Imagine my shock upon opening my email and learning that Repertory Philippine's "A Christmas Carol" auditions will be on July 19th! That soon! I thought they will hold auditions on August or September. 5 things to prepare:

Also, I'm getting a new job! I'm so excited. I'm teaching Japanese people English online. (through Skype). Hopefully, I save enough money before Christmas so my dream of having my own Canon EOS 400D will finally come true~

There's so much things to do, so little time. theater, chores, summer course, work, squeezing in poetry in between, and trying to stay fit and live a well- balanced life.

Tomorrow, I get to audition for our musical. My audition piece would be "getting to know you" from The King and I" hopefully, I don't make a fool of myself or something. A lot of changes have been happening to me lately. I become surprised even by myself sometimes, by making these decisions I wouldn't normally even consider, but it's all good and I can say that I am having quite a blast.

I was supposed to go running this morning, but I had this extremely weird dream and I was glued to the bed. I dreamt that I was walking on the streets, right, and then at the end of it, I saw a really huge bear, only it wasn't a huggable and adorable teddy bear, it was a mountain bear. so naturally, I tried to go the other way, but a ferocious lion faced me on the other end, and I thought , "Oh schiesse, today, is the day I die." I headed over to the right side and was surprised to find out a vacant grass lot. And so I tread nervously over there, looking at my back for fear. When I walked home at last, I passed by a group of gorillas who seemed to be chanting some weird incantation. Good thing the trees camouflaged me entirely and I was just about to shut our door and breathe a sigh of relief when I saw a group of crocodiles dominating our sofas.

So today, aside from doing nothing and eating all day, I tried to make something out of my boring existence and painted a very nice japanese-looking girl. I must take a photo of it once I get my hands on my sister's camphone, and upload it here on devart.

For one, our History project's deadline was moved to march 14 - that is this friday, instead of March 24. So I had to do around 10 paintings before Friday. Our project is about the history of Philippine Women Clothing. *siiigh* I know, i know, it's extremely boring. So now I am painting all day until I get paint all on my clothes and hands and I realized that painting is such a draining job. I only get to paint up to 3 dresses a day, but I feel so strained after that. I will post them here on deviantart once I get my classmate to scan them. On top of that, I was asked to finish 24 articles to write by my employer, mr. Simple (that's his name, yeah.), on Saturday. I am NOT complaining because this is work and I need the money. But I am only used to 8 articles a week and now, its triple the load. This writing and painting. On top of house chores and the stuff I do. I don't get to run in the morning anymore because I sleep at dawn and wake up at 8 - too late to run. Well, enough ranting. I must get back to work now. This is the problem if you're lazy but ambitious.

And then my mom sent me to the grocery to buy lunch. Going to the grocery pains me immensely because I AM A VEGETARIAN - and I am forced to buy CHICKEN. - How pitiful those chicken look indeed. Pink and dead under the grocery lights. it saddens me terribly. Well, anyway, I am left with no choice whatsoever since I am the only one available to buy lunch. The thought of buying my tofu cheers me up, though :D

We all know you are a whopping excellent cook and I know that you haven't fully accepted my becoming a vegetarian but please, oh please, stop sneaking bits of meat in my "tofu surprise". Ya see, dad, it melts my heart everytime you remember to buy me my soybean love, but it breaks my heart to see - or accidentally swallow, those little brown stuff that definitely doesn't taste like tofu! Haha. Oh well, I guess the only solution for this dilemma is for me to actually learn to cook something that is edible. Thank you dad, for making me realize that. I am much obliged indeed.
