Currently, I'm drawing "Avengers" #33 with Brian Bendis - very fun stuff - will be shipping in November. I'm working on covers for the Marvel Comic's series - "Captain Marvel" and "Gambit" and a cover for the CBLDF "Liberty" comic. I'm also working on some toy related art that I will announce as soon as I can. Finally, I'm painting a book cover and an black and white interior.

Book 2 of Denis-Pierre Filippi's and my graphic novel series "Songes" will be shipping in France this fall and everywhere else soon after. The final cover art is here on DA and I will be posting a "making of" entry on the cover soon.

The fans were amazing (and of course the show itself was run extremely well by Jim Demonakos), and it was CRAZY busy - felt like San Diego - but just comics and a manageable size. I got to see and chat with a bunch of other pros - there are so many there and you get a chance to talk to everyone (if you can get away from you table that is).

And of course, Seattle is a great city to visit - never enough time to see everything we wanted to. It's been a while - I've had the busiest fall workwise that I can remember - today's the first chance I had to do some online updates.

I have a bunch of cool stuff in the works and that will be coming out in 2012 from the next issues of Defenders, to the long awaited volume 2 of Songes, plus new artbooks and sketchbooks, prints and another gallery show plus convention appearances. Updates on all when have exact dates, etc.

New York Comic Convention was great show, a real zoo, but great!

Weather was great, fans were great, even the taxi drivers great!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hi! It was awesome to meet, remeet, etc, you all!

Back to the zoo part - I was at the table from 10:30-6 Friday, 11-4 Saturday and 11:30-1 Sunday and NEVER left it the whole time. The show was so busy, for the first time EVER I didn't have a chance to even begin working on a single convention sketch. So, I ended up doing all of them in the hotel room.

- I will take sketch requests at 6:00-7:00 PM Wednesday and 10:00-11:00 AM Thursday.

- Sketches are $200 each for a single figure.

- My new sketchbook "Bombshells Book 1" will debut for sale at the show. It is a 48 page 9" x 12" Full color Hardcover $25. (The book will be available online after the show).

- I will be selling original art from Uncanny X-Men, Wonder Woman and selected covers, pinups and sketches as well.

I will be at booth 4706, sharing the booth with Aaron Lopresti. It's the same location as I've been for the last couple of years. I should be at the booth for most of the show and Rachel will be there occasionally as well.

I will have my new book, BOMBSHELLS Book 1, will be debuting at San Diego. It will be for sale for $25 at the show and will be available through Stuart NG and Bud Plant after the show.

In addition I will have a selection of original art, and some prints available for sale.

AND, yes I will be doing sketches at the show.

This week I'm working on the X-Men - Second Coming Finale that ships next month plus, I'm trying to get my Sketchbook Collection wrapped up in time to debut next month at San Diego. AND I'm trying to get a 2nd smaller sketchbook together for San Diego, so I'm PRETTY busy.
