Ich hab versucht die irgendwie auf meinem Home PC zu installieren, ging nicht. ich hab gehofft das die Technik Leute von Samsung meine Programme in ruhe lassen.

Heute kam mein Schleppi wieder.... ALLES WEG! Die Mistviecher hab das system einfach nur rebootet! Das hätte ich auch machen können.

Aber jetzt ist einfach alles weg! Die gesammte Adobe CS3 Master Collection! Ich hab einfach keinen Plan wie ich die von meiner Externen wieder auf meinen Schleppi und dann zum laufen kriegen soll! Noch dazu muss ich mich jetzt wieder bewerben.. MIT WAS DENN! Ich kann absolut nix machen *Q____Q*, mein Bewerbungs PDF ist ein InDesign dokument, als PDF hab ich nur die Bewerbung auf einen Praktikumsplatz. Ich werde Arbeitslos in der Gosse verrecken.

1. I love chocolate and Vanilla Macchiato. Gosh, I couldn't survice one week without them. I also love to meet my best friends for a coffee.

2. I'm kinda fashion victim. I love special stuff, Lolita fashion, Decora, Hime, London style, Rockabilly, Gothic, Alternativ, romantic stuff... but normaly I'm wearing black skinny jeans+shirt+Cardigan.

3. I didn't choose my job because of my body mod's... I started my education 2005 with a few earrings and dark blonde hair. I got my first piercing in my face 2006, coloured my hair black+green, black+pink, just black with Hime cut. Now I got 2 tattoos, one on my shoulder, on on my leg. I just love tattoos! My last one isn't even finish and I'm planing the next one xD

4. I'm pretty uninterested on other peoples destinies. Tornado? whatever, Tsunami? learn to swim... sounds kinda cruel, but it's a fact I don't care if this stuff doesn't happend to me or one of my friends.

5. I started drawing when I can hold a pen in my hands... Now it's my passion and my job. I wouldn't change for nothing in this world.

6. I love sci-fi and fantasy stuff... I'm addicted to medival stuff, magic knights, dragons and fairys. Cowboys are crap.

7. I'm still single ;_;. Wäh, I want a man on my side TT^TT

8. I don't let my mommy clean my room or do anything around my bed, because I'm affraid she could find my "toys" xDDD

9. I'm watching Stargate SG-1 since it's published in germany, so since I was 9 or 11. When Stargate Atlantis started I wasn't really impressed... i missed the first episode, but 1 year later I saw the picture of the Wraith keeper, and here my obsession begins.

My mommy still don't like them. (she about Todd: Ihhhh <-< I: Mommy! )

Ich hab einfach keine Lust mehr!!!! Und es tut mir wahnsinnig leid für Andrea ;_; OK, alles von anfang an:
Wir haben am 20.04 2 Lolita Kleider bei ebay von lolitababy1234 [link] AAQE:1181 gekauft. Die vielen posetiven Bewertungen haben uns einfach überzeugt, und ich muss sagen das nicht alle Lolita-China shops schlecht sind... ich habe durchaus auch gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
Wir haben also rund 56€ pro Kleid, also 112€ für alles inkl. Versand bezahlt.
Der Kontakt war super! Der Versand erst recht! NAch 6 Tagen waren die Sachen da. ABER!!! Die Kleider waren aus normaler Baumwolle, die SPitze billig, wie von einer Gardine und die Schnitte waren für'n Arsch, ums mal nett auszudrücken.
Hahaha! Das beste! Ich hab von dem Stoff rote, juckende Ausschläge auf Armen, Bauch und Dekolte bekommen!
Also habe ich mit dem Verkäufer aufgenommen. [Ich weiß nicht ob der Verkäufer männlich oder weilich ist, aber ich werde im folgenden Text immer von "ihr" sprechen] Sie hat sich entschuldigt und angeboten das Kleid zurück zu nehmen und mir das Geld zuerstatten.
Meiner Meinung nach zurecht habe ich aber vorher schon eine Neutrale Bewertung bei ebay abgegeben... Mit folgendem Text:
"Fast shipping, nice communication. BAD Dress! cheap lace, poor quality."
"Fast shipping, good contact. BAD dress. Poor fabric, got alergic reaction!!!"

Das enspricht einfach der Wahrheit!!! Warum sollte ich ein eposetive berertung bei so einer Leistung abgeben! Kleider dieser Qualität hätte ich für die hälfte des Preises nähen können! Und ich weiß was für ne Quali Lolita Kleider haben sollten, immerhin trage ich es seit knapp 2 Jahren!!!! Selbst Momo's Handicraftstore hat für weniger Geld bessere Kleider hinbekommen, hier ein sehr gutes Beispiel: [link]

Nun aber weigert sich Madame mir das Geld zurück zugeben, auf Grund der neutralen Bewertungen. Sie will mir stattdessen einen anderen Artikel aus ihrem Sortiment als Entschädigung anbieten.. Hallo?! Roter, juckender Ausschlag?! Da werd ich mir bestimmt nochwas bei der bestellen... Schon klar. DIe Kleider habe ich aber schon zurückgeschickt. Dies hat mich wieder 40€ gekostet!
Nun disskutiere ich schon seit fast ner Woche mit der und mir platzt bald der Kragen. Da ich mit Paypal bezahlt habe steht mir Gott-sei-Dank der Käuferschutz zu. Der gilt allerdings nur bis zu 45 ab bezahlung. Ich hab also noch knapp 12 Tage zeit...

Frage: Was soll ich machen?! Ich bin eigentlich ne ruhige Person und möchte solche Streitigkeiten eigentlich vermeiden... Aber es sind immerhin 112€ und die hälfte gehört ner Freundin. Ich habe einfach angst um mein Geld! Soll ich den Käuferschutz in anspruch nehmen oder lieber noch ein bisschen warten?
Ich habe heute ne weitere Nachricht geschrieben das sie mir das Geld bis Mittwoch schicken sollen oder ich mach das mit dem Käuferschutz... Hilfe~~~~!

I bought 2 dresses on ebay for my and my best friend on ebay from lolitababy1234 (first link above). I don't wanna say something against chinese Lolita shops. I got also very good expieriences with other shops, like Momo's handicraftstore. Pretty dress, and good quality for a low price.
Good contact and I got the dresses after 6 days! Nearly perfect! BUT! The dresses were made of normal cotton, cheap lace, absolutly bad quality.. I was so goddamned disapointed!
I tried my dress... and WTF! I got a itching red rash on ma arms, belly and decoltee!!! NO WAY! I contacted the Seller, and she said that she's sorry, she would take the dresses back, and she would give me my money back.
I gave her a neutral feedback. The communication and the shipping were so awsome and fast.
And because of the neutral feedback she decided to keep the money! But I send th edresses back already and I paied 40€ for it!!!

Noe I'm thinking about using the Paypal Buyer Protection. I don't wanna have stress with the Seller, but I'm just affraid I'm not getting my money back! And we're talking about 112€!!!

Question: Shall I use the Buyer Protection now?

s a smal cinema, and one of 2 who's showin' movies in original language with german subtitle. I really enjoyed this movie. And I nearly cried at the end >_<

He shows me a few games....for Wii, PS3 and XBox!!!! I was a little bit pissed of after this situation:
