Okay. I decided I need to do some serious work on my comic and one of the easiest ways for me to do it is to have a deadline. So, I'm giving myself a week to do at least one piece through one year. So, at least 52 pieces in all. Some will be specific, such as character designs or clothing details, others will be free sketch. The image is due on Saturday of that week. However, as Christine Meadows slowly delves into the world Emily has created, she finds there is far more to the girl than anyone ever thought. What if the world inside your mind...was real?

This story already has a name: Otherworld. I've actually got a few pieces up for it, lol. In any case, I'm going to start immediately getting the basic outline done so I can start writing. The characters are already all constructed (with the exception of a few minor ones that may end up with different roles by the time I get to them). So... Lets see how well this goes :3

1. Once, there was a great war in the land of Illus. I've got an idea for a short comic and I'd like to hear what you guys think:

A princess of demons gets into a fight with an angel and ends up losing. The result? She's cursed into a child's body unless she can perform 1000 good deeds, without repeating, for humanity in the space of three years. The story starts with three days to go and 10 more deeds. Enter the clueless human boy who is forced to help her finish the last deeds in time.

It'll be wacky, funny, and so much wrong. The demon princess wears EGL/goth-loli/ero-loli clothing even though she looks six or seven, her assistant smiles all the time and "unwittingly" insults and is cruel to people, especially the human kid, and the kid himself is trying so hard to be punk but keeps getting beaten up by a little girl.

The story I submit to Toykopop would only be the introduction chapter, since I only get 16 pages to work with. I'm don't think I'll WIN, but maybe I'll be one of the finalists... Then again, looking at that one year fucking "Peach Fuzz" won over some of the other entries... Lamest. Crap. EVER.

Anywho, I'll post some sketches and more concrete ideas later for critique. I just want an initial response to the idea if you please...?

I listen to a lot of people (gee, surprise for a hermit like me, isn't it?) and it seems that what's on their minds most is the GUN. Fuck, people, get it through your heads: the gun was NOT the killer here. A man with full legal right to carry it was. No, I'm not going on about "guns don't kill people, people do" thing because it's fucking retarded. However, when something like this happens, all the anti-gun people jump up in the forefront and blame it on that.

I'm not a supporter of gun control. I have an amendment right to bare arms and I'm sure as hell not going to give it up. That amendment gives me the right to own and maintain a firearm so that I can protect myself and my family. It's MINE. I will never, ever, consent to it being taken away. Fuck you, gun-control people. I get your point but I don't agree with it.

Taking away legal firearms will not keep firearms controlled. If anything, it'll be even worse because we could no longer track who has the weapons, what their serial numbers were, or even how often they bought bullets for said gun. This can SAVE LIVES by leading police to killers. You think the Black Market is going to give up THEIR guns too? Bullshit. You need to get a reality check. Also, guns are not the only thing that can kill someone. Kitchen knives, household cleaners, rulers, slingshots, anything heavy and hard can be a weapon and can kill people. Granted, guns make it easier to mow down more people at once, but what about explosives? You can make a pretty big boom with basic, over the counter materials. Anyway... getting a little off topic there.

Second point to make: STOP BITCHING ABOUT IT! Yes, it was a tragedy, yes, let's be there for the families, but the sick thing about events like this is the way the news capitalizes on it. You can't turn the TV on without hearing some new tiny tidbit about the psychopath that gunned down all those people. We get it. Shut the fuck up already, you prissy windbags. News reporters don't give a shit about people, you have to understand. They care about the STORY. As long as they can make money at it, why should they care? It's a step above being absolutely souless, but not much. What America really needs to do is be left to heal and let go, but the news stations are sensationalizing the whole thing just like they always do. We already know why he opened fire. We know his character. We know how many people died. SHUT. THE. FUCK. UP.

And another thing: stop pointing fingers. It's not the school's fault for not immediately labeling this guy a danger to the populous. You actually think they didn't do everything in their power to prevent this? Schools have rules they have to follow, just like you. Sometimes, those rules can prevents them from being able to act as they'd like to. About the police, seriously guys, leave them alone. I'm not a big fan of the police myself, but I do respect their work. I also respect the fact that they do put their lives on the line to protect other people. Have you done that recently? The only person that deserves blame is the psycho that bought a gun, walked into that school, and killed people. That's all.

So, there's the good news. I didn't lose any files.

Bad news: I lost most of my programs.

I spent most of last night trying to figure out what all programs I had had and loading them. Like, Java. And Flash. And other shit like that.

Well, I can run about four of my old programs from my old memory, like Paint Shop Pro 7 and my Visual Boy emulator, but thinks like Adobe Photoshop won't. So, I have to call them and have them deauthorize the old board so I can reinstall it on my new one.

Bottom line, you won't be seeing much are from me for a bit. Not that I was the most regular updater anyway, but oh well.

The funny thing, I was about to upload a WIP of the Eurydice pic so you, Arc, would know that I am working on it, slow as I am...It's turning out pretty neat looking. At the moment, I can't even access the file. *sighs heavily*

So, there's my update. Erg. Troublesome.

Well, they'd likely go to a nice resturaunt because Tolina and Mephisto are a bit formal and Nathan wouldn't care. I doubt they'd talk much but their conversations would likely go around some metaphysical shit or something...

Ganymede challenging Celest to a dual? Well, first of all, that wouldn't happen because Ganymede's a muse and isn't allowed to challenge a god...but what would happen is Celest would start crying and Ganymede would feel really bad about it.

09) If 1 stole 8's most precious possession, how would s/he get it back?
Azuki would hide the precious item or get it to whoever had ordered her to take it and Lucifiel would likely not even notice it was gone. And even if he did, he'd forget it after a while.

"Mysanthropes Fulfillment" because both Mephisto and Nathan aren't people person.

Um... The gods have decided to get involved in the struggle of the Gundams and Doriam is sent to aid Azuki. Which is odd because Doriam is the god of Death, so he should naturally be around Duo or Julian...anywho...
