That's all well and good, I think that's great, I use that feature myself. But I use that feature to keep track of people who DO submit works. I've never submitted a picture, or story or any work. Bearing that in mind, why the heck would people put someone on their watch list who they do not know, who does not submit any content or works that can be tracked by the feature? Eh?

I know you guys will get an update showing you this message, why don't you get back to me on why you think someone would do that?
