A local newstation here always has like Pet of the Week where they bring in an animal from the SPCA that needs a home and stuff
And my dad was all "guys come here look at this dog" and it was a little dachshund just like our other one, Max ;u; Black and brown but she has like white and grey spots and Max doesn't. And so my dad was all "You guys can go and get a dog but it has to be THAT one" and we were like "OKAY!!!!" because that is something my dad would never say and you just don't take those things for granted.
So my mom, my sister, and I stood out in the rain in front of the SPCA for like 15 minutes waiting for them to open and there were other people too and we were like "darn everyone's here to see Puddles" So the whole time we were all telling ourselves not to get our hopes up but then like everyone there wanted to see rabbits akldhfashf and we were all "YAY 8D" And so we found her and she was just sitting in her little cage and awww that place is so depressing ;__; They were all like "are you sure you want this dog she snaps sometimes and she gets possesive over food and is not good with kids under 18 BLAH BLAH BLAH" and we were just all "HELL YEAH WE WANT THIS DOG"
s-so just like that my mom signed some papers and BAM. PUDDLES IS OURS.
my dad was like so shocked lka;hdfkhdsfa he didn't think we could get her HA HA. So she's home with us right now and she hasn't caused us any problems. She gets along with Max and stuff so yeah. I'm so happy ;u; I never thought about getting another dog since we got max (six years ago lol) and then all of a sudden we wake up one morning and go and get a dog! We want to rename her but we haven't thought of anything yet! So i guess she's still gonna be Puddles for now.

I'm in a really awesome graphics art class and I'm going to get to work with like photoshop and indesign and illustrator and cool stuff like that :'D i was super worried the art program wouldn't be any good but its actually like really awesome! so yeah go small private schools! and if we're really good at graphic arts we get to help the school magazine and if we get an A in the class we get to go to DisneyLand at the end of the year 8D its kind of wierd though since my sister and I are like the only freshmen in the class except for like 2 others. same with biology...
yeah thats another thing my sis and I have the exact same schedule and our lockers are right next to each other (if you dont know by now... we're twins lol) I'm kind of glad about that since its nice to have someone to stick with the first day of school but as the year progresses I'm not looking forward to it so much ):

We met these really awesome people there named Mona, Sisko, and Cheri. We had to explain to Mona that Sacramento is in the middle of the valley, not near the beach. And Sisko and Cheri had this really awesome story about how they painted a giant bear thing out of cardboard and Sisko dressed up in it and she has this huge backyard so she was walking around with it and her brother almost shot here lol because he thought she was a real bear. good times
Every year at 'Fuge we're seperated into groups for rec and bible study and this year all the groups were African countries. I was in Canary Islands; we had this really awesome rubber chicken that we named Hor-hay and even though we didnt win a single spirit cup the entire week and we were so far behind everyone in the Mega Relay that Ethiopia came and started cheering for us we still think we're the real winners because we had Hor-hay /wheeze.
And aaaahhh we had to share our cabin with other girls from another church
and sweet moses i was the only one in our cabin that was from my church at one point in time. but a lot of the girls from the other curch were there. and i decided to climb into my bunk and catch some z's
but apparently they didnt see me (???) and they all gathered into the other little room where the sinks are and whatnot and were talking about their hair and other stuff w/e. but then

they started talking about their boyfriends and other stuff that should not be said in a christian camp (PSSSTTT SEXXXX) and holy crap guys being a 14 year old Christian girl that is not the thing you want to hear from other ~christians~ (pppffttttt) because srsly not cool. its things like that that actually make me want to throw my bible (btw my bible is awesome she's pink and her name is Pinky) but ANYWAYS
so i was lying there in my bed
and i was like 'crap. they don't know i'm here' and they kept going on and on and on about how they have to fake orgasms and what not and every once and a while they would be like "oh sorry jesus for talking about this" and i was thinking 'NOT AS SORRY AS I AM' (ps: ppfffttttt you do not say sorry and then continue to do that what is wrong with you people) and it took forever and i was just lying there thinking 'oh man if they don't leave i'm going to miss the P.M. show Q_Q SOMEONE PLEASE COME AND GET MEEE HELP ME LORD' because its not like im just gonna jump off the top bunk and be like "SEEYA!!!" then finally my sister came in and they were like 'oh we gotta be quiet now' and Melissa just yells 'COME ON AMANDA' and they were like 'WHAAT' so i jumped off and they saw me and said 'oh you were in here' and i was like 'YUP /stare at ground' and they said 'so you heard everything' and i was like 'YUP okaycomeonMeissaletsgo'
and then after i got through the trauma of that
melissa and i went to get Chunky Monkey (best Ben and Jerry's icecream flavor ever? I think so.) and then we saw Josh !!! he's Mona's younger brother uhh I think he's 16. We let him try our icecream and he liked it so much that he bought himself one (spreading the word of banana flavored icecream. best evangelists ever? i think so) and uhh then he went to a payphone to call his girlfriend and we were there and in the middle of a sentence he said 'I love yo-WOAH THAT BUG IS HUGE' and yes folks there indeed was a very very huge bug in our vicinity. it was like some giant beetle thing ahhh and it was trying to climb down the stairs or something but it was too small (even though yes it was a very huge bug) so it would fall to the next step and be all "HIIISSSSSSSSTTTPPFFFHIIIIISSSSSHIISSSSSSssss' and we all screamed
it was great
so we put a lid of our icecream on it but it still kept moving
so if you see a random Chunky Monkey lid wandering around its just an enormous hissing beetle no biggie.

ps watch these watch them do it now do it do it i dont care if you arent christian just watch them they are the best do it do it do it do it dont make me throw pinky at you because i so totally will because all christians are like that not really but just do it

We pretty much got to roam free downtown and in the plaza and buy stuff and listen to jazz man it was awesome. But I quit band for art SO NO JAZZ JUBILEE FOR ME /wrist but I gave my sister 20 dollars to buy me something AND SHE BOUGHT ME THIS GIANT FAN you know those ones that are like huge! with really pretty decorations on them yeah, you know, she got me a black one with peacocks on it C: And she bought herself a Lynyrd Skynyrd record (even though we have no record player) and a photograph of Elvis. My friend Abe bought this wierd little bunny pin and its really... wierd but kind of cute lol, and a voodoo doll dlkasfaldfh. They tested it but it doesnt work u__u lol.
Uhh but since i didnt get to go i had to stay at school and go to the freakin' ~spring fair~ which was pretty fun but not as fun as the jazz jubilee. I made all my friends in band last year so all my friends are in band this year and the only person i really am friends with who's not in band is my best friend who also quit band for art! /wheeze
So we bought 40 tickets for the fair each plus a wrist band for the water rides. The most expensive thing was like... 5 tickets lol. We tried to buy as much as we could eat but after we ate like our weights worth in churros we decided to just give out our tickets. At first we didn't want to get wet on the rides but we didn't want out wristbands to go to waste (they were 5 dollars sheesh) so we went down the inflatable water slide thing like 3 times and our jeans started to drip indigo all over our legs :c And her brother gave us his jacket to hold and its like one of those HUGE wannabegansta jackets and we... didn't really take care of itlol. Later after he gave it to us i was like 'hey christina give me tony's jacket' and i put it on and it was LIKE ENGULFING ME i mean it was pretty big on tony and hes really tall and im like itty bitty wow it was funny i was like 'christina do i look gansta' and she was all '...far from it' akl;dfhashdf yeah i guess you had to be there but lol we walked up to tony and he was like 'wtf are you doing' and i was like 'we got tired of carrying it. sorry we dropped it in some dirt and then got a whole bunch of churro crap on it and ... stepped on it 8I' which... was all true kladfhsfd;h yeah

Yeah, testing was this week! STAR TESTING. It was ...fun. The tests are extremely easy and then since everyday was a minimum day we got to sleep in (my sister has zero period so everyday there isn't band WE GET TO SLEEP IN even though its normal sleeping for other people) and then we got to hang out after school with our friends which we don't get to do often!!! My dad needs to sleep during the day because he has a night shift so it gave him extra sleep if he picked us up later.
So yeah we did a bunch of shopping, my friend got Pheonix Wright, i got a shirt for three dollars, we went to petco where I stared at the betta fish and my friend harrassed the chinchillas and yeah WE ALL HAD A REALLY FUN TIME.
adfalkdhf yeah and my sister's friend lent us his Mario Kart and akdflh ahhh so fun, especially when you're with other people. Racing on rainbow road is by far the most terrifying thing I've ever had to do

And today I got some red streaks in my hair 8D
They're really subtle but if I clip parts of my hair back its pretty noticable ... kind of /thumbs up!

THE BATHROOMS ARE SO CLEAN AND NICE I'D GO THERE JUST FOR THE BATHROOMS ;; but yeah overall the school is really awesome! my buddy shadow person had art class so while i was there the teacher was like okay we're drawing trees, so she gave me a sheet of paper with all these different trees on it and just told me to draw them so im like 'cool i like trees'. and then halfway into the class she asked to see the drawing so i handed it to her and she went over to one of guys and said 'THIS is how a tree looks'
adklfafsdafds;lafd ;; so then she gave me this landscape thingy to do instead of trees, but then class ended so yup. I THINK THE ART TEACHER LIKES ME. THIS IS GOOD.

and in biology they were testing the pulse and crap of earthworms
which are cuter than you think they are!!!

and i really just want to lay down and take a nap right now since ive been staring at this screen all day but i love typing on this thing, i wish i could get microsoft word to work ;; it says i need a product key BUT I DONT HAVE ONE DAMMIT

Warned that this magic will last only until midnight, *~SHIBA~* leaves for the LUNAR ECLIPSE. For christmas I went to my aunt's and uncle's house in colorado (which is like three states away and VERY COLD COMPARED TO... HERE whereiamrightnow) Actually... i think they'd be my cousins or something. since my aunt is my moms cousin.... that would make her my cousin too right. I DONT REALLY KNOW... OR CARE forthatmatter.
So yeah, since I was internet deprived for the most part (they have internet connection but... that would be rude :I ) they only thing I really drew was

pokemon (SHOCKING I NO RITE) because I could reference from my diamond version d-(^ ^)z which is actually a lot harder than it sounds because the sprites are pretty small ;_; ... i need to find a new subject for my art, i've been drawing pokemon since i was like 5
