It would have been more or less impossible for all the people to fit on the uni grounds they had been using previously. The only problem would have to be that there's absolutely no wind breaks. So sorry for the cosplayers in small costumes.
The traders were also win. There was still crowding, but not like the last two years, where it was packed to the point of nearly not moving in any direction. The fan traders were pretty much next to the official traders too.
Speaking of which, I caught up with ~AlexPav to see his Versus Series volume 3. Gave me a new copy of his new comic too. Go check out some samples of both at ~FanWrks
Oh and I met *carnival and bought some prints from her
The video games are always good. A nice selection of consoles to choose from too. Got to play NiGHTS and BlazBlue I didn't get to pokemans this time though but hey.
As usual, didn't watch all that much anime over the weekend, but I'm more interested in the traders and games
On top of that I got lots of exercise walking about XD it's all good.

Snowboarding (well, as much as you could call it that in my case) is pretty fun. It's the falling that takes the fun out of it - snow's so damn hard, particularly on the bum, which I mostly landed on.
Would have been better if some of my friends came too, but they weren't willing to part with that much.
Either that or my cousin and his friends scared them off.

Would have done this yesterday, but I had problems of the "missing public transport home" kind.

Annoyance Plus:
I spent a day with my cousin (one of the few relatives I get along well with) and one of his friends. It was to purchase some games for rather low prices, but from where we met, it was a fair walk, about half an hour or so.
As my cousin had intended to also give me character designs and such (long story), I had brought some skecth books with me which I then allowed them to look. They also commented.
I received better feedback on them in those few minutes than I have for a while here.

Before you say it, I know. I need to comment more so I receive more feedback.
This is the problem. I don't want to be someone who gives vacuous comments like "OMG!! I <3 it! FAVED!" God knows there's enough of them. I don't comment sometimes because there's not much more I can say than that. So now I'm going back to the hole which is my home town.
Yeah, I'm a loser who can't pass.

The good:
More time to draw (potentially), more likely playing video games anyway
The rest of my video game systems are there
No study (yay!)

The bad:
Work
Boredom - there's nowhere to go, and I can't meet my uni friends
Little to no internet and scanner access
Dealing with family members (trust me on this one... )

So despite the fact I'll draw more, there probably won't be anything uploaded until late February/early March...
That is, if the uni wants me back. Because I'm a loser who can't pass. T_T Then who knows?
So if my current mood remains Unplugged by the end of March, or becomes something bad, then I've been kicked out.
