I've been alive, but if you looked at my site lately, you wouldn't know it. That changes today. I was cruisin the internet this evening and I said to myself, "Self, what should we do?" and myself responded, "Thomas you fool, deviate!" So, here I am. At the moment, just a journal. Of course, such tomfooleration obviously needs some tomdeviation, Alors, such items as photos and drawings you will get.
Thank you God. The sun has finally shoved those foolish rainclouds out of the way. Now I love the rain, I really do, but it's like the way I love some members of my family. They're great and all, but after a month of being forced to stare at them all day, you're ready for a change.
Besides which, my camera has "Brilliant Sun" film in it. "Heavy Overcast With Chance of Downpour" just doesn't work.
I'm through my prescription, so I guess that means whatever I had should be gone. So now I'm (Relatively)Healthy, I'm Happy, And I'm Rarin' To Photographi.

It's been a week since I wrote here. The past few days have been very... very... monotonous, and I'm about ready to burst. However, I won't, because that would take energy, something i am sorely lacking these days. I hate being sick. I can't get out to play, I can't get out to work. It seems that the only thing i do these days is play computer and read, and that's not very satisfying to a budding photographer(even a bad one). The skies are still unleashing all they can down upon us, but hopefully htat will end soon; the trees are just about ready to explode, at which point Spring will be on the home stretch; and my illness is leaving, I can feel it. Great days are coming, you can mark my words.

Because I find it theraputic, I may end up writing in this journal from time to time.
This past Wednesday I went to a hospital in Halifax(that's the Nova Scotia one, buddy, don't get any funny ideas) to find out about my sorry excuses for kidneys. As it turns out, my "IgA Nephropathy" as the Specialist so eloquently puts it, is now in the IIB category instead of the IIIB, which means that over the past 6 years of restraining myself everytime i came close to a saltshaker have, in some small way, paid off.
Granted, I'm 80 pounds heavier than I was when I started with the steroids and whatnot, but I hope to change that. It's nice to see that all the money that's going into my medication is actually helping me.
Nova Scotia is such a Beautiful place. It's a crying shame that the weather is such an awful thing. However, it is steadily getting warmer, and the trees are finally getting some leaves. Next week, I think, they'll bud out, and good photos shall arise.
