Hmm I start a new term tomorrow, at least the fist day is going to be textiles and fabric production, but tuesday is just going to turn into a dead day for me since I have two classes on thart day.

I have resently ordered a doll body for my floating head.:iconukraineplz: I'll prob be spamming DA with pictures of her and her pretty outfit. I hope the body comes in monday(so my dad can bring it in) or wednesday so I can greet the carrior myself. XD

Not much has happened though I did try out a recipie for ginger snap cookies.... turned out to be crap, no one liked it except the dog, then I found out it was missing freacking cinnimon... so I'll be trying out this new recipie and see how it turns out and see if teh guini pigs err I mean my family like it... Ohh .w. what I forgot to mention was my parents bout an electric mixer. I love it so much! It feels like christmas came early.:iconilavplz:

I know I don't write jounals that much on the account I don't my life needs to be publicated to the world, though I do love my watchers~.

Hmm what to say well right now I love this free skin for journals they got going on. I can finally use the skin I've always wanted to use when I got a subscription(lul like thats ganna happen anytime soon)

College is good I finally finished a class of epic bored proportions and I'm hitting a nother unwanted class but I know I have to get it over with untill I hit the cooler classes. Hmm also I still love playing video games in the morning and if possible in the afternoons. SSBB for the wii with the game cube controller is my friend. XD I seem to be gaining respect amungest my fellow gamers at school with having to play as Pit(everyone hates him DX they call him a spammer so I'm basiclly their #1 target, but Samus has it worst, they caller her Spamus XD) But I do play as Lucario :3

Life so far in schooling:

So I've started college 6 weeks ago. My major being Fashion and Merchandising; I'm starting classes again this week. I hope everything will be fine and that I get to meet new and old yet new friends in these classes. I survived Interpersonal Communications aka Speech class, and now I have 2 classes added to my plate for the next 10 weeks. yay.

Something Different

Well it’s been a few months since I drafted an outfit for a competition, and I now feel like taking on the challenge and I'm actually for the first time drafting a pattern for it. I've never really done that, I've just make an out line on the fabric and pray it comes out right or use a pattern and alter it a bit. But I can't wait to get it done; I think it’s a pretty dress.

Friday: I happen to have had a chorus concert on that day and missed what happened Friday of Jacon, but I was also to tired to go to the Yaoi Pajama party, so me and ~Xue-Yun stood at the hotel with ~mewAeris and *DeathOfADream and a few others. We all had fun and no drama for once, well most between my party and the others.

Saturday: Once more the new location of Jacon proved sucky and hot. I entered in the costume contest and didn't win (like I normally expect) got bored and auctioned myself off in the Masquerade (apparently I fell gracefully off stage; the fall was an accident... I couldn't get my footing after a spin). I met a cute guy (I feel horrible for not remembering his name I never remember names unless there common amungst my friends) who bought me at the auction for like 3100 gil. Me and my roommates were ganna got to the rave but didn't have the energy to so we all stood at the hotel and sung random hotel room song/games called "...In my pants" great song to hear if I can ever load it on to YouTube. But I'm completely glade I didn't go to the rave from what I heard some idiot through pepper spray at the rave.

Sunday: Me and ~Xue-Yun stood at the con for a while before we both decided to leave. Nothing was really going on so we left.

Thursday: It was ~Xue-Yun's birthday! I bakeded her a yummy devil's food cake, we even had Scott McNeil to sing her happy birthday when we got to the Embassy. Joy, it was the day before a con I never stood at a hotel a day before a con. I discovered 'Lamento' and I love it... .___.

Friday: I had horrible luck that day, not only did I lose the band for the Masquerade but I had to go back into the hellish line to buy another and lost the $10 for it. Though, I had to spend my reserved $20. The dance was fun I got to dance with Zechs and Trez *insert fangirl squeal*. I was cute too. Friday nights rave was ok, not enough melody or trance to balance out the overwhelming beat music that played.

Saturday: The whole room at the hotel was too lazy to wake up and unfortunately for me I was designated as the person for the alarm. joy.... :iconnotimpressedplz:. Took me just about forever to leave the room and get ready (my contacts were being difficult...). Once more I enter in two of the contests Metro hosts: The Hall Contest and Cosplay Carnival didn't win in either of them, once more as expected. I will say greatest thing did happen right before the Cosplay Carnival. ~Xue-Yun First spotted a Pip, that lead to a larger group of Hellsing cosplayers that included a Alucard, and a Jan. That made my day when we also saw a Bloody Seras passed us by... Ignoring the calls we made which went as followed:

(I don't remember if Pip called out too)It was funny. XD We did want to do a huge group but as most things happen at a con we separate and never find each other again. I didn't go to the rave, for the fact I had a major toothache and was too exhausted to dance.

Sunday: I woke up late though I was the 2nd to last person to wake up, and we had to pack since we had to leave the room by 12pm. We left Metro around I think 3pm to go home. It was ... special trip me and my two friends knocked out on the ride home. When I got home.... I fell back asleep. I didn't wake up till about 3pm on Monday.

We had a rocky start for the convention leaving late just about 10:00am. They learned a lession always leave real for a Con far away if you want to get to events properly. We were able to get to the con within 1 hr 40 to 2hrs worth of driving.

The Great Misadventures to Metro!

I thank the gods we had A/C... If we didn't well I would of been dead.. I blieve the trp for Friday the 18th was 97 degrees? Or close to it. Either wa it was bloody hot to have non-breathable costumes. Lucky me I had one on. The drive was comfy and fun ^^ we go lost for a bit! YAY getting lost! But OMG!!! we had a tailgater! ugg we all looked at the retard (literally he had a red handycap thingy) and shot him the bird all five of us in tha car. I mean what the FUDGE! we move to another lane and he doesn'e tailgate the other car.. what an a$$...

~enter angery rant~ I mean yeah we were a car full of girls and one guy who we all cout as another girl (yes he is gay and we love him)but theres was no need to do what he just did! damn stupid person... *grumble*~end angry rant~

*clears throat* going back on topic..

Getting back on topic... ^^; we did make it to the con/hotel, all of us wished for no drama but I guess with every con drama starts. like at the hotel... this being a personal issue I will not share to the world. *glares at the floor* We got to the hotle to change and or get more prepared after we got our convention badges. Four of us were stuck behind in the hotel for the fact Belle :iconunicorn-power: had sprained her ankel the day before so me my friend keiko and :iconpumpkinking3001: staied behind to keep her company, while that happened it was raining and litterally looking like the mist! We joked about it too. well we miised alot of things saw a few good cosplays... (That being my opinion but >w< squwee! There were really good Trinity blood cosplayers of the Vampires... whom I happen to forget thier names, the kid who whines to much and has a crush on Sister Ester and the Chick who reminds me of Trish from DMC but with a red streak in her hair, they were both in the emperial uniforms squwee! Such beautiful likeness! and I think I found a near perfect Yami Bakura.. he(she) wasn't fat! and the oufit was the closes.. I mean I have nothing against fat people but the cosplay has to be near perfect for me to approve of it.) Once more going back on topic I happen to miss the Hall Costume Contest for Friday which bummed me out for teh day. I really wanted to enter my costume. well the day passed and we head to the main thing my group cared about: The Rave.

The Night of the Rave

This was the best rave I've been to in in the past year. Metro really knows how to throw a rave party. I had 30 glow sticks to waste for that day, we all partied so hard we were dead on Saturday. But the best part of teh rave was that the DJ threw in 2 Para Para songs! Some Jap pop like song and Evengeleon Crule Angel Thesis ~Para mix~( I kne the para moves for it) but for the first para mentioned some random guy took a pic of me dancing to it XD.

And so concludes day one of Metrocon

On a side note on 7/21/08 at 4:17 PM my abuelo(grandfather) passed away and was the reason why this journal was delayed to being posted/typed. I might be able to continue updateing this during this week to finish it up.
