So yeah one thing that hasn't changed is that I still feel like I have no artistic ability what so ever. I mean seriously I know I probably sound whiney but come on its true! I mean I guess I'm ok since I'm pretty much self taught.. but I haven't made like any spectacular iprovement since I've been on dA... So I decided to take a figure drawing class. And yeah everyone there is older and way better than me but I'm trying to not let that get to me xD Hopefully I'll improve after this.

I went dumb yesterday on my Spanish test. We had to spell foreign words. There was this word that was spelled ce-u-e-pe-ere-o or something and I was like "WTF This is a typo ?!" and I came up with cuepero or something which my mom told me means "body". I'm pretty sure that word wasn't body.

Today I went to my soon to be high school to be orientated xP

They have a belly dancing team.

OK when I saw that I was like " WUT THE MOOF" They were good and all I just thought it was stange.. I mean a belly dancing team??


Anyway, we split up into groups and I was by myself ;_____; cause my last name starts with a Y >< So yeah my high school is like HUGE. I was so SCARED. I mean my junior high was tiny compared to it.
So I got my books and stuff, looked around, had some guummy bears.. OH and I took my picture and it came out so BAAAAAAD >< JEEZ

I wish it were summer already!! It really sucks cause I only have a 6 week summer this year..

My stupid teacher keeps hammering us with like a major project that could have a huge effect on our grade like every month. Its kind of over whelming.

If your wondering, I have to learn how to waltz every sunday for 4 EFFIN MONTHS.

I didnt think it would be that bad at first but boy was I wrong. I wish SOMETHING would happen so that I wouldn't have to do this. Seriously I'm like praying to God right now that the dance instructor gets hit by a car. ( Not just so I dont have to dance, I dont like him either.)

UGH.LIFE SUCKS LATELY.

I have a cold or something and I've been coughing my lungs out since yesterday. I felt like I was going to die this morning.
I also have to go get a dress for my friends 15th birthday. Its like a sweet 16. You know the ones hispanics celebrate. xD
WElL I'm so stressed cause you put the two things I hate the most together. Dresses and dancing.
ARRGH!!!! And on the day I feel like I have t puke. UGH.

I've also been in a huge art block if you haven't noticed. I've been drawing The Unwanted doodles but I haven't done a huge piece in like forever. :'(
On a happier note, I have 4 pieces in the art show at my school, and my friend who's on the yearbook told me that,so far, I'm in first place for being voted most artistic. YEY.

So halloween is on Friday!! I'm totally excited! I'm going to be a bootlegger this year.. you know those dudes in Chicago who drank illegally in speakeasies (I love that word for some reason xD) in the 1920's..?

The 1920's just facsinate me so.

Anyway I really excited because I'm going trick or treating ( yes I still go out. DUDE FREE CANDY COME ON ) with my cousin and friends this year its going to be great!


AND in exactly one month I will have been on deviantart for a year 0___0 woah time freakin flies.

And my cousin is getting married! lol xD

Well first when I got to school I forgot my scheduel (sp?) And I was all "HOLY CRAP WTH WHERE DO I GO" so I went to the office to get a new one. Then after first period (I have PE DX ) I lost the new one and had to go get ANOTHER new one after art class ( YAY!!!! ) and when I went in I was like " HEI! ITz ME AGAIN!!!!!11111oneoneeleven
and she was like "MEH..." lololololololololz

3rd and 4th period were pretty normal, I drew a fairy ( actually one of my oc's, her name is Stephane <33333 ) and some ppl were like "OMG AWESOME FAIRY I'm NOT WORTHY" >> it wasnt that good either >>

Then at lunch I had a cookie xD That was the highlight of my day. xDDDDDD I had the same science teacher I had last year for 5th T______T my 6th period is probably my favorite the teacher is cool!


Then I went home, and sat down, and began writing this. 0______o

Now if you'll look in my gallery, most I think of my stuff is fanart. WELL in my early noobish days as a deviant I posted mostly original art, I had a few original characters that I whipped up one day and decided to share them with the world

Well, whenever I put up a original pic up, I got pretty much next to NOTHING from them. I mean it was probably cause I was new, but then I put up a kataang pic and suddenly I'm getting more attention.

So I thought since no one looks at my original art whats the point? It's like I'm just talking to my self.Like any reglar artist I want 32,000 people to see my art not 32.(though I appreciate the watches any way guys! )

I'm not saying If your a fan artist your a bad person. In fact mostly every one I watch is a fanartist. If you think drawing fan art is fun and you do it purely for fun then good for you, you get a cookie. But if you only draw it for publicity, then shame on you. of course its not entirely your fault, fan art is the ONLY thing thats cartoon and drawing related that gets attention!

The ONLY way your original work getts noticed is if your really good, like almost pro (which I'm not) or you also have some fanart among your original art.

Ugh! It makes me sick.

I live in southern california!
Dood this scared the crap out of me!! I was on the computer with my friend Ashley and all of a sudden the desk and the lamp start rattling violently and what not!!
I thought it was my sister jumping on the bed, but when I realized it was an earthquake I ran out of the office and my siblings and I grabbed my dog and ran under the kitchen table like dorks (ashley just sat in the floor and watched us huddle with fear)
It was scary cause usually the earthquakes are so small you can barely feel them.

I went to the beach on thursday and came back on saturday!! I went to my families beach house <3
While I was there I body surfed,which was very painful but fun! I got face planted a few times..and I tried to dive this one waved and got SLAPPED by it. A butt load of sand and water gushing up my nose... T__T
I also went to the arcade and spent like 6$ worth of quarters playing House of the Dead III. Which btw a bunch of little boys were like in complete awe watching a girl kick zombie @$$ and moms gave me weird looks >> psh noobs.
I mostly hung out with my causins including going to Rubies on the peir to get some icecream <3 good times..

I was like "sure..." She said I could go when I was ready. So two hours later ( x3 I was nervous ok?! ) my aunt Medi came in and said "Erin! We need some interpretation!" And lead me over to her.

I was sooo scared I was going to say something wrong. My cousin Mary asked me to ask her if she's been to the ocean before. I didnt' now how to say that so all I said was "Umika?" And she was like "Wut"

So I just decided to introduce myself. Cause I was like nervous out of my wits. So I said "Watashiwa Erin des. Dozoyoroshiku" Then she said "Yukina" and we shook hands. Then she asked me "Ikura des ka?" Which means, "How old are you" and I said "Jusan"

After that I was pressured into speaking japanese in the talent show. I came up with with four weird sentences. There's a dragon in my soup ( supu no naka ni me i ga ha i te I masu) There's an elephant in the fridge ( zou no reizouku no naka ni desu) I like cheese (Watashiwa chizzu gasuki desu) and I hate mondays (Watashiwa getsuyobi kirai desu) my cousin Brandon was my interpreter cause he makes everything funnier.

After an hour or two My cousin Tim and I hung out with Yukina and were playing with a translater. He said a bunch of really weird things so I called him an idiot in Japanese and Yukina laughed. I also asked her if she used the chinese character (Kanji) for snow (Yuki) in her name. She said she did then we started talking about Kanji and my lessons.

When it was six we had to go and I was like " NUUUUUU!" So I said Sayonara to Yukina and went home. I was so happy I was able to have a japanese conversation finally. Probably the happiset I've been all week >.>

But I'm also sad cause my life has been sucky lately + the bad grades was enough to cause me to break down today. If you new my dad you would be depressed because of your grades too.

AND I HATE doing line art with a brush tool. IT just SUCKS. So I looked up PCS2 on BestBuy with high hopes and its 600$. Yeah, not exactlty in my budget. Also I've been convinced that coloring and composition do not come naturaly. Or perspective..or BG's.

Im just not confident with ANYTHING anymore due to recent events.
My mom and dad have been comforting me and all so I'm starting to feel a little better. Basicly my new pic "Torn" is basicly how I feel when I'm a lone now.

But I need to put on a big grin and slap myself because I'm sure this is just self pity. Its not the end of the world..just my world.

Its not like your friends cause you grief or anything, right? Its not like you keep your hurt and angry feelings bottled up for the sake of busting your ass trying to keep all of your friends together or anything like that. Thats just pathetic >.>

We also should be happy because we all have friends that are close enough to understand eachothers feelings and dont attakc eachother when there's a problem so that YOU try too be the opptimistic and reassuring glue that trys ever so hard to keep eachother together. I mean who does that?

Also we should friggin happy because we dont have to let all of those feelings out on a journal nomadder how much your afraid your friends will read this,get mad, and abandon you. Because before they act, they think about how they act might affect others.

AND every single one of us should be friggin happy because we dont have to reminice on the good old days when everyone liked eacother and then wonder what went wrong this year and why all of your friends seem to hate eachother and why you seem to be losing everyone....Because our friends arent like that. And tomorrow, we DONT have to go to school and put on a big happy smile and pretend nothing happend for the sake of everyone else... Aren't we lucky? God bless America.

Avatar is suppose to starts again on April 4th!! -spazz- I for one feel completley torn. I'm excited and all about it starting again..but sad that its going to end soon.. ( rumored to be May 16th)

What will happen to the fanbase?! Will it disapear into oblivion?! Will It continue to thrive?! Will I ever have a life after ATLA?! These are the questions that haunt me.. x3

Well ofcourse it will continue to thrive. Dont underestimate avatards.
Plus,we still have the movies too look forward to. Thats like an extra 6 years. Well there's a happy thought. AWS will still exist >.<

In other news.. report cards come out on Friday. Last night my sister got her report card and totally scewed up. Then my dad got all pissed and started yelling and blowing up on everyone cause we're sOOO hopeless. (thats just my opinion, he's not obusive or anything jeez. >.>

Then I told him I forgot my book at my friends house last week end and started lecturing my sister and I about how this is our future (trust me his lectures SUCK. I have to stand in the same spot for like 45 minutes DX)

THEN my sister just randomly leaves me to be lectured and I got all pissed because I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. So I checked my grades online and I had two A's two C's ( one was PE) and the rest B's. And trust me, I couldn't wait to rubb it in his face. When I did he looked slightly guilty.

So yeah.. pretty dramatic day yesterday >.>

Also I'm starting a story..I think? Well I have a couple of OCs who
meracuosly appeared out of nowhere and I might start a little geeky-ish story with them..or maybe I'll just do little comic strip funnies?

Well they kinda are developing a story. Anyway I'm going to start posting pics of them soon. I have 4 ocs so far two have yet to be named. xD I dont no why but it takes a really long time to name characters. Probably because I'm so picky. >.<

Well the two that are named are Fauna and Xavier. Fauna's a girl and Xavier is a guy. I might start a ship with them. I'll call it...Fanavier! Yeah thats good..xD
