I am currently in the process of hoarding my ALMS shots. They'll come out of hiding sometime. Maybe. Though I still have a lot from The Vintage and May(!) events.

Even so, I feel a bit inspired. For the longest time I've been dragging my feet. I have been taking photographs of cars, and nothing else really. Because they were all I could muster the passion for. But now, I feel better. I feel ready to tackle new things. Get ready for some very different and abstract stuff coming. I will mix it in with some car shots of course, I never post a whole bunch at once. But expect new work, and for it to be non-automotive.

UPDATE: In case you're wondering where inspiration have gone...it has gone into hiding. I am buried in schoolwork and am finding it hard to accommodate all my various activities. But it hasn't dissapeared, it's still there.

Related to that, I might do a driver/car feature. Since I think a lot of my shots came out from the ALMS race at Mosport thins weekend - I might do a few shots of each car. I don't usually do that, as I think people get bored of the same subject. But if I post all of the feature shots at once, it might work.

Tell me if you think this is a good idea, and you would like it - because I might abandon it...perhaps just because it's outside my comfort zone.

I haven't been in a...creating...sort of mood. I have some things I suppose I could submit, but it's all so muddled to me at the moment.

I might visit the Vintage Racing Festival not this weekend, but next. They might have some neat cars to photograph. Though I haven't even scraped the surface with this last photo session at Mosport. But I do have an idea I want to try for a few shots the next time I visit, whether it is next weekend, or in August.

I've been busy with a whole string of projects and exams, week after week. And it's really worn me down.

I have been entering other photo contests, both with real and virtual photographs. I've taken to Gran Turismo 4 photography. I refer to it as "budget" automotive photography. It's amazing what some people can do with those photographs as well. I've just started, and am still learning how to do everything.

But for those interesting in seeing some of them, here is the site. Although, these are just my "reject" shots - the shots that didn't make the cut for entering the various contests I've entered. There are more, just keep scrolling. XD

There will be more photographs of my models, including one I added now, with more later. Also right now there are two of the Siberian tiger (of the "Snow" series) that didn't make it into my normal deviations.

*edit* There are many more model photographs in there now. Two of a Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona, a F40, a 360 Modena, a Corvette ZO6, and a very special Ferrari Enzo one.

Next up, perhaps even some of myself.

I used to write so often, in fact, when I have a LiveJournal I almost wrote every day, initially. And even later I would. I used to write the most trivial things...now I write nothing. I can't decide which is better.

I don't know what projects I have upcoming, really. I hoard too many photos in general. Honestly, I could post hundreds, but I don't. Only the best, only the ones I have a feeling about get posted now.

Perhaps that's how it's supposed to be.

Regardless, I've decided on a semi-new endeavor; which is to actually post photographs of myself. I'm prefer them to be of other people, but no one wants to model for me. Ever. So, people who talk to me on MSN know about how many shots I take of myself. For those who don't, the answer is a whole bunch. I could easily change my display picture every minute for the next few weeks.

So, eventually at some point you should see a photograph of me. Or several. It won't be overwhelming in any sense, I will keep it to the same "one out of the last four" rule that I use for colour photographs.

I hope they are well-received.

I finally got a new D-SLR.

Oh, I'm excited.

And I was going to download that Pointer Sisters song, but decided against is earlier in the day (before I knew).

My exams have finished, and I think I did mostly alright. English and Data Management are the two. English was the most difficult, not because writing essays are hard, just because trying to write a very good one in the time contraints is very tough. And it actually matters what mark I get..urk..I don't want to think about it.

My current target for my hatred: Mr. Arduini

Who apparently doesn't read his own sheets, doesn't understand basic concepts in English, arrogantly acts like he's doing you a favour - meanwhile he's screwing you, and doesn't understand the concept of time either (by giving waaaaay too much in such a short period of time...). And did I mention he's a pathological liar?

But it's always good to step out of your comfort zone sometimes, to find out what you're really made of.

I didn't step to far though. I stepped into my other love: cars.

But it's NOT the SKY and TREES...so I guess it counts. Maybe.

I'll perhaps experiment even more....taking photos of people and such. Move even further out.

It's a risk, for me. I'm hoping that I might just have an OUNCE of "talent" or something.....and it'll help me pull it off.

I’ve been really busy….and not in a “photo” mood lately.

Yes, there is a such things as a photo mood. It’s when I actually FEEL like taking pictures. Sometimes it’s there, sometimes it’s not.

Let’s hope that in the summer, most of the time I’m in that mood.

The title is what someone told me.....and it usually adequately decribes me...lol.....

I've added some photographs of me to the "scraps", and I will add more when I have time.

I'm HAPPY! Strangely enough...and it's all because of one person......I don't know if they look at this...but I'll thank you again.....aishiteru ! (I think I spelt it right)

Anyway...6 strange things....

1. If I count fast by 2's, before I reach 20, I'll say "12" and start counting down by ones. You have to hear it to believe it.

2. Some LOUD noises calm me, like say, and F-16 Fighter Jet in afterburner flying 500 ft above me.....

3. I LOVE cars...like knowing EVERYTHING about them, but am not overly enthusiastic about driving

4. (I've already said this in my LJ, but...)..Sometimes I can't tell dreams from reality. Occasionally, I'm suspended in some sort of state in-between sleep and awake, where I'm "dreaming", but not truly. It's always about something that happened just before I went to bed. And I add little things to them, or change them minorly....so that eventually, I'm not sure how it went anymore.....

5. I eat too healthy...I hate ANY junk food, however, mostly, I'm forced to eat it....

6. I think older women are hot. I have nothing against younger women, but only if they beat people up, lol (Jennifer Garner, Who0!) Anyway, Madonna, Michelle Phifer, Sharon Stone...(and sure, Teri Hatcher...) But ya, I have no idea why I think they are cool and....hot....lol......urk....

Those are what I thought of now.....sigh....weird me....lol....
