i really want to get my lip pierced on the side, and my nose as well, but my parents wont allow it, even if i was 30. ahahaha. So i think i want to get my septum pierced (the inside of ur nose, in the middle). It's very easy to hide and although most people dont like it, i find it nice. People also dont like gauged ears, and here i am with my 2g swirls, and i couldnt be happier with them.

i dont rush into things, i analyze, research, analyze, research. I learned gauging your ears inside and out before I decided to embark on that journey. So here i am pondering whether i should get a septum piercing.

just cuz she has a fucking bike chain. that she wears on her pants! like me! she's being charged with possesion of 2 weapons. They're just chains, and not real ones, just the kind that you wear on your pants. It all started with some stupid dumbass who harassed us into hell, and after we made an agreement that he'd stop, he left on a, like, 2 month suspension, and nows he's back, and he's started again. so we threatened him! and today, i got out of violin practice and i saw this dude, mr. fiorenza searching through her locker and all her papers. I got really pissed and asked my teacher, and she said they had to because she threatened the kid, adam. It's not fair she's getting expelled from skool, when adam gets off free, and he's going to stay to torture me and harrass me for the rest of the fucking year. after all the work we put into making this goddamn skool a better place, she's getting expelled for possesion of a damn "weapon" anything can be used as a weapon if you have the right mindset! i could take the computer right now and smash it into a persons head if i wanted to. I could beat someone to oblivion with my bookbag if i stuffed some encyclopedias in there. Fuck the skool system, it's unjust and unfair, and i'll fight till it's right (hehe, that rhymes). i'm not sure kacey will still want to come back, i mean, who wants to go to a skool wear wearing chains on your pants is some crazy offense, but i know that i'll fight till people have some sense in them. Ms.Brown, the chick who's in charge of some crap, she's the same one who we had to fught with to be able to sit where we want, she told roshanah and i, another girl, that kacey needed "help" fuck you, no she doesnt! kacey's just fine, it's the world who's messed up. For who knows how effin long this kid I know, Alshaun, has been talking about starting a petition because his best friend in his class, is a girl (named Lisyeira but we call her Lara), and at lunch, we're not allowed to sit at the same table as the opposite sex. We think it's dumb, just like today, a kid, Bryan, got kicked out of our table by the assistant principle cuz he's a guy. WTF!?!? Bryan's real cool, me and a bunch of us hang out quite a bit, so this girl, Kacey, and I started a petition right then and there, cuz we felt it was unconstitutional to separate s like that. We went around (with out assis. principal Ms.Brown knowing) and collected signatures on this paper wherer we had a well written paragraph about how the this is a violation of the 14th amendment, which guarantees equal protection to all, and that includes gender, and also, the the brown vs. board of education case in 1954 ruled that seperate but equal is unconstitutional, and that's exactly what they're doing to us! Our civics teacher was so proud of the both of us, and she backed us fully, saying that she'll support us if we get in trouble, because it's freedom of speach. So far we've collected like 80-sometin siggy's at skool and Kacey and I sent a couple people of with papers to collect more signature's on their buses. I got 17 siggy's on my bus, but that's cuz a lot of people weren't on it today. We've decided that if we win this, our next step will be to fight to be able to sit wherever we want in the cafeteria, which right now is a suspendable offense. Stupid, right? We sure as hell think so!

So just to let ya'll know, two average 13 year girls CAN make a difference, all you need is determination! We're ready to take this to court if we get in trouble or if they just dismiss our petition completely. ROCK ON DUDES, AND DON'T STOP FIGHTING!! wish us luck!

DAY 2
well, WE GOT 150+ FUCKIN SIGGYS!!! our goal now is the whole skool, which is like 800 kids!
We talked to Ms.Vaughn (that is, Kacey and I) and she said that it WASNT in the rules that we couldn't sit together. See, Ms.Brown is sorta like the director of education or something, but we all call her assis. principal, cuz it's easier, but the truth is Ms>vaughn has a higher spot than she, since she is the REAL assis. principal. So, we thought we'd won, right there and then. We finally confronted Ms.Brown about the situation, still keeping the petition a secret from her, but she says "girls, im not gonna lie to you, it'd ther truth, you can't sit with the boys, i'm just carrying on the tradition" WELL MS.BROWN, IF THAT'S SO, WHY IS WHEN KACEY AND I CHECKED THE STUDENT HANDBOOK, IT SAID NOTHING ABOUT THAT!? We found a place where it said assigned seats, but they only put up signs that say our homeroom numbers, no signs for "boys" or "girls" anywhere in the caff. I mean, even in the old segregated days, they had signs in the ways people were segregated, so this doesn't count! And we're ready, cuz if it is a rule, we can take them to court since it is clearly unconstitutional as a violation against our 14th amendments. At lunch, Kacey and I went at sat at the boys table and just ate our lunch as usual. Ms.Brown finally noticed when i was in the middle of my pb&j samich, and when we refused to leave, she threatened us with suspension, which was SO uncalled for! We decided to keep out of trouble until we get this whole thing to the principal, since we haven't shown it to her yet, but trust me, tomorrow i'll be back at the boys table, no matter what.
If we get suspended our teacher, Dr.L, is gonna back us up, cuz she says we have every right to do what we're doing, and she kicks ass man. TOTAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASS! watch out Ms.Brown, here i come, and i'm prepared to take you doooownnnn!!!!!!!! (i sound like a frickin wrestler)

(btw, all the kids are all for this, we're getting so many siggys, cuz the kids come in packs, so we must get like 40 signatures every 30 min or so! i dressed up, did my hair, got there, and my friend tried to do x eyes on me, but it didnt come out right so i just did red eyeshadow and eyeliner on my eyes, i took a pic, you'll see. my hair was white and black and everything, just like franks

here's the haps at skool 2day:

last class, dr.levinson, civics. outta nowhere, lights go ut. electricity's GONE. of course everyone starst cheering. then it comes back for like 10 secs, and everyones like "BOOOOO!!!"
then the lights go back out, everyone's cheering, and hten we get back to the lesson.

then dr.l out the window and she's like:
"omg"
"omg, there's a fire"

me, being in the back of the class as usual could see the fire CLEARLY. it was by the bleachers, in the park. a LOOONG string of bright orange flames. everyone's like "OMG!!!!!!!"

then the teacher files us out the class, and we're all running, even the teach. we get to the office, all scared, with the lights still out, and then they tell us to go back up, that the firefighters are putting it out. then we get back up stairs (and btw, we were the ONLY class in the whole skool that noticed) and we could still see some of the fire but most of it was smoke.

then, since it was so close to the end of the way, by the time we got all settled down, it was time to go.

i get on the bus, and everyone's like "whoo, that was fun. the electricity went out!"

im on SHOCK. i'm like "thats all you could think about!!?? what about the fire!?" apparently, NO ONE at ALL besides the people in my class saw it. i expected that at least SOME of them would have noticed

anways, that was all.
it was fun and scary.

also, some little black girl (not to be racist) who i don't even know, called the OTHER katherine on my bus an "oompa oompa" (she couldnt even get the name right :no) and she called me a "freak". i was just like "watever cuz i dun need to take shit from some lil girl i dont even kno, so talk all u want cuz i DONT CARE" and that was that. get a damn life, cuz in case u haven't looked in a mirror lately, lemme just tell you "UR UGLYYYYYYYY!!!!!"

anyways, i just woke up like an hour ago, it's 2:46 p.m, and i'm sitting in front of mthe computer waering one of those hawaiian necklaces thingys with the flowers, i cant remember the name right now. oh yeah, i'm also wearing my jammies cuz ima lazy bum.

ugh, i have nothin to do until skool starts. oh yeah, it starts in 6 days ( i said that already i kno), BUT, i still haven't gone shopping for supplies + clothes. SMART RIGHT!? well, blame my parents. whatever.

my dad's supposed to come this weekend and bring me my b- day gifts (my bday was a month ago) but i doubt he'll come.

just like that time he was gonna pick me up to go to six flags with my bro. he ended up calling me, telling me that they were'nt going after all cuz of the weather, so i was left with my little bookbag filled with clothes for the weekend, and the next day my borthers called me and told mne how they went with my brother's friend and the other brother's girlfriend. nice. i know.

i was really depressed cuz i was looking foward to it and i was left waiting for him all day at home, and he couldn't even call the day before, he called me late that night to tell me. all that waiting for nothing. then my mom called him and started yelling at him because he "hurt a little girl's feelings" hmm, thinking about that makes me wanna cry. great. just great. i need a friend, i dun have any. *sigh*

ok that is how justice hasd prevailed, BUT WAIT!!! all is not well yet. if you went to school with me or spent time with me, you would know that i have an enormous obsession with Victor Rasuk (ask ~Ayumui, she knows )

after i opened my cd i went into the living and started going thru that comcast guide thingy, and i found RAISING VICTOR VARGAS, which i had already known, starred VICTOR RASUK (he played Tony Alva in "Lords of Dogtown"). so of course i put it on immeadiately. the movie had already been almost half done when i put it on so i was determined to watch it till the end. i was enjoying myself, not needing any popcorn seeing as i had my eye candy, and the movie itself was really good too, but then MY MOM SENT ME TO BED! ahh, thats just one of the many "perks" of being 12 3/4 baby. i argued and argued but off to bed i went. first lets start with the fact that EVERYONE is getting a free week-long subscription to dA and IM NOT!!!!! I don't know why? WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG!?


SECOND, my mother cut me off from my all-nighter at 1:30 A.M last night



THIRD, somethingh weird is going on with my eye. sometime over the past week, my eye was really hurting, like i had a bruise on it. I didn't feel anything on it. Couple days later, I feel a bump on there. i go to my mom after she gets home from work and she looks at the little bump that is visible when my eyes are closed. she says i have a PIMPLE ON THERE! people, people, ITS UNDER MY EYELID. UNDER!!!!!!! how do you get a pimple under your eyelid!!?? at least its not on my actual eye.


FOURTH, i feel lonely. i don't have any friends anymore. ever since me and my ex-bestfriend stopped being friends (which i dont regret) all the people that used to be OUR friends are now mostly just her friends. what they dont want to pay attention to is the fact that SHES the one who did something bad NOT ME!!! like it used to be threee of us, and the other one, who is cool we never fought or anything, is more friends with her than me. when i went ti bed last night i laid in my bed for like 3 hours (literally) feeling all depressed because i have no friends. like that class that i was in this past year, i have no ACTUAL friends in that class. it's so depressing. all the people who i thought werre my friends actually arent. for example, out homeroom teacher asked us to pick two people we would like to sit next to and write it on a piece of paper. i wrote these girls tatiana and kiley, since i already sat with them and i THOUGHT we were cool. kiley tells tatiana she picked tati of course (they are close friends) and KACEY. kacey is my ex-bestfriend. tati picked kiley of course AND KACEY! i felt so hurt. i felt like going home and crying because people dont undestand like they think kacey so "different" and stuff cuz she wears black every day and stuff. and that her hair is bright red. well, it's not my fault she had blonde hair for the hair dye to work so well and no matter how many times i try (3 times total over the past year and a half) my hair turns out burgundy and not red. well, last year i used to always waer black and shed wear ugly pink and stuff. well i outgrew those clothes, and SORRY that my family cant afford to change my wardrobe to my liking so only some of my clothes is black and sometimes i show up with bright colors and stuff. SORRY that her father is there to spoil her with everything she wants while mines is in my hometown in new york with by only two brothers while im stuck here in boston with my mom and step dad. oh well, i'm poor, it's out there now.
