I also made an avatar of a stretching sign the image had.

In trying to figure out what to be my new avatar, I searched for images related to Majora's Mask, MC Escher, and other miscellaneous things. The Escher images could not be appreciated when seen so small, of course, so they were out.

Professor Jane Plant's story is as follows:

Why women in China do not get breast cancer

Please share this with all your friends and relatives.

Summary:-

1) Only one in 10,000 women in China will die from breast cancer.

2) The Chinese do not eat dairy produce!

3) Observation : Elimination of dairy products caused the cancerous lump to shrink within days

Extracted from Your Life in Your Hands, by Professor Jane Plant..

I had no alternative but to die or to try to find a cure for myself. I am a scientist - surely there was a rational explanation for this cruel illness that affects one in 12 women in the UK ?

I had suffered the loss of one breast, and undergone radiotherapy. I was now receiving painful chemotherapy, and had been seen by some of the country's most eminent specialists. But, deep down, I felt certain I was
facing death.
I had a loving husband, a beautiful home and two young children to care for. I desperately wanted to live.

Fortunately, this desire drove me to unearth the facts, some of which were known only to a handful of scientists at the time.
Anyone who has come into contact with breast cancer will know that certain risk factors - such as increasing age, early onset of womanhood, late onset of menopause and a family history of breast cancer - are completely out of our control. But there are many risk factors, which we can control easily.

These 'controllable' risk factors readily translate into simple changes that we can all make in our day-to-day lives to help prevent or treat breast cancer. My message is that even advanced breast cancer can be overcome because I have done it.

The first clue to understanding what was promoting my breast cancer came when my husband Peter, who was also a scientist, arrived back from working in China while I was being plugged in for a chemotherapy session.

He had brought with him cards and letters, as well as some amazing herbal suppositories, sent by my friends and science colleagues in China .

The suppositories were sent to me as a cure for breast cancer. Despite the awfulness of the situation, we both had a good belly laugh, and I remember saying that this was the treatment for breast cancer in China , then it was little wonder that Chinese women avoided getting the disease.

Those words echoed in my mind.... Why didn't Chinese women in China get breast cancer? I had collaborated once with Chinese colleagues on a study of links between soil chemistry and disease, and I remembered some of the statistics.

The disease was virtually non-existent throughout the whole country. Only one in 10,000 women in China will die from it, compared to that terrible figure of one in 12 in Britain and the even grimmer average of one in 10 across most Western countries. It is not just a matter of China being a more rural country, with less urban pollution. In highly urbanized Hong Kong , the rate rises to 34 women in every 10,000 but still puts the West to shame.

The Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki have similar rates. And remember, both cities were attacked with nuclear weapons, so in addition to the usual pollution-related cancers, one would also expect to find some radiation-related cases, too.

The conclusion we can draw from these statistics strikes you with some force. If a Western woman were to move to industrialized, irradiated Hiroshima , she would slash her risk of contracting breast cancer by half.

Obviously, this is absurd. It seemed obvious to me that some lifestyle factor not related to pollution, urbanization or the environment is seriously increasing the Western woman's chance of contracting breast cancer.

I then discovered that whatever causes the huge differences in breast cancer rates between oriental and Western countries, it isn't genetic.

Scientific research showed that when Chinese or Japanese people move to the West, within one or two generations their rates of breast cancer approach those of their host community.

The same thing happens when oriental people adopt a completely Western lifestyle in Hong Kong . In fact, the slang name for breast cancer in China translates as 'Rich Woman's Disease'. This is because, in China , only the better off can afford to eat what is termed ' Hong Kong food'.

The Chinese describe all Western food, including everything from ice cream and chocolate bars to spaghetti and feta cheese, as 'Hong Kong food', because of its availability in the former British colony and its scarcity, in the past, in mainland China .

So it made perfect sense to me that whatever was causing my breast cancer and the shockingly high incidence in this country generally, it was almost certainly som...

Ushireke means strangling hair. (That's actually the name of a character I have.) At one time, when I wasn't mindful of when I got my hair wet during a shower, it really could strangle me. Also, I could wrap it around a digit and cut off the blood flow. That was freaky.

I just wanted to remind myself that I measured how far my hair hangs down from the top of my head and jot it down somewhere. From the top of my head to the bottom of my hair, it's three feet, nine and a half inches (actually, I may have measured it incorrectly and it could be around three inches shorted)(3'6"-3'9.5"). My individual hairs aren't quite this long since this counts the overlap between the length of the hairs growing from my head to the ones growing from the bottom of my scalp. I should donate it to bald kids already. two years ago I said that I'd do so at some point. The other possibilities are for me to give it to Dawnie for her Haku cosplay and for me to use it to be a badass Firelord Ozai and some other characters. I should save the recreation for later, but I'm beginning to be afraid that my hair won't grow quickly again. What if that was some trait of my teen and younger days?! Nah, I think I have observed this "natural hair length" (Every person seems to have a natural length at which hair growth slows to a near stop. When your hair is far from that length, its growth is rapid. The rate of growth slows as the hair grows closer to the natural length.) phenomenon well enough. I should just believe in that.

For the record, my mood is entirely unrelated to this journal. XD;;

I'm listening to the infomercial because I'm too busy focusing on this to change the channel. Effin' arbitrary: Did you know that Chuck Norris is really 68 years old?! One of the images they showed had him looking like he was in his thirties! Due to the lighting and possibly makeup, it's possible that that shot of him may have been able to pass for being in his twenties!

Happy belated Independence Day Mexicanos and Mexicanas!

Well, I had a dream like that. After having woken up, I still felt the effects. However, while working through my drowsiness and other physical problems, between a few seconds and two minutes I found some good in having dreamt what I did. It taught me a lesson that made me grateful that I had that bad dream!

This journal entry is mostly to try to help me remember it.

This crazy Asian did some training today! I walked somewhere between 14.5 to 16.5 miles.

I had a decent night's rest, but I didn't get enough oxygen during it. I figured that some walking would be a good remedy to it, seeing as how there's better air outside my house than in it (what with all the trees in my area (did you know that forest air can be an almost-cure treatment to emphysema, some types of asthma, allergies and . . . whatever you call the condition where people are harmed by irritants in addition to allergens)) and how the exercise would get the oxygenated blood pumping to oxygenate other parts of me.

On my walk, I saw what I believe to be a damselfly since when it moved its wings, it was somewhat more like a butterfly's flap, even though it looked mostly like a dragonfly. This damselfly was entirely black, wings and all. I have never heard of anything like that.

I took some routs that I normally do not take to broaden my knowledge of my area. I walked some paths that I have been lost in (that almost never happens) before. This time, it was easy to navigate.

While buying some Life Water (this is shaping up to sound like some kind of RPG quest), the clerk complemented me on my hair saying it was cool (he said it made me look vicious).

Being adept at massaging (my neck, shoulders and feet) came in handy on my walk.

I found out that when my socks are too smooth, it's terrible to walk in . . .

(I got this questionnaire-meme from Shan-BAZAM, as most of you would know.) I wonder if my new friend, Karnella is gonna see this . . . ;;>//>

Basics

1) What's your character's name?
Suichi.

2) How old is he/she?
Somewhere between seventeen and nineteen.

3) Is your OC a boy or girl?
Male.

4) What's his/her race?
He's a chi-using human. His bloodline comes from a relatively small, remote village.

Appearance

1) If this character were to suddenly become part of the real world, and ended up in a heavily-populated area, how many stares would he/she get?
He's a vagabond and his first outfit conveyed that well, however, he stole some ritzy Chinese-esque clothes from a immoral general. His clothes during the finale are somewhat more plain Chinese "frog fastening" peasant and/or martial artist clothes . . . Also, his hair is white, so yes.

2) Is your character considered normal in his/her own world?
He's fairly normal in appearance.

3) What would be his/her most recognizable feature(s)?
There are three things that seem to come to a toss up. He wears all black, he has white hair and his style of movement when he's fighting, running, or doing something like it which is somewhat bouncy, very energetic and fluid.

4) Would you consider your OC as attractive?
Sure.

Personality

1) Temper?
He only really becomes angry when he is exposed to an injustice, and when anyone messes with his sister.

2) Does your character ever get depressed?
He doesn't usually become depressed, but he is somewhat saddened by the state of his world and when he thinks about his parents and village.

3) Leader or Follower?
Suichi can be comfortable leading or following.

4) What is the main aspect(s) of his/her personality?
He has a strong sense of justice.

History

1) Did your OC have a family of any sort? If so, are they still alive?
When Suichi's family and village found out that he was part of a twin birth, they abandoned him and his sister, Shizumi, in the wilderness, leaving them to die, since they were superstitious about twins being evil. Shizumi is his only family, as far as he's concerned.

2) Is your character out on his/her own? If so, why?
He is traveling with Shizumi; the two are inseparable. For most of the story he is also accompanied by three other people, all of whom no longer have families, and a demon who have a similar goal.

3) Has he/she encountered any traumatizing events?
He was abandoned as a baby, grew up traveling from town to town, spending a lot of time in the wilderness, he has been attacked by bandits on many occasions, discovered his unusual chi abilities that caused him harm before he learned how to control them, encountered a general of the emperor's who after ambushing him revealed that he planed to rape Shizumi, dealt with more self destructive chi abilities and had to fight the emperor's soldiers.

4) What was probably the best time in his/her life so far?
Meeting his new friends, fighting the emperor and hanging out with Shizumi, his twin sister (sparring, playing free running follow the leader, etc.).

Romance

1) Single?
Yes.

2) Has your OC developed any romantic relationships?
No.

3) Virgin?
Yes.

4) Does your character like flirting?
. . . Maybe? I don't know. Probably not.

Symbolism

1) What animal would you associate your OC with?
I think a black wolf, or a white tiger (still with black stripes).

2) Musical Instrument?
An Asian flute or a percussion instrument.

3) Element?
Gravity.

4) Planet?
I haven't a clue.

Showing the Love

1) Do you draw your character?
Not yet . . . the drought is persistent.

2) Do you write about him/her?
Kind of . . .

3) Do you use him/her in any rpgs?
No. I don't like role playing with people, particularly in stories with fights.

4) What other ways have you appreciated your OC?
I make up stories . . . that I don't get around to writing, I choreograph fights and some specific moves (these I've written down) and . . . I dunno.

RANDOMIZE! wut

1) Is your character wanted for anything?
Suichi is wanted by the emperor for killing a general (with Shizumi's help) and taking down his fortress, killing many soldiers and opposing the emperor in general.

2) What are three weaknesses in him/her?
- He is too reckless at times.
- His strongest chi attack is imbalanced, weakened and dangerous to himself without Shizumi
- He is afraid of losing his sist...

I don't remember the things that I wanted to write about, but I have something new, now.

This journal entry is mostly directed towards Akatsuki, but everyone, including people that I don't know, are welcome to give their input.

I want to ask if you have experienced seeming to be in the middle of a thought while waking up. This does not feel the same as waking from a dream. It sounds similar to saying something to one's self in one's own mind (Example: say "I am reading this journal entry" in your mind, without speaking). Now, I realize that dreams come from the subconscious' interpretation of information gathered during waking moments, but my opinion on the matter is that it's my subconscious making dream analysis, while I'm still partially asleep.

In the past, this happening has allowed me to think of a joke and made me realize certain things that I believe I wouldn't have concluded otherwise. However, the phenomenon occasionally just involves stupid, hazardous ideas which my waking self would know better than making the mistake of acting upon.

Edit: 4/14/08 I'm cleaning it up and adding more detail.

*I'm changing the order and the categories slightly from Raiinu-Kun's template to make it make more sense to me.

**I'll be using the Melee configuration.

[Evil-Me's] Super Smash Brothers statistics:

Stance: Standing straight with both hands tucked into pants' pockets (with thumbs sticking out). He has a broad smirk plastered across his face. Nearly three foot long black hair blowing slightly (even when there isn't a "wind hazard").

Land movement: He has the quickest walk in the game (which is useless). His running starts out with a very quick sprint (if you only count the initial sprint, he's one of the quickest characters), but soon turns to one of the slowest running abilities in the game.

Aerial movement: His vertical jumping ability is poor at best, but his horizontal jumping ability is near the best.

Speed/ Agility: (Refer to Land and Aerial movement attributes.) His over all attack speed is higher than most, and especially unusually quick for heavy characters. His attack recovery time varies with each move.

Weight class: Heavy (out of SL, L, M, H, SH)

Strength: Very high (out of VL, L, M, H, VH)

Defense (What? How is this in a Smash game?! Shouldn't that be counted with weight? The percent damage inflicted varies with the attacker.): Average?/ N/A

Basic costume: He wears a white coat that reaches slightly past his hips over a white shirt with black tribal symbols. He wears white leather gloves. He has white pants and black shoes.
Alternate costume 1: He is coatless with black leather gloves, a white tank top and sunglasses. His hair is entirely white.
Alternate costume 2: He has the black leather gloves and sunglasses from the first alternate costume, a white button-down shirt, the same pants and a white coat that reaches to his lower forelegs.
Alternate costume 3: He has a white Chinese string button-down outfit. He wears his hair up with a warrior's headdress.

Battle entry: A shadow appears and he calmly emerges out from it with his arms folded.

Attacks
Note:
Recovery time is how long it takes to be ready to attack again.
Execution time is how long it takes to unleash an attack.
Knock back value means how pushy this move is.
Priority is how likely it will get through another's attack.
Disjointed hit-boxes are attacks that aren't joined to the body. Link, Ice Climbers and Fire Emblem people are some examples. Top priority moves don't hurt users of disjointed hit-boxes while they're attacking.

Regular attacks (sorry if this seems like yours Raiinu, but this is very much something associated with me as well):
A: Arm thrust from right arm. (5-7%)(low execution and recovery time, high knock back value and priority)
AA: Arm thrust from right arm, then left.
***Expect this entry to be edited a lot, since I doubt that I will be able to recall all of the goodness that happened the first time writing it.
***This journal entry may be boring to you since I'm having trouble describing and remembering the humor of the day.

The day started beautifully, in terms of weather, stayed beautiful, and ended beautifully in all respects of the word. Today (actually the 7th) I went to my friend, Anton's house around ten to meet up with him, Benji, Bess, and Mel to go to the Smithsonian museum. I hugged Bess and greeted everyone, then we set out for our adventure.

I hadn't seen them for a while, so while walking we caught up in what we've been doing. This was a beautiful day for a walk. We first went to the town center while Benji and Anton withdrew money from ATM machines. Sitting to wait for Anton while he went to withdraw money from a bank who's ATM machine was farther away allowed us to enjoy the scenery of the town center, the cool air and the way the sunlight hit the architecture. After which, we decided that we should eat first so we went to a First Watch restaurant.

I had already eaten a big enough breakfast, so I actually didn't order anything at the restaurant. Our waitress seemed as though she was a little new to the job as she got our orders of drinks slightly confused. We finally got around to ordering. Benji ordered a chocolate chip pancake with a sausage on the side. The waitress teased him a little about it being on the kid's menu, but then told us that it was regular sized and cost less. Bess followed suit and had a chocolate chip pancake, but with bacon instead. Anton and Mel had different dishes (nothing interesting came of it, so I don't recall what they were). Anton and Benji were joking around about how hard it was to decide between bacon and sausage, so they thought up a new food. Anton though up the "Basausage" while Benji created the "Saucon." Anton said that the Basausage would be marketed to the lower income consumers and since everyone would buy it, he'd make a lot of money. Benji said that his classy "Saucon" would only be sold at fancy restaurants as a gourmet food. We finished our food, paid and left for the metro.

On our walk, we (particularly Bess) started talking about perverted things. I almost didn't catch myself from stopping what I had been saying before encountering Patricia, my sister's surrogate sister, so my sister by affiliation. Patricia was walking with her mother and since both she and my groups seemed to somewhat hurrying to our destinations, we didn't say anything other than quick greetings.

After buying our metro cards, Anton, Benji and Mel raced up the escalator while Bess and I took our time. She said that it getting up to the station sooner wouldn't make the train come any quicker. I joked with a 'as a matter of fact tone' that since they're up there, the station would have more mass and there fore, a slightly stronger gravitational pull, making the metro come quicker. When we got to the station platform, Anton and Benji wanted me to sing "It's A Beautiful Day." In attempts to get me to sing it, Anton and Benji sung the song in strange ways, quickly getting one of the people waiting for the metro to relocate to a different part of the station. Our first scare of the day!

When we got into the train, there weren't enough seats in one area to accommodate all of us. Anton and Mel sat next to each other and Benji sat behind them. Bess and I stood, holding onto the metro pole handles. She commented that once again, she and I look like we're together as a couple.
Benji and I got into a conversation about martial arts. We spoke of how Capoera wasn't very practical and mostly wasteful of energy, despite it being aesthetically appealing. He also said that Krav Maga was probably the most badass martial art out there. Anton chimed in with how Sambo has it beat, according to what I had told him. The outcome was the consensuses of Russians being crazy (in a good way). I pointed out my thesis of Russians making the best, yet most demanding trainers in anything, once again.
Later on, another passenger got up and left, so there was one more seat available. I offered the seat to Bess around the same time she offered it to me, so we didn't know what to do for a moment. Benji said something about it being as though he were diseased, so we got into a conversation about cooties. After joking around and "passing cooties" to each other in a circular fashion, I volunteered the information that "cooties" are derived from a Southeast Asian word which meant "body lice." Westerners added this word to their vocabulary when we had soldiers stationed there.

(Ahhh! Memory gaps! I can't remember things! Maybe I'll just scrap this entry . . .)

Rules-
1. Choose a few of your own characters. Five at the most.
2. Make them answer the following questions.
3. Then tag three people.
4. Feel free to go ahead and add some questions yourself!!

Hrrm, it's missing "I."

I tag Fly-trap Clay Woman, Xenphest/ ZEN-fest (is he even going to see this?), and Apples! This looked interesting, so here goes . . . *Chooses Hide and some womenz*

> Karutome, Hide
> Hitane, Katsumi
> Kiruko
> Seishuku
> Phyer

A. Are you a boy or a girl?
> Hide: I'm male.
> Katsumi: I'm a girl! What? Did the name throw you off?!
> Kiruko: A girl. Joruju danna-sama couldn't tell that I was a girl in the beginning. When I spoke, he could only hear that his zanpakuto was speaking, not what I was saying, so I'll forgive him for that.
> Seishuku: I'm a kunoichi.
> Phyer: I'm all woman, baby.

B. How old are you?
> Hide: I'm fifteen.
> Katsumi: Fifteen years old. {Adult Katsumi: [nineteen to twenty-four?]}
> Kiruko: Hmm, I dunno. Let's see . . . I'd say at least one-hundred sixty?
> Seishuku: *Silence* (To self: I suppose they couldn't do anything with my age) Sixteen.
> Phyer: Twenty-one. Why? Wanna buy me a drink?

C. YOU WANT A HUG?? XD
> Hide: *Stares suspiciously* . . .
> Katsumi: No, that's quite alright.
> Kiruko: No! Wait, is Joruju around? Ah. Sure . . . *hug happens* Now, Joruju! Change me to sword form!
> Seishuku: Alright. *searches person for weapons with her right hand while keeping her left hand's middle and ring fingers ready to pluck the 'Shadow Blade' wire*
> Phyer: Sure.

D. You got any bad habits?
> Hide: Not anymore, but I'm still repenting for past transgressions.
> Katsumi: Not opening my eyes unless it's needed.
> Kiruko: Nope! Nothin'. What? Oh, alright! Getting jealous whenever danna-sama is around other girls. There, happy?
> Seishuku: Getting sentimental and missing my master (teacher). *Whispers* Garyuu . . .
> Phyer: Bad? *Giggles* Not by my standards!

E. Favourite food?
> Hide: Onigiri (balls of rice with a filling in the middle). They're easy to carry and easy to make which is why I raise myself on them.
> Katsumi: I like Udon (thick wheat noodles with toppings) with curry soup. Deliciously and spicy!
> Kiruko: Daaaaaaango~! (Dango; sweet dumplings.)
> Seishuku: Makizushi (sushi tightly rolled in seaweed into a cylinder). It's high in protein, good fat, and other nutrients that will keep up energy on a mission.
> Phyer: Lo mien and peppers. *Licks lips* Hot and spicy, like me.

F. Favourite Ice cream flavor?
> Hide: Ice cream? It's too difficult to attain, or preserve ice cream while traveling.
> Katsumi: I prefer Matcha Ice (green tea ice cream).
> Kiruko: What's ice cream? *Has only lived in the Soul Society*
> Seishuku: You guys pour cream on your ice? I suppose it would preserve longer . . .
> Phyer: Ice cream? I don't know what the Hell that is, but I doubt that I'd like it.

G. Who's your mate/spouse?
> Hide: *Blush* >\\\> *glances at Katsumi*
> Katsumi: Spouse? This is a little early for that.
> Kiruko: Joruju danna-sama~!!! *hugs Joruju*
> Seishuku: There's no time for that!
> Phyer: Spouse? Are you crazy?! Getting tied down with all these 'opportunities' still open to me is something I'd hate!

H. You a virgin?
> Hide: . . .
> Katsumi: Of course!
> Kiruko: Yes . . . D:
> Seishuku: I rejected that part of kunoichi training for a reason.
> Phyer: Hahahahahaha . . . Oh, you're seriously asking? Then, no.

J. Killed anyone?
> Hide: Yes. Too many innocents in the past. As for now, I limit it to Tasogare members and ones who attack Katsumi and I.
> Katsumi: If I have to, yes.
> Kiruko: Anyone who threatens danna-sama is as good as dead.
> Seishuku: If the mission so deems it.
> Phyer: Oh yeah, definitely. Starting when I was ten.

K. Hate anyone?
> Hide: Orochimaru for tricking me, using me, and most of all, for killing my mother. My former sempai, Kabuto. Tasogare, particularly, Suiginchi, Sasageru, and Kyukai Miyuu. Ukon, Sakon, Kidomaru, Jirobu, Dosu, Zaku, Kin, and Oto Shinobi in general.
> Katsumi: Miyuu . . .
> Kiruko: Anyone who gets in between me a Joruju danna-sama!
> Seishuku: Hate is useless. I mustn't let it interfere.
> Phyer: Let's see . . . Only my dad, the Fire Nation, the people in my previous village, Wynde, pretentious people,...

I feel like writing a journal entry, but I don't have much to write about (or at least not much that I'd like to share). I decided that I'd randomly start talking about super powers. I'm leaving out the cynical parts of the powers; things such as government agents and scientists wanting to capture you and study you in labs, probably poking and prodding you to no end to find out how you're capable of doing such feats and the taxing affect most of these powers should have on one's body. So, for all who sees this, reply with which super power of the following you'd want to have.

Flight:
It is a common wish among people to have the ability to fly. Flying shows up in dreams, daydreams, wishes, fantasies, etc. With this ability, you'd be able to fly, and pretty quickly, too. You could travel around to other places, exotic, or just out of town. You could beat the traffic and reduce stress. You would be able to soar with the birds, feeling their freedom. One with this power could frolic among the clouds and take mist baths in clouds. You'd have the freedom that so many humans long for.

Augmented Strength:
With super strength, you could either chose to be some kind of super hero, or just make normal, possibly everyday things much easier. You could do a number of tasks that would normally need heavy machinery for (getting a pool installed in your backyard without the cost of heiring people with bulldozers and large pumps to do it). Being strong is also nurturing to your self-esteem, or confidence.

Augmented Speed:
Most people feel that there isn't enough time in the day to do all that they want to. If you had super speed, you'd be able to complete everything you wanted done. You'd be able to travel quicker on foot than in a car, bypassing stress-inducing traffic. Similar to flight, with speed, you'd be able to quickly travel to other far off places, if you so wished.

Invisibility:
Most people have, at some point, wanted to disappear, whether it's to escape a problem (that's not healthy by the way), or just to get peaceful solitude. With invisibility, you'd be able to do that. You could spy on others, or hide yourself. You could prank people, making them believe in ghosts, or get some job being a spy (even though with thermal sensors, acute sonar sensors, etc. invisibility wouldn't be all that invisible).

Telepathic:
The mind is a complicated thing, taking people years of studying to be able to predict people you're not constantly in contact with. With this power, you'd be omniscient. You could find out what's going on in the mind of that distant, mysterious person that's so intriguing. You could find out if your crush likes you, without being embarrassed of being openly rejected if they didn't. You could find out if people are lying. You'd be able to solve a lot of mysteries, with this power. This power, granting you knowledge of everyone around you, could also allow you to be some kind of manipulative mastermind, controlling others.

Teleportation:
Traveling efficiently is on the minds of many. Wanting to be somewhere instantaneously due to modern day impatience and natural human nature is common place. With this ability, you could make it so that you will almost never be late to work, school, or any other appointment that you could not afford to be tardy to. Teleportation would allow you to sneak into places that you are not allowed to be in. You could collect information this way, meet with certain people (a tryst, perhaps?), or use this ability to steel things. This power would also be useful in getting yourself, or others out of danger.

Telekinesis:
The mind is a powerful thing. It'd be even more so if you were telekinetic. You could move anything with your mind. You could make yourself fly by lifting yourself, but you wouldn't go anywhere near as quickly as someone with the power of flight. When your body has failed you, your mind will still be able to make you function. This power would be useful until you grow old and demented.

Pyrokinesis:
The most useful thing in surviving in the wild, in cooking, in causing destruction, in creating (making pottery, making tools that make other things, etc.), etc. is fire. Being pyrokinetic would mean that you'd be able to control fire. You could be a hero; you'd be able to stop the fire in burning buildings better than a team of firemen. You could be a destroyer (fairly self explanatory). You could make wilderness living easier, since fire is practically essential to make it through a nigh in the wild, cook food, distill water, and defend yourself from predatory animals. You could make everyday life easier, or just save money on energy bills.

Hydrokinesis:
Water is essential to life. Organisms in the desert have special ways whether it's enzymes in their body, special hairs, special metabolisms, etc. t...

Out of the Akatsuki (Naruto manga/ anime), Organization XIII (Kingdom Hearts video games) and Gotei 13 captains (Bleach manga/ anime) who do you think would win in an all out, no-holds team fight? Please give some reasoning to your answer.

The various defectors and deceased will be fighting along with their respective affiliations. This means, Akatsuki will be comprised of Pain, Konan, Itachi, Kisame, Deidara, Sasori, Kakuzu, Hidan, Orochimaru, Tobi, and Zetsu. Organization XIII will have Roxas, and all of the others, whether they were killed, absorbed, etc. The Gotei 13 will have the deserters from the thirteen that we first see, dead guys, etc., except they will not have Mr. Kurosaki, Urahara, Yoruichi, or any acting captains. That is to say, no second seat/ seed/ rank/ etc. will be added to the thirteen of them. Also, Ukitake isn't too sick and Kyoraku isn't drunk.

There will be no outside assistance. This means that Orochimaru isn't allowed to use his sacrifice, zombie, bring-back-a-kage technique. Pain isn't allowed to use his special replication technique that requires a sacrifice, however, he may summon his other bodies. Kakuzu is limited to five hearts and not allowed to replace any from outsiders during the fight. By definition, he wouldn't be able to get any from Organization XIII, but he could from the Gotei 13. Each member of Organization XIII is allowed to call only five of their respective Nobodies. They seem a little under powered compared to these other two groups, otherwise. The Gotei 13 is not allowed to have help from their lieutenants; only their zanpakuto.

I don't know what to say about teamwork. I don't know how civil they should be to each other; particularly their defectors. Maybe this aspect should just be the natural order of things? Wouldn't that result in most of them killing their own teammates? Maybe they should magically be able to work with each other. At least to the extent that Kakuzu and Hidan do. I bet some of them will be striking deals in the middle of combat to recruit non-teammates to fight against the other party.

I don't really know very much about Organization XIII, so I can't really make my decision.

Man, Kenpachi would sell his soul to have this fight happen. Zaraki, Saix and Kisame would have a grand ol' time.

Once my scanner's software is fixed up or whatever, I'm going to scan in my "Chiroptoxin," complete with a full bio.

I'm also going to be finishing the Samus drawing that I promised to Anton. It's intimidating because the detail is higher quality than any of my other drawings (counting every one of them drawn in my life), even though the pose is nothing special, so far. I don't even know how well it'll scan. I'm going to have to get some help to take care in scanning this one.

At some later point in time in which I have no more pressing obligations, I think I'll draw my Organization XIII character, Xeggreo. What weapon(s) and abilities do you think he should have? Reply and give me ideas, please. I'm thinking of a magical rope dart which can shoot around the place, adding chain links quickly. The attack would be something like shooting in straight lights, filling the arena with the chain in a grid of diagonal strikes; the chain staying in place after each strike, but the dart changing angles and going in another direction. Then when the chain is all over the place, the area right around the chain will be charged with an attack, maybe something like electricity and anything touching it will be damaged (it'll probably be more bark than bite). Has this already been taken? It sounds familiar, but I haven't really played much of KH2.

I also have to draw my Bleach character (which will probably end up looking like my Organization XIII character) and put Kiruko in.

I also told Shannon that I'll eventually draw Hide. I'm also supposed to draw her as a pimpette, [I don't know if the name is a secret; I'll change this later], evil and ominous looming shadow, as a catgirl, and some bubbly version of her. I'm also supposed to draw some Naruto related ones such as the Rookie Nine in Akatsuki cloaks and the Akatsuki members in an Azumanga Daioh scene (this is from some picture of them in the poses of the Daioh girls' opening).

This one I'm never going to get to, but it'd be nice if I could get myself to draw at least most of the me's that represent my thirty-one names.

1. The phone rings. Who do you want it to be?
Anyone who's not a hallucination.

2. When shopping at the grocery store, do you return your cart?
Yes. Not doing so is rude. D:

3. In a social setting, are you more of a talker or a listener?
I'm almost always a listener. When I'm explaining something and everyone is looking at me and listening to me, I sometimes start thinking, "Stop staring at me!"

4. Do you take compliments well?
Not usually? I often have different ideas from most people of what is commendable. Sometimes I'm distracted by my different standards so I cannot pay attention to the compliment.

5. Do you play Sudoku?
No.

6. If abandoned alone in the wilderness, would you survive?
Definitely.

7. What song are you listening to right now?
Point / Counterpoint by Streetlight Manifesto

8. Did you ever go to camp as a kid?
No.

9. What was your favorite game as a kid?
*Smug countenance* Guess! Guessing games. People are easy to read.

12. Could you date someone with different religious beliefs than you?
Yes.

13. Do you like to pursue or be pursued?
I'd rather be pursued. I guess that makes me a cunt, right, Dai? XD

14. Use three words to describe yourself.
How 'bout no.

15. Do any songs make you cry?
Yes.

16. Are you continuing your education?
I'm one of those who believes that education doesn't end until you die. Then, and only then, you can go ahead and be a retarded corpse.

17. Do you know how to shoot a gun?
Somewhat. One of my "friends" was showing me his (BB) glock.

18. If your house was on fire, what would be the first thing you'd grab?
Unscanned drawings? My hard drive? Family members? My mouth/
nose area; breathing in the unfiltered air would knock me out.

19. How often do you read books?
Once in a blue moon (manga shouldn't count). Don't follow my
example. I do read plenty of things online and in health magazines.

20. Do you think more about the past, present or future?
I think a lot about all three. I probably think about the past and future equally, more than the present.

21. What is your favorite children's book?
. . . Damn it. I thought of one a while ago, but I can't recall anymore.

22. What color are your eyes?
Dark brown. They used to be golden-brown.

23. How tall are you?
6'1.5"-6'2".

24. Where is your dream house located?
Somewhere that I can magically make people forget where I live, but then make them remember when it's convenient.

27. Have you ever taken pictures in a photo booth?
Yes, once.

28. When was the last time you were at Olive Garden?
I don't believe that I've ever been to Olive Garden.

30. Where was the furthest place you traveled today?
Whatever the farthest point of my six mile walk was.

32. Do you like mustard?
Somewhat.

33. Do you prefer to sleep or eat?
If it's a good night's sleep, definitely sleep. I have trouble getting that, so it'd be like a rare treat. I'm like an old man.

34. Do you look like your mom or dad?
I look more like my mom.

35. How long does it take you in the shower?
This varies wildly. Sometimes I'll take as little as around seven minutes, sometimes I'll take around two hours.

36. Can you do the splits?
I used to be able to do horizontal ones until sometime in middle school. Too much information? Why do so many people find splits inherently sexual?

37. What movie do you want to see right now?
The four Saw movies, Transformers, Distubia, Mr. Brooks, Lives of Others (I hear it's life changing), Shrek The Third, The Mist (maybe), I Am Legend . . . other things that I can't think of. However, I'm not that motivated to watch any of these movies.

39. What did you do for New Year's?
I . . . don't . . . remember. O_O

40. Do you think The Grudge was scary?
The movie itself wasn't to me. My over active imagination, however elevated thoughts of that to new heights, though.

42. Do you own a camera phone?
Yes. *Candidly takes pictures of j00*

44. Was your mom a cheerleader?
No, but there weren't any such thing as cheerleaders at her school.

45. What's the last letter of your middle name?
D.

46. How many hours of sleep do you get at night?
This also varies by a lot. Sometimes it's as few as around two or three and sometimes it's as many as twelve to fourteen hours.

48. Do you like care bears?
I don't particularly care for them.

49. What do...
