So I got a barium test done today. Ew. Barium. Nastiest shit ever. I had to chug 3 cups of it. Funny, the stomachache side-effect was worse than the stomachaches I came to solve. //fail

Woah snap, I edited together two css like the nerd I am and it worked? Cool. If anyone wants the cursor thing I have, try putting cursor:crosshair; after every curly brace { in your css. It's that options tab above your journal as you type it.

Because I really don't want to work on my *cough enormously huge pile of cough* homework, I'm here. Yea, after spazzing for 10 minutes straight, so I decided to stop, and rant it out here.

Here's how my first day went (since tropical storm fay made our first day two days late LOL) it was ok, fine, absolutely normal, up until 5th period. 5th and 6th peroids are comlplete polar opposites of each other and that makes my head hurt. 5th is THE BEST CLASS EVAR. Japanese. Now I know that Otakuisn is actually a class. FREAKING LOVE IT.

Also, this was the only class where no teacher or student stared pointedly and directly at my streaked blue/red hair. ROFLSHIT, NOBODY'S EVER SEEN DYED HAIR BEFORE?!

Now....

6th period was hell.

Everyone says World History AP is horrible and hard. BUT MAN I NEVER KNEW IT WOULD BE THIS HARD. We have to cover from 3000 BC to 2005 AD in one school year. AUGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

And I love all my teachers except for AP, btw. All are sleepable classes too. WHAI AP WHAI ;A;

D. Grey Man (why is it even called that?) - FKING AWESOME. BUT THE FKING BOOKSTORE DIDNT HAVE VOL 2. RAHHHHHHH >:0
Fairy Tail - Lol its HIGH-larious. And the art reminds me of One Piece.
Nightmare Inspector - It's a more calming and non-OMGADRENALINE manga. I love it :3

Anime Expo 2008
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA THAT WAS THE MOST FUN I'VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! >3<
It took 2 hours to get there, and I spent the first 30 min running around like a headless chicken (completely lost), I spent about $60 total, my feet STILL hurt, I had no cosplay other than the schoolgirl outfit (the one I wore on the last day of school), and I missed *JohnSu by a day, BUT IT WAS FKING WORTH IT.

K, Intro Time
I went with my friend (whose house I'm staying at in Cally) and her otaku friend. Apparently, we went in some side entrance or something cuz I didn't see a ticket booth anywhere. Man, this place was HUGE. So I ran around frantically (dragging everyone else behind me) trying to find the main entrance and the ticket place (they'll kick you out if you don't have a ticket). While running, I noticed a disturbingly large amount of haruhi and vampire knight cosplayers. This struck me as odd, since their costumes are pretty hard to make. Later I found out that they were selling them everywhere at the con -_-;;;
Too bad I didn't get any photos. Tickets seemed a bit more important at the time.

Carmell Riot...er...Dancing
About an hour into the con, I spotted a...uh...mob of carmell dancers running through the con with a shirtless ed with a CD player (carmelldansen) leading them. OBVIOUSLY I joined in, and dragged my friends with me as well. We gained more and more people until we had about 100-200 crazy okatus in a line. I took pictures too. 8D There was also this guy who kept running after us and filming, so I assume this will be on YouTube sooner or later.
We got kicked out of the convention center, and either Ed left, or just took off his costume, but we had this other shirtless guy leading us outside. We circled the convention center and the streets around it at least 10 times. (headline: CRAZY CARMELL DANCERS DISTURB PEACE IN MIDDLE OF LA)
I ended up dancing/running for an HOUR, before everyone just simultaneously dehydrated and collapsed.

As I mentioned before, I spent about $60 on the entire con. Here goes list:

Just cuz I'm sure I will forget what I did in San Diego, I'm writing it down here.

6/24 - Flew to Cally (3 hour difference!)
6/25 - Walked around San Diego. (beach, shops, etc.)
6/26 - Went to the Fair. (Rode a grand total of one ride)
6/27 - Went to San Diego Zoo, apparently the best zoo in the world. (Photos!)
6/28 - Went outside to get a suntan. Then went to asian market and bought pocky.
6/29 - Went to some mountainy-thing called Torrey Pines (REAL AWESOME. Ran around/jumped so much, I felt anime. Photos!) One of the most awesomest things I never knew could do but did anyways: Ran, put jacket around neck, jumped, yelled something, grabbed jacket and swung it around in air, landed 10 feet below in perfect anime crouching pose. FKING ADRENALINE, MAN.
6/30 - Resting day! (More like, I'm so suburned, I'm scared to leave the house)
7/1 - Went to desert and lol'd at my brother stepping on a cactus.
7/2 - Walked in San Diego. Ate sushi.
7/3 - Stayed home and read Gakuen Alice (LOL FINISHED IT)
7/4 - Dyed hair red. When washing out the extra red dye, I noticed my hair was still red, and rubbed it furiously to get it out. Took me a solid 3 minutes to figure out my hair WAS red.
7/5 - AX!!!!!!!!! >3< OH GOD MY FEET HURT SO BAD NOW. CARMELL DANCING FOR 1 HOUR STRAIGHT YO! THAT WAS THE FUNNEST CON IN MY ENTIRE LIFE
7/6 - Stayed home and read Special A. When that was done, read the summaries and looked at chinese scans. xD
7/7 - Tanned, then went to the beach and then ate sushi!!! ZOMG NEW GA CHAPTERS. :0
7/8 - HURRRRRRRRRR LAST DAY. Since I probably won't have time to update later...schedule for today: La Jolla walk, eat, buy souvenirs (DIDN'T GET ANY YET OTL), leave at 8:30ish to....MIAMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS WAS SO FUN LOL.
mmyea, i tried to keep everyone together and not get lost for the first 30 mins, but then i gave up and went exploring and kept switching groups lolz. I REGRET NOTHING. IT WAS SO FUN. (even though my switching and getting lost was a big pain in the ass for everyone else ORZ )

awesome parts:
i glomped sooooo many people!! and out of all of them, only banana-man and one sasuke were surprised xDDDDD

I'm back!
and, if it wasn't obvious, i did not have a computer/internet connection that is cheap enough for me on teh cruise. DUH. my cat came running and purring and is still purring for liek 3 hours nao. awwwww. also, since i came back at 12:00 pm i got to skip school. HAH. >: P and yes, i am way tanner. thankfully, my burns are barely visible now. >_>;;

it was hilarious. there are two formal nights on my cruise, one on the second day, and one on the seventh. (8 days total) on the first one, yes i complained and stuff and wore my strapless dress and lived through it. one the second one, when i put on my dress, i had these swimsuit strap lines STANDING OUT SO BAD, and my face was still burned. OH MAN i got stared at by everyone. with a WTF look on thier faces. XDDD;;;;

also, when the pictures were put up (ppl come around and photograph you at random times) mine wasnt there! ;_; i searched everywhere. maybe the photo-dudes thought it was too hilariously ugly to put up xDD;;;;

I crammed and hurried and made it (just about) in time! "Lalala It's Love!" is what i made as a thank-you-for-2000-views flash. completely unrelated, i know. but it took a while. plus theres the stickman vs butterfly part III in it!!! XDDDD if you didnt see the first 2, click around in my flashes

You've probably already heard/experienced this (that is, if you're in florida) but there was a powerout today. I was in school at that time, and it just occurred. I was reading in the computer room and then ZZZT everything just blacked out and the computers beeped for a bit and then died. I was confused for a while, then just went back to reading my book. Im not one to go ballistic over that. But after a while the people around me got so loud that I just gave up reading and got out my cellphone to see how much time till lunch (my schedule is 4th period, reading, then lunch) some retard asked 'but if the powers out, how are the cell phones working?' =_= wow. Epic. Not that I can say much, cuz that is exactly something I would do. >_>;

Yea...my powers back on (obviously), and im listening to the radio (97.3 the coast thanks to nar) but its continually being interrupted by reports like: 'some reports say that the power outage was cuased by some neuclear power plant crashing down. Why this happened, nobody knows.' Or 'some say that the outage could be affecting all of florida, but some say only parts' WHAI!? Why not just go and FIND OUT. D:<

as you can tell from the title, im sick. and feel lyk crap. first it was just a cold, and it got better, but then it got even worse and i feel so terrible im skipping school
well actually im pretty happy about skipping school. but i just feel so terrible now i cant be happy. so this is going to be an emo-ish jounal. sry
also, i wont be uploading good stuff for a while, so bear with me. im only a sick human.

ive been so insanely bored while under medication/rest time ive accomplished this:
looked and downloaded a bunch of dA hacks via greasemonkey (my page looks aweseome right now)
scanned in all my drawings
sold stuff on eBay

finished half a book in one sitting (or laying down)
replyed to all my messages
conducted an aim test and have convinced myself that it majorly slows down my connection (sry!)
watched a documentary on china (wtf)

The Matrix
I finally finished watching the trilogy but i still lyk the first one best
the last one (in my opinion) had waaaay too much of the fighing scenes where all they do is blam blam blam augggh! *dies* over and over again but at least they had good graphics.
the ending was so sad i almost cried and i never cry at movies. thats quite the accomplishment.
im watching all the extras and how and y the hell they made the trilogy and i love the commercials best :3 i didnt see matrix in the movies, so its the first time for me seeing the guy advertise powerade (you are a battery, and batteries need charging. DRINK POWERABLE we have a quota to fill) xDDDDDDDD lol

-It was a lot more fun than i thought it would be.. I went out w/ a bunch of 10th graders and got drunk. We had this flavored beer shit and it tasted lyk shit but we had nothing to do so we drank it anyway XDDD;;;
-we had fireworks but they were just little 4 ft tall ones. i was quite dissapointed ;_;

CHISTMAS EVENTS LOL:
on Chistmas i went (more lyk was dragged to) to this Christmas/BDay party my parents' friends were holding n i played nerf (plastic guns that shoot foam bullets...they kinda hurt) with meh bro n a fifth grader. -_- weeeee. needless to say, i pwnd then. but then my bro started crying and chucking guns at me (with i dodged XD;;; ) n caused such an uproar both me and him got screamed at. i left after that to avoid getting punished (for no reason lol) in front of the other guests.

also, this lady made mojitas and gave me one (after me refusing 10 times she still gave it to me) n i drank lyk half of it and felt slightly woozy (this happened BEFORE i left nerf game) n amazingly, i could dodge bullets waaaay better (lol ROCK LEE) >_>;;; kinda scared myself there too. wen i left nerf, i finished it off and nearly passed out. O_O;;;; partly from exhaustion and partly from teh alcohol. lol. then i just kinda sat there staring at the wall. my thoughts went from yaoi to comics to manga to ed (lol) to nerf and I WAS LYK LOL I CANT FOCUS.

wen i got bak home i fell asleep so fast i didnt even get to complain that my head hurt. XD;;;
