usapang tugtugan naman. nagkaroon ako ng katawa-tawang karanasan nung ako'y nagpatugtog ng BjÃ¶rk sa dati kong opisina. dahil sadyang kakaiba ang musika ni BjÃ¶rk ay umani ako ng angal at batikos mula sa aking mga ka-opisina (kasi naman, walang pakundangan na pagpapatugtog!) sabagay, totoo namang kakaiba at weirdo ang musika ni BjÃ¶rk. lalo na siguro sa isa nyang kanta na katakut-takot na pagsisigaw ang maririnig mo. tingin ko'y pumutok at sumuko ang kanilang mga tenga. parang gusto nilang sabihin na "patawad na BjÃ¶rk! di na kami uulit!" haha. kaya nga pagkatapos ng kanta, isang ka-opisina ang napasambit ng "haaay, salamat!" hahahaha. nahihiyang natatawa tuloy ako. kung sabagay, kahit mga kapatid ko, nagrereklamo din sakin pag nagpaptugtog ako ng BjÃ¶rk sa bahay. kaya simula noon, sinabi ko sa sarili ko: hindi na ako magpapatugtog ng musika ni BjÃ¶rk sa publiko! hahaha

pero kung tilian at sigawan lang din, walang tatalo sa.. aegis! pamatay! puputok ata ang litid ko sa paraan ng kanilang pagkanta! libang level! haha

The Amazing Race 10 and The Amazing Race Asia. I was kinda surprised and disappointed that the grand prize for TARA is a meager $100,000. a far cry from the original AR's $1,000,000.

PLAYING:
I really wanna play FF12, FF10, & FFX-2. but I can't. and I mustn't.

for now, I content myself playing with solitaire while listening to music in between doing my work.

EATING:
Mushrooms! yum

i prepare myself one when i don't like the food in the house

DRINKING:
4 spoonful cup of coffee to keep me awake. and to overwhelm the strong bitter taste, i add 2 sachets MILO (masarap inumin, lasang ovaltine! lol!

) and 4 spoons of sugar.

i believe my coffee has caused me to become emotionally and mentally unstable the past week. >_<

i feel numb from head to toe and i feel my whole body's trembling

unfortunately, i think my consistent coffee drinking during the past weeks has made me immune to it as i found myself still feeling sleepy and most of the time, unable to resist sleep, and ultimately succumb to the temptations to hop in to dreamland

1. i don't like stepping in lines in roads and tiles. i like "walking inside" the tile squares

well I'm gunna be in Guatamala for the next couple of days... so I will not be here. i just viewed my grades the other day. i was expecting to get a failed grade in my thesis but was really SURPRISED to see that it was WP (Withdrew with Permission, meaning "dropped" and not fail. meaning i can still continue it and no failure mark in my already blemished record). i really don't know if i'm gonna believe this, since it might be another case of system glitch. if it isn't true, it's not a very good joke.

i guess i strive too much for perfection. i remembered a quote i read just recently here on dA. i forgot who quoted it but anyway, it says "those who seek perfection in everything will never attain it in anything." kinda explains my current plight as of now. sigh.

im too eager na makapag-submit na bagong dev. but the thing is, wala pa akong natatapos sa mga sari-saring nasisimulan ko. gawd. this is really frustrating. kaya eto, puro avatar lang ang nasa-submit ko. (noticed na pabagu-bago avatar ko?) grabe. tragic.

anyway, my hand was really itching and raring to create new artworks but the problem is, di ako makatapos ng isa. madaming nasisimulan, but walang natatapos. sigh. pretty much the same thing na nangyari nung thesis. it's really frustrating. i wonder, why is this happening to me? am i losing my momentum? am i about to fade? my powers are waning... wala nang web na lumalabas from my wrists and i keep falling from one bldg to another.

eto ba ang isa sa mga after-effects nang pag-"drop" sa thesis? :c

unimportant things about me for now:
currently listens to: "Now or Never" by Chemistry (tenkyu ayanosuke! sobrang fave ko na to! LSS nako dito. woo!) and "Walking After You" by Foo Fighters (panibagong fave din)

currently craves over: playing Sakura Taisen in PS2 at talunin na once and for all si Penance sa FFX (shet siya. di ko matalo-talo. i did won once. pero di ko feel e. Zanmato lang? guso ko overkill)

gusto ko na talagang makatapos ng kahit isang arwork. damn.

i was kinda happy na nakaka 300 pageviews nako. hehe. still little pageviews compared sa iba buts till, tumataas naman at least.

i... i... i just dropped my thesis.

yup. u heard me right. DROPPED MY THESIS.

"whaat!?"

"why!?"

"sayang!?" "baket?!" "stupid!"

"engot!" "loser!"

i know. it really is stupid. proposing a 100 page comic book for a thesis and do the illustrations in 1 month is already crazy. but dropping it is insane, but lemme say this first.

just where did it go wrong? i had a supportive family who provided me enough financial and spiritual support, i have a bunch of really helpful and reliable friends, and all the things i need to pass this thesis.

i dropped because i strive to make this thesis my best efforts ever. i need to make room for improvements. i know there was enough time but throughout the course of doing this thesis, all i ever did was cram.

cram so much it compomised the quality of my work. and given my perfectionism, i just wasn't contented with my output. well, they say that it wasn't bad but this thesis means more a lot to me than just passing. it's an opportunity, my last opportunity, to prove myself to others. to prove the extent of my capabilities 'cause during the 5 yrs in college, i always had this feeling that i wasn't been able to give out my best. or should i say, i wish i could have done better. and more importantly, to prove myself wrong. to prove that i was wrong with all the things i've been thinking myself.

my only regret is that i've dragged a lot of people out of their comfort zone and bring them to hell just to help me get through this thesis. for that i'm sorry. truly i am. i wasted ur valuable efforts. to my parents, who wasted precious money just for me to finish my studies, i am sorriest the most.

i know sorry doesn't make it anymore (as a familiar tune says). to all the people i disappointed and about to be disappointed, again, i'm sorry. but i promise u, this thesis will be my best effort and i'm gonna make sure i'll give it my all. lintik lang ang walang ganti. dila lang ng thesis ko ang walang latay.

in choosing between do or die, i chose die. for now. if it means i would have to die for a while just for me to be able to make this thesis great (too redundant word)), i would go for it. dying for a while wouldn't be such a bad idea after all if it means i could gather my defenses, strenghten my offenses, and make sure that my thesis would be my best, grandest, work ever. "maaring pasan ko ang mundo ngayon, ngunit bukas, luluhod ang mga tala" (i may carry the weight of the world today, but tomorrow, the stars will kneel)

i hope u'll understand my philosophy. thank u.

i just went to the office of our college last thursday. they said that i can't drop anymore. yikes. that means i would have to fail this thesis. voluntarily and on purpose. double yikes. eeep.
