Hey people, I know it took me longer to end this contest, but those few days were crazy for me. I was so busy that everything flew out of my mind! So sôôôrry . But yeah, Somewhere in my lost conscience I remembered that I had a CONTEST to host! So I am back! hope you missed me, because I did miss u


Also, I am really happy with all the entries and all the votes that I received (about 200 people voted here...AMAZING!! ) and I want to thank you all (contestants and voters) for keeping things alive and interesting up to the end!!!

THE RESULT speak of themselves, out those 198 votes 5 deviantartists succeeded in distancing themselves from the 25 other contestants as much by their works of art as by their popularity to the voters. I am really proud of the top 5. May their art bring them as far as possible, not only here, on the DA community, but also everywhere else in their life!

Hey people...time for a little update!

First of all, I want to thank you, all of you, as many as you are, for coming and voting and making this contest something so FUN and EXCITING! I received so many replied and suggestions and good comments from so many people that I can't count them anymore...I feel really blessed and it's all because of you!

Second, I would like to insist here on the fact that I would like you, voters, to be as impartial as possible. PLEASE, take a look at all of the submissions first, and then vote for the one that YOU really like. Do so because if you don't, then the results will only be based on popularity and not much on what is the public true opinion of the piece...so please consider and be honest with yourself!

And, finaly, I will also insist on the fact that each and every contestants (the 25 selected ones) have to be fair during this voting process. Because, believe it or not, I am actully basing my final decision of the contest's winner on your attitude, now, during the voting process. By doing so, I assure myself that the winner won't only be one of the best artists, but also one of the best person! And this will only give him or her more value!

I just can't believe that 2008 is already done, feels like I missed everything, things have been going so fast it's crazy, but still it was a wonderful year full of changes, for me and in the world! I am soo excited to begin this new year!! For now, I am just tring to see it as a blank page, ready to be written And mainly, full of promises!!

Yet, as you can see, I don’t own any DA subscription,anyways for now I wouldn’t do any use of it ^_^! , but still I would like to offer a free subscription to a deviant artist of talent! You’re interested?
The rules are simple:

UPDATE (01/01/2009)

Hi everybody!! I am quite impressed myself with the number of submissions that I received (33 and more in 2 days). So here it is:

+ Because I don't want to take a look at 300, or more, posts and then choose the ONE which will receive the subscription, I'll end the contest's first part starting to the 100th entrie!

+ Then I'll choose between them 25 artists, which will be notifie that they reached the second level of the competition. Those 25 Devartists will be asked then to post a second piece.They will have 1 week to do so.

+ Finally, I'll choose between those 25, the 1 artist which will receive the 1 year subscription, 3 of his artwork featured in my journal during 3 months and a suggestion from me to the DailyDeviation!

*Also, I'll feature 1 piece from each artists in the top 5
