anyway, so the head of my year has said that anyone who didn't go in the swim trials today has to come back next tuesday (during our holidays) and do the swim trial with the year 7s and 8s. and if they don't go to that trial, they have to come in on a pupil free day and do random work for an all day detention.

REALLY SCHOOL?? REALLY?!

I know it's a fat ass rant over nothing big but I find it ridiculous that they are forcing people who obviously do not want to swim into a contest.

NOT EVERYONE IN THE WORLD IS A FKN AMAZING SWIMMER AND WANTS TO RISK FAILING IN FRONT OF THEIR WHOLE GRADE!

I am so glad that they changed the floor plan and used the space so much more effectively this year!!

Report-ness:

~KJDSTJME got there at god knows how early with her foldy chair and sat herself down in what she thought was a line bat was infact the pre-reg line. (there was really absolutely no signage so it wasn't really her fault XD)

It took us (me and ~moonlitkunoichi15 ) about 20 minutes to find her in the crowd because apparently us not being able to see through people to her is stressful for her XD
lol my dumbness annoyed her so much!!

We were at redfern station and she gave us directions and I kept saying amazingly helpful things like "I see a green car!! does that mean we're here!?!?" Just cuz its uber fun to annoy her I ily youuuuu.

hummmmmmm

Ran into ~AbstractNightmare and her crew in the line and lol'd at her shenanigans with L.

We finally got in and did a scan of what was going on at the con; then we sat in the most middlest part of a path we could find and figured out what we wanted to do and what our game plan was. (lol yes we're organizized )

Umm we ate food... and looked around at shiz a bit.....

Went out to see what the lines looked like and ran into *GundamFamiglia and ~kaiya-02 and some other peepsss.

Then ran into ~Organisation-Roxas and gave him a big hug.

*doesn't remember much of after... videogames, candy and some frolicking*

Then we watched the cosplay eventually

Everyone was so awesome!! The standard for the cosplays even those who didn't enter was amazing! O_O

Congrats to all those who won or runner up'd in the cosplay comp!!

then WCS started.

twas quite the epicnessss O_O
It seems that after everyone has seen what wcs is all about from last year, now the standard has been raised heaps and everyone is making even more amazing costumes *A*

After that we finally got to go look at stalls and buy some stuff...

Then awards ceremony and all the winners were announced!

Congrats to all the wcs entrants. Even if you didn't win you guys were all absolutely amazing.

The only real disappointment of the day was that I didn't really get to spend any real time with any cosplay friends, I kinda expected that cuz I didn't cosplay TT_TT

and it was beyond impossible to follow where *GundamFamiglia and ~strawberrycreamcake were! Too many costume changes @A@

how're y'all goin??

anyhoo.

Yesterday I went to day 1 of Smash
Twas quite the awesomeness.
I cosplayed as Cream from sonic with as Amy Rose. Was quite fun to get up in the morning and put on an orange potato sack dress XD

and yes...

cons seem kinda boring to me atm... I think I need to cosplay more and enter more... cuz really after the first time you go they're all pretty much the same.

Also I need to remember to eat at cons >.>;; I always seem to forget and then I crash massively by the end of the day XD

but yes, it was awesome fun, I loved my outfit, I loved my wig(s), and after a bumpy start the con ended up being the funnest i've ever been to

It was awesome getting to enter the cosplay comp for the first time ever too >///<

Thanks so much to everyone who cheered for us and everyone who was so nice backstage and all my friends for being so supportive

and the staff at smash were amazing!! Everyone was so nice and organized and awesome!!

twas awesome to see all my awesome friends again (awesome, just cuz I haven't said it enough already )

Had to wake up on Wednesday morning at 6 to be ready and at school at 7.. That was hell!!

Wednesday was by far the better day! I fully ditched singing to go to an all day guitar jam session

Entertainment was fun!! Senior leaders made an epic spicks an specks parody thing for us all to play and then at like

What the hell time was it?

I have no idea, around then, these Gypsy people came in and taught us how to play/sing russian gypsy folk songs XD

We didn't get supper :C (by the time the night entertainment ended it was 10.30)

We had a suitcase full of candy!! (and chips and cupcakes and V and redeye and shiz)
didn't finish it though XD

During the night we just kinda set off 60 glow sticks and threw them at eachother and the roof XD (IT LOOKS TRIPPY OKAY!?) We actually spent most of the night just chatting and eating babies (jelly starburst babies)

Then cracked one too hard and the glow stuff spilled all over her foot, so she had a glowing blue foot for half the night XD

Today was less fun -.-"
-Choralography (dancing chior)
-Chior all day singing gay gay gay gay GAY songs
-Feeling very sick from the chocolate eating contest that took place at 7 in the morning XD

While waiting for the buses me and wings were eating babies again, and we were highly unamused at their odd poses and so ripped them some new arms... and made them more anatomically correct XD

Greatest thing happened when I got home though!
My mum like ran and glomped me and gave me a spotlight bag full of material for my next cosplay
YAY

And now I am tired

And the jelly babies are all eated

And I probably have leg cancer from hiding my phone in my boots XD

Reasons:
~The computer that my scanner is connected to is dying, so to slow the dying process we have been deleting unuseful programs from it and someone decided that the scanning software was not useful orz"
~I have lost both the chord and the memory card I could have used to upload any photo's
~I originally wasn't updating because I wanted to practice drawing some more and change my style a bit (which I have to an extent but not really)

... so yea I'm not dead.

If anyone is going to Sydnova on Saturday ima be there with lotsa people throughout the day (srsly I dragged so many people and I am not going to have enough time to share between them )

So yea if you see me come say hi! (though I might have to come say hi to you cuz you may not recognize me XD)

For the past three days I was up at the Hunter Valley for my Birthday party sorta thing.

It was such an awesome weekend!

so to understand this you need some prior knowledge.
-The Hunter Valley is known for its wine and vineyards
-We stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel in the hunter valley (sorta near newcastle-ish)
-The "Hotel" isn't a hotel like an uppy downy skyscraper but a really really huge block of land with hundreds of big houses on it and each house has about four rooms(called villa's) with two or three bedrooms.
-there is (connected to the reception and restaraunts) a conventional hotel style as well.
-the hotel has its own golf course
-for dinner you can choose to book into one of the 5 or 6 restaraunts on site, roomservice, order pizza, or bring your own food (villas also have kitchens)
-Its a really country style sorta resort place
-you can rent bikes to ride around the entire site (or golf buggies if you're playing golf)
-my parents had a room next door to us and left us to do whatever we wanted over the weekend, we hardly saw them so when I say "everyone" or "we" its me and the crew.

Friday:
Morning:
-woke up at about 9 with people arriving at mine at 10 orz''
-people started arriving and i still hadn't packed
-lots of running and panic!

My dad got called into work on friday and so we didn't have a car big enough to fit everyone so we called in a favor from a friend and took their car >.<

so me, mother, Jut, Addie, Lisa smoooshed into a car and were off!

The drive:
2 hours of getting lost and maccas

Arriving: hideous ammounts of flailing and frolicking.
we ran out onto the golf course and addie got eaten by mosquitoes (oh lol)
we arrived at like 2 3 or 4 and had no idea what the hell time it was
so ordered pizza for dinner (lol onto the hotel XD) and ate as fast as we could.

The night:
I had bought 100 glow sticks for this weekend, Lisa brought glowsticks too, and Juts brought 10008098 sparklers and matches *_*

WAS SO BLOODY EPIC!

We were running around the hotel on the grass throwing glow sticks into the air then racing to pick the most up and then we made a glow stick smiley face with sparkler hair.

after the glow sticks we all jumped into a bed and watched a movie.
we tried to watch another one straight after but gay machine was gay and too hot to function normally *twitch*

The WAR:

so Addie walked out for a while, Lisa just lay in bed, I was bashing the ps2 trying to make it play and Jut went for a shower.

the next thing I knew, Addie had burst back into the room and thrown a handful of glow sticks into lisas' face and me and addie had taken cover behind a wall as billions of glowsticks were pegged back and forth.

Jut then came out of the shower and saw the glowsticks flying and her survival instincts kicked in so she jumped into the bed under the doona (which was now being used as a shield) and joined team lisa.

for about half an hour we were screaming and comando rolling around the room trying to collect dropped glow sticks and pegging them at each other (ooooochhh myyy poor knees on that carpet!)

And then i have no idea what we did XD

DAY 2 aka saturday:

woke up at 8 to get ready for breakfast.
everyone was dead and there were glowsticks EVERYWHERE.
like in peoples hair, in the beds, on the floor, in the curtains, in the fridge, just everywhere.

and there were people running everywhere to find clothes and shower (to get the insect repelent off GOSH THAT STANK!)and to prettyfy themselves.

*drools* buffet breakfast with everything you could ever possibly want for breakfast and an egg bar where you could order any kind of egg and you could make up your own styles too XD

after breakfast we ditched mum and nicked some bikes from the rental (after paying of course XD)

went back to the hotel room and finished getting dressed (lol pjs and brekky)

then got back on the bikes and rode EVERYWHERE like WAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY out the back of the golf course and onto the vineyards.

Riding back guess who stacked!?!
MEEE!!

It was soo painful!!
I got a handlebar to the stomach and a leg got run over >.O

And broke the bike bell off XD

got back on the bike tho

What Happened!?

Getting There
I woke up at 7 (wooo) and got ready to gooo to broadwayyy.
Then my friend who I was gonna do transport with sent me a msg saying that i was ditched. so i then had no way to get there and went into hysterics. and had a spaz.

then I convinced her to get off her train and meet me at town hall and train with me to my friends house. YAY

I didn't even know how to get into town hall station -.-""

After much panic and running back and forth and phones dying we finally made it to newtown XD

Then we all piled into a car and drove to broadway yayyy!

Broadway
For those who don't know its like a mall/shopping centre not a theatre street >.<

so we went to the movies to buy our tickets first so that we didn't use all of our money on candy and then be epic lacking for movie tickets >.<
and we voted and 17 again won, it was seriously not as bad as I expected, and Zach Effron getting slapped repeatedly and being called a douche bag was great!

Side story:
_{While I was buying my ticket I overheard a woman who was trying to buy tickets to see monsters vs aliens with her really little grandson or son (i couldn't tell) and she tried to half pay and then use a voucher, but the voucher was for a diferent cinema so she couldn't use it, and her son had her atm card so she couldn't get money.
As I listened to this I like died inside for the poor woman, but I really didn't have enough money to be able to give her any.
So I walked out feeling really sad.
And I looked down onto the floor.
AND FOUND $20!!
I immediately thought of the woman and asked my friends what to do, some said keep it some said meh whatever.
So I went and gave it to her so that she could see the movie!!
The little boy was crying because he wouldn't get to see the movie and he gave me the biggest hug (which is an effort for me because I don't even like little kids)
And the woman was so greatful!! I was so happy with myself for the whole day and I still am. (thought I'd just share this with you because it really makes me happy to have helped someone like that and I wanted to share my happines)}


So after buying our tickets we ran to coles and bought a billion bags of candy and chips.

Intense!

We had half an hour to sit around and do nothing while waiting for the movie. so we decided to go to Intensity (an arcade)
so much ddr @_@
Was great, we ended up going into the movie late because we were shooting things and ddrign and and and stuff!

Bad news

While we were playing ddr i took off the vest I was wearing and then forgot about it, and when I came back someone had taken it TT_TT
It was a birthday present from my mum too TT_TT

Left Broadway
So we left broadway after checking lost and found.
And walked
and walked
and walked
and walked
all the way to town hall TT_TT

Then we all split up and went home (it was 2.30 ish)

On the bus I got a message from my friend asking me to go get ice cream with her (our little tradition)
so i got off the bus and met up with her.

Baskins

We got to the ice cream place and i had pretty much spent all my money at the movies so michii said she'd pay for me.
She checked her pockets and her money had fallen out somewhere!!
So I dug into my magical bag of joy and discovered 10$ (in like 50c pieces)

We talked heaps and it turned out that she had gone to another cinema and saw the same movie as I had >.<

Then, because we are fattys, we went and got hot chips too, because my mum had walked past while we were eating ice cream and gave me some fundage!

After the ice cream we went on an epic quest to find her money, so retraced our steps and walked back to her house (Its really close)

We found $10 of hers in some grass and then gave up and went back to my house.

My house

Back at my house, we waited for kate to arrive so watched youtube and played stepmania.

After kate arrived we ate yet more sugar and just chatted about what was going on with the school dance off and such.

Later at my house

My brother got home and brought one of our mutual friends, and we discussed what food we wanted, it was a toss up between pizza or chinese food, so we got both XD

I honestly haven't come home from a con feeling so happy since 07!


So we didn't end up cosplaying at all to mini because a person from our group pulled out, oh well.

It was so cool while waiting in line a friend of mine came up and said hi (so that he could push in XD) and we had'nt spoken in aaagggeeessss so it was soo great.

Inside the cosplay comp was so amazing, all the skits and costumes were just brilliant!

I got to talk to again, she is so sweet and awesome and cool!!

and I finally got to meet Nadleeh and Madara!!!!!!!!!! ( ) omg you guys totally made my day!! They are seriously made of so much awesome and win it oozes into the ppl around them XD. It's such a shame you didn't win D:

The WCS entrants were so amazing as always. The WCS is such a great thing to watch because its such a nice change to see the serious skits!!

catty ( ) and Tsubaki ( ) pwn at MC-ing!! They were so funny and great!

I didn't even buy that much merchandise or anything and I'm still ridiculously happy!

umm, I am still really missing Italy to the max, especially because there were alot of my friends over theres birthdays recently which I missed...

I was trying to think of something special to send over to them, and the best I can think of is like a video on a cd or usb and a present, and for the video be like me saying happy birthday as if i was there with like a party hat and shit... but that seems a little tryhard be there to me...

School is hard as heck but fun Ancient History is so much more work than I expected.

Yea I think that I have kinda pushed myself into a corner where I am just so sick of drawing and sick of trying to squeeze what little creative juice there is left in my brain out, and in the end it turns out less than awesome so I tend to get stressed and shred it with my teeth and with fire.

OMFG JUST WHEN I THOUGHT THAT MY FRIENDS HERE COULDN'T BE ANYMORE AMAZING!!!

So yesterday was my last day of school here (my school has a random week of holidays now :S ) and a few of my friends are going away to the snow for this week, meaning that I wont get to see them before I leave. So my host sister had told me that we were all going to go out for dinner at a pizzeria together for my last night with everyone, but her mum had to get something from their other house (the nye one) and so I was like kay w/e.

So we arrive at this house (appartment) and I run up to the doorbell and ring her houses door, because I'm a retard , and so we go in and she tells me that she hurt her foot and for me to go ahead and open the door for her. So I do.

AND HOLY FUCK ON A STICK ALL MY FRIENDS WERE THERE! EVEN THE BASTARDS WHO HAD TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T COME!!

Well the first thing I did was shit my pants because there were random scary people in the dark supposedly empty house. And they all jumped me with streamers and those blowy things that go feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiii!!! and uncurl.

And then I bawed! I cried soooo much!! I just really couldn't stop, I never EVER expected that anyone would ever do something like this for me, the whole house was decorated with balloons and decorations and there was a fat ass poster with "BAI MEDII!!" written on it and it was just the most wonderful thing in the world!!

We had an epic guitar session ("WHEERREESS THE CAT HEEESS INN THE OVEEENNNNN!!) and my fingers started to bleed so I got banned (old cuts on my fingers opened up again)

and they gave me PRESENTS!! TT_TT
They made me a photo album that is honestly the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life, no joke, I saw it and burst into tears again!

and then everything calmed down a bit more (lol calm) and we were dancing and stuff like that
and at around 2am (everyone was staying to sleep the night) everyone was called into a room to watch a video...

Jak made a fucking video for me with photos and music and footage of all my scema moments and some really really really really great memories TT_TT, I cried some more!

So afterwards I was talking with my sister about when all the organizing for this started, and how they did it and stuff like that. and they frickin fought over who got to do the album for me, because they all wanted to do it TT_TT I feel so flattered. and just just just *squees* so much love for these people!

even now as I type this I'm getting teary eyed because I love these people so much!! TT_TT

I'm so fucking sad to go!!

I had to pack my bags today as well and it was hell!

I really do wish that I could stay here forever...

TT_TT but I miss home too!!! GAH!!

I am going to miss everyone so mucn

Well there is only a little bit of time left before I finish on my exchange program and head back to Aus.

This experience has been one of the best times of my life, sure there were some serious fallouts with friends, homesickness, making and losing new friends here, one really really epic happening (I don't know why but it seems to me that I barge into peoples lives and tend to change everything, turn it upside down, give it a good shaking and then put it down so that it is different completely to before.) But even with all of that stuff, this experience has not only helped my language skills and helped me to mature so much, but I have made so many new freindships which I know I will keep forever.

My host sister has been one of the nicest people in the world, even though she has never experienced homesickness or any of the things I went through while here, she was always there for me to cheer me up.
and I know that she is gonna be an epic rockstar one day!

All of my friends here, they accepted me even though I am so silly all the time and do stupid and shameful things and yell out really really inapropriate things in italian. (eg:Silvia incula una balena) They have never been mean to me or made me feel alienated or like I don't belong. These people truly are the most wonderful people in the world!!

Another thanks to Jak, your a fuckin bastard and you make me want to kill myself(of you) with a rusty spoon half of the time, but you have been one of my best friends here, without you I would have never ever survived past those first few weeks(even though on the first night I thought that you were going to be one of the most mean to me XD). and you really helped me learn the language alot more conciously than other people. (and I'm sorry che ho rotto le palle troppo volte). And to Ire!! She is the most beautiful person in the world!! She is so sweet and so helpful!! When so much shit was going on with me and because of me and she was stuck right in the middle of it all, all she did was help everyone and try to make sure that everything was always okay! V.V.B!!


I'm going to miss Florence so much when I leave, I feel like I've still got so much to learn and that I've only just found my feet here. But I'll be back *scary eyes*


Even though I am so excited to head back home and start year 11 and 2009, because I have some really great plans and resoulutions for this year, I am still so torn because I am going to miss everyone here so much!

To anyone who is thinking they want to go on exchange, I can't say whether or not I would reccomend it, its been the best time of my life, but also in a way at the same time some of the worst things have happened to me while I was here. So I'll leave that upto you!!

After 2 and a half months of being here and 9 days to go thats pretty much all I have to say becaus I am too lazy to recount events. XD

Okay Ima do a short recount because I want to!

so First day here after over 27 hours in the air and around 35hours in airports and in the air I arrived in Italy and found my host mum and sis there. I got food poisoning from the plane food and was puking all day!! soo shit!! I slept for most of the day, and then was woken up to go out to a party and go clubbing for a birthday party! XD I admire myself for being able to do that!!

First Monday at school. THREE FUKIN HOURS OF LATIN!! oh my god
i didn't even have paper to draw on yet!! afterwards the whole class came up to me and were like "WTH did you DO for three hours!?" and in all honesty even i dont even know!!

Sometime during that first week found out that Jak had a Wii and SSBB. Therefore it was absolutely compolsorary that i go to his house and pwn his ass (hahah i got owned hardcore TT_TT)

After those first weeks everything fell into pattern, I started talking to other people more and made some really close friends and considered charging for english homework answers XD

I really want to kill the english teacher because she is WRONG!! and she corrects the students when they are right with her WRONGNESS!!

oh well.

soz for going back into artist hybernation, thus joining SHY, but i've been really really REALLY busy atm and am in the middle of exams.

Exams:
English: done (i may or may not pass i honestly don't know)
Maths: done (i hope i do well)
History: done (meh i did okay)
Geography: done (OMFG EPIC FAIL)
Science: done (i dunno if i passed i hope i did too many questions to check over)
PDHPE: OMG FAIL
Religion: EVEN BIGGER EPIC FAIL HOLY JESUSONASTICK!
Italian: done (I can't tell how I did because the theme of the test was either that stupid, or i got everything wrong >.< )

animania was so gr8!!!

soo depressed that my rents didnt let me go today (sunday)
i rly wanted to see the wcs finals TT_TT

anyway:

Friday:
caught uber super early bus home so i could finish my shoes andcoat. (and english speech ) was up till very unhealthy hour of the mornin considering that i woke up at 6 =_=

Sat:
got up at 6 because my phone went off (someone msg'd me) and started cooking random stuff (mostly sweets) to pass time, then that woke ppl up cuz they smelt it.
so they ate it all TT_TT

then at 7 i started to get ready for the con. got into coat and such. then had very healthy breakfast of toast and cake .

at Technology park we got lost (me n shy) and then started to follow randoms. which actually ended well, and we met up with our tobi and waited for out sasori. who upon arriving decided to go to the end of the line
which was like a million miles long. so me and itachi/shy ninja ran down the whole way ^.^ and ppl were yellin random stuff at us
we felt so cool *epic pose*

after retriveing sasori we went back to tobi who was very high (spray paint on a mask= a very happy tobi) and she was suffocating a bit so we saved her.

inside the con the venue was HYOOOOOGE srsly like wow!
i think though, a bit too big, cuz there was a slight lack of atmosphere *tumbleweed*

there were a ton of ppl but the venue was so big that there was no
crowded convention feel?

and the audience was almost as dead as SMASH! srsly wats going on ppl!! (not that i mind makin a complete fool of myself being one of like 15 ppl cheering)

i spent waaay more munny than i should have TT_TT

but our cosplay was such a hit!! wings looked soo cute as tobi and everyone just wanted to hug her!

thankfully nothing fell apart!!

THE SHOES WERE SO EPIC, EVEN TSUBAKI-CHAN SAIT THEY WERE MADE OF WIN!!
thanks so much to wings for helping us figure out how to make them!!

sunday:
spent the whole day emo-ing cuz i had to stay home..
i was watching the clock and thinking to myself "if i run now its 1 so i might make it in time for the wcs finals!! TT_TT "

*sigh*

at least i got my speech done... woo


srsly teachers suck, we had to write a 6 minute speech on a really vague subject and memorize it, only allowed two palm cards with a 15% deduction if more than half the speech is written on them
WHAT ARE THEY ON!?
I HAVE A LIFE TOO YA KNOW!


i think i say srsly too much >//<
better fix that.

and also atm i am having a hard time with my self confidenceness, it seems as though people learn one thing about me and think they know me and can tease me. like my circle of friends are allowed to make fun of me because we are silly like that, but randoms who chime in are so not allowed to.

aaanddd also (i know this is kinda early)
starting november 21st im going on a three month exchange to italy!
(kinda dont wanna go anymore tho)
so i probs wont b on as much so plz dun get angry if i dun reply as instantly as usual

today i delivered the coats and SHOES to tobi and itachi!!11one! sooo exciting...

except i spent too much time on theirs and mine isnt done yet

at least i get friday to work on it!

i need to handsew the lining in because we did it last and the icky seams will look wierd =_=

and i have to write and memorize an english speech by monday, somehow while going to both days of animania.. should be interesting ne?

so yes madee is excited!

something is wrong with my foot and i have had xrays and stuff but i dont get the results back for a while and it realy hurts.

i have to undergo alot of dental stuff thats really painful because after getting my braces off under where the brackets were, there was alot wrong and i need to get it fixed.

my ribs still hurt heaps from when someone elbowed me really hard and havent really recovered, the doctors say that nothing is wrong but i dont believe them.

so ye i'm really scared and worried and anxious atm because so much shtuff is happening so fast and i wish that it would all go away.

THE COSPLAY REPORT: kay so yesterday everyone from my cosplay group came to my house and we did the final big sewing project on our cosplay (the shoes) AND WE DID IT!!

WE MADE NARUTO(AKATSUKI) SHOES FROM SCRATCH!! (unless you count the flip flops we killed to get the soles ) im so very proud of us at this moment!

so all thats left is to attatch the clouds to the coats and the hood to tobi's. and a few more press studs. I HATE PRESS STUDS!! SRSLY WHEN THERE ARE APPROX 10 PRESS STUDS PER COAT AND IM SEWING ALL OF THEM ON *dies* but theyre gonna be done!
