Okay, I've always loved Harvest Moon games; Natsume makes the concept of living a life in a small town and farming (and mining, fishing, taking care of various animals, ect) interesting. There's an arguably "fluffy" or "cheesy" plot to TOT, but over all an incredibly enjoyable game. They also incorporate the NPC's into their story lines, side plots, and various cut scenes. Some aspects of the games are quite silly, like the name of the island you live on is called Waffle Island. Old fans are sure to love this next generation game, with new ways to fish and the character tracking system. New players will enjoy its challenges and many personalities the game portrays onto its NPCs. It's a very addicting game, and I recommend those that like games with interacting with things and people to really go out and but it.

Rant:

I love the series, but I guess when I started watching it it didn't occur to me that what I might be watching would differ (a lot) from the original graphic novel. So I'm really sad I missed some things. Wikipedia told me it's ongoing, and so that explains a lot. The final two episodes seemed rushed, and reading some chapter summaries online proved this. Then again, I like closed series. That's probably why I can't get into Naruto or Bleach ect. I think I just like stuff that I know has an ending. Maybe that's not all the time, but who knows? And I also like it when, after an end where there's no room to guess the fate of the main characters, they sort of go back after the fact and we see what life's like after this huge thing happens. Not all the time. Meh.
