I'm really loving Japanese Class, as well as Politics and European Studies. I'm HATING french, and might drop it next year (which will anger my family, but meh, i dont care)

So anyways, just thought I'd let you guys know that I am planning on writing a Kyou Kara Maoh fic, and its planned for six to eight chapters at the moment. I've written the first in pre-edit mode.

Here's the synopsis:

Yuuram (of course). After Yuuri and Wolfram have a fight, they find themselves transported into an alternate ShinMakoku in which Conrad is an evil dictator, Gwendal is missing presumed dead and Gunter is set the task of killing Yuuri. Meanwhile, Yuuri is beginning to feel 'differently' about his fiance. Now, the two Mazoku must find a way home before Conrad has them both put to death.

NOTE: The idea is that Wolfram and Yuuri have REPLACED their alternate world selces, and they are on the run from EVIL CONRAD! Waaah~!

Also, might be doing some Lamento and Messiah Edits in the future

The most famous user of other peoples art in their own works was Andy Warhol. I believe that we are all familiar with his work in pop art reduplicating the Heinz Tin Can. Now, he may have gotten permission to use this art, I dunno, but that isn't really the issue.

However, the artists Song Lee has famously used Anime characters (such as Haruhi Suzumiya and Kamui from x/1999) in their art (which is mimicry of warhol's pop art), and it is true that she hasn't got the permission to use this characters. That is because the characters images themselves aren't in fact copywrited, this is why fanart is legal.

Taking this idea to its logical conclusion, one can argue that the use of other's works is a valid expression of one's own creativity.

Me, I don't us other artists works from deviantArt... i limit myself to either official artbook art (which is available to everyone) or doujinshi art (which, being self-published, has no copywrite). Thus, I believe that what I do with most of my edits is ethical and, most importantly, uniquely mine.

An update on my projects listed in my previous journal:

1. Rewrite of RenoxRufus scrapped once more
2. SiriusxRemus Valentines fic will be up on Sunday (two days from now)
3. Togainu no Chi poetry begun
4. Prelim sketches for a write up of my roleplay at yurusu begun

Also, some other random stuff to talk about:

a) Im thinking about finally sitting down and writing some Gravitation one-shots (most likely involving Tatsuha and Ryu, or Eiri and Shu)

b) I downloaded the Lamento ~The World Devoid of Emotion~ OST last night, and the songs in latin (particularly Densho no Shi) really make me happy, coz theys are so GOOD!

c) To those of you who are aware of my difficulties in using Kanji dictionaries: REJOICE! I have now learnt how to recognize the radicals and spent an hour and a half translating the kanji titles of the above OST

d) University books are pretty cool, especially my politics book and my new reference grammar for french. I have also fully mastered hiragana, and am now moving onto katakana! When i get to my first tute im gonna be like "Konichi wa minna-san, watashi no namae wa Tom, yoroshiku o-negai shimasu" and see all the nooBs faces fall off (beware the might of my otaku inspired learning!)

e) Death Note anime is now in JB, so ill pick that up when i finish reading it (WHATS UP, PEOPLE!?).

f) Party tomorrow night, after uni function... i hope its fun.

g) I am still looking for Togainu no Chi doujins. Luckily, i know where to buy the game online (and they ship internationally... but it costs around 60 dollars without posting and handling... and the OST for TnC is expensive too)

h) Final thought: Work starts in two weeks (same as uni)... when i get some money, im buying the next four volumes of gravitation!

And what am i going to write... well, i have a few ideas that ill run by you.

1) Something based around Togainu no Chi, coz the setting of the post-apocalyptic Japanese capital allows for some awesome poetry (think blood and decay... total lawless-ness)

2) Original work based around something im roleplaying/work-shopping on my Loveless Forum. This one would turn out to be a veritable series, and of course, follows my general themes of *that* kind of love

3) Finally, im thinking of maybe trying to finish off my drabbles, which i unwittingly stopped writing for some reason... its ironic, coz i started drabbling to break writer's block, and now i cant do them! XP

I also re-read my RenoxRufus fic i wrote last year (in february) and am thinking of taking it and totally rewriting it.

Also, expect poetry, most likely based around Togainu no Chi (i dunno why, but this series about pretty boys killing and ... sleeping with... each other seems to fill me with a sense of the poetic... maybe its all the blood and social commentary)

So yeah, thats it from me... i apologise to all who were looking forward to my arts (maybe one day... GAMBARE ORE YO~!)

I never in my life time expected to get 500 pageviews on this website. I only made it originally so i could look at mature content stuff anyways

So I guess that this calls for me actually drawing something!

I think that because of the iminent (?) Squeenix game releases this year, i shall draw something related to either final fantasy or Kingdom hearts

of course, i';m not just gonna draw anybody, so imma gonna do a little poll thingo

so, i will draw one of these (and this will be hard for me, believe you me, so rejoice that i am actually gonna try!)

also, iwould like to bemoan the fact that my university textbooks cost way too much, and that the Australian liberal party exists

I'm fairly confident I did well at the interview, coz the person assessing me (coincidentally, the person who will be my supervisor when (or if) i get the job was constantly giving me thumbs up)

Also, I have continued with my task of 'Let's Read Books That Are Nostalgic~!' I am now reading the fantasy books of David Eddings, which i havent read since Year Nine. They make me laugh, and I was surprised to find that they were written more sophisticatedly that Harry Potter. But, gentle friends ye all, I am not able to pervert these stories in my *usual* way, for I read them when i was about 15, and thus didnt have my perverted mind... tho a few little jokes that i never noticed in thast direction have popped up already

In finitum, I shall close by bemoaning the vact that I have way to many French Textbooks this year, most of which look to be of limitted use (i know grammar, hence dont need three books on it).

So anyways, i have finally finished reading the Harry Potter series in toto, and I must say i am rather unsatisfied with the ending. In a book that was so filled with death and blood, it urks me that Harry returned to life. Gaaaah, and Dumbledore's past was a bit annoying too... but whatever.

And why did Bellatrix have to be killed by Molly Weasely of all people? That totally sucked, coz Bella (who in my mind will always be Helena B Carter) is so cool, and she died so pathetically... gah, Bella shoulda killed Mrs Weasely, then someone kills her back in revenge! That woulda been a more fitting way to go (also, Voldy's death was too anticlimactic as well...)

I am also bending into the pressures of otaku-dom and am planning on reading Death Note... not out of any real urge to read the story... at least L is cute. That'll do me fine... who knows, i might write something (just to annoy certain parties... you know who you are!)

Now i am going to go onto gendou to download songs... from black cat and Canvas 2 (just coz i like Yuria, not out of any affection for the anime)

Hmmmm... i need some otaku juice to keep me going tonight (I need to stay up late, coz its fun...)

Gaaah, i missed the JPOP show coz they changed their time to 9:00... and i didnt remember until now... at least i can get some sleep

It's Just a Spectacle is my shounen-ai drabble based around the pairing of Itsuki and Kyon. This one is a bit of light-hearted fun.

De Summa Theologica is my general Trinity Blood drabble in which I try to 'discover' certain character's reactions to a stigma word. This one is a little more darker and tends to be intertwined (my first chapter ROSAE has prolly three linked up ideas and stories)

So yeah, I have an addictive personality~!

Also, other stuff that must be said:

I really enjoyed writing a yuri (lesbian) fanfic thingy, and will prolly spend some time on one of those (prolly Yuyoh)

I am hopefully gonna be getting a job as a Safeway Drone (wooT, checkout!)

What else...? Ahh yes, my writers block continues, so im not really gonna be submitting any time soon (this makes me sad)

Tonikaku, I rewatched Haruhi today, the episodes that we dont have on DVD (ie the illegal ones) and it just made me remember why this show is so awesome. It has Yuki, who is just cool, and Itsuki, who is just da smex. Throw in Haruhi, god emperor of the universe, and its perfect.

Final Note: I also finished my diagnostic French test today for the university (hence the french title of this journal) and i cant say how i went, but i found the essay to be pretty easy. I started to read a little bit of Tamburlaine Part One, but decided i was bored with histories, then moved onto Dido, Queen of Carthage.

The story of the which is highly sexual, throw in the fact that the *players* are all young boys, and the lines "jupiter dandles ganymede on his knee~~ Jupiter: Come for me, gentle Ganymede, and play awhile" made me lol hard.

I love Elizabethan theatre! XD

I also watched a Shuffle! slideshow, and it had naughty sex pictures in it, so i had to go and clean my eyes and do my rosary.

So time to discuss some arts!

WooT! It seems a friend is gonna get me Photoshop, so now i will be able to do some proper art tampering (if you havent noticed, all I really do is take manga and fiddle with it)

I'm looking forward to making some Loveless angst art (flowers and butterflies, blood and some chains equals good concept i think) and also maybe either something for Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (once again, blood is fun... might do a keiichi, since he seems to be rare) or something for haruhi (i could continue the pactios that a certain someone abandonned)

Hmmmm, might also do some more Shuffle stuff and Negima: the boys of these series kinda get left behind, and that annoys me (especially when 15y.o Kotarou is such a bishie)

Final note for extended journal of blah blah blah:

My fanfic "Gone Fishin'" for NagixAl is kinda comming along slowly. I've thought it all out in my head (the scenarios, whose gonna be uke, and the foreplay) and now just need to get it odwn on paper before i edit it on my laptop. I'll read some other peoples fics to get me inspired (writing about... *it* ain't easy ppl)!
