To all of my new watchers (okay like two) thanks for adding me! I'm terribly sorry I haven't been active here and returning the love. I'm busy with work and getting ready to head off to college.

Basically, I need motivation to get art done. I should take a week off of playing videogames (rofl WoW) and do only art. I just need to finish convincing myself of it. Everytime I am in an art mood it is already bed time before work the next day.

I painted the window at work today. I added a kitty, a face on the tree and spiders with their webs. it was exciting! (I had to stop a bajillion times to service customers who were very unappreciative of my hard work and just wanted to know why it smelled in there.) We had to add some soap to the paints so it washes off the windows easily. Teehee. That stuff is hard as the dickens to work with. It really does just want to fly off the windows. D:

More updates when I don't need sleep! (A sure sign you need sleep is almost getting in two car accidents on the way home. x.x)

I got an 83 on my Physics test and apparently that was really good. The majority of my class failed, but of course the smart smart people who got 100s ruined it for all of us. I totally got jipped on a few trick questions. Like when you are walking, somehow that is static energy that keeps you from slipping. Le sigh.

I get to spend a week in Costa Rice learning about the environment and animals there. I'm so excited. <3<3 Environmental Systems. I love my teacher more for talking me into it. She knew I'd love it. :3

I'm going to redesign my art site. I am thinking fall colors like a creme with peachish/red in the backgrounds and a white/creme gryphon with oranges and reds with some yellows. The main color palette will be cream, orange, red, brown, gray and white with some possible desaturated blues. I'm so pumped. Now I need some more ideas. Anyone have anything to add? I am game to anything at this moment.

So close to finishing art assignment two. I really think I am going to give my first assignment to the Rape Crisis Center fr their fundraiser. We have a choice of a complete donation or 30% of the profits. Honestly, I will have to do the 30% because I need college money or else I wouldn't care. :/ It will be fun to see how much it goes for. *lol*

Speaking of art auctions! Western Art competition is only around the corner! I need ideas for that. This year I want to work in acrylics or prismacolor pencils. Possibly a mix of the two. I think I can actually omit the person this year *Yay* but I might have to add one to put some flair in the piece. I just have no idea what to do. What a frusterating conundrum.

Otherwise, school is school. I hop around at lunch, generally hoping to find someone who I can sit with and not feel left out. its not being alone that's bothersome, but that it annoys others that I might be sitting alone. *lol*

So I know someone has been frequenting my journal recently, so I felt like saying a little something to them:

On a WoW note, we went in to BWL for the second time this week today. We two shotted Razor yesterday, I think three shotted Vael (hardest boss in BWL imo) and then got lagowned in Brood last night. Tonight we went in two shotted Brood, One shotted ALL the drakes and almost killed chromag in one go. Unfortunately that was a giggle pull and half the raids gear was almost broke so we'll cut them some slack.

BY the way, Im still waiting on my bewts. Hopefully next week they drop, you darn dirty trash mobs.

So I have two weeks left until finals. Schweet, no? When school finally finishes, I get all of my artwork back for you guys to see. I recently finished a tempera painting that I quite like. I mean, the assignment was a pain in the rear and some aspects were crap, but in the end some things were neat. I didn't know I could blend them like I did in some areas.

On another art note, Ive been working on a digital painting for the past few days in my free time. I dont have much of it, so there isn't much done yet, but its getting somewhere. Im starting to get used to having a very large starting canvas and working in crazy amounts of detail.

Softball season is done, if I haven't informed all of you guys. We placed second in district. On a lighter note, since I am not playing next year, I no longer have to work out with the rest of the team. This is a seriously awesome thing to happen to me because I really don't need to be worrying about practically dying in practice and then coming home and dealign with all my school stuff. Off season is definately more difficult than in season, but spirits are higher for some reason.

WoW note. We spent all day Friday in Blackwing Lair and finally killed Chromaggus. ([link] Im far left. ) Here we come Nefarion! ([link]) If you know anything about BWL, we did an ignite flesh and time lapse Chromaggus. I was afk during the beginning because it was a ninja pull and got to be a dragonkin. Sadly I didnt get to eat anyones face because I ice blocked in time.

WOW UPDATES: (Like anyone cares!)

We are in BWL now and have cleared up to Ebonroc last night. Server has been owning us with lag lately but we did it. Magi has two pieces of Netherwind, but luckily the other mages have more NW than I and more awesome gear. I <3 them so.

If no one knew, I got my epic raptor and it makes me happy too. I might get a good screenshot of it later. I had one, but my computer ate it. Boo.

Random lag story of the day: We were killing Domo, and for those of you who don't know about him I shall explain. There is Majordomo Executus and he has 4 warriors and 4 priests. We have to kill his guardians and not him. WELL we were killing him on lag night and we get to the last priest. About 30% into it, Domo spams yells at us, resets and bring 8 more drons at us and kill us. It made me sad but hearing the "OMG WTF"s in vent just made me giggle. Expect picture. I have just finished picking out my favorite World of Warcraft screenshots that have accumulated over the course of my playing. Tomorrow, hopefully, when I get home I shall try and put them together on my site with stories to share. Some are amusing and some are just cool.

Okay so a few months ago the state of Texas was allowed the priveledge of voting on an amendment to the constitution regarding gay marriage. While it is ever so sweet of them to consider that some of us would like a say in the matter, everyone knew how it would turn out. ([link])

What really irks me is not the fact that people are opposed to gay coupling, but that they confuse religious issues with federal issues. Has anyone ever heard of this Seperation of Church and State? Apparently a majority of our population has forgotten this very important part of our Constitution. People seem to forget that marriage is a legally binding procedure. People get married every day that have nothing to do with religion. So why then, is the legal binding of a certain group of peoples allowed to breech these boundaries?

While marriage can have the fancy lacings of religion, when it comes to the government it is all the same. You and your partner now share a life. You share your possessions and are allowed to protect one another in case of disaster. You are now a family. You can legally leave your belongings to your significant other.

However, there is a slight problem. Homosexual couples wish to be married to share in these rights. The people with the majority of the vote feel that morally and religiously this cannot be tolerated. The Constitution states this is okay, but the people say otherwise. Without the safety of marriage, what can these people hold on to? These days, people can leave their belongings to their sister, their cat or their own couch if they pleased, but when a same-sex partner comes into the picture, fingers start getting pointed and wills start getting rewritten. I'm not here to say it goes smoothly in some cases, but in others it isn't so pretty.

If you want to ban gay marriage, ban it from your churches but down ban it from the government. The even IDEA that we have sunk so low to do this makes me lose greater faith in our system.

I am not homosexual, but neither am I perfectly straight. I believe in love. If love is there, why not cherish it? Why not bless the fact that one can find another that completes them? Who cares if you love a man or a woman. They are called soul mates. Souls do not choose based on gender. You get what you get. I'm not telling you to convert. I just wish to show you the mindset of other people.

I'm going to cut this short before I start off on some tangent and never return. I feel better now that I've had my short rant. It isn't pretty and neither is it well rehearsed.

Lets jsut be glad that I didn't get into the whole Oh-mi-gosh-we-can-start-banning-sexual-acts ([link]) ordeal. Seriously. If people want to do things like this or even stranger, creepier thigns, they are going to do it. On a good note, I entered some rodea western art contest and placed third. I'm not sure how exactly they placed the people, like if 5-10 people get third place yadda yadda, but I'm still pretty excited. The main thing about this is that the top 25 go to auction and 100% of the income goes to ME. xD Rumor has it these kids get money in the thousands. This is all because it usually jsut goes to college funds. Ah well, more college money for me.

A) I got my permit today. I'm a mean driving MACHINE. Nobody plan on driving around the city area. >.>

b) I make arts in class! Yes. I have done a few full prjects in art, mainly dealing with the human figure. As soon as I can get a camera in there and can snap a few pictures of them, I shall update thee.

C) I have a bunch of sketches I plan to color. Hooray

d) I'm planning on graduating early. Next year, instead of being a junior I shall be a senior. The only downside to this is that Im going to spend my whole summer taking classes. *weep* We shall see how that works out. Lets hope all goes well.

E) I post proof Im not dead. I miss you all and apologize I am not ever here anymore. It makes me sad. ;-; if you need me or just want to chat, send me an IM or a note for IM information and stuff. A. I like long hair on females, and short hair on guys. It shouldn't be any other way. ^_~ (Girls = soft; Guys= hawt)

B. I need a gay buddy.

C. I'm getting my drivers permit tomorrow.

D. It is possible for me to wake up with a completely functioning brain. Sometimes, I just don't try hard enough.

E. I like faking sleep to hear what other people say when they think I'm not listening. :0

F. I'm afraid of relationships. T_T Sometimes they seem like an awesome idea, and then they just jump back at me and tell me it would deman too much.

G. I really don't try that hard in school, yet I keep A's and B's.

H. I have yet to actually come home and do my homework this year.

I. I have really bad ADD, but Im not medicated. (It's why you love me so much.)

J. I have this awfaul habit of picking at things, especially if it is on my body. If it juts out or ruins the relative smoothness, my mind tells me it has to move.

K. My favorite color is blue.

L. I like to boast I know German, but always feel like an idiot when someone completely wtfpwns me in the language.

M. I have more online friends then I do real life friends.

N. I get emotional rather quickly, but rarely. When I break, I'm going to break. It never gets far, as I don't wish to leave this world.

O. I'm very sarcastic. If it looks iffy to you, I'm probably fooling around.

P. I would rather see others happy than be happy myself.

Q. I'm running out of things to say.

R. I'm better at swimming than I am at softball. My school is champions at swimming and just a team with enthusiasm at softball. I wouldn't leave the softball team for the world.

S. My mom is one of my best friends.

Anyways. School is going rather well. I got a 78 on my first History test, which is sad for me, but apparently really good for the class. I earned an 88 on my Chemistry test because I'm a 'tard and called something a 'non-metalloid' instead of a 'non-metal.' Sometimes, we just don't ask.

I also took a Pre Calculus test already, but I don't know the grade yet. I think i did rather well, but we all know that means I failed miserably.

Softball is tiring. I'm not going to lie to you guys. I am afraid of our season workout. Off season is but a fraction of the workout and I am dying. I get through every practice, but I literally have no energy left. I almost fell down the stairs today. It is THAT sad.

So uhm. I've been sketching but my scanner is OUT. I have no idea what the bugger is up to. It let me install it, but it refuses to read the scanner now. I am beginning to dislike this computer...

On a completely unrelated note. Water. Is. Good. I am down to like, one soda a week if any. I drink water, orange juice and milk. Water the most, orange juice at breakfast, and maybe some milk before going to bed. I am a water FIEND. I wouldn't be surprised if I sprouted gills and swam off. Sheesh.

Okay. Done with my completely pointless post. I live! That is all.

Okay I lied. Must pimp teh pwnage. is not only my best friend in the world, she has awesome art to top it off. I know a few of you are skeptical when you look at her gallery, but she just set it up. There is at least one drawing in her scraps that she did. Its in scraps, so think of what it would be like if she made a deviation.

Anyways. I have fabulous news. My friend has decided to get herself a deviantART account. ~The-Twin-Astarte. She has even uploaded that photo I shared with you all. Her art is awesome and she plans on getting a new tablet soon. (Hers was killed in a freak dog + milk accident.)

School has been taking up all my time, but I do have a few images I have been coloring. Ive got a little voer a week for one picture. I'm not sure if I will hit the deadline at this rate, but here is hoping!
