Today the House and Senate sent us draft copies of the new Orphan Works Act of 2008. They haven’t officially released it yet, but we’ve been told the Senate will do so this week. A quick analysis confirms our worst fears and our early warnings. If these proposals are enacted into law, all the work you have ever done or will do could be orphaned and exposed to commercial infringement from the moment you create it.




You’ve probably already heard Mark Simon’s webcast interview with Brad Holland.

FFXI all other FFs, MGS!, Zelda, Resident Evil, ICO, shadow of the collossus

psiren! wtf is this a bunch of japanese people with british accents!? something is awry! *it really is japanese/british ppl*

4. My favorite enemies (minion enemies):
Grunts, they have the funniest quotes.

5. My most hated enemies (minion enemies):
Anything hard to kill. Hunters from Halo are pretty tough nowadays.
Thos dumb things in metroid that scramble and hack your visor so you cant see! i hate those
Note: Everything dies by my hand!

6. My favorite enemies (bosses):
Psycho Mantis (MGS) i liked how he would read your memory card.
if it was another Konami game, He'd say something like:

Zodiark from FF12 omg DIE!

Squall

Seifer/Zell/Wakka - The annoying comic relief.

Shadow of the Collossus- The feats that little guy achieves omg all for love too!

CSs from FFs- FF8 the eyes on me CS *is a sap*

Stupid quests or repetitive missions.

running over water and into the airship before it docks. I have to agree with asri on this one lmao.

Alot, if its just ones ive owned alot. but i get low on $$ and want something new and end up trading in my least favorites

Boomerang/Grappling Hook - Zelda!

Depends on the game.....I love headshots! Haste! Tidus' Quick Hit was nice too, Aurons Armor Break!

Well me and my GF split this guy like a 3 hour fight lmao.
Hellwyrm from FF12! omg 8,500,000 HPs! We kicked its ass tho!

End boss to FF8- Squall+Aura+Lionheart=GOD!
End boss to FF12- I was like thats it?

PSone! Only cuz some of my all time favorites came out for this

Most used PS2 i do like the x-box style slightly better tho sorry sony

FFXI. Metroid! ummm.....Shadow of the Collossus! OMG! place is huge! and no loading time!

High school, alone like midnight, my first Resident Evil game was 2, my 1st night playing it, no lights. A licker came crashing thru a skylight...i jumped and threw my controller and died......*cries*

27. Most suspenseful moment in gaming:
Shadow of the Collossus! OMG climbing any of those giants is suspensful! If youve never played it then go buy it! like now. Its amazing Riding on your horse while a giant ass sand serpent dives under the sand chasing you. you have to turn around while riding and shoot it in the eye.....its hard.

1st- Nhoo- a mithra summoner in full AF basically.

2nd- Eveline- a hume white mage not sure what the gear is but it might be tough, it has ALOT of embroidery and whatnot.

we shall see I think ill have fun doing something differant than original characters.

I thank all of you for comin to check out my work as crappy as it is. Anyway I've been slackin' hopin that fanarts might get me pageviews but its not about pageviews is it? its about art mofo! So I got some old drawings in the works to become finished deviations! Woo! All original work! So far i got 3 planned out well more like 2.5 lol.

1.) Page 1 Redo - basically just digitizing my popular page 1 (it is popular. LIES!)
(this page seems to throw you into the story a little too quick. with that said I am planning to do a "Page 0" to segway into page 1. any ideas would be cool)

2.) Fox Crest - Like the Phoenix Crest but with a fox! and a little different shape. Instead of a symmetrical Radial desing it will be a little asymmetrical but still radial? idk The phoenix crest is Ezrahs family crest. The Fox crest will be Kohmi and Nabi's family crest.

3.) Ezrah - Ive wanted to finish this one for a LOOONG time dont know why I never did
<------ but its this deviation except there will be a desk and a background! trust me itll look cool. still emming and awwwing over full color or not. prolly not. lol
