The release date of "Madagascar 2: Escape to Africa" is closing in, and will soon be in every theater near all of us. So, we are introducing our first contest!! Here are the rules and regulations.

Regulations

1. You must make a picture depicting the 4 penguins of "Madagacar.

2. The Theme is "Penguins on a mission". You have to depict any of the penguins on a mission.

Required penguins: none

There are no specific penguins that are required to be, but at least of them must be present in the picture. You may also include other characters, just as long as one of them is one of the Madagascar Penguins.

Rules

1. Nothing negative, offensive, just wrong, or gross please, as this club is for everyone, especially targeting younger ones. We wouldn't want to scare anyone from an important mission.

This is your captain speaking. Yes, all you dolls can look now heh heh!

I have gotten a shot to play some Madgascar and Madagascar: Operation Penguin. To be specific I tried out the Nintendo DS version of Madgascar and the GBA ONLY version of Madagascar: Operation Penguin.

In Madgascar DS, for one level you can play a stage as Skipper. Sadly, when you talk to any of us penguins, they all have the icon of our secondary penguin "Private" and you can never tell which of us you're talking about...which was VERY LAZY on Actvision's part...HOLY BUTTERBALL what a mess.

Skipper, when compared to Private, has different style of platforming. Skipper when in Idle pose, looks around for danger in a cool fashion, while private sits there waddling...so that means Actvision captured their personalities almost perfectly to us...neato!

However, this takes a nosedive for the worse later on. The trailer, as long as it has been out there, has truly indicated that Madagascar 2 is to come this fall to theaters near all of us. Its going to be a long wait, but the penguins are always ready for action!

Word has it that Nick and Dreamworks, after the making of Madagascar 2, will be making a TV-series of the penguin crew, Skipper, Private, Kowalski, and Rico. It is said, that this will be released early of the year 2009, with 26-episodes to be released. We are excited...are you?

Its a sunny day today, a good change from the ever flooding waters to make streets like rivers. Today, I start the my own crew on Deviantart. Its a wonderful start...sadly no members have arrived yet, but I will keep my spirits up for I know our Smile and Wave routine will attract many, and besides we are penguins.

I was considering doing a contest...but with no members, we will have to put that aside.
Dreamworks is getting us ready for acting in Madagascar 2...whoop dee do. It bites being an actor and a mission leader at the same time. Oh well.
