lack of redeye in a single eye is a common symptom of eye cancer.

a few years ago my mom's friend noticed her son's right eye didn't give off redeye, like this. they found out he had eye cancer, and he had to have his right eye removed. i still remember seeing that 5year old boy's empty socket where his eye use to be.

i am going with my mom to the eyedocter on tuesday, to make sure its nothing. it maybe is nothing, idk.

I now have a girlfriend who i love, and have been able to spend a lot of time with lately, _{(also got my first kiss, which is nice ^^)}

well, upcoming later in August is the steele county free fair, right in my hometown ^o^ _{(one of the largest county fairs in the midwest, WOOT WOOT! WE RULE!)}
just like every year, i will be taking poultry to fair, as usual (not so much that i like to, but more that my dad sorta likes me doing it. damn peer pressure >>. also, if 1 of my birds does well at the county fair, i get a trip to the state fair for a week _{(and since i have always gotten the trip since 7thgrade, i think i have a fairly good chance of winning)}.
also, for the first time at the fair, i will be taking photography _{(something i actually enjoy ^O^)}. i'm not completely sure which photo i will take, tho i'm thinking [link] . i'm not sure, but i think i may have a chancce of winning :3

well, i just got back from my cousin's in colorado where i spent most of spring break
saterday i got to go for a carride around the mountains, and i got tons of great photographs, and got to eat what i could honestly say may be the best pizza in the world (...dam, i want some more of that pizza ..)

well, i have a lot of pictures i want to look over/edit/post, but 1 problem i have is a lot of them are pretty similar,and i cant figure out which is the best so i dont think i want to spam my watchers with 50 pictures that are all pretty similar, and i dont want to just scrap them cus then i think hardly any1 would see them..
soo, i was thinking of making a seperate account, where i would post a lot of pictures, and you guys could help me figure out which are good or not, and the ones that ppl generally like i will post to this account (..but i think i might not get enough active watchers to help..)

first,(friday of last week.. when all the snow was starting to melt =.=; ) i was driving home after school, and my car spun out, and hit a road sign with driver door >.< at this point it was only banged up a lil (which really wasnt very noticeable with all the other dents on the car -most of which were not inflicted by me!- ), but then when i tried pulling back onto the road away from the sign, my door handle caught on the sign and snapped right off >__< .. luckly there is still enough of the handle left sticking out that i can open the door, but still..


then, on monday, a computer virus known as MS AntiSpyware 2009 reinffected my computer >.<.. i underestimated the virus before. i THOUGHT i could defeat the virus with just a new antivirus program i had downloaded and my knowledge of computers.. i thought i got rid of it about a week ago, and the virus APPEARED to be gone, but then the virus suddenly reappeared on monday, and by wednesday, about completely destroyed my computer .
i tried recovering my computer system using the recovery disk, but it seems that even AFTER that, my computer STILL has most of the bugs that the virus caused, making it near impossible to fully use the computer...
so currently, i have hooked up and am using my old computer,(which is really laggy..)


at school, i have a HUGE pile of homework to do, which i can't hardly even get done because i just cant concentrate on it.. and been feeling like i was about to have a mental breakdown
but, thankfully my Resource Study Skills teacher (the class i got stuck into because of me being diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome..) has been helping me work on some of it, and has been signing off on any homework i dont get done on time, so that it wont be counted late.. so know im not as stressed about the wrok as before ^{(one of the few times i've actually been glad to be in that class)}


the week was pretty crappy, atleast until friday..
friday night there was some snowweek dance at school. i usually hate these things (probably cause im the guy who's always too shy to get on the dancefloor )
i spent most of the beginning just hanging out with my best friend (who is almost as shy about this stuff as me) on the sidelines.
but then over the course of the dance, several girls would start dancing with me, including this one really cute girl who had kept grabbing my hand and just pull me onto the dance floor throughout the night, where we spent a lot of the dance pretty much grinding on the dancefloor. she would also sometimes grab my friend simply to force him to dance with her ^{_{less attractive}}friend lol. ^{(he didn't have a lot of fun at the dance lol)}

i had went to the bathroom about halfway thru the dance, and apparently during that time, my best friend went up to the girl who kept dancing with me and asked her for her phonenumber for me, saying to her that i wanted her phonenumber but was too much of a coward to ask, (which she gave to him for me)
-tho i haven't called her yet, i plan to tonight or tomorrow

christmas was awesome!! my parents got me this REALLY nice new camera for christmas(and as my future birthday present too.. but it was worth it )
its a Nikon D60, i believe,with 2 different attachable lens

i am going on a skiing trip with my family, will be back on monday.
the place we are going has these small mountains around it.. on top of the one mountain, on a clear day, the view is beautiful. u can see all the way to lake superior so i plan to take my new camera to the top of the mountain skiing and try to get some nice pics

well, last thursday i FINALLY got my drivers license (may God help us ALL) im honestly surprised they passed me, with all the mistakes i made (poor naive fools )


jus this week, i got a CAR! a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier (not too bad for a first car ) its a bit dented up, cus it was originally a rollover.. but the way i see it, those dents saved me $4000 lol (campared to the normal price of a car like this) i love this car *hugs car *


as some of you may know, last week Jessica broke up with me .. she said we live too far apart (we do live about 80 miles apart..)

well, i guess a lot has happened recently
as a select few of you may know, i have been working on something i call project B.B.O.B.^{_{(Bottlerocket Blast Off Base)}} (named in honor of that special person who always tells me to burn things XD)this is a remote contro robot that, once completed, will be able to fire off bottle rockets at the press of a button.
i figured the name BBOB would be fitting for a pyrotechnic robot
^{_{(note, bottle rockets ARE, infact, illegal in this state, therefore i do not in any way condone the use of said fireworks... tho they are awesome )}}

its been great having my best friend going to my school now tho we rarely ever see eachother in the halls, it still gives us a better chance to hang out often (he has been greatly supportive of project BBOB X3)

last week was the end of the first quarter of school. i think im really gonna miss my health class.. normally health is a really boring class, but our teacher was awesome

today is the start of quartar 2. the only new class i have is adv computer graphics 1, which is basicly about learning how to use Adobe Photoshop. its cool, we get to use computer tablets^{_{[or whatev its called]}} with it(those things wit the special pen and pad that connects to the computer)
from what i've seen so far, Photoshop just basiclly seems like a fancier version of GIMP, so that makes it easyer on me when learning how to use it

i think the best thing thats happened to me recently would be my new girlfriend. shes really cute, sweet, and a lil bit of a tomboy lol
its kinda a long distance relationship, she lives about an hour drive away...but we talk all the time on the phone and online, so its not too bad. and once i get my license (which is waay overdue x_x) i plan to visit her nearly every weekend ^_^

well, my bestfriend from my old school jus got his license, so it seems he is gonna start randomly stalking me in my own home =__=; just yesterday, decided to randomly stop by at my house. he ended up dragging me to a volleyball game at his school, which was interesting. i hadn't so much as stepped foot in my old school for over 2 years, so it was kinda weird, especially seeing lots of the ppl i use to know..

..when i changed schools, it was my choice alone. it was mostly a debate between acedemic life, and social life. my new school has a lot of better classes and stuff like electives that my old school doesnt, but all of my friends were at my old school..
sometimes i wonder if maybe it would have been better if i'd stayed...

well, after that, we came back to my house, where he eventually found my sword(RUUUN!), and my camera, which led us to an interesting idea.. we are now thinking of making some sort of video, with some scenario involving swords or lightsabers (and probably one of us being stabbed/limb chopped off), and for me to try and animate some of it wit stuff like us stabbing each other and cutting eachother's limbs off >:3 (which will be very interesting to try, to say the least). i wouldnt be surprised if it nvr gets made, but it might be interesting to try ^ ^ _{(if any of you got any tips about video editing, or simply even photo editing, feel free to share)}.

Scott _{(one of my sister's friends, who is boarding a horse on our property)} had found a decapitated horse in the back of the field on our property. a decapitated horse!
its not one of ours, nor does it appear to be any of the neighbors'.

i haven't seen the horse yet,(and from what i've heard about it, i have no plans of seeing it in the future). from what Scott said, it looks like the horse was gutted and had its head chopped off before it was brought to the property...
the cop came over a few minutes ago to ask questions bout it and all that stuff...
what i don't understand at all is WHY?!
why here? and why was it gutted first?
the only reasons i can see for why some1 would dump a dead horse here are:
to just get rid of it. but if that were the case, why would it be gutted? and why would they dump it HERE; im guessing there are alteast a few other better spots they could dump it, and our property is surrounded by trees, so the only way they could get to the backyard with a vehicle would involve driving right by either our house or our neighbors, so why would they risk it?
or,
as a threatof some kind. BUT they dumped the horse in the very back of our property, and if this was a threat of some kind, they would have probably left it a lot closer to the house...

i've been really depressed. not just today, but nearly every day. i've been having severe on and off depression for about the past 3 years now, and my depression jus seems to get a lil worse over time. lately, really nothing seems to make me happy, nearly everything i do just seems so hollow and meaningless, like its nothing more than something to waste the time... videogames, tv, books, often even talking to ppl at school (not that i do that often, anyways).
lately, about the only thing that seems to make me feel actually happy is talking to you guys on DA, (which is probably why im on here so much...)

..idk, maybe im just being overly emotional at the moment...

at one time, school was actually about learning. but it seems over time, that idea has changed. school is no longer about learning, but instead pointless grades!
its now all jus about keeping us busy for 7 hours a day, giving us USELESS homework that teachs us NOTHING, wit the teachers doing the bare minimum to teach us, jus so that they tried to teach us.

HONESTLY, what is the point of going to school if all you do is waste 7 hours of each day on mindless BUSY WORK, when i could learn so much more on my OWN.

SERIOUSLY, WHAT do you learn about shakespeare by spending 8 hours building the Globe Theater?! what do you learn about the civil war by drawing an elaborate picture of the Confederate flag?! SERIOUSLY!

and the thing is, NOBODY is willing to so much as TRY to change anything!! and WHY is that?! because, deep down, they all know that, if they question the SYSTEM, they are questioning our entire SOCIETY! and if they question our SOCIETY, then they know they will immediately me REJECTED by our society BECAUSE they weren't willing to conform to a BROKEN SYSTEM! you may think it sounds stupid, but THINK ABOUT IT! if u DARE to not follow the all-mighty rules of the system, if u refuse to mindlessly waste your time, the system IMMEDIATELY rejects you! leaving you poor, making minimum wage, doomed to nvr even get CLOSE to a job that does NOT involve the phrase "would you like frys with that?"!

and you KNOW what people always say to JUSTIFY why we should continue to follow a broken SYSTEM?! "just play the game" just PLAY the GAME! game, as in 'not real', or 'something to do to pass time'! pretty much saying we should mindlessly conform to a broken system, without so much as questioning it!

Albert Einstein, Bill Gates, and many others... they all dropped out of school when they were my age. its because, they came to the same conclusion that i have come to... WHATS the point?! what do i have to gain from being taught things i have already known? why cant i just use that time to learn so much more on my own?!

we must stop conforming to a BROKEN SYSTEM, STOP letting it scare us into following their rules, jus so that WE dont get rejected by this society.

wednesday,
my dad and i brought all the state fair poultry from our county to the state fair. we unloaded it all there, got it all penned and registered, then we went up to the college dorms (where our county got to stay this year) and figured out our rooms. me and my roommates ended up staying up pretty late each night, talking, exchanging manly stories, all the fun crap XD


thursday,
like each morning at the fair, i have to get up at like 7am, greet the evil sunrise, then run over from the college campus to the fairgrounds and take care of my pigeon i brought(feed, water, clean shavings, etc) pigeons are usually pretty easy to take care of, so it wasnt too bad.. later that day i had my animal interview (jus a lil quiz bought poultry and talking to some guy bout my birds and what i no about them), then at 1pm i had the actual poultry show, and i got 2nd place!!

( they didnt need to know that!)}

later that day i was craving to gamble, which led me to a group of ppl playing cards (tho sadly nobody had poker chips so we jus played ' Presidents and @ssholes' ) we had a lot of fun. sometime during the game of cards 2 of the girls playing stole my phone from me and and added their number to my phone (and vice versa)...im not completely sure WHY they wanted my number so much, but when a girl asks you for your number, u dont ask questions XD


Friday,
woke up, greeted evil sun, fed pigeon . i spent a lot of the day hanging out with my new friends i made during cards. we spent a lot of time playing ' Presidents and @ssholes' and a lil 'Bull$hit' (HURRAY for card games named after swears ).
for bout the entire week, my room seemed to have been the party room, cus there was bout 8 ppl in there each night before curfew lol


Saturday,
wake, greet evil, . my county had to do poultry promotion booth, which was basicly take out some animals, sit there for 2 hours, and answer all the ppl's stupid questions XD

well that night was the night of the 4-H dance (nothing says 'redneck' like dance in a pig barn =_=; ). the dance is basicly this: bout 200 teenagers all cramped up into a small little mosh pit, all of them jumping up and down to mostly country music being blasted. for some guys this is great, but for me this is a nightmare... the antisocial selfconsious nerd trapped in a crowd of like 200 ppl (that once you enter, you get sucked into the middle, and unless a conga line starts, there is nearly no way to get out). for the first half hour i spent standing against the wall, unsure of what to do. then i slowly started to let myself get sucked into the mob, awkwardly trying to dance. later i managed to surprisingly loosen up a bit (tho not much). i ended up slow-dancing with about 4 random girls over the night... some random girlsgrabbed me during the slow songs and made me dance with them, and some other girls during slowdances grabbed me and their friend and forced us to dance together awkwardly XD
it was really weird, tho i think over all it was pretty fun lol

Sunday(today),
had to wake up at 6am, pack all my stuff, and get out of the dorm before 7:30 =_=; im still tired... then most of the rest of the day i spent wondering around aimlessly, till 3pm when it was time for all the poultry and other animals to get caged up, and everything packed. all of my county's poultry ppl at the fair put all the cages and feed on this 1 kart, and we just all surrounded the cart pushing against the stuff praying it doesnt all fall off, while one guy took the cart's straps and pulled all the stuff like a horse XD it was an interesting process, like every year, but we finally managed to get all the stuff to the trailer.

well, the county fair is over (with all of my animals ranking suprisingly sucky in the ppoultry judging..)even so, i managed to get a state fair with my Racing Homer Pigeon, so i'm gonna be taking my pigeon up to the state fair, and then i will be stuck there for 4 days (from wednesday to sunday)

...ugh...
so far ive managed to get a state fair trip every year (since i was old enough to get a trip). the state fair is great, like the first day or 2.. then after that, i just wanna get home, (mostly cus i end up spending all my money and then cant do anything, cus hardly anything that is fun or edible is free these days...)..

my favorite thing about fairs would have to be the FOOD (and i think i heard that the state fair now has over 100 foods on a stick )

man, i think what im gonna hate most is not having access to a computer for 4 days (im way too addicted to the computer and the internet)
im gonna miss all you guys, but its only half a week ^^

first, im taking poultry to the county fair, which is this week (poultry, for those of you that dont know, means really any animals with wings) i am taking white egg production, brown egg production, Guinea breeding pen, Guinea meat production, and Pigeon breeding pen, tho i doubt any of care bout that so today my dad helped me pick out which of the poultry i should take for each. after that, i had to wash all the poultry im taking _{(cept for the pigeons, since they cant be washed)} =_=; washing the birds is my least favorite part of fair time... glad it only comes once a year

if i do good at the county fair, i will get a state fair trip, and end up spending the next several days up at the state fair to show my poultry (and if i don't get a state fair trip, i'll be pretty disappointed considering me and my sisters have all gotten state fair trips every year)

later, i helped my sister _{(who just got back from norway on friday)} shovel up horse cr@p =_=;

later,
my dad tells me that he's gonna get rid of this one old 20 year old wooden playhouse, (that for the past several years has been used as a chicken coop). the second i heard him ask me to help, i leaped up, ran outside, grabbed a sludge hammer and just started smashing the thing (i rarely get the opportunity to use a sledge hammer, and when i do, i cherish it )

i woke up this morning, and WHAT did i find? i found out that just an hour before i woke up, a small tornado/strong winds came thru our town!
and when i went outside, WHAT did i find?
-tree branches and leaves everywhere,
-a large part of a tree fell onto my dads shed and flew over to the opposite side of the shed (luckly only doing minimal damage)
-and our trampoline, partly on the horse's fence, over 50 FEET away from where it was! THATS NOT ALL, but in order to have gotten over to where it is now, it had to jump our intire pool, a 5 foot deck around the pool, a 14 foot fence, and right behind the fence a tall power line and and the power line's post! so it had to jump over 15 feet in the air and over 50 feet distance

(...a trampoline flys by my window, and AND NOBODY TOOK THE TIME TO WAKE ME!? )

ive got some pictures of it, tho i dont think i'll get the chance to upload it for a while...
Oh, that reminds me, it seems that during the storm, the satelite-thingy for our internet must have gotten damaged/rotated, so my internet is practically gone. i was DAMN lucky to have managed to have got a connection for long enough to post this journal, so i might not be on much till it gets fixed (EDIT: tho it seems my dads laptop can get a connection, tho is just really slow)


if any of you live in minnesota, you might have seen some news reports about a big storm in steele county *has gone out of his way not to say his town name *

the town south of us didnt get much damage, but the town shortly north of us (from what ive heard) has power lines down everywhere, and you cant even GO into the town unless you can prove that you live there. to the south on our same road (its a long road) there was apparently a semi that tipped over... and at a small airport to the west, a plane crashed in the storm, killing 7 ppl...


the MORAL of the story is, WAKE UP THE PPL IN THE HOUSE WHEN THERES A TORNADO!

1. i get bored very easily... in fact, thats why i found this tag and the reason i am posting a journal for a tag i got a month ago

2. I have aspergers syndrome [link] , its the reason why i am so random and weird its mostly a social disorder. i MAY seem very social online, but in real life, i am surprisingly socially retarded...

3. i have 2 older sisters, ages 20 and 18. tho my one sis is in norway for a month, and my other sis is at basic training for the national guard, and wont be back till christmas. DAM its nice to be an only child for once

4. i am a bit of a nerd. not only that, but i am a lazy nerd. i am really smart, but nvr do any of my homework for my classes. i could waste the next 30 min of your life telling you why i think homework is stupid and teaches you nothing, but im gonna spare you all the trouble of listening to me rant about a broken school system.

5. i really like computer programming. right now i only know scheme programming language, but i plan to learn java this school year, (and then actionscript3.0 for flash games, then javascript for stuff like internet games and other stuff, and then eventually c++, the language usually used to program videogames in) ive programmed a few games, including this one cool fighting game of mine (which i will happily send to any1 that wants to try it ^^)

well, _{[again with the "well"?] (SHUT UP)}just earlier tonight i was working on making my katana in the garage, and i heard a bunch of the guineas yelling. i then grabbed my yard stick in one hand, my hacksaw in the other, and i ran into the barnyard swinging at every little shadow i saw.

i saw the outline of a terrified guinea and something attacking it. i ran towards it swinging my makeshift weapons, and then could make out the something running away. the guinea was still live, but laying on its back, not moving. i turned it over to see several large gashes on it back... i had no idea what i should do, so i decided to just leave it there for the moment. i came back 3min later, to find the guinea gone (and i doubt it could have gotten up on its own...) ...poor guy

i guessing it was probably a raccoon that attacked... and this wasnt the first time we've had problems with animals attacking before (far to many times ive found some poor chickens head on the ground, with its corpse dragged to the opposite side of the yard...)

i absolutely love it! it is so much better then my old crappy generic phone. i am extra happy mainly because i now have something that could pass for a proper mp3 player im currently trying to get a bunch of my fave music on it. i have also been tricking it out using phonezoo.com(CHECK IT OUT!), with phonezoo, i can get a bunch of cool pics, ringtones, and other awesome stuff, all for free!

THATS RIGHT! soon i will be on the road running over pedestrians. HeHeHe ! that guy at the go-kart track said he feared the day i get my license, well, BE AFRAID! THE END IS NEAR!

...there is only 1 problem... i have hardly practiced driving yet
in the past 6 months I've had my permit, i think I've only practiced driving a total of less than an hour. that is mostly because i am kinda scared of driving . im always afraid im gonna hit something.
its just to much for me to take, constantly having to look at the road, cars in front of you, cars behind you, your rearview mirror, your speed, oncoming traffic, signs, AAAWWWHHH!!

I've gotta practice driving a lot this weekend, hopefully i dont hit anyone anything

5 minutes later it started down pouring out of nowhere, and one of the heavy metal tables was flying off with the wind. it took me, my parents, my cousin, my aunt and my uncle to hold down the canopy from flying away, and even with all of us, we still had to hold on for dear life so we wouldn't get blown all the way to Narnia. by the time we got everything taken down/moved to a safe location, we were all tired, soaked, and laughing at the whole sudden storm.

it was a lot funner of a party than i expected lol

Just today i felt like playing one of my Wii games, but when i went looking for my Wii classic controller, it was nowhere to be found! this wouldn't be so infuriating if it was just the first time,

but it seems God finds it enjoyable to watch me run around like a mad man ripping apart the house looking for missing items .

i seem to constantly be losing items of mine that i am almost sure i nvr touched. my entire video game collection is slowly disappearing, starting with my favorite games .

Its the Flying Turtles, I know it is! They are out to get me! They want to drive me insane by hiding my beloved possessions. They Must be STOPPED, at all costs!

i honestly hate school for many reason, mainly because most of it is just mindless busy-work. now i am free. FREE!
