So, me and Morts had entered the convention center. we had gotten there just as it opened so we got our tickets and were lead to this large auditorium like room, with people lined up all around the perimeter. There was a ton of people. so, about like 10 minutes in, we got to close to the front of the line, leading back out of the auditorium to this curtain thing that lead you to the actual convention room.

This kid and his friends come running onto the auditorium and proceed to head to the back of the line...The kid in question, dressed like naruto, does a b-line for the end of the line.....running like naruto. With his arms behind him, body lightly jutting foreward, legs moving rapidly like a child in kindergarten trying to show everyone how fast he can run. oh god. why did I decide to come here?



One of the first thing me and Morts heard while entering the gigantic fucking dealers room that was NYAF, was a man yelling something unintelligible and a bunch of pre-pubescent greasy girls squealing their lungs out. We followed the sound until we got to a booth. There was an asian guy at one end just screaming "YAOIIIIIIIIIIII~~~~" and a horde of ugly chicks going nuts over it like a herd of cattle. We were disgusted. But after lingering for a bit, Morts kept eying the other end of the table.

"I wonder if they have Archetype...an artist I like that does futa stuff..."
"Why don't you ask the other dealer? Are you embarrassed? I'll do it for you~!"

and without thinking I go over to the other dealer, smile at him, and in my most cheerful voice I say "EXCUSE ME SIR, WHERE IS YOUR FUTANARI?" the section was right in front of us ._. He reached down and the first doujin he picked up had the most graphic cover I've ever seen....in public. He smiled at us and said "Subtlety...? Not one of our stronger points."



Morts kept eying this one booth at the con. It was large, and he couldn;t quite make out what they were selling. I remember seeing the very same booth at Anime Next, so I assumed it was just weapons and shit. Which it was. It caught Morts eye in the cutest way, when he saw a little sign that said "Pointy Shit for Cheap". So, he browsed around, and asked my help on deciding which knife to get for his collection. After deciding he asked to see one. He held it in his hand for a bit, before asking the vendor there:

"Excuse me, but how sharp is this knife..?"

and me and the vendor stared at him. I love Morter and everything but holy hell what a dumb question. The vendor quickly followed up with a "W...why what are you going to do with it man..?? I mean if...if you want it sharp you could always do it yourself!"

That vendor was awesome, he ripped on Morts for a bit more and we had a good laugh before he paid and got his knife. Morter fawned lovingly over that vendor the whole rest of the con.



So, we wandered around for a bit, took in the atmosphere, cringed at all the bane of human's existance. We contemplated how bad the smell of BO was in this place. Then, we saw it. A mother fucker in a Domo-kun costume, giving people hugs. It looked like he was dressed in a cardboard box, with cloth draped over it and brown pants.

"I....I really wanna drop kick him..;_;"
"Do it"
"Nooo I'll get kicked out of here, I can do tha....oh man but I REALLY want to drop kick him!"

then, as if the heavens heard his cry, a miracle happened. In that gigantic sea of people, there was a clear mother fucking shot between where Morter was standing, and where Domo was standing. No one stepped there, just beautiful, beautiful carpet.

"Do it, he's totally asking for it c'moooon~~"
"N....noooooo DX"

We walked away empty handed. I'm a bad influence.



We got hungry and decided to leave for a bit and head on over to the McDonalds up the street. We ordered our food, we ate and finished our food, and we disposed of the garbage. We stood for a bit more though, and sorted through the amount of crap they gave us at the beginning of the con; advertisements, a map, stupid shit like that. During that time though. right outside, a car was being towed. The person's who the car belonged to, had just finished getting his food, and noticed this. He ran outside screaming "HEY MAN WHERE YOU GOING WITH MY CAR?!"

SO HERE'S MY SHIT

post 6 wierd quirks/habits/things you hate about yourself and tag other dudes or some shit

1) when i get nervous, anxious, anything that keeps my mind on teh fritz or jittery, i have a nasty habit of PULLING THE SKIN OFF OF MY LIPS. SEXY. I KNOW. MY LIPS ALWAYS FEEL LIKE SANDPAPER and i hate it ;_;

2) in retrospect, whenever i'm bored, or watching a really long movie, or I'm distracted by something, i'll pull the skin off my left thumb. SERIOUSLY I'M THE SEXIEST BITCH ALIVE~

3) when i'm around new people, or talking to a new person i've just met through AIM or something, i'm really quiet and awkward. i dunno why. I never know how to act around someone new, but when i open up to someone, I'm the beesknees. sometimes it takes me about half a month, to a year to become fully comfortable with someone. i fucking suck :<

4) I'm a pushover. Honestly, i can be quite firm in not doing somthing and with some jimmying, you can have me doing the very thing I was against. i really let people walk all over me, but it;s because I'm too afraid to speak up most of the time.

5) IN RETROSPECT, i get random bursts of confidence, and tend to tell people off at the worst possible time. for example, two christmases ago, I told my stepdad, pretty much, to fuck off and drop dead. oh yeah by the way merry christmas hurrrrr. aaaahaha D:

6) something I recently discovered. if I'm at a con, and i see your shitty cosplay, I'll laugh in your face. at teh same time, if it;s fantastic, i'll run up to you, tell you your cosplay is awesome, and give you a hug. i kinda like this one though.
