Seems like every night now I have a nightmare. I left town for the weekend and all my stress dissapated. I even stopped grinding my teeth. However, as we neared closer to home, it all went to hell again. EVERYTHING started up again. Today my legs, ankles and feet are swollen quite a bit from the 17+ hour car ride home, excluding the car ride there. That would make it over 24 hours long. Screw adding it up. Im lazy. I wanted to relax today and get the swelling to go down. Of course, no relaxing, only stress....
So, I took a nap. Guess what happened? Had a fucking nightmare! Woke up even more stressed. This is tiring. When is this ever going to end? Oh yeah, when I say so, yet I cant seem to find my voice. The voice that a man said he found soothing and beautiful, is actually that way because it is plagued by pain and nightmares. Plagued. Thats the only word fitting enough for it. To describe it. In summary, damn it all, I left my peace back where I last went. Perhaps that where I should have remained. Hopefully my next peaceful place wont be six feet under. The cause? Death by night terror. I cant tell you how many nights I have woken up screaming. From what? Who knows. Guess I will find out tonight, wont I?
