Okay so, I saw "Scott Turner Schofield's: Becoming A Man In 127 EASY Steps" tonight. It was so awesome. And yes, I'm going to sound like a fanboy, but it's so incredible to see someone living my dream. I guess that's really all I had to say. He gave me his best wishes though. And ahh, I'm just on this blissed out cloud right now. LIFE IS AWESOME.

P.S. If you're interested in trangender issues and all that, I suggest you check Scott Turner and his performance art show out. It was great - funny, intelligent, bittersweet, painful... all that rolled into one amazing show.

had anything particularly journal-worthy happen for a long time. At least not in an art way.
Writers' block's has got me in its clutches so writing's been difficult, but here's the closest thing to a story introduction in ages. Enjoy the passage - and with it, Zeke's peace'n out. Haha.

~The stereo's bass throbbed throughout the house like a tumor. It ricocheted in her head; it knocked the drink from her hand. She loped forward, tottering towards what she perceived to be 'straight.' Reality was blurring out of focus. Everything had a glaring, angry aura and the throng of people were noisy, melting clay.
~There was a splintering crack; the glint of a grenade flashed past her troubled eyes and thumped against her chest. "You get a lucky Sprite, babe?" His hands were caught in the metamorphosis between paws and talons, his face sheathed in frosted ice.
~She looked at him as would a scared rabbit. Her teeth chattered, eyes darted, head shook in anxiety. He placed a deformed mitt on her shoulders and shushed her with a hissing, slithering sound of consolation. "Don't worry. I'll babysit you," His innocent smile permeated the frost and she shrunk away from the nightmares around her into his shirt. It felt cake batter against her delusional skin. She hid in the bowl.

and that warrants a new journal entry! xD

So first up, that World Language Competition I mentioned last entry... well, I owned Latin I-HS and brought back the gold for my school.
Went to my first punk show in over a year on April 4. Copyright Chaos' last show, with 9 other bands -- CT people might know 'em (Copyright, I mean).

Been writing more. New poem up as of yesterday. Preparing for NAMES program, where I'll be a panelist this year. Found an old comedy story I wrote ages ago and am looking to re-vamp it for 5 years later. So, keep your eyes open for "Idiot's Land X." ^.^
I got a bokken finally. I'm pretty psyched. Unfortunately it's a black one and I had forgotten those are horrible for combat use. Oh well, it's still spiffy.

Learning "Pretty Fly (For a White Guy) on guitar... which is just random yet totally awesome. The 3-string power chords to octaves-slide is irritating though. xD
Also random, yet awesome... I have found a great Mother's Day gift idea. I drew out a salamander design and I'll be taking Mama Spoonmuffin out for matching tattoos -- I'm paying, of course. But it'll be siiiiick. Why 5 "i"s? Why not?

I'm just rambling now. I might post up my latest Multimedia project once I finish it up. It's a comic/graphic novel... we had to make ourselves the hero and have fancy powers. I just beat people to death with a dictionary, ohwell. The cover was done all by hand (coloring, too). All the pages were drawn by hand but Parsons said to color them with Photoshop, so I'll be doing that. If I like the end product enough, I'll show it here.

I'm running out of interesting stuff to write; guess I'm not that interesting. So it goes. (Slaughterhouse 5 is a great book, by the way.)
Off to Northampton with fellow spastic creepers.

This is Zeke, signing off.
Peace out.

P.S. Thanks to all of you who comment, favourite, take interest in, etc. my work.

gotten around to writing up a journal on here, hah.
Anyways.

- I've been writing a bit more lately. Have a new story idea I'm working on, in fact. If the story goes as planned, I'll post it on here for critique. Been drawing as well - tattoo ideas and designs mostly.
- I get to read a poem for a World Language competition sometime in April. For Latin I. But either way, I'm ridiculously excited and wanted to mention that.

- In EPIC news: TRUE COLORS CONFERENCE THIS FRIDAY!! Can't wait. :]
And if any of you fellow deviants happen to be going, you should keep your eyes open for a short, scrawny dude who's incredibly spastic and is wearing a "Free Hugs" sign. Because that will be me. xD

Well, that's it, I guess.
Before I leave off, thanks to any and all deviants who have commented/favorited/taken interest in my work. I greatly appreciate it.

This is Zeke. Signing off.
Peace.
