Hola! I wanted to write a little quick update to tell you if you wanted to see any pictures from my San Diego trip to visit my MySpace, then head over to the picture section. I didn't want to post them here for several reasons.
1) Too much work.
2) Not artsy enough.
3) Didn't want to torture my watchers and random deviants...

I had a blast out there! We stayed at the Hyatt! (OMG!) On the 15th floor and we over looked the bay area. (OMG!x10!) I was in heaven, needless to say! It was beautiful! Even though I LOVED the weather (in the 60's the whole time we were there and no humidity!) I wouldn't want to live there. There are homeless people everywhere! People walked by them as if they weren't even there, and it just blew my mind. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Then of course there is the friggin crazy ass taxi drivers! OMG! It was my first time ever in a taxi, and I will NEVER EVER! go in another taxi again .... >__> .. I don't think that will be possible, lol.

Then! The day we left the taxi driver shoved our luggage in the trunk and took us to the airport. And the friggin trunk wouldn't open!! I was pissed! Thank god my aunt said we should get there way early in case something happened. He's trying to lift the trunk open, use the key, my aunt and I are helping, and I was getting more pissed by the second. Finally I said "Is there anyone you can call?!" and he asked what time our flight left, and we told him at 11 (which it was actually 12) and here it is 9. Finally he gets on the phone and calls his boss. The boss (who thank god actually spoke English) wants us to come down to the station.. and just before my aunt can tell him "Hell NO! You come down to the airport!" the taxi driver gets the trunk open. I was about ready to just say "F*ck it!" and ask for the friggin tip back! lol

Note to self: Say no to living in big cities, and upon visiting keep temper under check at ALL times!

Wow. It's been awhile since I wrote last. I just want to drop a few lines to my faithful watchers and those that visit my page from time to time. I appreciate it, truly. If it wasn't for you guys my photos and my learning experiences wouldn't be the same. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I also want to apologize for the lack of the photos and activity lately. I check my messages every few days. I usually respond to notes faster than anything else. But I do respond to all comments and thank everyone for the fav's and watches. Thank you all again!

Alright, down to business. In June I will be flying out to San Diego and spending about 6 days there. I will be going with my sister, aunt, and cousin. I will most likely put up photos from my trip so look forward to that. So the next few weeks I'll be getting ready for that, but I will try my very best to respond to you as quickly as I can.

For the last week or so I've been reading the "Twilight Saga" books by Stephenie Meyer. They are awesome! I am about to start "Eclipse", I'm looking forward to it! It all started when I saw the "Twilight" trailer and I freaked out! It looks awesome! So I had to go out and buy the books. I will be putting the fourth book ("Breaking Dawn") on my birthday list. My b-day is Aug. 5th and the book comes out Aug. 2. I'm excited! I am actually looking forward to December because that's when the movie comes out. Yay!!

And last but not least, MY GOD PEOPLE! Well over 10,100 page views! I can not say THANK YOU enough!! I would attempt to but I don't want to spam my own page!

How messed up is that? A friggin pedophile wins the lottery. I'm sorry.. I don't believe that's right.

You see.. this guy that I know, that lives in my town, had sex with his girlfriend's little girl. Now .. what's really messed up was that the girlfriend stayed with him!! This had been sometime ago.. but still. If a man or woman has sex with a child I believe they should take that person and shoot them dead. If you prey on children for sexual enjoyment then I believe you should be killed. It would save a lot of our children from these predators, prison space, and the grief of the parents and family. Then perhaps others wouldn't offend.

But to sit there and give this man money is wrong in itself as well. I don't care if he did play your lottery.. he's a fucking pedophile!!! HELLO PEOPLE!!! I have a hard time seeing them as anything but scum that needs to be dealt with.. to where we don't have them no more!

Wake up people! Open your friggin eyes!!

Hey y'all! I'm sorry I haven't posted a new blog in awhile but things have been so flippin crazy insane, it's not funny. I just moved last week and I'm super excited about living out on my own and not have to worry about roommates or finding a good parking spot a block from my uptown apartment anymore. That really sucked by the way. I've been working tons lately, with hardly any days off. I get every weekend off but I'm always doing something and so maybe I can start taking a breather before the holidays hit.

Right now I am unable to do any photography as I have no memory chip for my camera. My sister had borrowed it for when she went to California in September and on the way back it got damaged. I don't know how but it wouldn't work at all. So now I'm stuck with a memory-less camera, lol. But all is good.

Just a few other things to mention. I've recently (just like yesterday) joined a group/club on dA. Please visit, I think it could be worthwhile.

As always, when I log into MySpace, I head right over to read the bulletins (or rather read those that catch my fancy). And I realized something and it troubled me.

In our society today it's alright to abbreviate words, to shorten them down. I understand that in some cases it's quite necessary. But in other cases... it's just down right dumb. Take for example of a necessary way and then take the 'dumb' way.

Example 1:
Mary Dingbat
9876 Cottege Dr.
Getlost, NW 12345

Example 2:
hey ppl i havent been to skool cuz i totaly got my toncels out an it hurt like a bitch but i'm good an i'm goin back to skool 2morrow so u then

Now we are all 'victims' of this kind of writing today. Heck I bet even you do it now and then. I know I do. But only with the 'basics' in chatting.. and even worse when I text someone via cell phone. But there are a lot more people out there, not just kids (I've seen some of you adults do it) but older people as well, who do it constantly over the computer. No matter what you are typing.

Well .. just go here for a funny, funny example.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to give you a little update. I have been back for sometime, just roaming around the site and submitting a few pieces here and there.. as if you hadn't noticed. I don't have anything in mind right now as a project, I'm just going with the flow basically.

Later on down the road I'm going to be setting up sections in my journal for favorites and features. Right now it's just a simply little lay out. If you notice the stars and the Japanese kanji if you read it from left to right it says "Twin Stars". A long story short.. this will be a future tattoo that my sister and I will get on our wrist. She just has to turn 18 first, and that'll be a few years from now.

Anywho, this is it.. if you have any suggestions on artist, preferable "unknown" please let me know.. and I will even take suggestions from your own gallery. G'day!

Hello everyone! Just a quick update. I've been very busy over the course of the last several months as you can tell from my lack of photos and I want to apologize to my watchers. I promise, promise, promise you that I will have photos in the near future.

My sister will finish up with her radiation Monday, August 6th. We're so very thankful that everything has gone so well with her. Then just this week I have been approved for a loan to buy a house that I have been looking at. I'm very excited and very nervous. There are no words to describe how I'm feeling right now. So that is part of the reason I have been lacking in getting photos. But before summer's end I will have more photos up for you. Thank you for being so patient with me.

For some years now, I would say since I was 13 I have had experiences not so natural to the reality of our world. In the next few paragraphs I want to take you on a journey of the self I've hidden away for so many years. Kimmie I want to dedicate this to you, as well as our Friends and you know of whom I speak of.

According to my Dad when I was 2 I had an imaginary friend, nothing out of the ordinary for an only child to have one, or for any child for that matter. Now how long this went on I'm not sure, because quite frankly I don't remember. Let's just say that was the beginning.

When it really started to have an impact on me was when I was 13 and we had just moved into a house here in town (Winterset). Now, mind you, this house had been a very, very bad place before we came in. I just recently found out that this house had been a drug house. I suspect that a lot of bad things happened there, hence some of my experiences.

I use to dream that there was snakes and rats in my bedroom, crawling over me. Of the walls bleeding. Now whether or not there had been rats or snakes in the room is unclear. As for the walls bleeding, there had been blood on the walls and the landlord had to paint over it.

When we first moved into the house I could tell something was off, I guess you would say. I remember the first night. I started in my bedroom, sleeping but then I was awoken and I couldn't get back to sleep. I felt uncomfortable and so I dragged my sleeping bag out into the living room and slept on the floor. Sometime later I woke up to hear a party going on, and I don't mean an actual party. It was voices upon voices, as if I was standing in a huge crowd. I didn't understand it then, not like I do now. I was scared, but then I wasn't. It seemed natural to me for some reason even though it spooked me.

There was countless nights that I could not, for whatever reason, sleep in my own room. I felt people watching me, I heard voices, I had the feeling as if darkness was closing in around me. But along with the bad, came the good. This was the first time I ever had my first out of body experience… in other words, I astro projected myself. I was standing at the foot of my bed, where actually I had my head so I could always look out at the stars at night when I went to sleep. And there, on his knees, praying at my head was a man. But he was unlike any man I had ever met. He seemed to be multi colored, swirling colors was his body, but he had the form of a man.

Another night, another time I didn't sleep in my bed. Our living room was just outside my room, and the couch was just two steps from my door. This is where, after we got settled, I would sleep at night. I was awoken once more by what seemed someone watching me. It's all a blur now, but I'm sure something transgressed between this 'someone' and myself. I looked up to my door and standing there was this pure, white light. I could make out a head, shoulders, and body. I was filled with such peace and love, I wasn't scared. An instant later I was back to sleep, and it all seemed like a dream. But that vision has been with me since then.

Often times when I was home alone I would hear noises. People walking around, opening and closing doors. I remember one day they were making so much noise that I yelled. "Knock it off! You are so annoying!" And the noises stopped… at least for then anyways.

So that's how it all started. Then I started to notice the number 11/11 everywhere. Or numbers adding up to 11. Then I began to think. My parents are 11 years apart. My sister and I are 11 years apart. Coincidence? I highly doubt it.

My ghostly encounters continued on and it wasn't until I was older, in my late teens, that I realized that I had a gift. But due to some things that happened in my life I wasn't able to expand and practice to prefect my gift. I had shut my self away… from everything. I closed myself up, not wanting anything or anyone to get to close. This seemed to hinder my abilities. It wouldn't be until my sister was older that I would open myself up again.

I always knew I had this special bond with my sister, more so than with any other family member. I realized that bond when she was around 13 years old. Heyyyyy! I just got a call from Kimmie and she said they got the results back from the PET scan they did last week and there is NO MORE CANCER! YAAAAAAAY!

Now we can breath again! But the way I get it, they will still go ahead with the third round of chemo, just to make sure it is completely gone!

Just a little note. I wanted to say hello to everyone and that everything is going well with my sister. A few weeks ago she started to notice she was losing a bit of hair, well this past weekend it was coming out in clumps, so she decided to shave it. She is as perdy as ever. She got some very cool 'do-rags' from the hospital she goes to. She's starting a whole new trend, lol.

As I told you before my sister has gone through her first cycle of chemo. She's still doing well and continuing to go to school. Though it's slowly starting to thin out her hair. I noticed it this morning as she was in at work before she went to school. But I didn't say anything, she had said something the night before to Mom. She could tell it was thinning out. I thought perhaps she'd be better off to cut it short so it wouldn't be so dramatic when it did started to fall out, but she refused and I didn't push it.

I've been searching for Hodgkin's merchandise, like bumper stickers, hats, shirts, etc. I did find a bunch of stuff on cafepress.com, but if anyone else knows where I can find some please send me a note.

Thanks to everyone for your thoughts, prayers, and support during this time. I'm still around on the site, though I'm not sure when I'll be updating my gallery with new pictures. But fear not, I will be back in time.

Hey everyone. I just have an update on my sister. She started her chemo yesterday and is doing well. She is still 'normal' .. well her normal if she is at all, lol. She only has to go in two times a week, every three weeks for treatment and in between she has to get shots at home to fight off illnesses and infections. The Hodgkin's was in Stage 2, meaning we got it early and it didn't spread into the bone and she has a higher percentage rate of recovering completely.. and that is why they decided only two times a week for chemo instead of three like they had planned.

Right now she should be on her way back from Des Moines after her second day of her First Cycle. I have yet to talk to her or my parents to see how everything is going. But I will keep you up to date on things.
