well i'll be frank.
my week was shit. pure shit.

first i had some problem which is annoying for anyone cursed to be born a girl, then i had to walk on thursday 7 miles for preparation for some expedition in the summer.
going to toliet in the middle of nowhere is disgusting.
the boys who went are at least blessed that they can still stand and point.
girls have to endure squatting -_-'

here's hoping next week will be better, my weekend has been alright just earlier in the week was crappy.
and oh new moon is amazing and you MUST see it

anyways on to the subject that is my title
when i reach 20K pageviews which should be very soon, probably mid-december i'm thinking, whoever catches the 20K will have 20 pieces of artwork from their gallery featured in my journal for 20 days. thought hardly anyone sees this journal so i expect like the 10K competition i had, no one will bother

i cannot believe dA nowadays!!!
people's work is more and more under-faved and other 'artists' are so popular and self-obsessed it makes me quite sick. i mean some people try really hard to think of an idea do do for a deviation, others stick a blob of water, add a feather, some glitter and hey presto! 500 faves please!
other have a different approach, lets wear shorts and a low cut top and flaunt myself for the camera, and bingo 1000 faves!

i'm also fed up that new people to dA just go around and add popular people and that's all the popular people care about, getting watchers and faves. they don't care about comments that people give or watching people back, it's not 'cool', pfft. and journals that they do, some are so clearly biased, they do a new entry everytime a friend submits a new deviation so they can stick it in their journal and okay fair enough, you want to help and support your friends but all the time!?! not exactly fair.

i have to admit i do watch a few what you could call popular people but i do think their art is pretty good, however saying that i do think they are still stuck up sometimes and what they do does annoy me.

okay in other news, college is okay i guess - still not completely settled but *shrugs* it goes on.
i am quite excited about going to Switzerland in february next year to spend a week learning how to snowboard and ofc take my camera though i still don't know anyone going so that scares and worries me a little

^{so i got my GCSE results on thursday, i was shocked with a couple and disappointed too but it's over and done with and i accept it.
i have in total 6 A's, 3 B's and one C which was in religious education and my sister and parents tell me that one doesn't matter
i got A in French, *shock horror* (that really did shock me)

my friend gave me a late birthday present which was a kimmidoll called Yoshi which stands for 'Good Luck' and I admit it's kind of cute hehe.

Eh and today i enrolled at college...scary times and I'm so terrified in one week I will have had my first day there.. but i got student id's and such so i can prove i'm a student and get into 15 films, the other day i couldn't and i was stood there wanting to shout 'i am 16 now idiot!' when the stupid man wanted some id. pfft

^{today my birthday, i turned 16 at 7.27am this morning XD
i didn't get loads cos my mum and dad gave me money for my camera, so i just had a few presents from friends and some cards, money and such.
my mum taking me shopping saturday, hopefully gonna get some clothes for college which i'm still scared about.

this thursday i get my GCSE results.
this friday i enrol at college and it is my last friday off because next friday i start college.
and i'm so scared.

hi everyone,

i came back this wednesday but could not be bothered to update my journal until now, so i came back to 500+ deviations and went through those and my messages straight away. i hate being behind on things.

anyways florida was amazing, very hot and also humid so we were having showers constantly and i'm glad we stayed in a villa because to be honest a hotel room would have been too awkward.
now i'm back in the uk the weather is shit, as to be expected from this lump of rock.

the only bad thing about the trip was the flight going, it was delayed two hours from leaving bristol and then when we got to Newark the airport was closed due to severe bad weather and we got redirected to Albany where we sat on an airport runway for 4 hours with little water (because they ran out) and listening to a british prick insulting an american guy and telling the cabin crew to order pizza because everyone was getting pissed off.
after finally getting to Newark we got put on a flight to Orlando and all in all we reached the villa 12 hours later than we should have and in total were travelling for 28 hours with no sleep (i can't sleep on planes) >.<

aside from that, now the good stuff

we visited magic kingdom, hollywood studios, universal studios, islands of adventure and wet n wild. oh and we checked out downtown disney one night
i did want to see seaworld, busch gardens, animal kingdom, epcot, typhoon lagoon and blizzard beach too but we didn't have either the time or the money to be frank but hey gives me the excuse to GO BACK XD

err most of the photos i took were holiday snaps really but i'll see if i have a good one of the castle and fireworks to submit, or something.

right now i am a little sad to be back in this shitty country (no offence to any british peeps on here, i just hate it) ^__^

yay my camera came but i have had no memory card so i haven't got to use it properly yet BUT my memory card is coming today so hopefully there will be updates soon XD
i sort of learnt how to use it so i just need ideas (i only have a few currently) and a good long walk outside to take pics

well the time i have waited for has finally come - i have ordered my camera, a lot earlier than when i thought i was going to be allowed it. which means i can start using it later this week when it arrives and of course i have read the manual XD

my holiday is now 2 weeks and a few days away

Haha IÂm quite pleased, I have come up with a plan which should allow me to spend time doing what I love but all at the same time.
Apologies this does not mean I will be submitting anything soon but while I experimented on ps this weekend I came across an old deviation I deleted and thought about editing it and re-submitting it sometime.

I survived the trip Â I set my ipod onto the Polish language for a laugh (I know my ipod well enough that it doesnÂt matter what language it is on, even though Polish is hard) I lived off a number of songs but one that I got sent recently got played the most and I got worried the journey home because my ipod nearly ran out of battery. I have borrowed yet more DVDs from my cousin and am currently watching SAW, which is cool. I also have to read Victorian literature in preparation for my English literature course at college and even though I love reading, itÂs slow and hard.

On a high my holiday is only 3 weeks, 3 days away, i'm so excited!!!

a lot happened these past couple of weeks.
- i have been enjoying my freedom (staying in bed until noon is bliss)
- two friends were awarded DD so good news there
- i went to the college IÂm starting in September and liked it so it looks like I know where IÂm headed XD
the features are scapes, mostly water and mostly sunsets (but you gotta love them)

hi, this is the 3rd part, g, h and i.
i'm having fun doing these but i've thought of some themes to do after

i'm actually feeling better by loads than yesterday - i have ordered a new laptop battery and my parents agreed to pay half so i'm feeling happier, i managed to get my laptop connected to the printer again XD so that's another problem sorted and this is my last week of school and yeah, kinda dunno how to really feel - sadness but also happy but i have loads of exams round the corner which is the scary part.

oh i watched 'the curious case of benjamin button' last night and it is really good, well worth watching if you get the chance

okay so here is the 2nd part of my alphabet idea features, the people who represent d, e and f. enjoy

i'm feeling alot better, my cold should be gone within a day or so but there are a few problems with my laptop. first i need to buy a new battery because mine is knackered (which will cost a small fortune) and second it is no longer connected to the printer, luckily i don't need to print much stuff now because i'm finishing school and my dad is going to get it sorted.

Hi all

IÂve been thinking about my first feature and in general how to feature people, so I came up with an idea randomly off the top of my head. Seriously.

Anyways I came up with the alphabet, basically I do 3 letters at a time and someone will represent one letterÂif I have more than one person for one letter then I will go on who has supported me the longest but at some point IÂm sure IÂll get round to featuring everyone ^_^

So yeah, any views on that idea?

For my first ever feature I want to feature my friends..because they have supported me and some of them have featured me at some point in their journal or in a news article, much to them XD
