know...please don't hesitate to help out.

So..on to the subject, lest my friends get any more puzzled. We've had a......new friend...brought to us, courtesy of Yin. See....my uncle walked in with his hands cupped and told me to hold out my hands to take it. Knowing him, he could've had anything from a poinsonous reptile to a mangled mouse. Much to my surprise, out popped the head of a duckling!(Mottled duck, specifically) So....my soft spot for cuddly things gave in, and we ended up keeping it. What I need to know is......

Will it ever stop trying to run from me?
What are the proper housing requirments?
What the heck does it eat?

Since we don't have a Staples here....I guess I should've used Best Buy's slogan. Whatever that is. XD Anywho. Computer's fixed. Turned out I was right after all(like that was a big surprise. *dodges rocks being thrown*)..it was just the A/C adapter. ~nyerg~ My cousin & gram-gram were in my room at AN UNHOLY HOUR and must've unintentionally kicked in under my pillow. Ah well. I needed a new one anyway. (much thanks to Jennifer for going out to get me one so late. <3) Thought I'd put the previous journal up just in case in was something more severe..but thank God it wasn't. I was nervous as it was about losing all my photos. (happened just a few too many times..kind of a fear now)

Anyway. Just an update there.

Aaaand a minor note to peoples expecting artwork from me: I'll do it. I promise. Just keep in mind that anything I said I would do was something I volunteered for, and I'll do it when I'm good and ready! ............. Okay? Seriously, though..*midnightclubx gave me some suggestions for the 100 theme challenge, and one of which sounded too cute not to do, even though I dunno how to fit it in. >_> Hopefully I can get that done soon. I also said I would do at least one Robin/Raven picture..and he gave me an idea for that, too. (but you probably don't know what it iiiiissss~) Wanna do some stuff for ~RapidGirFanGirl..who was trying to give me suggestions, but none of 'em really fit in..but sounded too freaking hilarious not to do. x3 So there's two people I wanna draw for. Heck, maybe I'll even make that Argaen plushie! Or...not. I still need to give Tiny a lower torso. He's just been sitting there for weeks.....with no eyes & no feet. D:

Well, here we go! As I've mentioned, I've put off school for over five months due to ick. The last couple of weeks, a nasty headache wreaked havoc on me, and I missed because of that. So now that I'm about 90% (still got sinus ick, but what can ya' do?), I need to crack down pretty hard. So I'll be noting that I will not be doing any requests, trades, giftarts, etc. untill I at least catch up to the point I should've been at. (which could take a while, considering the rate I procrastinate) Nooooot to say I won't be around. 'Cause really. That's what I'm doing now. Procrastinating! 8D Seriously, though, I need to get as much done as possible before summer starts..becuase one Breanna gets out, I won't be able to do anything..plus we've got major vacation plans. (UFO watching, FTW?!? ) We're going to Arizona in July, but I dunno what all we're going to do before/after that. I thought we were going to San Antonio..but I have my doubts. After all..procrastination runs in the family! I at least want to go to Galveston & stay a few nights. I'll probably make sure of that. Anyway. That's off the subject.

So..on a final note: if you see me on Yahoo Messenger at any point, please don't make any art requests, try to role play with me, or send me links where I have to do a lot of reading or YouTube watching, please. Chances are I won't be on YIM anyway, but if I am, try to stick to basic conversation, please. Better yet....encourage me to get my lazy butt of the computer & get my schoolwork done so I can goof off with friends. ^_^
