me and my friend also went on a shopping spree at fye for gba games
heeh they were all like, $2.50 each!

Neither of us have very much money, so it was so amazing that we got so much stuff! It might seem like a bunch, but we got really great deals on most of the stuff

he also got some stuff for himself too (fye had some nice deals ghgh)
this was all spread over the week (our purchasing and receiving and such)

We also saw that new disney movie! Princess and the Frog
it was really great! Gotta be one of my favorite disney movies :3

I made some christmasy cg stuff for some people irl, and I still gotta make some quick christmas gifts for some people online too!

recently, I learned that my averages hadn't actually dropped all the way down to 70's like I perceived them to be
most of them are mid 80's, 2 100's, and 1 95
the lowest I appear to have is an 83
yay I thought I did a lot worse
it'll all probably average to around like 85 or something but nothing near as low as I thought it was going to be after that onslaught of strange and unfamiliar hard work that junior year threw at me

and now that my after school activity has ended (forever)
I'll have much more time to relax and draw

and regulate my sleeping pattern
..which isn't really happening but YOU KNOw

I was going on a marathon of Reborn lately
heehh got to 100 ep on 4th or 5th day of watching it (maybe a little more)
it got a bit boring at 73 to me when a plot started, but that may be just because the episodes seem to get shorter and it seems a lot slower, some of its picking up again around episode 111 (which I'm on now yay) can't wait to see some more tomorrow

now my mom has never really helped make me a costume because she's like 'its too expensive'
but she surprisingly agreed to help me make it so I was like

so I decided to go with a simple outfit, either rumia or reisen probably
in the end we went with reisen because found like, an amazing fancy jacket for 3$ at a SEARS (the original price was like 50 something but it was in a major discount pile)
it was even a small too
and I think that in itself made my mom say 'yes', just because of the convenience

so then

its not gonna be too great since I'm not too good with getting things accurate, but I'll take pictures and maybe post them on DA if my friend thinks its an ok idea

ok time to go back to reading a textbook for a test tomorrow
of course I do everything at last minute

today I read 23 pages out of 40 so yay half way done

school's been pretty rough as far as grades go
eegghh horrible

I've also had like no time to draw at home
I've been doing ap studio assignments and painting assignments though maybe I'll post those one day

uhh well I just finished playing 358/2 days
it was nice
plot was really endearing and heartwarming, and I really love the music for the nobodies, or like for special missions like the deserters
I feel like I like roxas a lot more than sora, not as annoying, even the other disney characters didn't find him as annoying and complied with him better than they did with sora which I thought was cute lol
A nice change also to the way the game works, like I enjoyed the organization point of view
xigbar was so cute gnngh

some of the vo was pretty meh but I still liked it enough to listen to it
the game also has a pretty satisfying ending
I spent around 24 hours on it so I guess you could say its pretty short (?)

2 weeks and 3 days
and now I'm all sad that he's gone urgh

I went to the city with him yesterday to watch ponyo
it was really really good! Its refreshing to see really nice and clean animation in theaters, considering its been forever since I've seen an actually animated movie in theaters.
I felt like it could've been better in some areas, like the ending not as satisfying as other studio ghibli endings were, and the ending song was god awful. I really liked the father of ponyo a lot, I'm just sad they couldn't use him more, but he wasn't necessarily a villain either, so it probably would've been hard. Ponyo herself was a really memorable character. I do know that it was geared towards a younger audience as well as the older ones, so that limits a lot of what the film could do, but as my friend told me, it was nice to see miyazaki work on a light-hearted film, and the movie was incredibly adorable and definitely worth traveling to the city for and watching

anyways I have to start school in a week, and I still haven't gotten all of my summer reading done
thus far here is a list so that I don't have to type it out in proper sentence format:

1. I originally got the name tuyoki when typing in names on neopets and eventually found that this one was free to use.
2. I used the name tuyoki for a lupe that I would eventually paint white.

5. I've been obsessed with megaman things for over 2 weeks (I've been watching youtube video pairings, listening to the music, and watch a few series LOL)
6. I've been obsessed with touhou for like, 2 years (not too long, not too short (?))
7. I purchased anime studio 5 but I don't use it as much as I should
8. I can't watch youtube videos on firefox because I messed up the settings so I use google chrome to watch it
9. Jacob/tangrowth is at my house and is sleeping on my couch since he prefers a couch to a bed for some reason (that doesn't really have to do with me lol)
10. I used to be an all A's student, went down to A's B's AND C's in middle school, and rose up to mostly A-'s in hs
11. My style changed according to how I was being influenced in rl
12. I hate waking up early, but after I wake up, I actually enjoy being awake in the morning even though I still complain that my eyes are burning
13. I used to eat a lot, but for some reason, that cut down to like 2 meals a day (I've been too lazy to get off my chair to get any food or go to the bathroom ahah..)
14. I have 3 acne red splotches on my face woohoo
15. I wish my kitchen sink wasn't a double sink, I've actually dreamed of that divider not being there
16. My hair used to be straight, then it was frizz, then it was curly, then it was frizz and now idk what it is lol I think it's kinda curly and straight and frizz all in one
17. I don't brush my hair out all the way, but it doesn't matter because it doesn't look like I don't brush it as much as I should

19. My self confidence grew over a period of time to a point at which I'm able to admit that my art is better than decent

21. I have to double major really just because everyone expects me to major in art (I am minoring in it though)

24. My favorite games include Breath of fire III, smrpg, megaman, mario, soul nomad
25. I prefer drawing fanart than my regular characters idk why
26. when I draw my characters in rl (like, doodles) usually it is in comic form since I prefer to extend my character's stories more than doodling them in strange poses, it's vice versa on the computer
27. I've had the same pair of huge grandma glasses 4 times, and they all broke the same way (the SAME leg fell off, unfixable), now that I finally have new ones, it's time to neglect them too
28. I hate wearing my glasses, and I only wear them when on the computer or in class, even though I can't see that well w/o them
29. I brush my teeth for so long and I use mouthwash twice a day though I should probably floss too
30. Jacob complained about how long I brushed my teeth for yesterday
31. I'm just trying to think of things that happened today and yesterday day and within this year really to fill these up since I am impatient to think back on memories and things I like
32. Although I love the megaman pairings with the robotmasters of mm2 by hyadain's music, when I see the pictures, I feel a sense of both anger and happiness. I think I'm jealous because I can't draw stuff like that too well but I wish I could

In other news, it's very hot outside. Yeah. Like, 95-100 degrees. It's killing me, and making my hair puff out.

I guess when school's out, I'm going to start staying up until like, 4. lol. Though it's going to suck when I have to show for that camp I'm going to as a CIT. I'm doing it for community service hours. I really hope they give me those 125 hours. It would supply me with enough hours for Honor society in senior year. sdklfjsdf

Oh, recently, I've been getting back into role playing. Not with too many people though. I don't know why, I enjoy playing as my characters.

He was doing portfolio reviews
I only had a miniscule doodle pad with me (tiny tiny)
J-cub and I thought that he would be pretty negative on me, but he told me to go anyway

it wasn't the response we expected
Everything he said was positive, and he also said he could see me working for them after college. He said when I go more into painting the brand of characters that are more of what they're looking for, well, yeah.
The only thing he said that I should continue with is developing emotion in my characters
and I've been doing that already, and I already have such a close bond with my characters, that it shouldn't be too hard.
It was pretty amazing that he didn't say to stop doing anime since that was the only thing in that mini doodle book lol
He also complimented me a great deal on how talented I was
(Ego boost x 1000%)

I don't think I've been that flattered for a long time, and it really helped brighten up my gloomy month

I always do so horribly in my third quarter
and then I get that guilt trip from parents & parental friends

I'm doing fairly well

I still have to beat that boss FOE though......

We did nothing the first day. But I did see a pidgeon fly onto his air conditioner, and he lives on the 7'th apartment of a building.

We played lots of games too I guess. I did learn about Space Channel 5 for the dreamcast. Ulala is such a cool character, and it quickly became one of my favorite games. I also learned more about Zone of the Enders 2, and I really wanna get it. ;_____;

On the second day, I went to go and see Avenue Q on broadway. I enjoyed it very much and got an autograph. I also took some pictures (not of the inside of course). If people wanna see pictures, I guess I can show you them, but uh
send me a note. I don't really wanna put them up where everyone can see.. :B

Afterwards, we went to Nintendo World where I bought a windwaker link plushie, a plusle puppet, and a Latias toy. Then we went to get drinks and played Etrian Odyssey and I reminded J-cub of how much he wanted that game.. I think...

on the last day uh
we didn't actually do anything. We watched TV. :B

Then my dad came amd picked me up and went home.

I have to read the color purple and type up a 10 paragraph essay -I've never actually done more than 5 before-, I've gotta finish up an rl comish before Christmas. I'm getting paid 25$ though. My mom just told me one day that she got one for me. She doesn't understand all this stress I go through during this time. ; ______; I have that lazy bum J-cub coming over and he's probably gonna celebrate christmas with us. Um, don't ask. Anyways, I've gotta finish up two Christmas cards, and...~ I'll probably have some stuff to do during the looong weekend up ahead. I don't think we'll get AP Global homework though. (THANK GOSH) I have almost a perfect average in there somehow lol. Anyways, this all wouldn't be so hard IF IT WASN'T CHRISTMAS SO SOON ;_____; Boy do I hate deadlines. The fact that it's Christmas also took away my drawing ability. This always happens around this time. I won't be able to make stuff as nice as I usually do for awhile, so when people catch the kiriban, if it's sometime close to Christmas, um, don't expect it until close to Feb. >>
