My grandpa was discharged from the hospital a few days ago. He's currently at a nursing home as he's still weak and needs special food and care. Mum says when he comes back there'll be a celebration for him. I hope it is gonna be soon~ as for me, i still visit him there twice a day

chinese new year is coming soon! woot! my family will probably not be celebrating anywhere special as my grandpa is still not well, but hey, to me it still means new clothes, new $$$$ and lotsa lotsa food and shandy too!

I'll be posting more artwork pretty soon. A few CGs are already in progress but i'm wondering how to post my paintings as they're big and will not fit into my scanner. Anyone has solutions for the hapless no-brained me?

My grandpa just got shifted out from the ICU to the Neurology ward yesterday. The new ward looks like a hotel, serious. the deco is lovely and there's even a large attached bathroom to it. Grandpa seems more contented here. Visiting the hospital frequently has made me more grateful to be healthy... When grandpa was in ICU, there was this 13 year-old boy in the next bed who died of dengue fever. The other day I heard the nurses whisper his name at the counter and saw an empty bed being pushed out from his cubicle. feel so sad 4 him

Watched 'The Doll Master' this morning, on pirated VCD, of course. Original ones are beyond my spending limit and my super-protective parents won't let their only child out for a movie . *WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD!* The movie follows some kinda preset format found in almost all scary movies (eg: predator, anaconda, shall i name more?) The story starts out with a group of characters on some mission, then they get killed off one by one until there's only one left. 1. 11A1's for SPM
2. Wish 4 my grandfather to get well soon
3. Gain some height... at least one or 2 inches
4. More pageviews!!
5. Get a new cell phone... one with a colored screen & camera
6. Be healthy & happy always

this is my 'impossible' wishlist... just for fun
1. Wish 4 all mosquitoes to be extinct-those irritating pests!!
2. Meet a totally HOT guy whose sole purpose of life is to do my bidding
3. Win the lottery or some grand prize... and never have to work again!
4. No more pimples

Resolutions?? Nah, I'm not one who makes them.

So, here i would also like to take the opportunity to express my heartfelt condolences to all the tsunami victims and their families... be brave, hold on and may god help you through this ordeal. My heart aches so much when i see the death toll rising and read the distressing news.

So, here's a list of 10 things to do to usher in the New Year... without going for countdowns whatsoever.
1. Watch the countdown in other countries on TV
2. Write a wishlist in your blog
3. Have dinner with family... if possible cook with them too
4. Tell your loved ones how much they mean to you... (aargh running out of ideas!)
5. Have a slumber party with a mini-countdown
6. Donate to tsunami victims
7. Pray
8. Organise a pot luck with friends
9. Go out for a movie
10. Go clubbing hahahah
